Description

Ostomy bag
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of ostomy care, in particular to an ostomy bag.
Background
The stoma is generally directed to a lesion of the rectum and bladder (e.g., rectal cancer, bladder cancer, ileus, etc.), and in order to maintain the patient's life, a doctor surgically removes the lesion, for example, rectal cancer removes the rectum and anal canal, bladder cancer removes the bladder, and then opens an opening on the left or right side of the patient's abdomen. The excrement or urine is involuntarily discharged out of the body through the stoma, and after the patient is discharged, the patient needs to stick a bag at the stoma to contain the discharged matters, and the bag is the stoma bag.
The contents in the ostomy bag for the patients with the urinary system diseases are urine, and when the conventional ostomy bag is used, the urine in the ostomy bag can easily permeate back to the stoma position and cause infection of the stoma position due to a slight large movement in daily life, so that the movement of the patients with the stoma is further limited; moreover, the conventional ostomy bag is fixed on the ostomy base plate, and the ostomy bag is hung on the abdomen by the adhesion of the ostomy base plate and the human skin, so that the pressure of the ostomy base plate is increased along with the increase of urine after long-time hanging, and the following bad results are finally caused; firstly, the ostomy base plate is easy to fall off due to overweight load; secondly, the skin near the stoma is easily pulled down by gravity, so that infection is caused; thirdly, the urine in the ostomy bag is in a liquid state, the urine can oscillate back and forth in the movement process, the daily life of a patient is greatly influenced, the liquid oscillation can make a sound, the eyesight of surrounding people is easily attracted, the inferior psychology of the ostomy patient in daily life and social activities is easily caused, and depression is further caused by deterioration; fourthly, urine in the ostomy bag is accumulated, and the falling and rising feeling of the patient is increased, thereby causing burden.
In addition, the urinary stoma is generally positioned at the abdomen, however, the flesh on the abdomen is piled up to generate wrinkles under the sitting posture of a human body, and particularly, the wrinkles are more obvious to fat people, so that the conventional plane stoma chassis is easy to cause a gap on the bonding surface of the bent part under the repeated wrinkling action, and finally, liquid at the stoma flows in, and the stoma chassis is rapidly caused to fail; in addition, convex ostomy trays designed for stoma retraction due to obesity or fat accumulation have been proposed, such as CN 201620693679; however, this type of ostomy base plate cannot cope with the problem that the ostomy base plate is not sticky due to repeated folds of the skin, and particularly, the existing convex ostomy base plate has a disc-shaped convex part, so that when the base plate is attached to the skin of a human body and the abdominal wall is repeatedly folded, the plane transition part between the convex part and the outer edge of the ostomy base plate is reversely bent, which easily causes the degumming phenomenon at the position.

Referring to figure 1, the present invention provides an ostomy bag for application to a uro-ostomy patient, comprising: the stoma chassis 10, the drainage bag 20 and the waistband 30 are sequentially connected in a sealing manner.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a strip-shaped boss 103 protruding toward the human body is disposed on the adhesion surface of the ostomy chassis 10 to the skin of the human body, the surface of the strip-shaped boss 103 is an arc surface, and the connection between the strip-shaped boss 103 and the ostomy chassis 10 is in arc transition; a stoma containing hole 102 is formed in the center of the stoma base plate 10, the stoma containing hole 102 is used for containing a stoma tissue 200, and the center line of the stoma containing hole 102 passes through the center of the strip-shaped boss 103; the strip-shaped boss 103 transversely penetrates the plane of the ostomy base plate 10, and as shown in fig. 3, after the ostomy base plate 10 is installed by a user, the strip-shaped boss 103 supports the skin of the abdominal wall 100 when the skin of the abdominal wall 100 is repeatedly wrinkled, so that the stoma base plate 10 is prevented from degumming caused by a smaller curvature radius in the wrinkles, and in addition, different from the existing convex stoma base plate 10, the joint of the strip-shaped boss 103 and the transition surface of the stoma base plate 10 is parallel to the wrinkles of the abdominal wall 100 in the horizontal direction, so that the abdominal wall 100 cannot generate a force for separating the bonding part on the stoma base plate 10 when repeatedly wrinkling, and the degumming phenomenon of the stoma base plate 10 is not easily caused. It should be further explained here that the connection between the strip-shaped boss 103 and the ostomy base plate 10 is in an arc transition for facilitating the joint and adhesion between the ostomy base plate 10 and the abdominal wall 100 and avoiding the occurrence of gaps and the like, as shown in fig. 5; in addition, when the stoma chassis 10 is installed, attention is paid to keeping the strip-shaped boss 103 and the fold ravines of the abdomen in a horizontal state, because the fold lines of the abdomen are horizontal when the abdomen is fleshy or stooped, the generation of gaps caused by the fold phenomenon at the position can be effectively avoided; and simultaneously, the strip-shaped bosses 103 can support the adhered abdominal wall 100 when the abdominal wall is wrinkled, so as to prevent the ostomy chassis 10 from being wrinkled repeatedly, and the phenomenon that the ostomy chassis 10 is not sticky at the adhered part near the stoma is avoided, as shown in the attached figure 6.
