In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like, generally refer to the orientation as shown in the drawings, or to the component itself in a vertical, perpendicular, or gravitational orientation; likewise, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves, but the above directional words are not intended to limit the utility model.
In commercial projects, functions related to a vehicle-mounted multimedia host system are often required to be demonstrated to the first party, at present, the vehicle-mounted multimedia host system is mostly demonstrated by adopting a single display screen, the demonstration mode is single, and the adaptability is low; and the trend of the vehicle-mounted multimedia host system towards the development of multiple display screens is more and more obvious, and the current requirements cannot be met by the display scheme of a single display screen. Therefore, how to solve the problem of single display mode of the demonstration box and ensure that the vehicle-mounted multimedia host can simultaneously display a plurality of display screens is an urgent problem to be solved.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention and embodiments of the present invention provide a demonstration box.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the presentation box is an integrated presentation box of the vehicle-mounted multimedia host.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box includes a demonstration box body 10, a main frame 20, a first display screen 30 and a second display screen 40, the demonstration box body 10 includes an upper box body 11 and a lower box body 12 which can be mutually covered, and the lower box body 12 has a lower accommodating cavity; the host 20 is arranged in the lower accommodating cavity; the first display screen 30 is mounted on the upper case 11; the second display screen 40 is arranged in the lower accommodating cavity; wherein at least one of the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 is connected with the host 20 to perform a presentation work under the control of the host 20.
In the above arrangement, the demonstration box includes the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40, and at least one of the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 is connected with the host 20, and under the control of the host 20, the first display screen 30 or the second display screen 40 or the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 can perform demonstration work, that is to say, in the technical scheme of the application, the demonstration box has multiple demonstration modes, the demonstration modes are rich and diverse, and the adaptability is high.
Moreover, because the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 can both perform the demonstration work under the control of the host 20, in the technical solution of the present application, the demonstration box can perform the demonstration of a plurality of display screens at the same time.
In addition, the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 can be mutually covered, the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 can be opened or closed according to the requirement of whether demonstration work is carried out or not, namely, the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 are opened when the demonstration work is required, and the upper box body 11 and the lower box body 12 are covered together when the demonstration work is not required, so that the components installed in the demonstration box body 10 can be protected.
In addition, the main unit 20 and the second display screen 40 are both disposed in the lower accommodating chamber, and the lower case 12 has an installation and supporting function for the main unit 20 and the second display screen 40. The first display screen 30 is mounted on the upper case 11, and the upper case 11 has a mounting and supporting function for the first display screen 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first display 30 and the second display 40 are both connected to the host 20. Of course, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, only the first display 30 or the second display 40 may be connected to the host 20 according to actual needs, so as to perform the demonstration work under the control of the host 20.
Preferably, the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are pivotally connected to achieve the purpose that the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 can be covered with each other.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first display screen 30 is a vehicle-mounted display screen. The second display 40 is an in-vehicle display. The host 20 is an in-vehicle multimedia host.
In embodiments of the present invention in which the presentation box includes a first display screen 30 and a plurality of second display screens 40, the host 20 is selectively coupled to one or more of the first display screen 30 and the plurality of second display screens 40 to enable the presentation box to have different presentation modes.
Preferably, the number of the second display screens 40 is three, different configurations from 1-screen display to 4-screen display can be performed by importing different software (e.g., system software, or APK (android application package)) into the on-vehicle multimedia host, and the configurable manner includes:
1. the first display screen 30 performs demonstration work;
2. a dual screen display, as shown in fig. 1, a second display screen 40 located at one side of the first display screen 30 performs a presentation work together with the first display screen 30;
3. three-screen display, as shown in fig. 1, two second display screens 40 located at both sides of the first display screen 30 perform a demonstration work together with the first display screen 30;
4. and (4) performing four-screen display, wherein the first display screen 30 and the three second display screens 40 perform demonstration work.
According to the technical scheme, the multiple display screens can be freely combined, so that the requirements of subsequent products on double screens, three screens, four screens and the like are met, and the functions of the vehicle-mounted computer system can be flexibly displayed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box 10 is made of PP (polypropylene) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). The requirement of anti-seismic and anti-falling can be met by the arrangement.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the size of the entire demonstration box 10 is controlled to be 21 inches, and the weight is controlled to be less than 19KG, so that the domestic flight consignment standard can be satisfied.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box 10 further includes a lower cover 13 connected to the lower box 12 and located in the lower receiving cavity, so as to divide the lower receiving cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, and at least a portion of the second display 40 is located in the first cavity.
