23. A muscle relaxing device according to claim 22, wherein the connecting rod is fitted with a soft rubber member so that the connecting rod is in interference fit with the connecting slot, the connecting rod being provided with a mounting slot for mounting the soft rubber member.
24. A muscle relaxing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 8 to 13, 15 to 18, 20 and 22 to 23, wherein a power supply unit and a control circuit board are provided in said housing, and said power supply unit, control circuit board and driving motor are electrically connected.
