Optionally, in some embodiments, the cover body and the first cover plate Line391 are joined side by side in a vertical direction (or also referred to as a vertical direction, as indicated by arrow verti23 in the figures); the first cover plate Line391 is smaller in size in the vertical direction than the cover body.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the cover body and the first cover plate Line391 are joined side by side in a vertical direction (or also referred to as a vertical direction, as indicated by arrow verti23 in the figures); the width of the first cover plate Line391 in the vertical direction is equivalent to the height of the light source plate 17-7 in the vertical direction. The height of the light source board 17-7 in the vertical direction means the height of the entire outline of the PCB board and the LED light source bodies (not shown in the drawings) laid thereon and other components in the vertical direction. And a plurality of LED light source bodies are distributed on the light source plate 17-7 along the transverse direction.
Thereby, after the first cover Line391 is detached from the first opening part 2-13-1 ', the light source board 17-7 can be exposed to the outside through the first opening part 2-13-1 ', while the first cover Line391 has a smaller dimension/size, and on the first cover Line391 having a small size, only a small number of connecting parts (e.g., snaps) for connecting with the first opening part 2-13-1 ' need to be provided, and these simplified structures all reduce the damage rate when detaching the first cover Line 391. Further, in the above/below-described embodiments or combinations thereof, the position of the first cover plate Line391 detachable from the opening portion 2-13-1' or the lower edge thereof within the housing 1-10 corresponds to the mounting position of the light source board 17-7, and the maintenance work for the inside is concentrated on the light source board in many cases. Since only mechanical parts which are not easily damaged are substantially disposed in the space inside the first cover Line391, the first cover Line391 does not generally need to be detached. If the sign face covers 4-10 are often pried apart in their entirety, the face covers, especially the portions with the sign pattern/sign holes, are easily damaged, increasing maintenance effort and failure rate, especially in the case of face covers or their snaps made of plastic, frequent removal may result in damage to the snaps. In some embodiments, the first cover Line391 is separately detachable for maintenance or the like, because the size is small, the number of the fasteners required on the first cover Line391 is small, and the fasteners are not easily damaged during the detachment process, and in addition, the independent detachment of the first cover Line391 is more convenient than the detachment together with the logo cover 4-10. The lamp/lamp housing is more convenient to maintain and install, and the assembling performance and the maintainability of the lamp housing/lamp are improved.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the light source board 17-7 is disposed along the lower side wall 12-14 of the housing 1-10, and the covers 4-10, 10-11 are disposed side by side above and below the first cover Line391, as shown in fig. 1A, 2A, 1B, and 2B, the lower edge of the cover forms a Step position Step23, a) the upper edge of the first cover Line391 presses and fixes the Step position Step23, or B) the lower edge of the cover is fastened to the upper edge of the first cover Line391 through the Step position Step 23.
The Step23 is fastened to make the connection between the two parts stronger, and the Step23 makes the connection between the two parts horizontal or smooth, which improves the strength of the structure and the appearance, especially when the first cover Line391 is connected to the sign cover 4-10 side by side and closes the opening 2-13-1' of the front side of the housing 1-10 for displaying the sign pattern to the outside.
Optionally, in different embodiments, the cover may be implemented in different forms, such as: a first sign face cover 4-10 or a rear cover 10-11, wherein a) a sign Logo mark Logo10 is transversely arranged on the first sign face cover 4-10 (as shown by an arrow trans23 in the figure), or b) a sign hole having a shape of the sign Logo mark Logo10 is transversely arranged on the first sign face cover 4-10. That is, the first cover Line391 may be a) joined/abutted with the sign face cover 4-10 side by side for closing the opening portion 2-13-1' of the front side of the housing 1-10 for externally displaying the sign pattern. In addition, in an alternative, the first cover plate Line391 may also B) be engaged/abutted side by side with the rear cover 10-11 for covering the opening portion 2-13-2' of the rear side of the housing 1-10. Of course, in the embodiment related to the item including but not limited to the above item A), the first opening part 2-13-1 ' may refer to a larger opening part covered by the logo surface cover 4-10 and the first cover plate Line391 in common, and in the embodiment related to the item including but not limited to the above item B), the first opening part 2-13-1 ' may refer to a smaller opening part 2-13-2 ' covered only by the first cover plate Line 391. In addition, the first cover plate Line391 may be referred to as the first cover plate in some embodiments, and may also be referred to as the first cover plate, the cover plate, and the like in other embodiments.
For both cases A) and B) above, in particular, in some embodiments, the inner edge of the first opening portion 2-13-1 ', 2-13-2' is provided with a plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap 23. A) A plurality of second buckling pieces Snap18 are arranged on the peripheries of the first cover plate Line391 and the first sign face cover 4-10 which are mutually abutted, and extend into the first opening part 2-13-1 'from the peripheries, as shown in FIG. 2A, and are buckled and connected with a plurality of first buckling pieces Snap23 along the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1'; or, B) a light source board 17-7 disposed within the housing along the lower sidewall 12-14; the rear cover 10-11 is integrally connected to the rear side of the housing 1-10 to define a first opening 2-13-2 'together with the lower side wall 12-14 of the housing 1-10 or the lower end portions of the left and right side walls, the first opening 2-13-2' having a size fitting/corresponding to the light source board 17-7; the lower edge of the first cover plate Line391 is provided with a plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18, and the plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 extend from the lower edge of the first cover plate Line391 into the first opening part 2-13-2 'and are connected with the plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap23 along the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-2'.
