For example, as shown in fig. 5, each of the elastic clamping jaws 121 has a wedge-shaped cross section on the plane 4 including the central axis 110, and the thickness of the elastic clamping jaw 121 gradually increases along the axial direction of the sheath 11 and in the direction from the sheath 11 to the elastic clamping portion 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the section 4 of the side wall of the elastic clamping sleeve on the plane 4 including the central axis 110 is wedge-shaped, and the thickness of the side wall of the elastic clamping sleeve gradually increases along the axial direction of the sleeve body 11 and in the direction from the sleeve body 11 to the elastic clamping portion 12.
As shown in fig. 3, when the adjusting element 2 moves toward the elastic clamping portion 12, the adjusting element 2 can gradually contact and press against the wedge-shaped elastic clamping portion 12, and the wedge-shaped elastic clamping portion 12 can convert the axial acting force along the fixing sleeve 3 of the adjusting element 2 into elastic force along the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3 for the elastic clamping portion 12 to elastically gather along the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3, so that the adjusting element 2 does not need to move along the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3, thereby reducing the size of the connecting device 100 in the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3, and further facilitating the reduction of the volume of the whole connecting device 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting member 2 is provided with a pressing flange 21 at one end thereof near the elastic clamping portion 12, and the pressing flange 21 extends in a radial direction of the adjusting member 2 and in a direction near the sheath 11. Compared with the embodiment without the pressing flange 21, in this embodiment, since the pressing flange 21 extends along the radial direction of the adjusting part 2 and in the direction close to the sleeve body 11, so that the end of the pressing flange 21 is closer to the elastic clamping portion 12, when the adjusting part 2 moves the same distance relative to the fixing sleeve 3, the pressing flange 21 presses against the elastic clamping portion 12, so that the elastic clamping portion 12 can generate larger elastic deformation in the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3, and then the elastic clamping portion 12 can clamp the lamp 300 and the lamp holder 200 with smaller outer diameters, so that the application range of the connecting device 100 can be further expanded, and the universality of the connecting device 100 can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the connection device 100 in fig. 2. In the plane 4 including the central axis 110, the distance from the end point of the elastic clamping part 12 for pressing the pressing surface of the adjusting part 2 away from the sleeve body 11 to the central axis 110 is m, and the outer diameter of the fixed sleeve 3 is D, wherein m is greater than D/2. By such an arrangement, when the adjusting member 2 moves closer to the elastic clamping portion 12, the adjusting member 2 can more easily abut against the wedge-shaped elastic clamping portion 12, so that the elastic clamping portion 12 is more elastically deformed in the radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment in which the adjusting member 2 is a screw adjusting member, and in this embodiment, the adjusting member 2 may be a screw, a bolt, or a screw, and the screw is provided with a rotating portion for driving the screw to rotate. As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the elastic clamping portion 12 includes a pair of elastic clamping jaws 121 oppositely disposed and extending outward from an end of the sleeve body 11, the fixing sleeve 3 is tightly fitted with the sleeve body 11, a threaded hole 32 is formed in a position of the fixing sleeve 3 corresponding to each elastic clamping jaw 121, the threaded hole 32 extends along a radial direction of the fixing sleeve 3, each threaded hole 32 is fitted with the adjusting part 2, and the adjusting part 2 abuts against the elastic clamping jaw 121.
When the lamp holder is used, the adjusting piece 2 is rotated in the forward direction, the adjusting piece 2 moves towards the direction close to the elastic clamping part 12 to press against the elastic clamping jaw 121, and the elastic clamping jaw 121 deforms to clamp the lamp 300 and the lamp holder 200; when the adjuster 2 is rotated in the reverse direction, the adjuster 2 moves in a direction away from the elastic clamp 12, and the elastic clamp 121 recovers the elastic deformation, thereby releasing the clamp of the lamp 300 and the lamp socket 200.
The section of each elastic clamping jaw 121 in the plane 4 including the central axis 110 may be wedge-shaped, that is, the thickness of the elastic clamping jaw 121 gradually increases along the axial direction of the sleeve body 11 and in the direction close to the elastic clamping portion 12. Furthermore, the section of each elastic jaw 121 in the plane 4 including the central axis 110 may be rectangular, that is, the thickness of the elastic jaw 121 is equal in the axial direction of the jacket 11 and in the direction close to the elastic grip 12.
