The moving member 322 can be exposed out of the first side of the cup body 2, and when the moving member 322 is pressed to move from the first side to the second side, the first toggle portion 3212 can drive the abutting member 31 to move from the second side to the first side, i.e., to move away from the inner surface of the cup lid 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the cup body main body 2 (specifically, the seat body 241) may be provided with a second supporting portion 2412, the rotating portion 3211 may be located on the second supporting portion 2412, and the rotating portion 3211 may rotate relative to the second supporting portion 2412. The contact surface between the second supporting portion 2412 and the rotating portion 3211 may be an arc surface.
The moving member 321, the rotating member 321 and the abutting member 31 may be integrally formed, or the moving member 321, the rotating member 321 and the abutting member 31 may be separately formed for easy assembly. Moreover, when the cup lid 1 needs to be opened, the moving member 322, the rotating member 321 and the abutting member 31 can be abutted together in sequence. When the cup lid 1 is closed on the cup body 2, the moving member 322, the rotating member 321 and the abutting member 31 may not abut each other.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the moving member 322 may include a button portion 3221 and a push rod 3222. The button portion 3221 may be connected to the push rod 3222, and the button portion 3221 may be exposed to a first side of the cup body 2. An end of the push rod 3222 away from the button portion 3221 may be connected to or abut against the second toggle portion 3213.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to save the moving space of the moving member 322, the moving member 322 may be inclined in a direction from the first side to the second side toward the bottom of the cup body main body 2. The end surface of the key portion 3221 exposed to the cup body 2 may be designed to be circular for the user to press. The portion of the button portion 3221 adjacent to the push rod 3222, and the push rod 3222 may be entirely contained within the cup body 2.
According to the switch assembly provided by the utility model, a user can conveniently open the cup cover 1 only by pressing the button part 3221 with a single hand. As shown in fig. 4A and 5A, when the cap 1 is closed on the cup body 2, the abutting portion 311 is exposed from the second side of the cup body 1 to abut against the inner surface of the cap 1. At this time, the first toggle portion 3212 may be located above the second toggle portion 3213 and in a vertical state, and the second toggle portion 3213 may be inclined toward the push rod 3222. When the button portion 3221 moves towards the second side relative to the cup body 2 to open the cup cover 1, as shown in fig. 4B and fig. 5B, the second toggle portion 3213 may be pressed by the push rod 3222 to rotate counterclockwise, and drive the first toggle portion 3212 to rotate. The second toggle portion 3213 may rotate to a vertical state, and at the same time, the first toggle portion 3212 may rotate to incline toward the first side. At this time, the first toggle portion 3212 is displaced in a direction pointing from the second side to the first side. Therefore, the first toggle portion 3212 can drive the abutting member 31 to move from the second side to the first side (i.e., away from the inner surface of the cup cover 1) by abutting against the abutting member 31 during the rotation process.
When the user releases the button portion 3221, the abutting member 31 can be reset under the action of the first elastic member 33, and drives the rotating member 321 to rotate clockwise, so as to press the push rod 3222 through the second toggle portion 3213 to reset the moving member 322. Alternatively, at least one torsion spring may be sleeved on the rotating member 321, the rotating member 321 is rotated and reset by the torsion spring, the abutting member 31 is reset by the first toggle portion 3212 abutting against the abutting member 31, and the moving member 322 is reset by the second toggle portion 3213 abutting against the push rod 3222.
It should be noted that, in order to clearly show the relevant structure of the switch assembly 3, a part of the connection portion 242 is cut away in fig. 2 and fig. 4A to 4B.
In order to prevent the button portion 3221 from being touched by mistake to open the cup cover 1, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the switch assembly 3 may further include a locking member 34, and the locking member 34 may be used to lock the switch assembly 3.
The locking member 34 may be fixed to the cup body 2. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the cup body main body 2 (specifically, the seat body 241) may have a third supporting portion 2413 thereon, and the locking member 34 may be located on the third supporting portion 2413. The third supporting portion 2413 prevents the locking member 34 from moving with the button portion 3221 when the button portion 3221 is pressed, so that the third supporting portion 2413 can be used for fixing the position of the locking member 34.