In the above-mentioned setting, lower apron 13 will descend the holding chamber to separate for first cavity and second cavity, can carry out rational arrangement to the part that is located holding intracavity down like this, make demonstration case compact structure and stable, improved the compactness of demonstration case, stability and the rationality of arranging.
When the functions of the vehicle-mounted multimedia host system need to be demonstrated, a large number of wire harnesses, external power supply equipment and the like are generally required to be carried, the number of components is large and complicated, and if the vehicle-mounted multimedia host system and the components thereof are improperly placed, the vehicle-mounted multimedia host system is likely to be incapable of demonstrating when bumped. Therefore, how to properly place the vehicle-mounted multimedia host and the related components is an urgent problem to be solved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further comprises a buffer structure 50 disposed in the second cavity, and the buffer structure 50 is located below the lower cover plate 13 to buffer the lower cover plate 13 and components disposed above the lower cover plate 13.
In the above arrangement, the buffering structure 50 is located below the lower cover plate 13, and the buffering structure 50 is used for buffering the lower cover plate 13 and the components arranged above the lower cover plate 13, so that the vehicle-mounted multimedia host and the related components can be properly placed, and the problem that the vehicle-mounted multimedia host cannot display due to bumping is avoided.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the buffer structure 50 is made of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) foam.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the former screw assembly mode is replaced by EVA foam filling and wrapping type assembly, and particularly, the lower box body 12 is filled with EVA foam, so that the buffer can be buffered in the process of transporting each module, and the module is prevented from being damaged.
Of course, in alternative embodiments of the present application, the buffering structure 50 may be made of corrugated cardboard or sponge, etc. according to actual requirements.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box comprises two main units 20, wherein one main unit 20 is located in the first cavity and is disposed on the lower cover plate 13, the other main unit 20 is located in the second cavity and is disposed on the bottom wall of the lower box body 12, and at least one main unit 20 is connected with both the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40.
In the embodiment of the present invention, two multimedia hosts, i.e., two hosts 20, are preset in the lower box 12, so that on one hand, one of the hosts 20 can be connected to both the first display 30 and the second display 40 to perform performance display through the host 20, and on the other hand, communication can be transmitted through the other host 20 to increase product introduction force.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the main unit 20 arranged on the bottom wall of the lower box body 12 in the two main units 20 is connected with the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 and is used for controlling the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 to perform demonstration work, the main unit 20 arranged on the lower cover plate 13 can be used for transmitting communication and standby, so that the product introduction force is increased, the problem that the demonstration box cannot normally work due to the failure of one main unit can be avoided, and the normal and smooth work of the demonstration box is ensured.
Of course, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, two hosts 20 may be connected to both the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 according to actual needs.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the upper box body mounting frame 16 is arranged in the upper accommodating cavity of the upper box body 11, the upper box body mounting frame 16 is fixed on the upper box body 11 through 6 external screws, the front panel 14 is fixed with the upper box body mounting frame 16 through 6 screws, and finally the first display screen 30 is fixed on the upper box body 11, rubber plugs are respectively plugged into 6 screw hole positions after the installation is finished, and the effects of attractiveness, dust prevention and oxidation prevention are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration case 10 further includes a front panel 14 connected to the upper case 11, and the first display 30 is provided on the front panel 14; the presentation case further comprises a screen suspension structure 60 provided on the front panel 14, the screen suspension structure 60 being adapted to suspend the second display screen 40, at least one side of the first display screen 30 in the first direction being provided with the screen suspension structure 60.
In the above arrangement, the front panel 14 is used for mounting and supporting the first display screen 30 and the screen hanging structure 60, and the arrangement of the first display screen 30 and the screen hanging structure 60 is facilitated by the arrangement of the front panel 14. The screen hanging structure 60 is used for hanging the second display screen 40, and the second display screen 40 can be conveniently arranged by arranging the screen hanging structure 60, so that the second display screen 40 can be used for demonstrating work more easily.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the screen hanging structures 60 are disposed on both sides of the first display screen 30 along the first direction, that is, the second display screen 40 can be hung on both sides of the first display screen 30 along the first direction, so that the selectivity and the adaptability of the demonstration box are improved on the premise that the demonstration box can perform multi-screen demonstration.
