Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in figures 1-7, a launching toy set includes a traveling toy 1 capable of traveling and at least one launching toy 2 capable of being launched.
The running toy 1 is provided with a locking mechanism 12, and the launching toy 2 is provided with a first elastic member 21.
When the launching toy 2 is locked to the running toy 1 by the locking mechanism 12, the first elastic member 21 is charged.
When the lock mechanism 12 is unlocked, the first elastic member 21 is released, and the launching toy 2 is moved away from the running toy 1 and is disengaged from the running toy 1.
The ejection toy suit is composed of a running toy 1 and an ejection toy 2, wherein the running toy 1 can move, and the ejection toy 2 can be ejected from the running toy 1.
The running toy 1 and the launching toy 2 can have various shapes, for example, the running toy 1 is a rocket carrier model, and the launching toy 2 is a rocket model; the running toy 1 is an airplane launching mobile station model, and the launching toy 2 is an airplane model; the running toy 1 is a trolley model, and the launching toy 2 is a character model.
The running toy 1 comprises a toy shell 13 and a shell base 14, wherein the toy shell 13 is arranged on the shell base 14, and rollers are arranged below the shell base 14. The running toy 1 can be moved by the operation of the user, and the user can push the running toy 1 to move by hands or props. Optionally, a driving motor is installed in the toy shell 13, the driving motor is connected with the roller, and the roller is driven to rotate by the driving motor, so that the operation of a user is facilitated.
A part of the toy case 13 is used as the launching base 11, or the launching base 11 and the locking mechanism 12 are mounted on the toy case 13, the launching base 11 is mounted on the toy case 13, and the locking mechanism 12 is mounted in the toy case 13.
A first elastic member 21, such as a telescopic spring, capable of compressing and extending is provided in the launching toy 2. Launching toy 2 is locked to launching base 11 by locking mechanism 12. The locking mechanism 12 includes a trigger portion and a locking portion, and when the launching toy 2 is placed on the launching base 11, the locking portion is locked with the launching toy 2, so that the launching toy 2 is locked on the launching base 11.
The elastic piece can accumulate energy and release energy. When the elastic part is used for storing energy, the elastic part can be in a stretching state or a compressing state, according to specific structural requirements, a stretching spring or a compressing spring can be selected, and when the elastic part is used for releasing energy, the elastic part is recovered to a state without external force application. For convenience of description, the elastic member is compressed to store energy, and is extended to release energy. As shown in fig. 6, when the launching toy 2 is locked on the launching base 11, the first elastic member 21 is compressed, and at this time, the first elastic member 21 is charged with energy to generate elastic potential energy.
As shown in fig. 7, after the trigger part is operated to unlock the locking mechanism 12, the locking part is disengaged from the launching toy 2, and at this time, the first elastic member 21 extends potential energy, i.e., releases the elastic potential energy, to generate a power for pushing the launching toy 2 to move, so that the launching toy 2 moves away from the launching base 11 and is disengaged from the launching base 11.
When operating the ejection toy suit to play, the user can play the ejection toy 2 and the running toy 1 in a combined manner, the user operates the running toy 1 to drive the ejection toy 2 to run on the ground or a desktop, and then the ejection toy 2 is ejected, so that the playing mode is enriched, and the playing interest is increased. After the launching toy 2 is popped up, the user can also independently operate the running toy 1 to play, so that the diversity of the playing modes is improved, and the interest of playing is further improved. The first elastic member 21 for generating power in the ejector toy set is provided in the ejector toy 2, following the ejection of the ejector toy 2. When the launching toy 2 is ejected, the launching base 11 does not have the function of ejection, so that the user is prevented from operating the launching base 11 to eject other objects which are easy to cause body injury after ejecting the launching toy 2. Thus, the user can safely play with the running toy 1 after the launching toy 2 is ejected.
Alternatively, the locking mechanism 12 is an electrically controlled mechanism that includes a controller and an external remote control for operating the controller, the external remote control being communicatively coupled to the controller via a wire or infrared sensing. The lock catch part is a movable clamping hook, and the controller can control the clamping hook to move. When the user operates the running toy 1 to drive the launching toy 2 to run to a predetermined place, the user can operate the controller by using the external remote controller to control the hook to be separated from the launching toy 2, so that the launching toy 2 is popped up. Thus, the user can conveniently control the safe launching distance of the launching toy 2.
