The flexible attaching type heating pad can be washed by a machine, and can be put into a washing machine for washing after comfortable deep contact thermal therapy in daily life is brought to a user.
In the utility model, the first outer sleeve layer is a layer which is directly contacted with the part of the user needing physical therapy.
In the present invention, the plurality of cavities means at least two cavities, and the shape of the cavity is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be, for example, a rectangle, a circle, a triangle, or the like.
In the present invention, the heating layer having the continuous heating elements distributed throughout the heating layer means that the continuous heating elements are distributed throughout the length and width of the flexible conformable heating mat, and the continuous heating elements are located between the upper heating layer and the lower heating layer, wherein the continuous heating elements are fixed between the upper heating layer and the lower heating layer by an ultrasonic welding technique, and the arrangement of the continuous heating elements is not disturbed after the heating mat is washed several times. The flexible conformable heating pad of the present invention may have a rectangular shape, a circular shape, or the like.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the first overcoat layer and the second overcoat layer are made of coral fleece or low-pile fleece, respectively. Coral fleece or short pile fleece have soft, the characteristics of parent's skin, and as the first overcoat layer and the second overcoat layer of heating pad, direct contact to user's health can increase user's comfort to can also transmit heat and keep warm. In addition, the first outer sleeve layer and the second outer sleeve layer can increase the friction force when the flexible fit type heating pad is in contact with the body part of the user, the flexible fit type heating pad cannot slide off, and can be comfortably fitted to the contact point of the body part, so that the deep contact therapy is promoted.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are made of any one of a nonwoven fabric, a non-glue cotton and a nonwoven fabric.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heating layer is made of any one of a non-woven fabric, a non-glue cotton and a non-woven fabric.
The continuous heating elements are distributed in the whole heating layer, the upper layer and the lower layer of the heating layer are made of any one of non-woven fabrics, non-glue cotton or non-woven fabrics independently, the heat preservation effect is good, and the heating efficiency can be improved. In addition, the non-woven fabric, the non-glue cotton or the non-woven fabric has the characteristic of softness, and the continuous heating element is clamped in the middle, so that the comfort of the heating pad can be further improved.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the continuous heating element is surrounded by an insulating material (e.g., a sheath, a jacket, etc.). The insulating material prevents current from flowing from the continuous heating element to other components of the flexible conformable heating pad, but also conducts thermal energy generated by the continuous heating element to other components of the flexible conformable heating pad and/or a part of the user's body.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the attaching layer is made of polyester fabric (for example, TC twill woven fabric).
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of cavities are arranged in a grid pattern, such as a 5 × 5 grid or the like;
the plurality of cavities are formed by at least two oppositely facing concave pits. Specifically, the laminating layer includes laminating layer upper strata and laminating layer lower floor, is provided with the relative spill hole of orientation on laminating layer upper strata and the laminating layer lower floor, and two relative spill holes are aligned, form the cavity that holds the bead promptly.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the beads include any one of quartz sand, glass beads, and ceramic beads.

And the beads filled in at least two cavities of the beads are kept consistent in weight, so that the uniformity of depth touch can be effectively kept, a user can not experience the feeling that one block is heavy and one block is light, the effect of deep touch treatment is improved, and the health care effect on certain parts of the body is improved.

The present invention, the method for preparing the flexible fitting type heating mat is not particularly limited, and for example, the following method may be employed:
(1) fixing the continuous heating element between the upper heating layer and the lower heating layer by adopting an ultrasonic welding technology to obtain a heating layer;
(2) aligning concave pits in opposite directions in the lower layer of the laminating layer and the upper layer of the laminating layer to form a cavity, filling beads, and fixing by adopting a quilting process to obtain the laminating layer;
(3) placing a first outer sleeve layer, a first flexible layer, a heating layer, a second flexible layer, a binding layer and a second outer sleeve layer in sequence, and fixing the peripheries of the six layers by using binding strips to obtain the flexible binding type heating pad.

(2) aligning concave pits in opposite directions in the lower layer of the laminating layer and the upper layer of the laminating layer to form a cavity, filling beads, and fixing by adopting a quilting process to obtain the laminating layer;

Comparative example 1
In this comparative example, a rectangular shaped laminated heating pad is provided, which comprises from bottom to top in order: the flexible attaching type heating cushion comprises a first outer sleeve layer, a heating layer, an attaching layer and a second outer sleeve layer, wherein edge wrapping strips are arranged on the periphery of the flexible attaching type heating cushion; the heating layer having continuous heating elements distributed throughout the heating layer, wherein the continuous heating elements are selectively heated to increase the temperature of the conformable heating pad; the lamination layer has a plurality of cavities (2 x 8) formed therein, wherein each cavity has beads of uniform weight therein.
Wherein the continuous heating element is surrounded by an insulating material and fixed between the lower layer and the upper layer of the heating layer, wherein the continuous heating element is distributed over the entire length and width of the flexible conformable heating mat, and wherein the continuous heating element is electrically coupled to a heating element connector for connecting the continuous heating element to an electrical connector, which in turn is connected to a power source. As a result of performance tests on the flexible conformable heating mats provided in examples 1 to 3 and the conformable heating mat provided in comparative example 1, it was found that the flexible conformable heating mats provided in examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention have higher comfort and conformability and superior structural stability than the conformable heating mat provided in comparative example 1, and can maintain structural stability even after being washed for a plurality of times.
