A foundation ring foundation reinforcing device is characterized by comprising a foundation (1) and a foundation ring (2), and further comprising a circumferential connecting piece (14), a post-cast concrete belt (20) and a plurality of reinforcing components connected with the outer side of the foundation ring (2); the plurality of reinforcing components are arranged in a ring shape;
each reinforcing component comprises a vertical connecting plate (4) connected with the outer side of the foundation ring (2) and a transverse connecting plate (5) arranged at the top of the foundation (1);
the vertical connecting plate (4) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the transverse connecting plate (5); the bottom surface of the transverse connecting plate (5) is fixedly connected with the foundation (1) through the post-cast concrete belt (20);
the transverse connecting plate (5), the post-cast concrete strip (20) and the foundation (1) are fastened through a prestressed anchor bolt (8);
the annular connecting piece (14) is fixedly connected with the outer side face of each vertical connecting plate (4).
2. The foundation ring foundation reinforcing device according to claim 1, wherein a positioning ear plate (9) is fixedly connected to the outer side surface of the vertical connecting plate (4), and the circumferential connecting piece (14) is abutted to the positioning ear plate (9);
and/or an adhesive layer (15) connected with the foundation ring (2) is arranged on the inner side surface of the vertical connecting plate (4).

The foundation ring foundation reinforcing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the width of the positioning lugs (9) is not greater than the width of the vertical connection plates (4) and/or the width of the transverse connection plates (5) is not greater than the width of the vertical connection plates (4) in the circumferential direction of the foundation (1).
4. The foundation ring foundation reinforcing device according to claim 2, wherein the vertical connecting plate (4) is fixedly connected with the positioning ear plate (9) by welding;
a certain distance is reserved between the positioning lug plate (9) and the transverse connecting plate (5);
the circumferential connecting piece (14) is a circumferential steel cable;
the adhesive layer (15) is epoxy resin adhesive.
5. The foundation ring foundation reinforcing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the post-cast concrete strip (20) comprises a post-cast concrete layer (7) and a post-cast high-strength grout layer (6);
the prestressed anchor bolt (8) penetrates through the transverse connecting plate (5), the post-cast high-strength grouting layer (6), the post-cast concrete layer (7) and the foundation (1) which are connected in sequence.
6. Foundation ring foundation reinforcement according to claim 5, characterized in that the post-cast concrete layer (7) is provided with planting bars (12) inserted into the foundation (1).
7. The foundation ring foundation stiffening device of any of claims 1-6, wherein the number of stiffening components is a multiple of 4; the plurality of reinforcing components are uniformly distributed on the circumferential direction of the foundation ring (2);
and a gap is formed between every two adjacent reinforcing components, or every two adjacent reinforcing components are abutted.
8. The foundation ring foundation reinforcing device of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the vertical connection plate (4) is a steel plate;
the transverse connecting plate (5) is a steel plate in the horizontal direction;
each transverse connecting plate (5) is connected with one or more prestressed anchor bolts (8).
9. The foundation ring foundation reinforcing device according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the gap between the foundation (1) and the foundation ring (2) is provided with a first high-strength grouting structure (3);
the foundation (1) is provided with an anchor bolt hole; a second high-strength grouting structure (11) is filled in the anchor bolt hole;
the prestressed anchor bolt (8) comprises a first anchor bolt part, a second anchor bolt part and a third anchor bolt part which are sequentially connected; the first anchor bolt part is inserted into the second high-strength grouting structure (11), and a sleeve (13) arranged inside the transverse connecting plate (5) and the post-cast concrete strip (20) is sleeved outside the second anchor bolt part; the third anchor bolt part is in threaded connection with a nut (17);
the nut (17) is connected with the transverse connecting plate (5) through a gasket (16);
a protective cap (10) abutted against the nut (17) is arranged at the top of the third anchor bolt part;
and a positioning piece (18) connected with the second high-strength grouting structure (11) is sleeved outside the joint of the first anchor bolt part and the second anchor bolt part.
10. A wind power plant comprising a foundation ring base reinforcement according to any of claims 1-9.