In the present embodiment, the launching base 11 is disposed on the upper surface of the running toy 1, and the launching toy 2 is preferably popped up to be perpendicular to the running toy 1, but is not limited to this direction, and may be any direction away from the running toy 1 depending on the orientation of the launching base 11. In other embodiments, the launching bases 11 may be provided on the front and rear surfaces or the left and right surfaces of the running toy 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5-7, the outer surface of the running toy 1 is provided with at least one launching groove 111, and each launching groove 111 corresponds to one launching toy 2. In the assembled state, the launching toy 2 is at least partially concealed within the launching slot 111, or entirely concealed within the launching slot 111. When the launching state is entered, the launching toy 2 is launched from the launching groove 111 to a direction away from the running toy 1 while the launching toy 2 itself elongates.
Specifically, the running toy 1 includes a toy case 13, and an outer surface of the toy case 13 is recessed to form a launching groove 111, and the launching groove 111 is used for launching the toy 2. The locking portions of the locking mechanism 12 extend into the launching groove 111 to engage with the launching toy 2. When the launching toy 2 is locked by the locking mechanism 12 and fitted into the launching slot 111, a part of the launching toy 2 is accommodated in the launching slot 111 to be hidden, and in another embodiment, the launching toy 2 is entirely accommodated in the launching slot 111 to be hidden. The launching toy 2 is received in the launching slot 111 and protected by the toy housing 13 to prevent damage to the launching toy 2 prior to launching. Second, the launching slot 111 restricts the position of the launching toy 2, stabilizing the launching toy 2 prior to launching.
Alternatively, the launching groove 111 is formed from the surface of the launching base 1 recessed into the toy housing 13.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5-7, the launching toy 2 includes a first launching member 23 and a second launching member 24 slidably coupled to the first launching member 23, and the first resilient member 21 is disposed between the first launching member 23 and the second launching member 24. The launching toy 2 is capable of being extended and shortened. When the lock mechanism 12 is in the locked state, the launching toy 2 is shortened as a whole.
When the lock mechanism 12 is in the unlocked state, the first and second launching members 23 and 24 are moved away from the running toy 1, and the launching toy 2 is extended as a whole.
The launching toy 2 is capable of being extended and shortened, and the launching toy 2 includes a first launching member 23, a second launching member 24, and a first elastic member 21. The first launching member 23 is slidably coupled to the second launching member 24, and the two members are maintained in an undivided state. Here, the sliding connection is defined as the relative movement of the first launching member 23 and the second launching member 24, which can be realized by arranging a sliding rail, a sliding groove or a sliding way. In this embodiment, the second launching member 24 is provided with a through slide way 241, and at least a part of the first launching member 23 extends into the slide way 241 and is in clearance fit with the slide way 241, so that the first launching member 23 can slide in the slide way 241. Optionally, a limiting block is arranged in the slide 241, and a stop block is arranged on the first launching member 23, so that when the first launching member 23 slides in a direction away from the running toy 1, the limiting block can contact with the stop block to limit the first launching member 23 to move continuously, thereby preventing the first launching member 23 from being separated from the second launching member 24. Of course, other structures may be adopted as long as the first and second emitters 23 and 24 are not separated at all times.
As shown in fig. 6, the first elastic member 21 is disposed between the first and second launching members 23 and 24, and when the first and second launching members 23 and 24 are locked on the launching base 11, the first launching member 23 moves toward the direction close to the launching base 11, so that the launching toy 2 is shortened as a whole, and the locking portion is engaged with the first and second launching members 23 and 24. At this time, the first elastic member 21 is compressed and stored by the first and second transmitting members 23 and 24, i.e., elastic potential energy is stored.
As shown in fig. 7, when the trigger portion is operated to unlock the lock mechanism 12, the locking portion is disengaged from the first and second radiators 23 and 24. At this time, the first elastic member 21 is extended to release the stored elastic potential energy, and the elastic potential energy is converted into kinetic energy for pushing the first emitting member 23 to move, so that the first emitting member 23 is ejected away from the emitting base 11. During ejection of the first launching member 23, the first launching member 23 slides over the second launching member 24, at which time the launching toy 2 is extended. When the first emitter 23 slides to the maximum stroke, the second emitter 24 is driven to be separated from the emitting base 11. The first launching part 23 and the second launching part 24 can be stretched and shortened to change, so that the visual experience of a user is enriched, and the play interest is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in figures 5-7, the first launching member 23 has a tendency to move away from the launching toy 2 when the first resilient member 21 is compressed, the first resilient member 21 presses the second launching member 24 towards the launching toy 2, and the locking mechanism 12 locks with at least the first launching member 23.