In the embodiments, a plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap23 are arranged at the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1'; the first cover plate Line391 and/or the first sign face cover 4-10 are/is connected with the first Snap fastener Snap23 at the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1 'through a plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 distributed at the periphery, and the first Snap fastener Snap23 is/are buckled and connected with the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1', and the lamp is assembled by using the lamp shell, the first cover plate Line391 and the sign face cover 4-10 with the structure, the working procedure is simple, the assembling steps are few, and the assembling performance of the lamp is improved, or the assembling performance of the cover plate and the sign face cover 4-10 on the lamp shell is improved, in addition, a plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 are buckled and matched with a plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap23 along the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1 ', in other words, a plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 extend into the first opening part 2-13-1' along the inner wall of the shell 1-10 and are buckled and connected with the first Snap fastener 23, so that 1) the first cover plate Line391 and/or the first sign face cover 4-10 and the first opening part 2-13-10) are connected with the first opening part 2-10 1' are located within the housings 1-10, keeping the external structure of the luminaire as a whole simple and safe to use.
Buckling edge structure
The emergency sign lamp housing and related lamp structure according to one or more embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1A to 3B and fig. 11, where the emergency sign lamp housing(s) includes a housing and a first sign surface cover. And a housing 1-10 having a first opening 2-13-1'; the first sign face cover 4-10 'covers the first opening 2-13-1'. Wherein, the periphery of the first opening part 2-13-1' is provided with a first buckling part; the first logo face cover includes: the first sign face cover body, the second buckling part is arranged around the periphery of the first sign face cover body. The second buckling part extends from the periphery of the first sign face cover 4-10 'body and is buckled with the first buckling part along the periphery of the first opening part 2-13-1'.
It should be noted that: the first fastening part may be implemented as: a buckling edge, a sealing edge, a buckling piece, and the like or a combination thereof, and the same is true of the second buckling part. In some embodiments, the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion will be described more intuitively mainly by using the fastening edge as a main implementation manner, but the application of the fastening edge and/or the fastener in all embodiments in the present application is not hindered, and the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion may be replaced by the fastening edge, the sealing edge, the fastener, or the like, or a combination thereof. Specifically, for example, in some embodiments a) the first and second fastening portions are mating fastening edges; or, b) the first buckling part and the second buckling part are mutually matched buckling pieces; or c) the first buckling part and the second buckling part are respectively a mutually matched buckling edge and a buckling piece; or d) the first buckling part and the second buckling part are respectively a buckling piece and a buckling edge which are mutually matched;
another embodiment of the present application provides an emergency sign lamp housing, comprising: a housing 1-10 having a first opening 2-13-1'; the first sign face cover 4-10 'covers the first opening 2-13-1'.
Wherein, a plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap23 are arranged on the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1'; the first logo face cover 4-10' includes: the first sign face cover 4-10 'body, a plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 distributed around the periphery of the first sign face cover 4-10' body;
the plurality of second Snap-fit parts Snap18 extend from the periphery of the body of the first sign face cover 4-10 ', and Snap-fit with the plurality of first Snap-fit parts Snap23 along the inner edge of the first opening part 2-13-1'.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the periphery of the first logo surface cover may form a better-assemblability and better-sealing buckling structure with the opening of the housing by a combination of the buckling edge and the buckling piece. The first label cover 4-10 'further comprises a snap-in edge SnaP S18, which in the embodiment shown is embodied as a rib/edge-like structure of substantially square cross-section raised along the periphery of the label cover, the rib profile substantially conforming/matching the shape of the inner edge of the mouth 2-13-1', the snap-in edge being wholly closed and/or continuous but not interfering with its local breaking, which contributes to improved sealing. The plurality of second Snap-in pieces Snap18 are integrally formed outside the Snap edge Snap S18. The body of the first logo cover 4-10 'may, in some embodiments, be understood to be the main body portion on which the logo design/symbol is disposed, or other portions of the first logo cover 4-10' other than the snap edge snap s18 or the snap fastener. Wherein, the above-mentioned snap edge snap s18, a) the above-mentioned snap edge snap s18 extends from the periphery of the first sign face cover 4-10 'body into the first opening 2-13-1', or b) the above-mentioned snap edge snap s18 extends from the periphery of the first sign face cover 4-10 'body into the inner side of the body substantially perpendicular to the first sign face cover 4-10' body (i.e. extends to the depth direction/longitudinal direction of the housing 1-10), here, in the use state of the emergency marker light lamp, the outer side of the sign face cover 4-10 'body is a part of the outer surface of the lamp and is visible for the end user, and the inner side of the sign face cover 4-10' body is the other side opposite to the outer side. The buckling edge SnaP S18 is arranged, so that a plurality of buckling pieces distributed on the periphery of the mark surface cover 4-10 ' are integrated into a whole or are connected in a conjoint manner, the mark surface cover 4-10 ' is integrally positioned and installed in the first opening part 2-13-1 ', and the position of a plurality of discrete second buckling pieces SnaP18 does not need to be correspondingly adjusted to be in butt joint with the first buckling pieces SnaP23 in the opening part. Moreover, a plurality of fasteners are integrated on one fastening edge SnaP S18, and the damage probability of each second fastener SnaP18 is also reduced. In addition, due to the existence of the buckling edge SnaPS18, the sealing performance of the mark surface cover on the opening part is better, and the sealing performance of factors such as light, dust and the like is enhanced.
