To at least partially solve the problems in the prior art, according to one aspect of the present invention, a cigarette making machine is provided. The cigarette machine includes: the air inlet is formed in the shell; the baffle assembly is provided with an opening position for opening the air inlet and a closing position for closing the air inlet; and the driving assembly comprises a driver and a push rod, and the push rod can stretch and retract under the action of the driver so as to drive the baffle plate assembly to move between the opening position and the closing position.
Compared with the prior art that the baffle assembly is driven by a motor and a speed reducer, the structure of the driving assembly can be simple by driving the baffle assembly through the push rod. Moreover, the baffle assembly is driven by the push rod, the moving range of the baffle assembly can be increased, the ventilation quantity of the air inlet when the baffle assembly is in the opening position is increased, and the smoke exhaust effect of the cigarette machine is improved.
Exemplarily, be provided with spacing portion on the baffle subassembly, still be provided with spacing cooperation portion on the casing, spacing portion supports with spacing cooperation portion when the baffle subassembly is in opening position and closed position and leans on, and the driver includes the motor, and the cigarette machine still includes current detector and controller, and current detector is used for detecting the drive current of motor, and the controller is connected with motor and current detector electricity, and the controller controls motor stop work when drive current reaches locked rotor current.
Through utilizing stalling current control motor stop work, can reduce and set up devices such as travel switch on the cigarette machine to make the structure of cigarette machine on the baffle subassembly more succinct, moreover, can also avoid having arrived extreme position because of the baffle subassembly that travel switch insensitive or position set up inaccurate and lead to, but the condition of motor can not stop work.
Illustratively, the flapper assembly is pivotally connected to the housing by a pivot shaft such that the flapper assembly is pivotable about the pivot shaft between an open position and a closed position.
The baffle assembly with the pivot shaft can open and close the air inlet in a rotating mode. Compared with the situation that the baffle plate assembly is far away from the air inlet in a translation mode, the baffle plate assembly is small in moving range, and the influence caused by a user can be reduced in the process that the user uses the cigarette machine.
Illustratively, the baffle assembly includes a baffle and a C-shaped member, a first end of the C-shaped member is fixed to a back surface of the baffle, a second end of the C-shaped member is pivotably connected to the push rod, a middle portion of the C-shaped member is pivotably connected to the housing by a pivot shaft, and the pivot shaft is located in the housing.
The turnover angle of the baffle can be increased by arranging the C-shaped part, and in addition, because of the arc-shaped structure of the C-shaped part, the structure of the semi-arc can be utilized to move around the edge of the shell in the rotating process of the C-shaped part, so that the interference with the shell cannot be caused, and the C-shaped part has better practicability.
Illustratively, the first end is a greater distance from the pivot axis than the second end.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. One skilled in the art, however, will understand that the following description merely illustrates a preferred embodiment of the utility model and that the utility model may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the utility model provides a cigarette making machine. The machine may include a housing 100, a baffle assembly 200, and a drive assembly 300. The housing 100 may be provided with an air inlet 101. The baffle assembly 200 may have an open position that opens the intake vent 101 and a closed position that closes the intake vent 101. The drive assembly 300 may include a driver 310 and a push rod 320. The push rod 320 is retractable under the action of the driver 310 to move the flapper assembly 200 between the open position and the closed position.
In the illustrated embodiment, the cigarette machine is a side-draw type cigarette machine. In other embodiments not shown, the range hood may also be an Oldham type range hood, or the like.
The actuator 310 may be one or more of a cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, etc. The difference is that the operating principle of the driver 310 is different. The cylinder can be extended and retracted by driving the push rod 320 hydraulically. The air cylinder may drive the push rod 320 to extend and retract using compressed air. The electric cylinder can be internally provided with a bearing and a lead screw mechanism, and the translation of a lead screw is realized through the rotation of the bearing, so that the push rod 320 is driven to stretch. The manner in which the shutter assembly 200 moves between the open and closed positions may also be varied, such as by rotation, translation, etc. The baffle assembly 200 can rotate around the rotation axis, and the opening and closing of the air inlet 101 can be realized by changing the rotation angle. The translation is that the baffle assembly 200 can translate along a straight line, and the opening and closing of the air inlet 101 are realized by changing the distance between the baffle assembly 200 and the air inlet 101. Of course, since the push rod 320 is connected with the barrier assembly 200, the movement of the barrier assembly 200 can be achieved by the extension and contraction of the push rod 320.
The driving of the barrier assembly 200 by the push rod 320 may make the structure of the driving assembly 300 simple, compared to the driving of the barrier assembly by means of a motor and a decelerator as in the prior art. Moreover, the push rod 320 drives the baffle assembly 200, the moving range of the baffle assembly 200 can be increased, the ventilation quantity of the air inlet 101 when the baffle assembly 200 is in the opening position is increased, and the smoke exhaust effect of the cigarette machine is improved.