As shown in fig. 6, the launching toy 2 is received in the launching groove 111, and the first elastic member 21 is compressed in a direction toward the running toy 1, and at this time, the first elastic member 21 generates elastic potential energy and generates a tendency to release a force pushing the first launching member 23 in a direction away from the running toy 1, so that the first launching member 23 has a tendency to move in a direction away from the running toy 1. During the compression of the first elastic member 21, the first elastic member 21 presses the second radiator 24.
As shown in fig. 7, the first elastic member 21 is extended to release elastic potential energy, and the elastic potential energy is converted into a pushing force to push the first launching member 21 to move away from the traveling toy 1.
Alternatively, the lower end of the first launching member 23 extends beyond the lower end of the second launching member 24, i.e. the length of the first launching member 23 is greater than the length of the second launching member 24, and the locking mechanism 12 is locked only with the first launching member 23. In another embodiment, the lower end of the first launcher 23 is located within the second launcher 24, with the locking mechanism 12 locking simultaneously with the first and second launchers 23, 24.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the second elastic element 22 is disposed in the first emitting element 23, and the energy releasing direction of the second elastic element 22 is the same as the energy releasing direction of the first elastic element 21. When the locking mechanism 12 is in the locked state, the first elastic member 21 and the second elastic member 22 contract and charge energy simultaneously. When the lock mechanism 12 is in the unlocked state, the first elastic member 21 and the second elastic member 22 are respectively extended and released.
When the launching toy 2 is locked to the running toy 1, the first launching member 23 and the second launching member 24 are integrally shortened. While both the first elastic element 21 and the second elastic element 22 are compressed and charged. When the locking structure is unlocked, the first elastic member 21 and the second elastic member 22 simultaneously release elastic potential energy in a direction away from the running toy 1, so that the first launching member 23 and the second launching member 24 are ejected.
In the process of ejecting the first emitting piece 23 and the second emitting piece 24, the first elastic piece 21 and the second elastic piece 22 simultaneously push the first emitting piece 23 to slide on the second emitting piece 24, and the first emitting piece 23 slides on the second emitting piece 24 to the maximum stroke and then drives the second emitting piece 24 to move. Then the first elastic member 21 loses its pushing effect and the second elastic member 22 continues to push the first and second emitting members 23 and 24 to move. In the whole ejection process, the first elastic piece 21 and the second elastic piece 22 can provide ejection power to realize multi-stage ejection, so that the ejection speed is increased, and the ejection distance of the first launching piece 23 and the second launching piece 24 is increased.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the first emitting element 23 includes a connecting rod 231, the second emitting element 24 is provided with a through slide way 241, the connecting rod 231 extends into the slide way 241 and is slidably connected with the slide way 241, and the first elastic element 21 is sleeved on the connecting rod 231. The connection rod 231 has a mounting hole 2311 opened toward the running toy 1, and at least a portion of the second elastic member 22 is disposed in the mounting hole 2311.
The second emitting member 24 is in the form of a sleeve, which is fitted over the outside of the connecting rod 231. The second launching member 24 has a through slide 241, and the connecting rod 231 extends into the slide 241 and is in clearance fit with the slide 241, so that the connecting rod 231 can slide in the slide 241. The second emitter 24 is sleeved outside the connection rod 231 to protect the connection rod 231 from being damaged by the connection rod 231. The slide 241 has a guiding function so that the first launching member 23 slides more smoothly relative to the second launching member 24.
The connection rod 231 has a first end of the connection rod remote from the running toy 1, and the second elastic member 22 has a first end remote from the running toy 1, the first end of the connection rod being located at a side of the first end remote from the running toy 1. The first elastic member 21 is a telescopic spring, and the telescopic spring is sleeved on the connecting rod 231 and is located between the first end and the first end of the connecting rod. When the link 231 moves in the direction approaching the traveling toy 1, the extension spring is forced and compressed to store energy. At the time of launching, the extension spring is extended, pushing the connecting rod 231 and the launching housing 232 to move in a direction away from the running toy 1.