Further, a circular groove 104 is formed on the other side of the adhesion surface of the stoma base plate 10 and the human skin, with the stoma receiving hole 102 as the center, as shown in fig. 4 and 5; on one hand, the wall thickness of the stoma containing hole 102 contained in the stoma is small, so that the situation that the stoma rubs against the wall of the stoma containing hole 102 when a human body moves is avoided, and the mucous membrane at the stoma tissue 200 is damaged to cause stoma infection; on the other hand, the urine in the stoma can flow out to the drainage bag 20 conveniently, and the problem that the urine is accumulated between the gaps for a long time to cause stimulation to the skin and further cause infection due to the fact that the gaps between the stoma and the hole walls are deeper because the hole walls of the stoma containing hole 102 are higher is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a strip-shaped groove 105 is formed in the stoma base plate 10, the direction of the strip-shaped groove 105 is the same as that of the strip-shaped boss 103, the strip-shaped groove 105 is located on the other side surface opposite to the strip-shaped boss 103, and the strip-shaped groove 105 is formed above and below the circular groove 104; it is noted here that the strip-shaped groove 105 is provided in order to facilitate the directional folding of the ostomy chassis 10 in this region when the abdominal wall 100 is folded, while at the same time the ostomy chassis 10 itself does not generate stress concentrations when produced, which would encourage the ostomy chassis 10 to detach from the skin.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the stoma chassis 10 is provided with a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, which are connected to the drainage bag 20, the first connecting portion annularly surrounds the stoma containing hole 102 for fixing the upper portion of the drainage bag 20, the second connecting portion is located at the lower portion of the stoma chassis 10 for fixing the lower portion of the drainage bag 20, the tail end of the drainage bag 20 is provided with a sealing valve 21 and a connecting port 23, the belt 30 is provided with a connecting port 32, and the connecting port 23 is in butt joint with the connecting port 32; the waistband 30 is provided with a containing area 3000, and the containing area 3000 contains super absorbent resin 40 powder; it should be noted that, in daily activities, since a human body is moving constantly, the drainage bag 20 is easily displaced during the movement, and even the connection port 23 at the end of the drainage bag 20 is moved to the upper region of the drainage bag 20, so that urine is deposited in the containing cavity 22 of the drainage bag 20 and cannot be discharged into the belt 30 in time, and urine that is not discharged during the movement is easily reverse-permeated to a stoma, which is likely to cause infection of the stoma.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the first connecting portion is an annular groove 1001, the drainage bag 20 is provided with a first chassis connecting portion 202, the first chassis connecting portion 202 is provided with an annular boss 203 which is adapted to and hermetically connected with the annular groove 1001, and an area surrounded by the annular boss 203 is a communicating opening for covering the stoma in the accommodating cavity 22 of the drainage bag 20.
Further, the second connecting portion is a first magic bonding surface, the drainage bag 20 is provided with a second chassis connecting portion, the second chassis connecting portion is provided with a second magic bonding surface matched and bonded with the first magic bonding surface, and the second magic bonding surface is used for fixing the lower end of the drainage bag 20.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a diversion trench 300 is disposed in the belt 30, the diversion trench 300 is communicated with the connector 32, a liquid-permeable layer 302 is disposed on a bottom wall of the diversion trench 300, two sides of the liquid-permeable layer 302 are fixed on two side walls of the belt 30, and the accommodating area 3000 is disposed below the liquid-permeable layer 302.
Further, a plurality of liquid permeating holes are formed in the liquid permeating layer 302, and urine enters the accommodating area 3000 through the liquid permeating holes.
Still further, the connector 32 with the equal plastic envelope of tip of connector 23 has a gasket 230, need tear it when using, with connector 32 and connector 23 butt joint, in this embodiment, connector 23 adopts the silica gel material, and shown connector 32 adopts the plastics material, the outer loop diameter of connector 32 slightly is greater than the inner ring diameter of connector 23, because connector 23 has certain elasticity for the silica gel material, can effectually fix connector 32.