Optionally, in some embodiments, a) the first plurality of snaps Snap23 are male snaps and the second plurality of snaps Snap18 are female snaps. In other embodiments, B) the first fasteners Snap23 are female fasteners, and the second fasteners Snap18 are male fasteners. In still other embodiments, the first fasteners Snap23 and the second fasteners Snap18 are both male fasteners, especially when the housing 1-10 and/or the first sign cover 4-10 ' are made of plastic, for example, because of the elasticity and shape of the plastic can be changed by external force, even if the corresponding fasteners on the inner edge of the opening 2-13-1 ' and the outer side of the Snap edges Snap s18 are both male fasteners (not limited to the combination of through holes and fasteners), the sign cover can be better fastened to the first opening 2-13-1 ' by Snap fit.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the second fastening members Snap18 are through holes penetrating through the fastening edge Snap s18 and are distributed on the fastening edge Snap s18 relatively.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the first opening 2-13-1 'is square in shape corresponding to the first logo mask cover 4-10'; the through holes are formed in the buckling edges SnaP S18 on two edges, three edges or four edges of the square first sign face cover 4-10'; and a plurality of through holes, which are staggered and opposite/staggered on the two opposite buckling edges SnaPs 18. The staggered space structure design is beneficial to mold opening/mold stripping, and the manufacturability is improved.
Further optionally, the plurality of vias expand over the snap edge SnaP S18 to partially bulge the snap edge SnaP S18. Therefore, the through hole has a certain size, and the width of the snap edge SnaP S18 can be made narrower on the whole to save materials.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the first logo cover 4-10' further includes a first cover plate Line391 and a second cover plate 4-10; the first cover plate and the second cover plate are vertically (or also referred to as vertical direction, as shown by arrow verti 23) side-by-side to close the first opening 2-13-1'.
It should be noted that: although some embodiments may split the first logo face cover 4-10' into two parts: the first cover plate Line391 and the second cover plate 4-10, and the first cover plate Line391 is separately detachable to facilitate maintenance of the light source board 17-7 "inside the housing 1-10 are illustrated as an example, but it should be understood that: the first logo plate cover 4-10' may be entirely of an integrally formed one-piece construction which is not detachable, and further alternatively, in this case, a construction like the first cover plate Line391 may be provided under the rear cover of the lamp housing and also separately detachable from the housing 1-10 to facilitate maintenance of the light source board 17-7 in the housing 1-10.
The first cover Line391 width is smaller than the second cover 4-10 width, a) the Logo mark Logo10 is laterally disposed on the second cover 4-10, or b) a Logo hole having a Logo mark Logo10 shape is laterally opened on the second cover 4-10;
wherein, A) the first cover plate is transversely covered and integrally connected with the lower edge of the first opening part 2-13-1'; or B) the first parts of the plurality of second buckling pieces are arranged at the periphery of the first cover plate Line391, and the first cover plate Line391 is detachably connected to the lower edge of the first opening part 2-13-1' through the first parts of the second buckling pieces. This means that: the first cover plate Line391 detachable from the lower edge of the first opening part 2-13-1' corresponds to a position inside the housing 1-10, which is basically an installation position of the light source board 17-7, and the maintenance work for the inside is mostly concentrated on the light source board 17-7. The space inside the second cover plate 4-10 is provided with substantially only mechanical parts which are not easily damaged, so that the second cover plate 4-10 generally does not need to be disassembled. If the second cover plate is often pried in its entirety, the face cover, especially the part with the logo pattern/logo holes, is easily damaged, increasing the maintenance workload and the failure rate, especially in the case where the face cover or its latch is made of plastic, frequent removal may cause the latch to be damaged. In some embodiments, the first cover plate Line391 is separately detached for maintenance and the like, because the size of the first cover plate Line391 is smaller, the number of fasteners required on the first cover plate Line391 is smaller, the first cover plate Line391 is not easy to be damaged in the detaching process, and the independent detachment of the first cover plate Line391 is more convenient compared with the integral detachment of the sign face cover or the detachment of the second cover plate. The lamp/lamp housing is more convenient to maintain and install, and the assembling performance and the maintainability of the lamp housing/lamp are improved.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the lower edge of the first opening portion 2-13-1' is constituted by one end portion of the second side wall in the longitudinal direction; this means that: the lower edge of the first opening portion 2-13-1' is constituted by a first end portion of the second side wall in the lateral direction, and the lower edge of the second opening portion (if any) is constituted by a second end portion of the second side wall in the lateral direction.
The first cover plate Line391 is strip-shaped, the second cover plate 4-10 and the first cover plate Line391 are covered on the first opening part 2-13-1' in parallel up and down, and the lower edge of the first cover plate Line391 is integrally or detachably connected to the first end part of the second side wall in the transverse direction. Wherein the second sidewall, the first sidewall, the third sidewall, and the fourth sidewall are, in other embodiments or also referred to as: the lower side wall, the upper side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall, and the description is omitted.
The lower edges of the second cover plates 4-10 form step positions, A) the upper edge of the first cover plate Line391 presses the step positions, or B) the lower edges of the second cover plates 4-10 are clamped on the upper edge of the first cover plate Line391 through the step positions, wherein the lengths of the upper edges and the lower edges of the second cover plates 4-10 and the first cover plate Line391 are both larger than the lengths of the left edge and the right edge.
The step positions enable the joint of the two parts to be more firmly connected, and the joint of the two parts can be in a horizontal or smooth state due to the step positions, so that the structural strength and the aesthetic appearance are improved, and the step positions are more significant particularly when the first cover plate and the second cover plate are connected side by side and close the first opening part 2-13-1' on the front side of the shell 1-10 for displaying the mark patterns outwards. In addition, the second cover plate in some embodiments may be referred to as a label cover in other embodiments.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the peripheral edges of the first cover plate Line391 and the first sign cover 4-10 abutting each other extend substantially perpendicularly to the inside of the first opening 2-13-1' to form a Snap edge Snap s18, and the plurality of second Snap pieces Snap18 are integrally formed on or outside the Snap edge Snap s 18; or
The lower edge of the first cover plate Line391 extends into the first opening 2-13-2' substantially vertically to form a Snap edge Snap s18, and the plurality of second Snap fasteners Snap18 are integrally formed at the outer side of the Snap edge Snap s18 or the Snap edge Snap s 18.
