In the initial state of the foldable workbench, the foldable guardrail 5 is attached to the upper surface of the extension platform 4 and keeps parallel with the extension platform, the extension platform 4 is attached to one side of the fixed guardrail 3 and keeps parallel with the fixed guardrail, and the telescopic guardrail 6 is positioned at the lowest part; when the foldable workbench is used, a power supply is switched on, the first hydraulic rod 41 below the extension platform 4 works under automatic control, the extension platform 4 is unfolded and rotates until the extension platform 4 is in contact with and parallel to the working plate 23, namely when the included angle between the extension platform 4 and the fixed guardrail 3 is 90 degrees, the working plate 23 and the extension platform 4 are locked together, and the extension platform 4 is unfolded; then, the second hydraulic rod 32 on the lower surface of the extension platform 4 works to unfold the folding guardrail 5 until the included angle between the folding guardrail 5 and the extension platform 4 is 90 degrees, and the folding guardrail 5 is unfolded; and then, the telescopic guardrail 6 begins to rise, the top of the telescopic guardrail 6 rises to be level with the top of the folding guardrail 5, the telescopic guardrail 6 rises to be finished, finally, the lock catch on the telescopic guardrail 6 acts to lock the telescopic guardrail 6 and the folding guardrail 5 together, and the workbench is unfolded to be finished.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, a hollow rod is provided at the top of the telescopic fence 6, an insertion rod 64 is slidably installed in the hollow rod, an insertion hole 51 is provided at the top of one side of the folding fence 5 close to the telescopic fence 6, and the insertion rod 64 is automatically inserted into the insertion hole 51 after the telescopic fence 6 moves to the uppermost end; the folding guardrail 5 can only rotate, the telescopic guardrail 6 can only move up and down, and the guardrail can be fixed more reliably after the folding guardrail and the telescopic guardrail are locked together.
In an embodiment of the present application, preferably, a sliding block 61 is slidably disposed on a side of the telescopic fence 6 away from the working plate, the sliding block 61 is driven by a hydraulic rod, a transmission rod 62 is hinged on the sliding block 61, one end of the transmission rod 62 is hinged with a swing head 63, a swing plate is disposed on the insertion rod 64, the swing plate is inserted into the swing head 63, after the telescopic fence 6 moves to the uppermost end, the sliding block 61 slides upwards along the telescopic fence 6, one end of the transmission rod 62 is driven to slide upwards, so as to push the insertion rod 64 to slide towards the folding fence 5, and the insertion rod 64 is inserted into the insertion hole 51 on the folding fence 5.
In an embodiment of the present application, preferably, the working plate 23 is a square plate, a boss 21 is disposed in the middle of four sides of the upper surface of the working plate 23, a locking hook 22 is disposed on the boss 21, and a locking hole is disposed on one side of the extending platform 4 contacting with the working plate 23; when the extension platform 4 is parallel to and in contact with the working plate 23, the locking hook 22 is positioned in the locking hole; the hydraulic rod is arranged below the extension platform 4 for supporting, the lock hook 22 is arranged above the extension platform for limiting, and the support is more reliable.
In one embodiment of the present application, it is preferable that the hinge rod 31 on the fixed guard rail 3 is disposed in parallel with the fixed guard rail 3.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, the included angle between the extension platform 4 and the fixed fence 3 is in the range of 0 ° to 90 °; the included angle between the folding guardrail 5 and the extension platform 4 ranges from 0 degree to 90 degrees.