Of course, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, it is also possible to provide only one side of the first display screen 30 along the first direction with the screen suspension structure 60 according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a second mounting hole 15 is formed on the front panel 14, and the first display 30 is connected to the front panel 14 and located at the second mounting hole 15.
In the above arrangement, the first display screen 30 is located at the second mounting hole 15, and the arrangement and mounting of the first display screen 30 are facilitated by the second mounting hole 15, which contributes to the realization of compact structure.
In the embodiment of the present invention, at least one side of the first display screen 30 in the first direction is provided with the screen hanging structure 60, that is, at least one side of the second mounting hole 15 in the first direction is provided with the screen hanging structure 60.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the presentation case includes a plurality of second display screens 40, at least one second display screen 40 is detachably coupled to the lower cover 13, and the second display screen 40 detachably coupled to the lower cover 13 is mounted on the front panel 14 through the screen hanging structure 60 when the upper case 11 is in the open state.
In the above arrangement, a plurality of second display screens 40 can be used for performing the demonstration work. When the upper cabinet 11 is in the opened state, the second display screen 40 detachably coupled with the lower cover 13 is mounted on the front panel 14 by the screen hanging structure 60, so that the second display screen 40 mounted on the front panel 14 can be more conveniently demonstrated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration case includes three second display screens 40, one of the second display screens 40 is mounted on the lower cover plate 13, and the other two second display screens 40 are placed on the lower cover plate 13 and can be removed from the lower cover plate 13, and after the two second display screens 40 are removed from the lower cover plate 13, they can be respectively suspended by two screen suspension structures 60 disposed on both sides of the first display screen 30 in the first direction and mounted on the front panel 14, so that the demonstration can be conveniently performed.
In the embodiment of the present invention in which the entire presentation case supports 1-4-screen presentations, the two second display screens 40 mounted on the front panel 14 are typically mounted at openings on both sides of the lower cover 13 in the first direction and are at least partially located at the third mounting grooves 51 on both sides of the buffer structure 50 in the first direction. The third mounting grooves 51 of the buffer structure 50 on both sides in the first direction have an accommodating, and avoiding function for the second display screen 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the lower cover plate 13 is provided with a first mounting groove 131 for mounting the host 20, a second mounting groove 132 for mounting one of the second display screens 40, and mounting through holes 133 for mounting the other two second display screens 40, the buffer structure 50 is provided with two third mounting grooves 51 corresponding to the two mounting through holes 133, the host 20 is disposed in the first mounting groove 131, one second display screen 40 is mounted in the second mounting groove 132, and partial structures of the other two second display screens 40 pass through the corresponding mounting through holes 133 and are then accommodated in the corresponding third mounting grooves 51. The demonstration box further comprises a screen protection cover 180 which is pivotally connected with the lower cover plate 13 and is arranged at the installation through hole 133, the screen protection cover 180 can be installed at the installation through hole 133 in a covering mode, when the second display screen 40 at the installation through hole 133 is installed or taken out, the second display screen 40 can be conveniently installed or taken out by rotating the screen protection cover 180, and the screen protection cover 180 has a protection effect on the second display screen 40.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lower cover plate 13 is further provided with a first groove communicated with the mounting through hole 133, the first groove is located on at least one side of the mounting through hole 133, and the screen protection cover 180 can be easily pulled through the first groove, so that the screen protection cover 180 rotates relative to the lower cover plate 13, and the second display screen 40 is conveniently installed in or taken out.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a touch screen 310 adhesively connected to the second display screen 40, a display screen frame 320 for mounting and supporting the second display screen 40, and a touch screen frame 330, where the display screen frame 320 has a cavity, both the second display screen 40 and the touch screen 310 are disposed in the cavity of the display screen frame 320, and the touch screen frame 330 is disposed at the outer periphery of the second display screen 40 and the touch screen 310, so as to fixedly mount the second display screen 40 and the touch screen 310 on the display screen frame 320.
