Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a partial perspective view of a keyboard musical instrument to which a musical score support structure of an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The keyboard instrument 10 is configured as an upright piano, for example. Fig. 1 is a diagram of a keyboard instrument 10 viewed from right front upper side. Thereafter, with respect to the keyboard instrument 10, the side on which the player who plays the keyboard instrument 10 is set as the front side. With respect to the left-right direction, the direction of the keyboard instrument 10 as viewed by the player is taken as a reference.
The keyboard instrument 10 includes mother boards 12 (only the right side is shown) on both left and right sides. A top plate is disposed on the motherboard 12. A front ceiling 11 of the ceilings is illustrated in fig. 1. Trusses 13 (only the right side structure is shown) are disposed on both right and left sides of the front of the mother board 12. An upper front plate 18 is disposed below the front top plate 11 between the two mother plates 12. A music stand 20 is disposed adjacent to the front side with respect to the lower end portion 18b of the upper front plate 18. The keyboard instrument 10 has a fallboard 30 that can be opened and closed. Fig. 1 shows a fully opened state of the keyboard lid 30.
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic side views of the vicinity of the fallboard 30 of the keyboard instrument 10. Fig. 2 and 3 show a fully closed state and a fully opened state of the keyboard lid 30, respectively. The keyboard instrument 10 has a keyboard 17. The keyboard cover 30 is configured to cover the keyboard 17 in the fully closed state and to expose the keyboard 17 in the fully open state. Inside the keyboard instrument 10, a shaft member 16, a guide member 15, and a stopper 14 are provided on both left and right sides, respectively (only the left side of the structure is shown). The shaft member 16, the guide member 15, and the stopper 14 are fixed to the corresponding truss 13. The shaft member 16 is rotatable about a rotation center 16 a. An unillustrated operating mechanism is disposed behind the stopper 14.
The keyboard lid 30 is mainly composed of a front lid 31, a rear lid 32, and a coupling portion 33. The front cover 31 and the rear cover 32 are rotatably connected to each other by a connecting portion 33 such as a hinge. Guided portions 35 are provided at both right and left end portions of the rear cover 32. The guided portion 35 always contacts the upper surface of the corresponding guide member 15, i.e., the guide surface 15 a. The leading end of the guided portion 35 has an arc shape in side view. The front cover 31 is fitted to the shaft member 16 and is rotatable about the rotation center 16a together with the shaft member 16.
Normally, the front cover 31 is mainly operated to open and close the keyboard lid 30 by gripping the handle 34b of the cover front plate 34. First, when the user grips the cover front plate 34 from the fully closed state (fig. 2) and rotates the front cover 31 upward, the rear cover 32 moves rearward in conjunction with the rotation of the front cover 31. At this time, the guided portion 35 slides on the guide surface 15a of the guide member 15 while contacting the guide surface 15 a. The rear cover 32 is smoothly retracted while gradually changing its posture. As shown in fig. 3, when the guided portion 35 hits the stopper 14, the keyboard lid 30 is in the fully open state. In the fully open state, the cover front plate 34 is submerged below the music stand 20.
Next, a musical score support structure for supporting a musical score will be described. Fig. 4 is a schematic side view of the region of the front top panel 11 to the cover front panel 34. Fig. 4 shows a fully opened state of the keyboard lid 30 as in fig. 1. The front surface 18a of the upper front plate 18 supports the back of the musical score 19. Thus, the upper front plate 18 functions as a back support portion. The inclination angle θ 3 of the front surface 18a with respect to the vertical direction exceeds 10 ° and is 30 ° or less, preferably exceeds 15 ° and is 20 ° or less. Conventionally, the front surface of the upper front plate is inclined at an angle of generally less than 10 °. In the present embodiment, the front surface 18a is inclined more rearward, so that the pressing feeling is reduced. In addition, if expressed with reference to the horizontal direction, the rising angle of front surface 18a from the horizontal direction is 60 ° or more and less than 80 °.
On the other hand, the present embodiment has two support portions capable of supporting the lower end 19a of the musical score 19, as will be described later. The first of the two supporting parts is an inclined surface 23 formed on the musical score stand 20. The second support portion is constituted by an inclined portion 34a and a grip 34b formed in the keyboard lid 30 (fig. 3 and the like). The handle 34b functions as a musical score pressing piece. The handle 34b prevents the lower end of the musical score placed on the inclined portion 34a from deviating and floating, thereby stably placing the musical score. The second support portion may be formed of only the inclined portion 34a without the handle 34b having the score pressing function.
