Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the brush head 40 includes a connecting member 41, a base 42, a first sub-brush head 43 and a second sub-brush head 44, wherein the connecting member 41 is fixedly mounted at one end of the rotating shaft 21; the connecting member 41 is substantially cylindrical, one end of which is sleeved on one end of the rotating shaft 21, and a screw or a bolt is inserted through the connecting member 41 to screw the side wall of the connecting member 41 into one end of the rotating shaft 21, so that the connecting member 41 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 21. The other end of the connecting member 41 is fixedly mounted on a surface of the base 42. The other surface of the base 42 is recessed inwards to form a receiving space 42, a connecting hole 422 is formed in the bottom surface of the receiving space 421, and a sliding groove 423 is formed in the side surface of the receiving space 421. The slide groove 423 is provided along the axial direction of the rotary shaft 21. When the base 42 rotates, the first sub brush head 43 can be driven to rotate together by the sliding groove 423 and the latch 4311. The first fixing portion 432 is in a circular truncated cone shape, a surface with a larger area is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting portion 431, the other surface with a smaller area is fixedly provided with first bristles 433, and a side surface of the first fixing portion is a conical surface. When the first brush head 43 extends along the axis of the second brush head 44, the side surface of the first fixed portion 432 presses the inner side surface of the second fixed portion 441 outwards, and the second fixed portion 441 is made of elastic material such as rubber, and is elastically deformed under the pressing, and the second fixed portion 441 opens outwards, so that the bristles fixed to the second fixed portion 441 are scattered around, thereby increasing the cleaning range of the whole brush head assembly 100.
The other end of the first sub-brush head 43 is surrounded by the second sub-brush head 44, and the first sub-brush head 43 can move relative to the second sub-brush head 44 along the axis of the second sub-brush head 44 under the driving of the push rod 11 of the first driving device 10 (i.e. the first sub-brush head 43 can complete the telescopic action relative to the second sub-brush head 44). The second driving device 20 can drive the brush head 40 to rotate through the rotating shaft 21.
In the process of actually using the sweeper with the brush head assembly 100, when the sweeper detects that the ground of an area to be cleaned is smooth and flat and has no rubbish such as sand and soil which is difficult to clean, only the second sub-brush head 44 is in contact with the ground, and the second bristles 442 of the second sub-brush head 44 are longer and softer than the first bristles 433 of the first brush head 43, so that on one hand, the abrasion of the bristles can be reduced, the service life is prolonged, on the other hand, the resistance in rotation can be reduced, and more energy is saved. When the sweeper detects that the ground of an area to be cleaned is uneven or when garbage such as sand and soil difficult to clean exists, the first sub brush head 43 can be driven by the push rod 11 of the first driving device 10 to extend out along the axis of the second sub brush head 44, and the cleaning end of the first brush bristles 433 is basically equal to the cleaning end of the second brush bristles 442. Because the first bristles 433 are shorter and harder than the second bristles 442, when the first sub-brush head 43 and the second sub-brush head 44 work together, the sweeping force and intensity are higher, and thus, garbage such as sand and dust which is difficult to be cleaned can be swept cleanly.
Further, the side surface of the first fixing portion 432 presses the inner side surface of the second fixing portion 441 outwards, and the second fixing portion 441 is made of an elastic material and elastically deforms under the pressing, so that the second fixing portion 441 opens outwards, and the bristles fixed to the second fixing portion 441 are scattered around, thereby increasing the cleaning range of the entire brush head assembly 100. When the first sub-brush head 43 extends along the axis of the second sub-brush head 44, the side surface of the first fixed portion 432 presses the inner side surface of the second fixed portion 441 outwards, and the second fixed portion 441 is made of an elastic material and elastically deforms under the pressing, and the second fixed portion 441 opens outwards, so that the bristles fixed to the second fixed portion 441 spread outwards, thereby increasing the cleaning range of the whole brush head assembly 100.
