The flow state of the three-way solenoid valve can be controlled by placing the ironing main body 20 on the base 10 or separating the ironing main body from the base 10.
The term "fluid communication" as used herein refers to a spatial relationship between two components or portions (hereinafter collectively referred to as a first portion and a second portion, respectively), i.e., a fluid (gas, liquid or a mixture of both) can flow along a flow path from the first portion and/or be transported to the second portion, and may be a direct communication between the first portion and the second portion, or an indirect communication between the first portion and the second portion via at least one third element, such as a fluid channel, e.g., a pipe, a channel, a duct, a flow guide, a hole, a groove, or a chamber that allows a fluid to flow through, or a combination thereof.

Claims (10)

1. An ironing apparatus with water storage function, comprising:
a base (10) having a first tank (14);
an ironing main body (20) which can be placed on the base (10) and removed from the base (10), and which comprises a steam generating device (21), a second water tank (22), a water pump (23) and a control valve assembly (30), wherein the second water tank (22), the water pump (23), the control valve assembly (30) and the steam generating device (21) are in fluid communication;
the method is characterized in that: the control valve assembly (30) being activatable by the base (10) to be in a first state when the ironing body (20) is placed on the base (10), and the control valve assembly (30) is released from being triggered by the base (10) to be in the second state when the ironing main body (20) is removed from the base (10), the control valve assembly (30) communicates a water flow path between the first water tank (14), a water pump (23), and the second water tank (22) in a first state, and simultaneously closing the water flow path between the second water tank (22) and the steam generating device (21), the control valve assembly (30) communicates a water flow path between the second water tank (22), the water pump (23), and the steam generating device (21) in a second state, and simultaneously closing the water flow path between the first tank (14) and the second tank (22).

Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 1, characterized in that: the second water tank (22) is provided with a water inlet (221) and a water outlet (222), the control valve assembly (30) comprises a first valve, a second valve, a third valve, a fourth valve, a first three-way pipe (31) and a second three-way pipe (32), the first water tank (14), the first valve, the first three-way pipe (31), a water pump (23), the second three-way pipe (32), the second valve and the water inlet (221) of the second water tank (22) are sequentially connected, the water outlet (222), the third valve, the first three-way pipe (31), the water pump (23), the second three-way pipe (32), the second valve, the fourth valve and the steam generating device (21) are sequentially connected, in the first state, the first valve and the second valve are opened, the third valve and the fourth valve are closed, in the second state, the first valve and the second valve are closed, the third valve and the fourth valve are both open.

Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 2, characterized in that: the ironing main body (20) is provided with a water inlet connector (24), the base (10) is provided with a water outlet connector (140) communicated with the first water tank (14), the water inlet connector (24) is in inserted connection and matching with the water outlet connector (140), the first valve is a one-way valve arranged at the water inlet connector, and can be opened when the water inlet connector is connected with the water outlet connector (140) and closed when the water inlet connector is separated from the water outlet connector.
4. Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 3, characterized in that said first valve comprises:
the first valve seat (41) is provided with a first valve cavity (42) and a first valve port (43) communicated with the first valve cavity (42), the first valve cavity (42) is communicated with one port of the first three-way pipe (31), and the first valve port (43) is opposite to the water inlet interface (24);
the first valve core (44) is movably arranged in the first valve cavity (42) and can open or close the first valve port (43);
and the first elastic piece (45) is arranged in the first valve cavity (42), acts on the first valve core (44), and enables the first valve core (44) to always have the tendency of moving towards the first valve port (43) to close the first valve port (43).
5. Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 4, characterized in that: the second valve includes:
a second valve seat (51) which is provided with a second valve cavity (52), a first joint (56), a second joint (57) and a first perforation hole (58), wherein the first joint (56) is communicated with the second valve cavity (52), a second valve port (53) is arranged between the second joint (57) and the second valve cavity (52), the first joint (56) is communicated with one port of the second tee pipe (32), and the second joint (57) is communicated with a water inlet (221) of the second water tank (22);
the second valve core (54) is movably arranged in the second valve cavity (52), is opposite to the first through hole (58), and can open or close the second valve port (53);
a second elastic member (55) acting on the second valve core (54) and enabling the second valve core (54) to always have the tendency of moving towards the first perforation (58) to close the second valve port (53);
the base (10) is provided with a first convex column (11) corresponding to the first perforation (58), and when the ironing main body (20) is placed on the base (10), the first convex column (11) passes through the first perforation (58) to be abutted against the second valve core (54), and the second valve core (54) opens the second valve port (53).
6. Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 5, characterized in that: the third valve comprises:
a third valve seat (61) which is provided with a third valve cavity (62), a third joint (66), a fourth joint (67) and a second through hole (68), wherein the third joint (66) is communicated with the second valve cavity (52) and is provided with a third valve port (63) with the third valve cavity (62), the third joint (66) is communicated with a water outlet (222) of the second water tank (22), and the fourth joint (67) is communicated with the other port of the first tee pipe (31);
the third valve core (64) is movably arranged in the third valve cavity (62), is opposite to the second through hole (68), and can open or close the third valve port (63);
a third elastic member (65) acting on the third valve core (64) and always enabling the third valve core (64) to have a tendency of moving towards the second through hole (68) to open a third valve port (63);
the base (10) is provided with a second boss (12) corresponding to the second through hole (68), and in a state that the ironing main body (20) is placed on the base (10), the second boss (12) passes through the second through hole (68) to be abutted against the third valve core (64), and the third valve core (64) closes the third valve port (63).
7. Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 6, characterized in that: the fourth valve includes:
a fourth valve seat (71) which is provided with a fourth valve cavity (72), a fifth joint (76), a sixth joint (77) and a third through hole (78), wherein the fifth joint (76) is communicated with the second valve cavity (52) and is provided with a fourth valve port (73) with the third valve cavity (62), the fifth joint (76) is communicated with the steam generating device (21), and the sixth joint (77) is communicated with the other port of the second tee pipe (32);
the fourth valve core (74) is movably arranged in the fourth valve cavity (72), is opposite to the third through hole (78), and can open or close the fourth valve port (73);
a fourth elastic member (75) acting on the fourth valve core (74) and always enabling the fourth valve core (74) to have a tendency of moving towards the third through hole (78) to open a fourth valve port (73);
the base (10) is provided with a third boss (13) corresponding to the third through hole, and in the state that the ironing main body (20) is placed on the base (10), the third boss (13) is pressed against the fourth valve core (74) through the third through hole, and the fourth valve core (74) closes the fourth valve port (73).

Ironing device with water storage function according to any of the claims from 1 to 7, characterized in that: the water level control device also comprises a water level sensor (25) for detecting the water level in the second water tank (22), wherein the water level sensor (25) is electrically connected with a control system of the ironing equipment and the water pump (23).

Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 8, characterized in that: the ironing machine is characterized by further comprising a water replenishing switch (26), wherein the water replenishing switch (26) comprises a micro switch arranged on the ironing main body (20), the micro switch is also electrically connected with a control system of the ironing equipment, a touch convex part (15) is arranged on the base (10) corresponding to the micro switch, and the touch convex part (15) triggers the micro switch under the condition that the ironing main body (20) is placed on the base (10).
10. Ironing apparatus with water storage function according to claim 8, characterized in that: the ironing machine further comprises a steam switch (27), and the steam switch (27) is electrically connected with a control system of the ironing equipment and the water pump (23).