Illustratively, the baffle plate assembly 200 may be provided with a stopper portion 210. The housing 100 may also be provided with a limit fitting 110. The position-limiting portion 210 may abut against the position-limiting fitting portion 110 when the shutter assembly 200 is in the open position and the closed position. The driver 310 may include a motor. The range hood may also include a current detector and a controller. The current detector may be used to detect a driving current of the motor. The controller may be electrically connected to the motor and the current detector. The controller can control the motor to stop working when the driving current reaches the locked-rotor current.
In one embodiment, the position-limiting part 210 may be a baffle 220 included in the baffle assembly 200, and the position-limiting fitting part 110 may be an outer contour of the housing 100. When the shutter assembly 200 is in the open position and the closed position, the shutter 220 may contact the outer profile of the housing 100, thereby limiting the range of movement of the shutter assembly 200.
Illustratively, the driver 310 may include a motor, and the motor may rotate a bearing, and the bearing may convert its rotation motion into a translation motion of a lead screw in the driver 310, thereby driving the push rod 320 to extend and retract. In the running process of the motor, driving current flows through the motor to convert electric energy into kinetic energy, and the motor runs. During operation of the motor, the driving current may be a rated current of the motor. When the flapper assembly 200 is in the open position or the closed position, the lead screw in the actuator 310 will not continue to translate because the flapper assembly is already at the limit of the movable range, the bearing stops rotating, the motor is therefore at zero speed, but the motor still outputs torque, which is referred to as motor stall. When the motor is locked, the current flowing through the motor is greatly increased, and if the motor is not stopped in time, the motor can be damaged. Therefore, when the current flowing through the motor reaches a predetermined locked-rotor current value, the current detector can send a stop electric signal to the controller, so as to control the motor to stop working. For example, the current detector may include an ammeter, which may be connected in series with the motor.
Through utilizing the locked-rotor current to control the motor to stop working, devices such as a travel switch and the like arranged on the cigarette machine can be reduced, so that the structure of the cigarette machine on the baffle plate assembly 200 is simpler, and the situation that the baffle plate assembly 200 reaches the limit position due to insensitive travel switch or inaccurate position setting, but the motor cannot stop working, can also be avoided.
Illustratively, the flapper assembly 200 may be pivotably coupled to the housing 100 by a pivot shaft 230 such that the flapper assembly 200 is pivotable about the pivot shaft 230 between the open and closed positions.
In one embodiment, the pivot shaft 230 may be horizontally disposed at an upper portion of the barrier assembly 200, such that when the barrier assembly 200 is rotated to the open position, an opening communicating with the air inlet 101 may be formed between a bottom portion of the barrier assembly 200 and the housing 100.
The barrier assembly 200 having the pivot shaft 230 may open and close the intake vent 101 by rotating. Compared with the case that the baffle plate assembly 200 is horizontally moved far away from the air inlet 101, the baffle plate assembly 200 has a small moving range, and the influence caused by a user can be reduced in the process that the user uses the cigarette machine.
Preferably, the opening and closing angle of the baffle 220 with respect to the front panel of the housing 100 may be between 45 degrees and 55 degrees.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 or 4, the baffle assembly 200 may include a baffle 220 and a C-piece 240. A first end 241 of the C-shaped member 240 is fixed to the rear surface of the baffle 220. A second end 242 of C-shaped member 240 is pivotally connected to push rod 320. The second end 242 of the C-shaped member 240 may be directly connected to the push rod 320 or indirectly connected to the push rod 320 through an intermediate member. In the illustrated embodiment, the second end 242 of the C-shaped member 240 is indirectly connected to the push rod 320 via an actuator arm 250, which will be described in detail below. The middle of the C-shaped member 240 may be pivotably connected to the housing 100 by a pivot shaft 230. The pivot axis 230 may be located within the housing 100 of the cigarette machine.
In the illustrated embodiment, the pivot shaft 230 may be located inside a C-shaped member 240. In other embodiments not shown, pivot shaft 230 may be located anywhere in the middle of C-shaped member 240. When the C-shaped member 240 rotates, the first end 241 and the second end 242 can move circumferentially around the pivot shaft 230. The first end 241 and the second end 242 move in opposite directions to reduce the space occupied by the C-shaped member 240 when moving and reduce the volume of the cigarette maker. Wherein the first end 241 may be fixed to the back of the barrier 220 by a fixing member. The second end 242 may be directly rotatably coupled to the pushrod 320 or indirectly rotatably coupled to the pushrod via an intermediate member. The translation of the push rod 320 may be converted into rotation of the C-shaped member 240. When the push rod 320 extends, the first end 241 and the second end 242 rotate clockwise, and the flap 220 rotates around the pivot shaft 230, so as to close the air inlet 101, as shown in fig. 2. When the push rod 320 retracts, the first end 241 and the second end 242 rotate counterclockwise, and the shutter 220 may rotate around the pivot shaft 230 to open the intake vent 101, as shown in fig. 1.
