In an alternative embodiment, each set of auxiliary stirring assemblies comprises a sleeve 9 and a plurality of sets of auxiliary stirring blades 10; the sleeve 9 is rotatably arranged on the fixed plate 8; the multiple groups of auxiliary stirring blades 10 are connected with the peripheral surface of the sleeve 9; when the rotating shaft 12 rotates, the liquid cosmetics push the sleeve 9 to rotate, and the multiple groups of auxiliary stirring blades 10 rotate along with the sleeve 9, so that the liquid cosmetics are further stirred, and the stirring is more uniform.