Preferably, the belt 30 includes a silicone contact surface, the silicone contact surface is disposed on the contact side of the belt 30 and the skin of the human body, so as to improve the friction force between the bag 303 of the belt 30 and the skin of the human body, and prevent the belt 30 from moving freely during the movement of the human body. It should be noted that the waist belt 30 itself has an adjusting function to match the waist size of the patient to cope with the waist sizes of different patients, and the adjusting function is not an innovative technical point of the present invention, and may be an adjusting structure or manner in the prior art, for example, the two ends of the waist belt 30 are silk belts, and the patient can adjust the silk belts to the positions where the waist belt 30 is easy to fix by combining with his/her waist size.
It should be noted that urine enters the diversion trench 300 through the connector 32 of the belt 30, the diversion trench 300 is arranged along the length direction of the belt 30, and since the liquid-permeable layer 302 at the bottom of the diversion trench 300 is provided with a plurality of liquid-permeable holes, the urine enters the accommodating area 3000 through the liquid-permeable holes and is absorbed by the super absorbent resin 40 in the accommodating and accommodating area 3000 to be changed into a stable-shape condensation state, therefore, the urine cannot oscillate in the container due to the movement of the human body, and the reverse osmosis phenomenon cannot occur after the super absorbent resin 40 absorbs water, so the problem of stoma pollution due to reverse osmosis of urine cannot occur; meanwhile, as the super absorbent resin 40 powder expands in volume after absorbing water, the diameter of the inner ring of the belt 30 is reduced, so that the belt 30 is more stably pressed on the waist of the user without moving at will even with a relatively large movement range, as shown in fig. 10; in addition, all urine enters the waist belt 30, the waist belt 30 bears the urine and is fixed on the waist of a user, the dropping and pulling feeling of the traditional ostomy bag can not be brought to the user, and meanwhile, the pull injury at the stoma is avoided. In addition, the liquid-permeable layer 302 is used for preventing urine from directly entering the belt 30, being absorbed by the super absorbent resin 40, gradually swelling, and directly reversely swelling at the connection head 32 into the drainage bag 20, so that the liquid-permeable layer 302 has a function of blocking the swollen super absorbent resin 40; on the other hand, the rate of liquid-permeable layer 302 permeating urine is less than the rate of directly making urine pass through non-liquid-permeable layer 302, so that urine enters from connector 32 into guiding gutter 300 and a part of urine directly permeates to the lower part of liquid-permeable layer 302, and another part of urine flows along guiding gutter 300 and gradually permeates to the lower part of liquid-permeable layer 302, which is beneficial for urine to be dispersed into waistband 30 at different positions, thereby making the volume and gravity of absorbent resin gradually change along the length direction of waistband 30 after absorbing water, and preventing urine gravity from being concentrated below connector 32.
Preferably, the super absorbent resin 40 powder is one or a mixture of more of starch grafted acrylate, grafted acrylamide, high-substitution crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose grafted acrylamide, and crosslinked hydroxyethyl cellulose grafted acrylamide polymer.
The utility model has the beneficial effects that:
according to the ostomy bag obtained through the design, the strip-shaped boss is arranged on the ostomy base plate, so that the phenomenon that the ostomy base plate is not sticky at the bonding part near the stoma when repeated folds occur on the waist of a patient can be effectively prevented; secondly, the drainage bag is connected with the ostomy base plate at two positions, so that the waistband is fixed at the position of the waist after being connected with the drainage bag, and the waistband is prevented from rotating and shifting around the waist in the process of human body movement; thirdly, the super absorbent resin powder is contained in the containing area in the waistband to absorb urine, the absorbed urine is changed into a shape-stable condensation state from a liquid state, the urine cannot oscillate in the container due to the movement of a human body, and the super absorbent resin cannot generate reverse osmosis phenomenon after absorbing water, so that the problem of stoma pollution caused by reverse osmosis of the urine cannot occur; in addition, the volume of the belt expands along with the water absorption of the super absorbent resin powder, so that the diameter of the inner ring of the belt is reduced, the belt is more stably extruded on the waist of a user, and the belt does not move randomly even in a relatively large movement amplitude; meanwhile, the whole urine enters the waistband, the waistband bears the urine and is fixed on the waist of a user, the dropping and pulling feeling of the traditional ostomy bag can not be brought to the user, and meanwhile, the ostomy is prevented from being pulled and injured.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