A mounting hole 2311 is formed at the second end of the connecting rod 231, the second elastic member 22 is disposed in the mounting hole 2311, and the second elastic member 22 may be partially disposed in the mounting hole 2311 or entirely disposed in the mounting hole 2311. The installation hole 2311 is provided to stabilize the second elastic member 22 and prevent the second elastic member 22 from shaking.

When the locking mechanism 12 is in the locked state, the second elastic member 22 is compressed and located between the connecting post 2312 and the positioning post 1111. When the lock mechanism 12 is in the unlocked state, the second elastic member 22 is extended and moves in a direction away from the running toy 1 with the first launching member 23.
Specifically, a positioning column 1111 is disposed in the emission groove 111, and a connection column 2312 is disposed in the installation hole 2311. The second elastic member 22 is coupled to the coupling post 2312. When the first emitter 23 and the second emitter 24 are locked in the emitter slot 111, the positioning posts 1111 extend into the mounting holes 2311, and the positioning posts 1111 have a positioning function, so that the first emitter 23 can be mounted at a fixed position each time, thereby ensuring that the locking mechanism 12 can be clamped with the first emitter 23 and the second emitter 24. At this time, one end of the second elastic member 22 is connected to the connection post 2312, and the other end is in contact with the positioning post 1111. The distance between the positioning post 1111 and the connecting post 2312 is smaller than the length of the second elastic member 22 in the natural state, so that the second elastic member 22 is compressed by the positioning post 1111 and the connecting post 2312. After the trigger lock mechanism 12 is unlocked, the second elastic member 22 is extended to release energy, and the second elastic member 22 moves in a direction away from the running toy 1 along with the first emitting member 23.
Optionally, the second elastic member 22 is also a telescopic spring, and the end of the second elastic member 22 is sleeved on the connecting column 2312, so that the position of the second elastic member 22 is fixed, and the stability of the second elastic member 22 is enhanced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-7, the first emitter 23 further comprises an emitter housing 232, and at least a portion of the connection rod 231 is located in the emitter housing 232 and is detachably or fixedly connected to the emitter housing 232.
Specifically, the first launcher 23 is composed of a launcher housing 232 and a connecting rod 231, the launcher housing 232 having a housing cavity 2321 and a housing opening 2322 communicating with the housing cavity 2321. One end of the connecting rod 231 extends into the housing cavity 2321 from the housing opening 2322 and is fixedly or detachably connected to the transmitting housing 232, and the other end of the connecting rod 231 extends out of the housing cavity 2321 from the housing opening 2322. The transmitting case 232 has a protective function for the connection rod 231 to prevent the connection rod 231 from being damaged by collision.
Alternatively, the connecting rod 231 and the emission housing 232 are integrally formed by one mold, so that the connecting rod 231 and the emission housing 232 are fixed, that is, the connecting rod 231 and the emission housing 232 cannot be separated, so that the connecting rod 231 and the emission housing 232 are connected more firmly.
Optionally, be provided with the connecting groove in casing chamber 2321, the one end that stretches into casing chamber 2321 on the connecting rod 231 is provided with the cardboard, and the cardboard card is in the connecting groove, so realizes that connecting rod 231 can dismantle with transmission housing 232 and be connected, makes things convenient for the loading and unloading of connecting rod 231.
Optionally, the outer surface of the transmitting shell 232 is an arc surface, the arc surface is good in stress performance, the structural strength of the transmitting shell 232 can be improved, and the transmitting shell 232 is not prone to damage.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-7, the second launching member 24 is provided with a stop block 242 positioned within the launching housing 232, and the first resilient member 21 is connected between the stop block 242 and the housing wall of the launching housing 232. The launching housing 232 is provided with a stop 2323, and the stop 2323 is located at a side of the block 242 close to the running toy 1. When the locking mechanism 12 is in the unlocked state, the launching housing 232 moves away from the traveling toy 1, and the stop 2323 contacts the stop block 242 and drives the second launching element 24 to move.
Specifically, the second emitting member 24 is in the shape of a sleeve and is fitted over the outside of the connecting rod 231.
