4. The pillow of claim 2, wherein the first pillow body is circular arc-shaped at both the first and second neck rest portions.

The pillow of claim 4, further comprising a second pillow body disposed on a side of the first pillow body, the second pillow body comprising: the second soft layer is detachably arranged on the second bearing layer, and the hardness of the second bearing layer is greater than that of the second soft layer.