The buckling edge SnaP S18 is arranged, so that a plurality of buckling pieces distributed on the periphery of the mark surface cover 4-10 are integrated integrally or are connected in a conjoint manner, the mark surface cover 4-10 is favorably positioned and installed integrally in the first opening part 2-13-1', and the position of a plurality of discrete second buckling pieces SnaP18 does not need to be correspondingly adjusted to be in butt joint with the first buckling pieces SnaP23 in the opening part. Moreover, a plurality of fasteners are integrated on one fastening edge SnaP S18, and the damage probability of each second fastener SnaP18 is also reduced. In addition, due to the existence of the snap edge SnaPS18, the mark surface cover 4-10 has better sealing performance on the opening part 2-13-1 'and the opening part 2-13-2', and the sealing performance on the aspects of light, dust and the like is further enhanced.
Optionally, in some embodiments, a) the first plurality of snaps Snap23 are male snaps and the second plurality of snaps Snap18 are female snaps; or, B) the plurality of first Snap fasteners Snap23 are female fasteners and the plurality of second Snap fasteners are male fasteners; or, C) the plurality of first Snap-fit members Snap23 and the plurality of second Snap-fit members Snap18 are both male snaps; the housing 1-10 and/or the first logo face cover 4-10 have elasticity. The plurality of second buckling pieces Snap18 are a plurality of through holes penetrating through the buckling edge Snap S18, and the through holes are expanded on the buckling edge Snap S18 to enable the buckling edge Snap S18 to be locally protruded; the through holes are relatively distributed on the snap edge SnaP S18, or the through holes are relatively distributed on the snap edge SnaP S18 in a staggered mode.
Especially, when the housing 1-10 and/or the first cover 4-10 are elastic, for example, made of plastic, because of the elasticity and shape of the plastic, even if the corresponding fasteners on the inner edge of the opening and the outer side of the snap edge SnaP S18 are male fasteners (not limited to the combination of through holes and fasteners), the cover 4-10 can be well locked in the first opening 2-13-1 'or the first opening 2-13-2' by snap fit. In addition, the staggered opposite/relative space structure design among the plurality of clamping pieces is favorable for mold opening/mold stripping, and the manufacturability is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, there is also provided an emergency sign light fixture comprising an emergency sign light housing according to any of the other embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the case 1-10 further includes a rear cover 10-11, and left, right, upper, and lower sidewalls 11-14, 12-14 surrounding the periphery of the rear cover 10-11 and connected to the rear cover 10-11; the four side walls enclose a first opening portion 2-13-1' in a direction away from the rear cover 10-11. It should be noted here that the lower side wall is connected to the rear cover 10-11, and is not limited to a direct connection, but may be understood as an indirect connection, for example, the lower side wall 12-14 is indirectly connected to and fixed to the rear cover 10-11 through the lower end portions of the left and right side walls, as shown in fig. 1B and 2B. The housings 1-10 further comprise one or two light barriers 20-14, the panels of which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rim (as indicated by the arrows longi23 in the figure) and substantially perpendicular to the upper side walls 11-14 and to the lower side walls 12-14, so as to define two or three illuminated areas (not marked in the figure) within the rim, corresponding to the two or three Logo symbols Logo10 on the first Logo cover 4-10.
The emergency sign light housing H88 further includes a light source board 17-7 substantially parallel and adjacent to the lower side wall 12-14, the light emitting surface of the light source board 17-7 facing a) the upper side wall 11-14 or b) two or three illumination areas.
The housing 1-10 further comprises a refraction plate 20-1423 located between a) outside the outline of the two or three Logo symbols Logo10 and B) the upper side wall 11-14, the refraction plate 20-1423 being arranged bent facing the light source plate 17-7, at least partially surrounding the two or three illumination areas from above the Logo symbol Logo 10; therefore, the space range of the irradiation area is further limited, light rays inside the frame can be emitted to the Logo mark Logo10 more uniformly and intensively, and the external brightness of the lamp is improved. Further alternatively, the 4 side walls and the support plates 15-14 are made of plastic and integrally connected.
Limiting structure in shell
In the following, referring to fig. 4-10 c, the emergency sign lamp housing of the related embodiment is described in detail, in which the embodiment may mainly refer to the limiting portion in the lamp housing, and other components except for the limiting portion in the lamp housing may be different from the corresponding components of the lamp housing of some embodiments including the "fastening edge structure of the large/small cover body" and the "reflecting structure in the housing" titles, but this does not prevent any component of the lamp housing of the "limiting structure in the housing" related embodiment from being applied to the fastening edge structure of the large/small cover body, the "reflecting structure in the housing" title related embodiment and the lamp housing of other embodiments, and the combination forms a wider variety of modified embodiments.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, the position-limiting portion 3-2 is a plurality of support positions 23-6 and/or at least one support plate 15-6, and is disposed opposite to the guiding direction. Optionally, the limiting part 3-2 is a plurality of supporting positions 23-6 and/or at least one supporting plate 15-6, and is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the sign face cover 4-2 and out of the opening part.
