When hot water is used for tooth cleaning, an external power source energizes the heating assembly 400 and the electrical connector 450 through the PCB conversion board 440. The heat generated by the heating wire 432 in the heating assembly 400 after being energized is conducted to the water storage tank 300 through the heating plate 431, so that the water in the water storage tank 300 is heated to a proper temperature. Meanwhile, the conductive part 452 of the electrical connector 450 transmits the electrical energy to the conductive contact 234 at the bottom end of the second guide bar 233, the conductive contact 234 transmits the electrical energy to the storage battery 243 via the PCB small plate 253 fixedly connected with the conductive contact, so as to charge the storage battery 243, and the storage battery 243 supplies the electrical energy to the PCB control main board 222 and the water supply assembly 221. The tooth cleaner can supply power to the PCB control main board 222 and the water supply assembly 221 connected with the tooth cleaner through the storage battery 243 under the condition of being disconnected from an external power supply to perform tooth cleaning work.
When teeth cleaning work is carried out, the function keys on the shell 220 are pressed, the corresponding control keys on the PCB control main board 222 control the water supply assembly 221 to operate, and the water pump 203 conveys the water in the water storage tank 300 to the teeth cleaning nozzle through the water inlet pipe 202 and the water outlet pipe 201 under the condition that the power is supplied by the storage battery 243. The stimulation of cold water to the oral cavity is avoided. In addition, since the water storage tank 300 is detachably connected to both the dental cleaning handle 200 and the heating assembly 400, the water storage tank 300 can be easily detached by the user for filling and cleaning.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to facilitate a user to observe the cleaning condition at any time while cleaning teeth, the dental scaler further includes a camera assembly 500. PCB control mainboard 222 is equipped with corresponding communication module, and the image that camera 510 gathered passes through communication module transmission on the PCB control mainboard 222 for intelligent terminal, forms visual image. In some embodiments, the adjusting rod is made of flexible bendable material, so that a user can adjust the angle of the camera conveniently.
Example 2
Unlike embodiment 1, the dental cleaning head 100 is a dental cleaning head, and can clean dental calculus by using sound wave vibration, as shown in fig. 6. An ultrasonic vibration motor 224 is further provided in the housing 220 to vibrate the dental scaler head, and the ultrasonic vibration motor 224 is connected to a battery 243. In some embodiments, the upper shell 210 is further provided with a third through hole 212, and the third through hole 212 is spaced apart from the second through hole 211 by a set distance. The prophy head is connected to the ultrasonic vibration motor 224 through the third through hole 212. It can be understood that the tooth cleaner can adopt a waterproof and breathable film and the like to have better waterproof performance.
The user can perform different tooth cleaning functions by selecting one of the tooth cleaning head and the tooth cleaning nozzle. When the user cleans the dental calculus, the dental cleaning bit is mounted on the power shaft of the ultrasonic vibration motor 224, and the dental cleaning nozzle is removed. The user triggers the corresponding control key on the PCB control main board 222 by operating the function key on the casing 220, so as to control the ultrasonic vibration motor 224 to drive the tooth cleaning head to move. In practical application, the tooth cleaning tool bit can be replaced by a toothbrush head matched with the ultrasonic vibration motor 224 so as to meet different tooth cleaning requirements of users and reduce cost. When water flow is needed for tooth cleaning, the tooth cleaning cutter head is taken down, and the tooth cleaning nozzle is connected with the water outlet pipe 201. Because the tooth cleaner has better waterproof performance, when the tooth cleaning cutter head or the tooth cleaning nozzle is used independently, water flow or foreign matters can not influence other components.
