4. The flexible material cutting device of claim 1, wherein a pressing component is arranged on the top wall of the gland, and the pressing component is used for being matched with the top wall of the gland to press the strip to be cut or the hanging strip to be cut.

The flexible material cutting device according to claim 4, wherein two sets of positioning members are disposed on the top wall of the pressing cover, the two sets of positioning members are respectively disposed on two sides of the cutting groove, each set of positioning members includes two positioning strips spaced apart from each other, and two side walls of the two positioning strips close to each other are respectively used for abutting against two sides of the strip to be cut or two sides of the hanging strip to be cut.

the two second studs are arranged on the top wall of the gland and are respectively positioned on two sides of the cutting groove, and second nuts are screwed on the two second studs;
the two pressing plates respectively correspond to the two first studs and the two second studs, one end of each pressing plate is provided with a connecting hole suitable for the first studs to pass through, and the other end of each pressing plate is provided with a clamping groove suitable for the second studs to be clamped and embedded;
the first nut and the second nut are respectively pressed against two ends of the upper plate surface of the pressing plate.
7. The flexible material cutting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein an elastic member is sleeved on each of the two first studs, one end of the elastic member abuts against the upper plate surface of the pressing plate, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the first nut.
8. A flexible material cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a resilient return member is provided between said gland and said swing arm.
9. A flexible material cutting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the gland is provided with a first handle at the end remote from the hinged end of the swash plate and a second handle at the end of the swing arm remote from the hinged end thereof.
10. The flexible material cutting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the bottom of the operation table is provided with the roller set, and the table top of the operation table is covered with a dust cover.