Alternatively, the stopper portion 3-2 is at least part of a stopper portion or a recessed portion 3-2-1 provided along the opening portion 2-2, and for example, the stopper portion 3-2 may be a side wall on the inner side (the side closer to the rear cover of the housing) in the recessed portion 3-2-1 shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3. The position and form of the limiting part 3-2 and the limiting part 5-2 can be combined in various ways, for example, the upper inner edge of the opening part 2-2 can be provided with the opposite limiting part and the limiting part 5-2, wherein the limiting part 5-2 is a wedge-shaped buckling edge, the lower inner edge of the opening part 2-2 can also be provided with the opposite limiting part and the limiting part 5-2, and the limiting part 5-2 is a wedge-shaped buckling edge. Or, as a further alternative, the upper inner edge and/or the lower inner edge of the opening part 2-2 can be provided with a concave part 3-2-1 and a limiting part 5-2, and the limiting part 5-2 is a wedge-shaped buckling edge. As still another alternative, the upper inner edge or the lower inner edge of the opening portion 2-2 may be provided with only the concave portion 3-2-1 without the stopper portion 5-2. Further alternatively, the upper inner edge of the opening portion 2-2 may be provided with a limiting portion and a limiting portion 5-2, while the lower inner edge of the opening portion 2-2 may be provided with only a concave portion 3-2-1 without the limiting portion 5-2, and so on, and other combinations will not be described again. Similarly, the position-limiting part 3-2 and the position-limiting part 5-2 can be disposed on the lateral inner edge of the opening 2-2, and the combination and deformation thereof can be referred to as above and will not be described again.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9a-9d, the emergency sign housing includes a housing 1-9, and the housing 1-9 may be circular, square, or any other suitable shape, such as disc, etc. Referring to fig. 9a, in the case 1-9, the first partial rear cover 10-9-1 and the second partial rear cover 10-9-2 are substantially parallel to the logo surface cover 4-9; the first portion rear cover 10-9-1 is spaced further from the logo face cover 4-9 than the second portion rear cover 10-9-2.
As another alternative, as shown in FIG. 9b, in the housing 1-9, the first portion rear cover 10-9-1 is disposed obliquely toward the sign face cover 4-9 or the opening, the second portion rear cover 10-9-2 is disposed substantially parallel to the sign face cover 4-9, the first portion rear cover 10-9-1 is spaced apart from the sign face cover 4-9 by a first distance, and the second portion rear cover 10-9-2 is spaced apart from the sign face cover 4-9 by a second distance, wherein the first distance is smaller than the second distance, that is, the first portion rear cover 10-9-1 is disposed closer to the sign face cover 4-9 as a whole with respect to the second portion rear cover 10-9-2.
As yet another alternative, the housings 1-9 have rear covers that are angled toward the sign face covers 4-9 or openings, as shown in FIG. 9 c. As shown in fig. 9d, the housings 1-9 have an arc-shaped rear cover. The shape of the housing 1-9 can be adaptively configured according to the shape and size of the logo cover 4-4 to be mounted and the internal structure of the housing, the electric components, the optical components, etc., for example, as shown in fig. 4, the housing 1-4 or the opening 2-4 of the housing can have a regular or irregular shape such as a circle, an ellipse, a trapezoid, etc., and correspondingly, the logo cover 4-4 is also a circle, an ellipse, a trapezoid, etc. The housings 1-9 may be formed integrally or assembled from multiple parts and may be made of any suitable material, such as an elastoplastic material, e.g. a fire-resistant plastic, a micro-elastic material or a hard material.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the construction of an emergency sign lamp housing according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the housing 1-4 is a cone having an opening 2-4. Alternatively, the cone is an elastic body, and as the logo cover 4-4 slightly larger than the opening 2-4 is introduced into the opening 2-4 along the introduction direction, the housing 1-4 elastically expands to accommodate the introduced logo cover 4-4, and the housing 1-4 elastically snaps (e.g., by snap fitting) the logo cover 4-4. Optionally, the opening 2-4 is also resilient, for example made of plastic or some kind of metal, it being understood that the opening 2-4 is formed by an extension of the housing 1-4. Optionally, the inner edge of the opening part 2-4 is provided with a limiting part 5-4. The stopper portion 5-4 is formed by further extending the opening portion 2-4. It will be appreciated that any one or more of the housings 1-4, the openings 2-4 and the stops 5-4 are resilient to allow the (enable) logo cover 4-4 to be resiliently introduced (e.g., by snap-fitting) into the openings of the housings 1-4. Of course, the housing 1-4, the opening 2-4 and the stopper 5-4 may be elastic or integrally formed.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of an emergency sign lamp housing according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the housing 1-5 further includes a rear cover 10-5, and 4 side walls 11-5, 12-5, 13-5, 14-5 surrounding the periphery of the rear cover 10-5 and connected to the rear cover 10-5. The 4 side walls enclose an opening 2-5 at the end remote from the rear cover 10-5, the opening 2-5 being substantially rectangular. For example, the opening 2-5 may be rectangular or square with rounded corners. Optionally, the position-limiting portions 5-5 are respectively located at the inner edges of the opening portions where the opposite upper side wall 11-5 and/or lower side wall 12-5 are located in the 4 side walls, and further optionally, the position-limiting portions 5-5 are respectively located at the inner edges of one or more of the upper side wall 11-5, lower side wall 12-5, left side wall 13-5 and right side wall 14-5. For example, further alternatively, in FIG. 5, the stoppers 5-5 may be provided on the inner edges of the opening portions 2-5 on the upper and lower sidewalls 11-5 and 12-5, respectively, and the stoppers 5-5 may also be provided on ii) the inner edges of the opening portions 2-5 on the left and right sidewalls 13-5 and 14-5, respectively. The limiting part 5-5 can be continuously arranged on the inner edge of the opening part 2-5 or discontinuously arranged on the inner edge of the opening part 2-5, thereby forming a plurality of point-shaped bulges as a buckle in the form of a male buckle. For example, the stopper portion 5-5 may have a discontinuity at four corners (not shown) of the rectangular opening portion 2-5 shown in the drawings.