The turning angle of the baffle 220 can be increased by arranging the C-shaped part 240, and in the rotating process of the C-shaped part 240, the semi-arc structure can be moved around the edge of the shell 100 without causing interference with the shell 100 due to the arc structure of the C-shaped part 240, so that the baffle has better practicability.
Further, the distance D1 from the first end 241 to the pivot axis 230 may be greater than the distance D2 from the second end 242 to the pivot axis 230. During the rotation of the C-shaped member 240, the first end 241 and the second end 242 rotate by the same angle, so if D1 is greater than D2, the distance traveled by the first end 241 will be greater than the distance traveled by the second end 242. This allows the flap 220 to be flipped over a large angle with only a small amount of movement of the push rod 320. Thereby shortening the physical length of the push rod 320, reducing the size of the drive assembly 300, and reducing the space occupied by the drive assembly 300 within the cigarette maker.
For example, the C-shaped member 240 may further include a limiting portion 210. The machine may also include a rotary mount 120 disposed on the housing 100. The pivot shaft 230 may be provided on the rotary holder 120. The rotation fixing frame 120 may be provided with a limit fitting portion 110. The position-limiting part 210 can abut against the position-limiting matching part 110 when the baffle 220 is located at the opening position and the closing position.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the rotary fixing frame 120 may be an L-shaped support, a bottom surface of the L-shaped support may be connected to the housing 100, and a vertical surface of the L-shaped support may be disposed in parallel with a sidewall of the housing 100 at a certain interval. The C-shaped member 240 is connected to the vertical face of the L-shaped bracket by pivot shaft 230. The limit fitting 110 may be a projection provided on a vertical surface of the L-shaped bracket, and the projection is located on a rotation path of the C-shaped member 240. Correspondingly, the C-shaped member 240 also has a portion, called a limiting portion 210, which can abut against the protrusion, and the limiting portion 210 and the limiting engagement portion 110 can abut against each other only when the baffle 220 is located at the opening position and the closing position, so as to prevent the baffle 220 from further moving. The rotatable mount 120 is provided within the range hood to facilitate connection of the baffle assembly 200 to the range hood. The limiting part 210 is arranged on the C-shaped part 240, and the limiting matching part 110 is arranged on the rotary fixing frame 120, so that the structure is simple, and the integration level of the internal structure of the cigarette making machine can be improved.
Further, the position-limiting portion 210 may be an arc-shaped hole. The position-limiting fitting part 110 may be a convex pillar disposed on the rotary fixing frame 120. The convex column can be inserted into the arc-shaped hole. The protruding posts can respectively abut against two ends of the arc-shaped hole when the baffle 220 is located at the opening position and the closing position. When C-shaped member 240 rotates baffle 220, the arc-shaped hole of C-shaped member 240 also rotates with pivot 230 of C-shaped member 240. The post on the rotary holder 120 is stationary. Therefore, after the convex pillar is inserted into the arc hole, the convex pillar can limit the rotation angle of the arc hole, and further limit the rotation angle of the C-shaped part 240, thereby controlling the limit position of the rotation of the baffle 220. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
Illustratively, the machine may also include a drive mount 130 disposed on the housing 100. Both the driver 310 and the rotary mount 120 may be mounted on the driver mount 130. The drive holder 130 may be a vertically disposed side panel within the cigarette machine housing 100. Because the push rod 320 can generate larger force in the moving process, and the mode of controlling the driver to stop working limits the stroke of the push rod, the driver 310 and the rotary fixing frame 120 are both arranged on the driver fixing frame 130, so that the fixing effect can be achieved, the structural strength can be improved, and the cigarette machine is prevented from being damaged when the push rod 320 moves to the limit position.
Illustratively, the machine may also include an actuator arm 250. The actuator arm 250 may be coupled between the push rod 320 and the flapper assembly 200. The actuator arm 250 may be V-shaped with the opening of the V facing downward. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the connection between the actuator arm 250 and the push rod 320, and the connection between the actuator arm 250 and the second end 242 of the C-shaped member 240 are both pivotal connections. The push rod 320 moves in a horizontal direction, and the second end 242 of the C-shaped member 240 moves in an arc about the pivot shaft 230. The driving arm 250 can stably transmit the horizontal movement of the push rod 320 to the second end 242, so that the second end 242 can rotate around the pivot shaft 230, and the occurrence of mechanical interference phenomenon is avoided. Furthermore, the V-shape of the actuator arm 250 also allows the pivotal connection between the actuator arm 250 and the push rod 320 and the pivotal connection between the actuator arm 250 and the second end 242 of the C-shaped member 240 to be at different heights, and preferably, the drive assembly 300 may be higher than the C-shaped member 240 so that the drive assembly 300 may be mounted on top of the blower of a range hood where there is sufficient mounting space.