Of course, besides the adjusting member 2 can move in a spiral manner relative to the sleeve 11 to press the elastic clamping portion 12 to elastically contract, the adjusting member 2 can also move in another manner relative to the sleeve 11 to press the elastic clamping portion 12, such as: the fixed sleeve 3 is sleeved on the sleeve body 11 in an interference manner, the adjusting part 2 is in a sleeve shape and is sleeved on the fixed sleeve 3 in a sliding manner, a plurality of first through holes which are distributed at intervals are formed in the adjusting part 2 along the axial direction, and a plurality of second through holes which are distributed at intervals are formed in the fixed sleeve 3 along the axial direction. The adjusting part 2 moves towards the direction close to the elastic clamping part 12 to press the elastic clamping part 12 to elastically gather the elastic clamping part, when the first through hole is opposite to the second through hole, the locking pin is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole to lock the movement of the adjusting part 2 in the axial direction of the fixed sleeve 3, so that the continuous clamping of the elastic clamping part 12 to the lamp 300 and the lamp holder 200 is ensured. When the lamp 300 or the lamp socket 200 needs to be removed, the locking pins are pulled out from the first through holes and the second through holes, and the adjuster 2 moves in a direction away from the elastic clamp portion 12, so that the lamp socket 200 or the lamp 300 is released from being clamped.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the sheath 11 is an elastic sheath, and the side wall of the sheath 11 can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of the sheath 11. By arranging the sleeve body 11 as an elastic sleeve body, the sleeve body 11 can elastically deform in the radial direction of the sleeve body 11 to absorb the error on the outer diameter of the lamp holder 200 and the lamp 300, and fill the gap between the fixing sleeve 3 and the lamp holder 200 and the lamp 300, so that the sleeve body 11 and the lamp holder 200 and the lamp 300 are more closely matched, and the lamp 300 can be more firmly installed on the lamp holder 200.
The sleeve 11 may be integrally formed with the elastic clamping portion 12, or may be separately disposed, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the hardness of the fixing sleeve 3 or the adjusting member 2 is greater than that of the connecting sleeve 1. The hardness of the fixing sleeve 3 or the adjusting part 2 is set to be larger, the hardness of the connecting sleeve 1 is set to be smaller, so that the harder fixing sleeve 3 or the adjusting part 2 can support the softer connecting sleeve 1, and under the application scene that the lamp 300 is horizontally inserted into the lamp holder 200 (namely, the illuminating device is a horizontal lamp 300), the connecting device 100 can support the lamp 300 better, so that the lamp 300 can be prevented from being separated from the lamp holder 200 under the action of external force.
In addition to setting the hardness of one of the fixing sleeve 3 and the adjusting member 2 to be greater than that of the connecting sleeve 1, the hardness of both the fixing sleeve 3 and the adjusting member 2 may also be set to be greater than that of the connecting sleeve 1, so that the connecting device 100 can better support the lamp 300.
The fixing sleeve 3 and the adjusting member 2 may be made of hard materials, such as metal or hard plastic lamp 300, and the connecting sleeve 1 may be made of elastic materials, such as silicone rubber.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic view of a lamp socket assembly in one state according to some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 11 is a schematic view of the lamp socket assembly in another state shown in fig. 10. The lamp holder assembly comprises a lamp holder 200 and a connecting device 100 fixedly connected with the lamp holder 200, wherein the connecting device 100 comprises a connecting sleeve 1 and an adjusting part 2, the connecting sleeve 1 comprises a sleeve body 11 for being sleeved on a lamp suitable for being installed on the lamp holder 200, and elastic clamping parts 12 respectively extending outwards from a first end part 131 and a second end part 132 of the sleeve body 11; the adjusting member 2 is configured to move relative to the sheath 1 to press the elastic clamping portion 12, so that the elastic clamping portion 12 is elastically folded to clamp the lamp 300.
When the connecting device 100 is mounted on the lamp socket 200, as shown in fig. 10, if the outer diameter of the lamp socket 200 is small, the distance that the adjusting member 2 moves leftward with respect to the fixing sleeve 3 is large, so that the adjusting member 2 can make the elastic clamping portion 12 undergo larger elastic deformation to clamp the lamp socket 200 having a small outer diameter; if the outer diameter of the lamp holder 200 is large, the distance to which the adjusting member 2 is moved leftward with respect to the fixing sleeve 3 is small, as shown in fig. 11, so that the adjusting member 2 can elastically deform the elastic clamping portion 12 less to clamp the lamp holder 200 having the large outer diameter.
For the installation of the connecting device 100 and the lamp 300 in the lamp socket assembly, reference is made to the foregoing description, and further description is omitted here.
In the above-described connecting device 100, in addition to the elastic nipping portion 12 may be provided at both end portions of the covering body 11, the elastic nipping portion 12 may be provided only at one of the end portions of the covering body 11.
Such as: the first end 131 of the sleeve body 11 extends outward to form an elastic clamping portion 12, and the second end 132 is fastened to the lamp holder 200, wherein the second end 132 can be sleeved on the lamp holder 200 in an interference manner, or can be fastened to the lamp holder 200 by a fastening member such as a screw. Of course, the sleeve 11 and the lamp holder 200 can be integrated to ensure that the sleeve 11 and the lamp holder 200 are fastened together. The connecting device 100 elastically folds the elastic clamping portion 12 at the first end 131 by adjusting the adjusting member 2 to clamp the lamp 300, so as to increase the friction force between the lamp 300 and the connecting sleeve 1, expand the application range of the connecting device 100 to lamps 300 with different outer diameters, and also improve the universality of the connecting device 100.