The display screen frame 320 is installed on the lower cover plate 13 through screws and is located in the second mounting groove 132, the purpose of installing the second display screen 40 to the second mounting groove 132 is achieved, the tightness of screwing the screws is adjusted, the display screen frame 320 can rotate around the central axis of the screws relative to the lower cover plate 13, and therefore the swing angle of the second display screen 40 is adjusted, and demonstration is facilitated. The demonstration box further comprises a rotating bracket 340 connected with both the display screen frame 320 and the lower cover plate 13, and the rotating bracket 340 can be fixed at a certain angle by screwing screws, so that the display screen frame 320 is kept at a certain angle. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the lower cover plate 13 is further provided with a second groove communicated with the second mounting groove 132, the second groove is located on at least one side of the second mounting groove 132, and the display screen frame 320 can be conveniently pulled through the second groove, so that the display screen frame 320 and the second display screen 40 and the like rotate around the central axis of the screw relative to the lower cover plate 13, which is convenient for operation.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the second display screen 40 is used, the second display screen 40 is assembled by rotating the hinge of the screen protection cover 180 and then taken out, and the second display screen 40 mounted on the lower cover plate 13 is displayed together, the upper case 11 provides a hanging space for hanging two second display screens 40, and the second display screen 40 can be directly hung on the upper case 11 through the screen hanging structure 60. The normal function of cooperation display screen also can reserve power pencil and video pencil cooperation display screen normal use from the host computer bottom, and when not showing, the pencil is directly withdrawed to screen safety cover 180 inboard, directly hides the support pencil through screen safety cover 180.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the screen hanging structure 60 includes a first hanging member 61, a hook 62, a second hanging member 63 and a first mounting hole 64, the first hanging member 61 is detachably connected to the second display screen 40, and the hook 62 is provided on the first hanging member 61; the second hanging piece 63 is arranged on the front panel 14, and a first mounting hole 64 is arranged on the second hanging piece 63; at least a portion of the hook 62 is inserted into the first mounting hole 64 to hang the first hanger 61 to the second hanger 63.
In the above arrangement, the second display screen 40 is detachably connected to the first hanging member 61, so that the second display screen 40 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted; the first hanging member 61 has a fixing and supporting function for the second display screen 40. The second hanger 63 is provided on the front panel 14, and the front panel 14 has a mounting fixing and supporting function for the second hanger 63. The second hanging member 63 is provided with a first mounting hole 64, the first hanging member 61 is provided with a hook 62, at least a part of the hook 62 is inserted into the first mounting hole 64, the first hanging member 61 can be hung to the second hanging member 63, and therefore the purpose of hanging the second display screen 40 to the front panel 14 is achieved, and the demonstration work of the second display screen 40 is facilitated.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second hanger 63 is detachably connected to the front panel 14. Preferably, the second hanger 63 is connected to the front panel 14 by a locking member (e.g., a screw, etc.).
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further comprises a screen back frame 300 connected with the second display screen 40, and the screen back frame 300 is detachably connected with the first hanging member 61, so that the second display screen 40 is detachably connected with the first hanging member 61.
Preferably, the screen back frame 300 is connected to the first hanger 61 by a locking member (e.g., a screw).
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the presentation case further includes a screen saver mask 70 detachably connected to the front panel 14, the screen saver mask 70 being disposed in correspondence with the screen hanging structure 60 to protect the screen hanging structure 60.
In the above arrangement, the front panel 14 has a mounting, fixing and supporting function for the screen protection mask 70. A screen saver mask 70 is used to shield the screen suspension structure 60. When it is not necessary to suspend the second display screen 40 using the screen suspension structure 60, a screen saver mask 70 may be mounted to the front panel 14 to protect the screen suspension structure 60.
Preferably, the screen saver mask 70 is snap-fit to the front panel 14. Of course, screen protection mask 70 and front panel 14 may also be removably attached by other means, such as by a screw connection or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper case 11 has an upper receiving cavity, the demonstration case further includes a speaker 80, an event data recorder 100 and a first camera 110, which are all at least partially located in the upper receiving cavity, and the speaker 80, the event data recorder 100 and the first camera 110 are all connected to the host 20.