Therefore, the mark surface cover 4-5 can be guided into and stopped in the shell 1-5 only by the limiting part 5-5 without connecting pieces such as pins, bolts, screws and the like, the structure is simplified, the assembly is simple, and optionally, the limiting part 5-5 is a buckling edge with a wedge-shaped section. Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural view of an emergency sign lamp housing and a sign face cover adapted to the lamp housing according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the emergency sign lamp housing includes a housing 1-6 having an opening portion 2-6 and a position-limiting portion 3-6. The limiting part 3-6 is arranged inside the shell 1-6. Optionally, the case 1-6 further includes a rear cover 10-6, and an upper sidewall 11-6, a lower sidewall 12-6, a left sidewall 13-6, and a right sidewall 14-6 surrounding the outer circumference of the rear cover 10-6 and connected to the rear cover 10-6. The opening part 2-6 is elastically matched with the mark surface cover 4-6 to allow the mark surface cover 4-6 to be accommodated between the limiting part 3-6 and the opening part 2-6. The label cover 4-6 is fittingly introduced into the opening part 2-6, and optionally, a stopper 5-5 is extendedly disposed along an inner edge of the opening part 2-6, perpendicular to an opening direction of the opening part 2-6, to further reduce the size of the opening part 2-6.
Alternatively, the stopper portion 3-6 is provided on the inner wall deeper inside the case 1-6 than the stopper portion 5-6, provided corresponding to the opening portion 2-6. The limiting part 3-6 comprises a supporting plate 15-6, in addition, the limiting part 3-6 can also comprise a plurality of supporting positions 23-6, the plurality of supporting positions 23-6 are arranged on the rear cover 10-6 and/or each side wall around the rear cover 10-6, or the plurality of supporting positions 23-6 can also be arranged on the inner walls of the plurality of side walls, positioned on the inner side of the limiting part on the opening part 2-6 and opposite to the limiting part. Alternatively, both ends of at least one support plate 15-6 are connected to: an upper sidewall 11-6 and a lower sidewall 12-6. Alternatively, both ends of at least one support plate 15-6 may be connected to the upper side wall 11-6 and the left side wall 13-6 or the right side wall 14-6 (not shown) adjacent to the upper side wall 11-6, respectively, to partition at least one side space 16-6 inside the case 1-6. Alternatively, the at least one support plate 15-6 may be specifically configured as two support plates vertically formed at both left and right ends of the rear cover 10-6, respectively, to partition two lateral spaces 16-6 formed inside the case 1-6 at both ends; wherein, the two ends of the rear cover are adjacent to the left side wall 13-6 and the right side wall 14-6 of the 4 side walls.
Optionally, the light source board 17-6 and the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line unit 19-6 of the light source board 17-6 are further included; the light source board 17-6 is disposed at the upper sidewall 11-6 or the lower sidewall 12-6 or near the rear cover 10-6 at the upper sidewall 11-6 or the lower sidewall 12-6 in the case 1-6. If the at least one side space 16-6 comprises only one side space, the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line unit 19-6 may be arranged in the only side space, and if the at least one side space 16-6 comprises two side spaces, as shown in fig. 6, the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line unit 19-6 may be arranged in the two side spaces 16-6-1, 16-6-2, respectively. It will be appreciated that the support plates 15-6 are not limited to the supporting effect on the sign face covers 4-6, but also separate the side spaces 16-6 in the housings 1-6. The support plate 15-6 not only isolates the electrical components and improves electrical safety, but also prevents foreign matter, flying dust, etc. from entering a luminous central area (not marked in the drawing) by physical isolation of the support plate 15-6 and avoids degrading the display of the sign face cover 4-6.
Fig. 7a and 7b and 7c show schematic side views of the emergency sign lamp housing of fig. 6 and a sign face cover adapted thereto, respectively, of the present invention, as shown in the figure, the rear cover 10-6 optionally comprising a first partial rear cover 10-6-1 adjoining the upper side wall 11-6. Additionally, the rear cover 10-6 includes a second portion of the rear cover 10-6-2 that abuts the lower sidewall 12-6.
Wherein, the distance between the first part rear cover 10-6-1 and the opening part 2-6 is smaller than the distance between the second part rear cover 10-6-2 and the opening part 2-6. Or the distance between the first part rear cover 10-6-1 and the sign face cover 4-6 is smaller than the distance between the second part rear cover 10-6-2 and the sign face cover 4-6. In addition, in fig. 7c, the index surface cover is not shown, and, in fig. 7b, the opening space is schematically marked as the opening portion, while in fig. 7c, the side wall enclosing the opening portion is schematically marked as the opening portion.
Optionally, a light source board 17-6 (not shown in fig. 7 c) is substantially parallel and adjacent to the lower side wall 12-6, and a light emitting surface of the light source board 17-6 is disposed toward the upper side wall 11-6, or a light emitting surface of the light source board 17-6 is disposed toward the inside of the housing 1-6.
Optionally, as shown in the figure, the incoming line in the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line in the outgoing line unit 19-6 are respectively arranged through: the first part of the rear cover 10-6-1 is close to the left side wall 14-6 and the right side wall 13-6.
Optionally, the incoming line in the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line in the outgoing line unit 19-6 are respectively arranged on the portions of the rear cover 10-6 corresponding to the two side spaces 16-6, which are close to the upper side wall 11-6.
