The steam purging quality inspection device comprises a mounting member 10, a target plate 20 and at least one detection member 30, wherein both ends of the mounting member 10 are respectively connected with a limiting member 520 arranged in the spray pipe 50. In an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting groove 120 may be formed on an inner sidewall of the nozzle 50, a limiting spring may be disposed in the limiting groove 120, and the two opposite ends of the mounting member 10 are respectively inserted into the limiting groove 120 and abut against the limiting spring for mounting and limiting. Thereby facilitating later removal of the mounting member 10. In other embodiments, a limiting protrusion may be disposed on the inner side wall of the nozzle 50, and hole sites adapted to the limiting protrusion are disposed at two opposite ends of the mounting member 10, so as to plug the mounting member 10 into the limiting protrusion. The detecting member 30 is disposed upstream of the target plate 20, the detecting member 30 includes a body 310 connected to an inner sidewall of the nozzle 50 and a detecting head 320 slidably connected to the body 310, and the detecting head 320 is used for detecting the measuring surface 210 of the target plate 20. It should be noted that, because the detection head 320 is slidably connected with the body 310, information of any position on the target plate 20 can be detected and acquired. In order to improve the detection accuracy of the detection head 320 for the target plate 20, the detection heads 320 may be arranged at regular intervals along the axial circumference of the bent pipe. Therefore, the top, middle and bottom regions of the target plate 20 can be precisely detected, and the detection data of the plurality of detection heads 320 can be compared, thereby reducing errors generated in the detection process of the detection heads 320.
In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one mounting member 10 is provided on the side of the mounting member 10 facing the steam input end, and a second mounting member 220 adapted to the first mounting member 110 is provided on the target plate 20. Specifically, one of the first mounting member 110 and the second mounting member 220 is a clamping extending rod, and the other is a matching hole matched with the clamping extending rod, which is not limited herein. It is preferable that two fastening extension bars are provided in the mounting member 10 at intervals, and the target plate 20 is provided with fitting holes corresponding to the fastening extension bars. In the actual installation process, the matching holes on the target plate 20 can be matched with the clamping extension bars and the limiting grooves 120 formed in the installation part 10 along the guiding of the clamping extension bars, so that the position of the target plate 20 is limited, the measuring surface 210 of the target plate 20 faces the steam inlet side, and the installation tightness of the target plate 20 can be improved by the pressure of the steam airflow formed by the steam airflow facing the target plate 20. And when one of the detecting pieces 30 is damaged and cannot work, the other detecting piece 30 can also finish the detection, thereby improving the detection efficiency and the detection stability of the target plate 20.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the detecting member 30 is a laser scanning sensor. The plurality of detecting members 30 are uniformly arranged around the axial circumference of the nozzle 50 at intervals, each detecting member 30 can complete the detection of the target plate 20, and the detection results of the plurality of target plates 20 can be compared to obtain a more accurate detection result.
Further, a display device 40 is included and is disposed outside the nozzle 50 and coupled to the detecting member 30. The display device 40 is used for displaying the detection result of the detection member 30. The display device 40 includes at least a battery module 430 and a calculation module 440 connected to the battery module 430. The calculating module 440 is used for obtaining the output result of the detecting element 30 and calculating the detecting result.
It is understood that the display device 40 further includes a display screen, such as a liquid crystal display screen, for displaying the detection data of the plurality of detection members 30. The display device 40 and the sensing element 30 may be connected by an electrical transmission line or wirelessly. The wireless connection can be bluetooth connection, for example be equipped with the control panel in the display device 40, like singlechip control panel etc. set up wireless connection port, and then with be connected between the detection piece 30 and form data transmission. The electrical connection lines may be routed through passages provided in the connection rods 410, the connection flange 420, the fixing lever 510, the fixing plate 540, and the spout 50, so that the electrical connection lines may connect the display device 40 and the sensing member 30.
Further, the outer side wall of the fixing rod 510 is coated with an anti-rust coating, and the fixing plate 540 and the connecting flange 420 are both made of stainless steel, so as to improve the service life of the fixing plate 540, the connecting flange 420 and the fixing rod 510.
In summary, in the present invention, when the purging quality inspection is performed, it is not necessary to lower the temperature in the pipeline, remove the relevant mechanism, remove the target plate 20, and perform the inspection, and it is necessary to mount the target plate 20 again after the inspection is failed. 8. The steam purge quality inspection device of claim 7, wherein the display device comprises a battery module and a calculation module connected to the battery module, the calculation module being configured to obtain the output of the detection element and calculate the detection result.
9. The steam purging quality inspection device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a connecting flange is provided at the bottom of the display device, and the connecting flange is used for connecting with a fixing disc on a fixing rod provided outside the spray pipe.
