In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing panel 141 covers the top of the fastening part 1215, so that the fourth flap 14, the reinforcing panel 141 and the fastening part 1215 are stacked in multiple layers, which further improves the strength and the load-bearing capacity of the packaging structure on the side, and particularly improves the protection effect on the side of the product, and is particularly suitable for the panel side of the lighting box.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the middle of the upper edge of the fifth flap 15 is provided with a detachment hole 152 for facilitating the detachment of the package and the removal of the product. In some instances, the first support panel 111 on either side of the first flap 11 is shorter than the width of the product being contained, the first flap 11 is rotated 90 degrees and then pivoted over the transverse indentations, and the first support panel 111 is pivoted over the second flap 12 to support the carton body. Longitudinal indentations are formed in two side edges of the third folding plate 13, the length of the outer side edge of each indentation is smaller than the width of a product to be packed, the third folding plate 13 rotates for 90 degrees along the transverse indentation, and then the third supporting plate 131 rotates along the longitudinal indentations to be bent onto the second folding plate 12 and supports the carton body together with the first supporting plate 11. The longitudinal indentations on the two sides of the third folding plate are larger than the longitudinal indentations on the two sides of the first folding plate by one corrugated plate thickness. Two side edges of the second folded plate 12 are provided with three longitudinal indentations, after the second folded plate 12 is rotated and bent for 90 degrees along the first longitudinal indentation, the inner support plate 1211 is overlapped with the first support plate 111 and the third support plate 131, a clamping part 1215 is arranged between the second crease and the third crease of the second folded plate 12, the clamping part 1215 is thick, the outer support plate 1212 is attached to the first support plate 111 after being bent along the second crease and the third crease, and thus, two ends of the carton box body are respectively provided with four support parts thick of the corrugated board, namely the outer support plate 1212, the first support plate 111, the third support plate 131 and the inner support plate 1211. The corrugated box as claimed in claim 9, applied to an illumination box; reinforcing plates extend from the fourth folded plate to two sides; the top end of the reinforcing plate is connected with the inner side of the fourth folding plate after being folded inwards and is attached to the inner side of the fourth folding plate; the fourth flap and reinforcement panel are located on a panel side of the lighting box.