Alternatively, the incoming line in the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line in the outgoing line unit 19-6 are respectively provided through the regions of the first portion rear cover 10-6-1 to define the two side spaces 16-6.
Alternatively, in the emergency sign lamp housing of the embodiment shown in fig. 7a and fig. 7b and 7c, in order to enhance the supporting or positioning capability of the sign face cover, not only two support plates 15-6 are provided to extend across both end portions of the rear cover 10-6, but also a plurality of support sites 23-6 are provided along the intersections of the four side walls with the rear cover 10-6, and these support sites 23-6 are connected to the rear cover and the side walls, and are disposed substantially perpendicular to the direction of the rear cover 10-6 out of the opening portion 2-6. The supporting position 23-6, namely the second stop surface on the supporting position 23-6, surrounds the inner edge of the opening part 2-6, faces the mark surface cover to be guided in, and is opposite to the limiting part of the inner edge of the opening part 2-6, and the distance between the two is basically equal to the thickness of the mark surface cover. When the sign face cover is introduced, the second stop surface on the support position 23-6 abuts/abuts against the sign face cover from inside to outside (with the housing as a reference), and the first stop surface on the limiting portion (not shown) abuts/abuts against the sign face cover from outside to inside, so that the sign face cover is spatially limited at the opening portion 2-6 of the housing 1-6, i.e., limited between a) the limiting portion of the opening portion and b) the support plate and/or the support position.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7b, in some embodiments, the position-limiting portion is a strip shape and is substantially symmetrically/oppositely disposed on the inner edge of the opening portion, for example: are substantially symmetrically/oppositely disposed on i) the upper and lower sidewalls, ii) the left and right sidewalls. Of course, the rectangular openings are only illustrated here, and the symmetrical and opposing arrangement of the dot-shaped and stripe-shaped stopper portions can be applied to other circular or elliptical openings. And will not be described in detail. In addition, the limiting part not only comprises a supporting plate, but also comprises a plurality of supporting positions 23-6. A plurality of support sites 23-6 are arranged along the inner edge of the opening 2-6, e.g. substantially symmetrically/oppositely arranged on i) the upper and lower side walls, ii) the left and right side walls. As shown in the figure, the plurality of supporting positions 23-6 are arranged on the inner side of the limiting part and are spatially opposite to or correspond to the limiting part, and the plurality of supporting positions 23-6 and the spacing part are spaced for accommodating the sign face cover. Alternatively, it can also be understood that: at the inner edge of the opening portion, a plurality of support sites 23-6 and a stopper portion are provided at the inner side and the outer side, respectively. Here, the inner side and the outer side are relative to the lamp housing/shell, and in general, a portion closer to the outside of the lamp housing/shell may be regarded as the outer side, and a portion closer to the inside of the lamp housing/shell may be regarded as the inner side.
It can be understood that: the incoming line unit 18-6 and the outgoing line unit 19-6 are arranged at the upper part of the side space 16-6, namely the part of the rear cover inclining towards the direction of the sign face cover, the arrangement of the inclined part of the rear cover not only saves the installation space and enhances the installability of the lamp, but also can better diffuse/reflect light by the inclined arrangement, thereby being beneficial to enhancing the light between the sign face cover 4-6 and the first part of the rear cover and enhancing the display effect at the upper part of the emergency sign lamp.
As shown in fig. 10a, the support plate 15-10 is a bent long strip shape, one end of the support plate 15-10 in the longitudinal direction of the plate body (note that the longitudinal direction is only directed to the plate body itself, i.e., the long side direction of the strip-shaped plate body) is connected/adjacent to the upper side wall 11-10, the other end of the support plate 15-10 is connected or adjacent to the left side wall 13-10 or the right side wall 14-10, and one end face of the support plate 15-10 in the transverse direction extends to and is connected to the rear cover 10-10. Thereby, the support plate 15-10 is partitioned inside the housing to form a side space 16-10. The incoming line unit and the outgoing line unit can be respectively arranged in the two side spaces 16-10, and the incoming line in the incoming line unit and the outgoing line in the outgoing line unit can also be arranged on the rear cover corresponding to the side spaces 16-10 in a penetrating way.
Of course, the two ends of the support plate 15-10 are not limited to being directly connected to the upper side wall 11-10 and/or the lower side wall. The support plates 15-10 may also have ends adjacent to/near the upper and lower sidewalls 11-10, respectively. As shown in fig. 10c, unlike the case and the rear cover structure of the case of the embodiment in fig. 10a, there are: the first portion of the support plate 15-10 is adjacent to the upper sidewall 11-10, and the second portion of the support plate 15-10 is far away from the upper sidewall 11-10 and connected/close to the left sidewall 13-10, which is not described again for brevity.
Further, as shown in FIG. 10c, the left side wall 13-10 and the right side wall 14-10 are disposed opposite to each other and are adjacent to the upper side wall 11-10 and the lower side wall 12-10, respectively, thereby forming a rectangular opening portion, and the side walls to which the upper side wall 11-10 is adjacent include the left side wall 13-10 and the right side wall 14-10. Here, it can also be understood from another point of view: the two ends of the supporting plate 15-10 "are connected/approached to two different positions/portions of the left side wall 13-10, respectively, so as to form a side space together with the corresponding portion of the left side wall 13-10. Alternatively, the two ends of the supporting plate 15-10 "can be connected/close to two different positions/portions of the right side wall 14-10 respectively, so as to form a side space together with the corresponding portion of the right side wall 14-10.