First, as shown in fig. 4, the upper front plate 18 and the score stand 20 are constituted by different members. The music stand 20 is fixed with respect to the lower end portion 18b of the upper front plate 18. In the musical score stand 20, a portion protruding and exposed to the front side from the lower end portion 18b of the upper front plate 18 is an upper surface portion 21. The upper surface portion 21 is composed of a horizontal surface 22 and an inclined surface 23 (first support portion). The horizontal surface 22 is connected to the front of the inclined surface 23.
The inclined portion 34a is a part of the outer surface of the cover front plate 34 of the keyboard cover 30 in the fully open state, and is a part of the surface facing upward in the fully open state of the keyboard cover 30. In the fully opened state of the fallboard 30, the inclined portion 34a is positioned forward of the inclined surface 23. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 23 with respect to the horizontal direction is θ 1. The inclination angle of the inclined portion 34a with respect to the horizontal direction is θ 2. The inclination angle θ 2 is larger than the inclination angle θ 1. The inclined surface 23 is inclined to be lower toward the rear and is substantially 90 ° with respect to the front surface of the upper front plate 18. The inclination angle θ 1 exceeds 10 ° and is 30 ° or less. For example, if θ 3 is 15 °, θ 1 is 15 °.
In the case of using the inclined surface 23 (first supporting part), the inclined surface 23 supports the lower end 19a of the musical score 19, and the musical score 19 is rested on the front surface 18a of the upper front plate 18. Since the inclined surface 23 is substantially perpendicular to the front surface 18a, the lower end 19a of the musical score 19 is restrained from moving forward and is stably held. Therefore, a stopper bar as in the conventional music stand is not required. Further, the horizontal surface 22 has an advantage that the inclined surface 23 is not too deep as compared with the case where the entire upper surface portion 21 is the inclined surface 23.
When the inclined portion 34a serves as a score support, the inclined portion 34a supports the lower end 19a of the score 19, and the score 19 rests on the front surface 18a of the upper front plate 18. In the fully open state of the keyboard lid 30, the width B1 of the portion of the inclined portion 34a protruding forward from the musical score stand 20 is larger than that of the conventional one. Therefore, the musical score 19 is easily placed. The front end position of the inclined portion 34a in the keyboard lid 30 in the fully opened state is P1. The upper end position of the front surface 18a of the upper front plate 18 is set to P2. The upper front end position of the score stand 20, which is a member constituting the first support portion (inclined surface 23), is P3. In a side view, the upper front end position P3 of the music stand 20 is located more rearward than the line segment L1 connecting the front end position P1 and the upper end position P2. Due to such a positional relationship, the musical score 19 can be properly placed on the inclined portion 34a to avoid hitting the music stand 20.
As described above, the musical score support structure of the present embodiment includes the upper front plate 18 as the back support portion that supports the back surface of the musical score 19. The musical score support structure includes an inclined surface 23 (first support portion) of the musical score stand 20 and an inclined portion 34a having an inclination angle different from that of the inclined surface 23 with respect to the horizontal direction, as a support portion capable of supporting the lower end 19a of the musical score 19.
According to the present embodiment, the inclined surface 23 is inclined to be lower toward the rear, and is substantially 90 ° with respect to the front surface 18a of the upper front plate 18. With this configuration, the lower end 19a of the music score 19 is less likely to be deviated when the inclined surface 23 is used, and the music score 19 can be stably placed.
According to the present embodiment, the inclination angle θ 3 of the front surface 18a with respect to the vertical direction exceeds 10 ° and is 30 ° or less, and the front surface 18a is inclined rearward than before. By setting the angle, the feeling of oppression during the performance can be reduced. In addition, the inclined surface 23 is formed at substantially 90 ° with respect to the front surface 18a, and the front surface 18a can be inclined more rearward than before while stably holding the musical score 19.
Thus, the user can stably place the music score 19 according to his/her body shape and preference, and can easily see the music score and suppress the sense of oppression.
In the fully opened state of the fallboard 30, the inclined portion 34a is positioned forward of the inclined surface 23, and the inclination angle θ 2 of the inclined portion 34a is larger than the inclination angle θ 1 of the inclined surface 23. Therefore, the lower end is not easily deviated and stabilized regardless of the support portion on which the music score is placed.
In addition, since the upper front end position P3 of the music stand 20 is located further rearward in side view than the line segment L1 connecting the front end position P1 and the upper end position P2, the music score 19 can be appropriately placed so as not to hit the music stand 20 when the inclined portion 34a is used.
In addition, the keyboard musical instrument to which the present invention is applied is not limited to the upright piano. The present invention can also be applied to keyboard musical instruments other than upright pianos, such as grand pianos or chesters, as long as there is no structural limitation.
In the present embodiment, the description of "substantially" is not intended to be completely exclusive. For example, "substantially perpendicular" and "substantially 90 °" respectively mean completely perpendicular and 90 °.
The present invention has been described in detail based on the preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments, and various embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention are also included in the present invention.