For another example, the second end 132 of the sheath 11 extends outward to form the elastic clamping portion 12, the first end 131 of the sheath 11 is tightly connected to the lamp 300, and the first end 131 can be tightly sleeved on the lamp 300. The connecting device 100 elastically folds the elastic clamping portion 12 at the second end 132 by adjusting the adjusting member 2 to clamp the lamp holder 200, so as to increase the friction force between the lamp holder 200 and the connecting sleeve 1, expand the application range of the connecting device 100 to lamp holders 200 with different outer diameters, and also improve the universality of the connecting device 100.

1. A connection device for detachably fastening a lamp (300) to a lamp holder (200), characterized in that it comprises:
the connecting sleeve (1) comprises a sleeve body (11) which is sleeved on the lamp (300) and the lamp holder (200), and an elastic clamping part (12) which extends outwards from the end part of the sleeve body (11);
the adjusting piece (2) is configured to move relative to the sleeve body (11) so as to press the elastic clamping part (12) to enable the elastic clamping part (12) to be elastically folded to clamp the lamp (300) and/or the lamp holder (200).
2. The connection device of claim 1,
the connecting device also comprises a fixed sleeve (3) sleeved on the sleeve body (11);
the adjusting piece (2) is in threaded fit with the fixed sleeve (3), and the adjusting piece (2) is positively and spirally pressed against the elastic clamping part (12) relative to the fixed sleeve (3) so that the elastic clamping part (12) is elastically folded to clamp the lamp (300) and/or the lamp holder (200); the adjusting piece (2) reversely screws relative to the fixed sleeve (3) to release the furling and clamping of the elastic clamping part (12) on the lamp (300) and/or the lamp holder (200).

The connection device according to claim 2, characterized in that the external lateral surface of the sleeve (3) is provided with an external thread (31), the adjustment element (2) being a nut and being in threaded engagement with the sleeve (3); one end of the adjusting piece (2) close to the elastic clamping part (12) is configured to press against the elastic clamping part (12).

A connection device according to claim 3, characterized in that said sheath (11) has a central axis (110); the section of the elastic clamping part (12) on the plane (4) comprising the central shaft (110) is wedge-shaped, the thickness of the elastic clamping part (12) is gradually increased along the axial direction of the sleeve body (11) and the direction from the sleeve body (11) to the elastic clamping part (12).
5. The connection device of claim 4,
one end of the adjusting piece (2) close to the elastic clamping portion (12) is provided with an extrusion flange (21), and the extrusion flange (21) extends along the radial direction of the adjusting piece (2) and towards the direction close to the sleeve body (11).
6. The connection device of claim 2,
the sleeve body (11) is provided with a first end part (131) and a second end part (132) opposite to the first end part (131), the first end part (131) of the sleeve body (11) is configured to be sleeved on the end part of the lamp (300), and the second end part (132) of the sleeve body (11) is configured to be sleeved on the lamp holder (200);
the first end (131) and the second end (132) of the sleeve body (11) respectively extend outwards to form the elastic clamping part (12), and the elastic clamping part (12) can be elastically folded so as to pass through the fixed sleeve (3).
7. A connection device according to any of claims 2 to 6,
the elastic clamping part (12) comprises a plurality of elastic clamping jaws (121) extending outwards from the end part of the sleeve body (11), and the elastic clamping jaws (121) are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the sleeve body (11); each elastic clamping jaw (121) can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of the sleeve body (11);
or the elastic clamping part (12) is an elastic clamping sleeve extending outwards from the end part of the sleeve body (11), and the side wall of the elastic clamping sleeve can elastically deform in the radial direction of the sleeve body (11).
8. The connection device of claim 7,
the sleeve body (11) is an elastic sleeve body, and the side wall of the sleeve body (11) can elastically deform in the radial direction of the sleeve body (11);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the hardness of the fixing sleeve (3) and/or the adjusting piece (2) is greater than that of the connecting sleeve (1).
9. A lamp socket assembly, comprising:
a lamp base (200); and a connection device (100) securely connected to the lamp holder, the connection device comprising:
the connecting sleeve (1) comprises a sleeve body (11) which is sleeved on the lamp (300) suitable for being installed on the lamp holder, and an elastic clamping part (12) which extends outwards from the end part of the sleeve body (11);
the adjusting piece (2) is configured to move relative to the sleeve body (11) so as to press the elastic clamping part (12) to enable the elastic clamping part (12) to be elastically folded to clamp the lamp (300).
10. An illumination device, comprising:
a lamp base (200);
the end part of the lamp (300) is inserted into the lamp holder (200);
the connecting device (100) as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8, the connecting sleeve (1) of the connecting device being fitted over the lamp base (200) and the lamp (300).