As shown in fig. 10b, one end of the strip-shaped support plate 15-10 'in the longitudinal direction of the plate body thereof (note that the longitudinal direction is only directed to the plate body itself, i.e., the long side direction of the strip-shaped plate body herein) is connected/adjacent to the upper side wall 11-10, and the other end may also be connected/adjacent to the lower side wall 12-10, and one end face of the support plate 15-10' in the lateral direction may be formed substantially perpendicularly to the rear cover 10-10. Thereby, the support plate 15-10', a portion of the upper side wall 11-10, a portion of the lower side wall 12-10, and a portion of the rear cover 10-10 at the end, collectively define/define the side space 16-10.
Optionally, the width of the upper sidewall 11-6 is less than the width of the lower sidewall 12-6; a left sidewall 13-6, a lower sidewall 12-6, a right sidewall 14-6, substantially equivalent/equal in width, and each having a width to length ratio of less than 1: 8; and the opening part 2-6 is rectangular, and the upper side wall 11-6 and the lower side wall 12-6 are longer than the left side wall 13-6 and the right side wall 14-6. Thereby forming a flat rectangular parallelepiped to facilitate the relatively uniform transmission of light from the light source panel through the sign face cover to the emergency sign light fixture H7. In addition, the outer contour (outline) of the housing in the emergency sign light housing in some other embodiments herein may also optionally have the shape of a flat elliptic cylinder, a flat rectangular parallelepiped, or the like.
Optionally, the emergency sign light fixture H7 further includes one or more light barriers 20-6 disposed in the middle of the rear cover 10-6 or between the two side spaces 16-6, corresponding to the locations between the plurality of symbols on the sign face cover 4-6. The light emission of the light source board 17-6 is divided, thereby enabling the plurality of symbols to be optically independent. Thereby realizing the zone control of the light. Further optionally, when part of the light source plates emit light, only the corresponding signs emit light, and the light is prevented from being transmitted to other signs. Alternatively, the light baffle 21-6 may trisect the rear cover to form three independently controlled symbols on the sign face cover 4-6, such as a left-hand indicator, a right-hand indicator, or a man-shaped symbol. It will be appreciated that the light baffle 20-6 may be fittingly secured to the rear cover 10-6 by a score line on the rear cover 10-6, which may be a linear groove integrally formed in the rear cover and substantially perpendicular to the upper sidewall 11-6.
Optionally, two support plates 15-6 are perpendicular to the back cover 10-6, wherein a first end face of each support plate 15-6 is connected to the back cover 10-6 and a second stop face 9-6 is a second end face of each support plate 15-6 facing the sign face cover 4-6 to be introduced.
Alternatively, the 4 side walls and the two support plates 15-6 are integrally formed with the rear cover 10-6.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8a and 8b, the first partial rear cover 10-6-1 is disposed obliquely to the sign face cover 4-8; the second part rear cover 10-6-2 is arranged substantially parallel to the logo face cover 4-8; the included angle between the first part rear cover 10-8-1 and the second part rear cover 10-8-2 is an obtuse angle, and the obtuse angle is more than 150 degrees. The light source plate 17-8 is close to the lower side wall 12-8, so that the lower half part of the lamp has stronger light; the upper half is slightly less bright. And now the lid 10-8-1 leans forward behind the first part for the first half lamps and lanterns inner space diminishes, and light gathers more in the space to and light is covered to the sign face through the lid that inclines to the panel is more easily reflected, has promoted light intensity, has compensated to a certain extent that the first half casing is because of keeping away from the light source board the light weakening that produces. In addition, as can be seen in FIGS. 8a and 8b, the wedge-shaped snap edge 8-8 securely snaps over the logo cover 4-8.
Optionally, back cover 10-6 has one or more flag 21-6 for use with light source panel 17-6.
Optionally, at least one hanging hole 22-6 is arranged in the lateral space 16-6, and further optionally, due to the inclined arrangement of the first-part rear cover 10-6-1, the hanging hole 22-6 is arranged in a portion of the lateral space 16-6 near the upper side wall 11-6 to facilitate hanging.
In another embodiment of the utility model, an emergency sign lamp is further provided, which comprises an emergency sign lamp housing in any other embodiment, and a sign face cover 4. The sign face cover 4 can be elastically introduced between the stopper portion 3 and the opening portion 2. After the opening 2 is closed by the index cover 4, the light emitted from the light source plate 17 inside the lamp housing is transmitted through the index cover 4, so that the user can visually acquire index information on the index cover 4.
It should be noted that: in some embodiments of fig. 8a, 8b, etc., 4 sidewalls (not labeled) surround and are attached to the periphery of the back covers 10-8-1, 10-8-2, wherein the attachment locations on the sidewalls for attaching the back covers may not be limited to the ends of the sidewalls. As shown in fig. 8a and 8b, a first portion 10-8-1 of the rear cover is connected to the middle of the upper sidewall, and a second portion 10-8-2 of the rear cover is connected to the lower sidewall opposite to the upper sidewall by the end of the lower sidewall.
Of course, one skilled in the art will understand that: in other words, although the number of the opening portions on the housing in the emergency sign lamp housing of any embodiment of the present invention is described by taking only one opening portion on the housing of the sign lamp as an example in some embodiments of the present invention, the housings may have a single opening portion as in other embodiments, and a second opening portion, a third opening portion, and the like may be additionally (additively) provided. Correspondingly, the label cover may be a unitary body, or the label cover may include a plurality of portions that are resiliently guided into one or more openings, respectively. In other words, the number of the plurality of portions of the logo surface cover may correspond to the number of the opening portions, or the number of the logo surface covers may be more than the number of the opening portions, that is, one opening portion may elastically mount a plurality of sub logo surface covers.