In the switch assembly 3, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the locking member 34 is movably sleeved on the push rod 3222, and a side of the locking member 34 facing the keying portion 3221 may have a protrusion 341. The side of the button portion 3221 facing the locking member 34 may have a concave portion 3223, and the button portion 3221 may be rotatable relative to the locking member 34. The switch assembly 3 can have an unlocked state and a locked state, and when the switch assembly 3 is in the unlocked state, the convex portion 341 and the concave portion 3223 are aligned and matched; when the switch assembly 3 is in the locked state, the protrusion 341 and the recess 3223 are misaligned.
In a particular embodiment, the locking member 34 can have a mounting plate 342 and a side plate 343, and the side plate 343 can surround the mounting plate 342. The button portion 3221 may be rotatable inside the side plate 343, and an extension portion 3224 may be disposed on an outer wall of the button portion 3221, and the side plate 343 may have a notch therein, in which the extension portion 3224 may move, and the notch is used for limiting a rotation distance of the button portion 3221.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the button portion 3221 may further include a knob 3225, and the knob 3225 may be specifically located on an end surface of the button portion 3221 exposed to the cup body main body 2, so as to facilitate a user to switch the switch assembly 3 between the unlocked state and the locked state by rotating the knob 3225.
The protrusion 341 may be disposed on the mounting plate 342, and the protrusion 341 corresponds to a position of the notch and is close to one side of the notch. As shown in fig. 6A, when the button portion 3221 is rotated counterclockwise to the limit position (the protruding portion 3224 is located above in fig. 6A) to align the protruding portion 341 and the recessed portion 3223, the user presses the button portion 3221 to move the button portion 3221 toward the locking member 34, so that the protruding portion 341 can protrude into the recessed portion 3223. Therefore, when the protrusion 341 and the recess 3223 are aligned, the button portion 3221 may have a moving space from the first side to the second side, and the switch assembly 3 is in the unlocked state. As shown in fig. 6B, when the button portion 3221 is rotated clockwise to the limit position (the protruding portion 3224 is located below in fig. 6B), so that the protrusion 341 and the recess 3223 are staggered, the protruding portion 3224 can abut against the protrusion 341, so that when the button portion 3221 is pressed by a user, the button portion 3221 cannot move to open the cup cover 1, and the switch assembly 3 is in the locked state.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6A, the switch assembly 3 may further include a second elastic member 35, and opposite ends of the second elastic member 35 respectively abut against the button portion 3221 and the locking member 34. Since the locking member 34 is fixed to the cup body 2, when the button portion 3221 is pressed by the user to move toward the locking member 34, the button portion 3221 may compress the second elastic member 35 to place the second elastic member 35 in a deformed state. And when the user stops pressing the button portion 3221, the second elastic member 35 may reset the button portion 3221. In an embodiment, the second elastic element 35 can be sleeved on the push rod 3222.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the opposite ends of the second elastic element 35 can respectively abut against the button portion 3221 and the cup body main body 2. The second elastic member 35 may be disposed inside the cup body 2 or outside the cup body 2 as long as the button portion 3221 can be reset. In a specific embodiment, the elastic member used in the present invention may be a spring.
When the cup cover 1 is covered on the cup body main body 2, the abutting piece 31 in the switch component 3 abuts against the inner surface of the cup cover 1 so as to fix the position of the cup cover 1; when the cup cover 1 needs to be opened, a user can move the abutting part 31 towards the direction far away from the inner surface of the cup cover 1 by pressing the control part 32 in the switch component 3, and the abutting part 31 is separated from the cup cover 1, so that the user can conveniently open the cup cover 1 through single-hand operation.
In addition, the locking piece 34 is arranged in the cup body main body 2, so that the switch assembly 3 can be switched between the unlocking state and the locking state, and the situation that the cup cover 1 is opened due to the fact that a user touches the key portion 3221 by mistake is avoided.
Besides the switch component 3, the cup provided by the utility model also has expanded functions, so that the intelligence of the cup is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cup body main body 2 may include an outer cup 21, an inner cup holder 22, an inner cup 23, and a cup head 24. The inner cup fixing member 22 can be fixed on the inner side of the outer cup 21, the inner cup 23 can be fixed on the inner side of the inner cup fixing member 22, the cup head 24 can be respectively connected with the inner cup 23 and the cup cover 1, and the cup head 24 can be arranged on the opening side of the inner cup 23.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cup head 24 may include a seating portion 241 and a connection portion 242.
