On the basis of the above, preferably, the base 10 is provided with a first driven gear 52, the first steering driving member 50 is provided on the mounting table 30, an output end of the first steering driving member 50 is provided with a first driving gear 51 engaged with the first driven gear 52, and the first steering driving member 50 drives the mounting table 30 to rotate horizontally relative to the base 10. By the engagement of the first driving gear 51 and the first driven gear 52, and the engagement of the second driving gear 61 and the second driven gear 62, the rotation speeds of the first steering driver 50 and the second steering driver 60 can be reduced, thereby making the rotation of the fan body smoother.
In the above scheme, the first rotation driving member may also be fixed on the base 10 and directly connected to the mounting table 30, so as to directly drive the mounting table 30 to rotate relative to the base 10, and the second rotation driving member may also be directly disposed on the connecting table 40 and directly connected to the mounting table 30, so as to drive the connecting table 40 to rotate up and down relative to the mounting table 30.

In order to reduce the pressure of the second steering driving member 60 during the up-and-down oscillating of the fan main body 20, it is preferable that an auxiliary torsion spring 90 is provided on the connecting shaft 80, and both ends of the auxiliary torsion spring 90 are fixed to the first vertical plate 32 and the second vertical plate 42, respectively. By the auxiliary torsion spring 90, during the downward swinging of the fan main body 20, the auxiliary torsion spring 90 provides a certain elastic force to overcome the gravity of the fan main body 20, so that the stress on the second steering driving member 60 is reduced. Meanwhile, when the fan body 20 shakes upward, the return spring can release the force to assist in lifting.
Further, preferably, the base 10 includes a bottom platform 11 and a connecting rod disposed on the bottom platform 11, the connecting rod is detachably mounted at the top of the connecting rod with a connecting piece 13, and the first driven gear 52 is disposed on the connecting piece 13.
Preferably, the steering assembly is provided with a housing 70 fixedly connected to the back of the fan main body 20 at the periphery, the bottom of the housing 70 is provided with a steering groove 71, the connecting rod is located in the steering groove 71, and the steering groove 71 can limit the vertical rotation range of the fan main body 20.
Further optimized, for convenient installation, the connecting rod is preferably formed by combining at least two middle rods 12 end to end.
Further in consideration of convenience in transportation and storage, it is preferable that the bottom of the base table 11 is provided with an installation groove 14 for storing the intermediate pole 12. So that the intermediate lever 12 can be loaded into the mounting groove 14 for storage during transportation or storage.
Preferably, the first steering drive 50 and the second steering drive 60 are both rotary motors.