In the above-mentioned setting, speaker 80, vehicle event data recorder 100 and first camera 110 all are located the holding intracavity partially at least, can all integrate speaker 80, vehicle event data recorder 100 and first camera 110 on last box 11, concentrate all peripheral parts together for the structure of demonstration case is comparatively compact, guarantees the functional diversity of demonstration case.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the automobile data recorder 100 is a WIFI-version automobile data recorder. The first camera 110 is a face recognition camera.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a third camera 90, a microphone 120 and an ammeter 130, which are at least partially located in the upper receiving cavity, and the third camera 90, the microphone 120 and the ammeter 130 are all connected to the host 20. Set up like this, can further improve demonstration case's integrated nature and functional diversity.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the third camera 90 is an AR navigation camera.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the speaker 80, the tachograph 100, the first camera 110, the third camera 90, the microphone 120, and the ammeter 130 is detachably connected to the front panel 14, so that the speaker 80, the tachograph 100, the first camera 110, the third camera 90, the microphone 120, and the ammeter 130 can be easily attached and detached.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a display screen mounting bracket 240, a microphone fixing member 250, a third camera fixing member 260, a first camera fixing member 270 and an automobile data recorder fixing member 280, all of which are detachably connected to the front panel 14, the first display screen 30 is mounted to the front panel 14 through the display screen mounting bracket 240, the microphone 120 is mounted to the front panel 14 through the microphone fixing member 250, the third camera 90 is mounted to the front panel 14 through the third camera fixing member 260, the first camera 110 is mounted to the front panel 14 through the first camera fixing member 270, and the automobile data recorder 100 is mounted to the front panel 14 through the automobile data recorder fixing member 280.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the microphone module (including the microphone 120) and the camera module (including the first camera 110 and the third camera 90) which are built in the upper accommodating cavity are all fixed inside the upper box 11 by screws and customized CNC pieces (i.e. numerical control workpieces), and the microphone module is directly connected with the wire harness branch which is reserved and connected from the inside of the lower box, so as to realize the microphone pickup function. The camera module is directly connected with the wiring harness branch which is reserved and led from the interior of the lower box body, and the picture recording function is achieved. The current display module (including ammeter 130) is directly connected with front panel 14 through buckle of self and partly is located the holding intracavity, realizes the installation, and the current display module lug connection has reserved the pencil branch that draws from the lower box internal portion and has come, has realized the ammeter and has shown the function.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a power interface 140 disposed on the lower case 12 and an adapter electrically connected to the power interface 140, the adapter is disposed in the lower receiving cavity, and the host 20, the first display 30 and the second display 40 are electrically connected to the adapter.
In the above arrangement, the power interface 140 is used for electrically connecting with an external power supply, and all the power consumption components such as the host 20, the first display 30, and the second display 40 are electrically connected to the power interface 140 through adapters, so that power can be supplied to the power consumption components such as the host 20, the first display 30, and the second display 40 through the power interface 140. The adapter can convert the electrical signal (electrical signal including current, voltage, etc.) of the external power source into the electrical signal suitable for the electrical components such as the host 20, the first display screen 30, the second display screen 40, etc., so as to ensure the normal and smooth electricity utilization of the electrical components such as the host 20, the first display screen 30, the second display screen 40, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the presentation case includes only one power interface 140 provided on the lower case 12. Set up like this, can reduce peripheral part pencil and connect, make the demonstration case only need an external power cord can accomplish the car machine and start, the simplified operation shortens and prepares for long time, raises the efficiency.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further comprises a second camera 350 disposed on the lower box body 12, and the second camera 350 is electrically connected with the main machine 20.
In the above arrangement, the lower case 12 has a function of mounting and supporting the second camera 350. The second camera 350 is electrically connected to the host 20, and the host 20 supplies power to the second camera 350. The second camera 350 is used for photographing.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second camera 350 is an AVM (Around View Monitor) camera, which can implement panoramic monitoring.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a camera mounting bracket 230 disposed on the lower box body 12, the second camera 350 is mounted to the lower box body 12 through the camera mounting bracket 230, and the mounting stability of the second camera 350 can be improved by disposing the camera mounting bracket 230.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box comprises a plurality of second cameras 350, and the plurality of second cameras 350 are arranged around the circumference of the lower box body 12 at intervals. By the arrangement, all-dimensional photographing can be realized, and dead angles are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration box further includes a dust cover 170 disposed on the lower case 12, and the dust cover 170 is disposed corresponding to the second camera 350 to protect the second camera 350. The dust cover 170 is used for protecting the second camera 350, and functions of dust prevention, water prevention and the like are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the demonstration case further includes a power button 160 provided on the lower cover plate 13, the adapter and the host 20 are electrically connected to the power button 160, and the power button 160 is used to control connection and disconnection between the host 20 and the adapter.
In the above arrangement, the power button 160 is used to control connection or disconnection between the host 20 and the adapter, so that the host 20 can be in a charged standby state, and the first display screen 30 and the second display screen 40 can be controlled to perform demonstration work at any time, or the host 20 can be in a power-off shutdown state, and the demonstration work cannot be controlled.
