The sensor array 20 includes a plurality of RGB sensors 21 connected to the main controller 10, the plurality of RGB sensors 21 are arranged in a predetermined sequence, and the plurality of light emitting diodes are detected according to a predetermined detection sequence during operation. After the RGB sensor 21 detects the three-primary-color value of one light emitting diode, the main controller 10 compares the three-primary-color value with a corresponding preset three-primary-color threshold range in the LED numerical array, and if the three-primary-color value of the light emitting diode is within the corresponding three-primary-color threshold range, it is determined that the light emitting diode is correctly installed; otherwise, the LED is judged to be installed wrongly.
The key module 30 is used to set the operating parameters of the main controller 10.
The display module 40 is used for displaying the operating parameters of the main controller 10 and the received signals.
When the main controller 10 judges that one light emitting diode is correctly installed, the main controller 10 controls the indicator lamp 50 to be turned on to be a green lamp; when the main controller 10 determines that one of the leds is mounted incorrectly, the main controller 10 controls the indicator 50 to be turned on to emit a red light and controls the buzzer 60 to emit an alarm sound.
The interface unit 70 is a USB-to-serial interface, and is configured to send an output signal of the main controller 10 to the computer 90, so as to facilitate online monitoring and online statistics.
In other embodiments, the function of the LED array presetting module 80 can also be integrated into the main controller 10, and the LED value array can be set by a special software program.
