As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the housing 100 includes a housing 110, and a front cover 120 and a rear cover 130 disposed at the side of the housing 110, wherein the front cover 120 and the rear cover 130 are disposed opposite to each other, the front cover 120 covers the front side of the housing 110, and the rear cover 130 covers the rear side of the housing 110. In order to facilitate an assembler to quickly install and position the rear cover 130, the preferable rear cover 130 is provided with the plug connector 134, the housing 110 is provided with the insertion groove 112, during installation, the plug connector 134 is aligned with the insertion groove 112 and is inserted into the insertion groove 112, so that installation and positioning between the housing 110 and the rear cover 130 can be realized, the operation is simple and easy, and the assembly efficiency is improved. The mounting bracket 200 further includes a mounting plate 260 disposed at a side of the insertion cylinder, the mounting plate 260 is connected to the first insertion cylinder 210, the second insertion cylinder 220 and an end of the base plate 240 close to the front cover 120, the first insertion cylinder 210 and the second insertion cylinder 220 penetrate the mounting plate 260, and two filter element mounting holes are formed on the mounting plate 260. Preferably, the mounting plate 260, the substrate 240 and the plug cylinder are integrally arranged, so that the mounting plate 260 is convenient to produce and process, and the difficulty in production and assembly is reduced. The mounting plate 260 is mounted on the housing 110, and the front cover 120 is detachably coupled to the mounting plate 260 to cover the side of the housing 110, thereby facilitating the installation, removal, and maintenance of the water purifier.
As shown in fig. 9, 12 and 13, the guide mechanism in this embodiment includes a guide protrusion 610 disposed in the housing 110 and a guide hole 620 disposed on the outer periphery of the mounting plate 260, so that the guide protrusion 610 and the guide hole 620 can be aligned, guided and positioned by plugging, thereby improving the assembly efficiency. Preferably, the guide protrusion 610 is L-shaped, and includes a position-limiting portion 611 connected to and perpendicular to the inner wall of the housing 110 and a guide portion 612 connected to and perpendicular to the position-limiting portion 611, during the installation process, the mounting bracket 200 is pushed towards the inside of the housing 100, when the guide portion 612 aligned with the guide hole 620 is inserted into the guide hole 620, it indicates that the mounting bracket 200 is aligned with the housing 110, the mounting bracket 200 is pushed further, when the guide portion 612 is completely inserted into the guide hole 620 and the position-limiting portion 611 abuts against the mounting plate 260 around the guide hole 620, it indicates that the mounting bracket 200 is installed in place with the housing 110, and the mounting bracket 200 and the housing 110 are locked in place by a fastener such as a screw.
As shown in fig. 11, the guiding mechanism in this embodiment further includes at least two rows of guiding ribs 630 disposed at the bottom of the second insertion tube 220 in parallel, the guiding ribs 630 extend along the axial direction of the second insertion tube 220, and it is preferable that the guiding ribs 630 are disposed in two rows, in the installation process of the mounting bracket 200 and the housing 110, the guiding ribs 630 abut against the inner bottom surface of the housing 110, and guide the mounting bracket 200 while supporting it, so that the mounting between the mounting bracket 200 and the housing 110 is more stable, and meanwhile, the structure of the support legs and the like can be conveniently locked by passing through the housing 110 and the guiding ribs 630 at the bottom of the mounting bracket 200.

As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, a mounting groove 261 is provided on a side of the mounting plate 260 facing the front cover 120, the circuit board 700 is embedded in the mounting groove 261 to limit the circuit board 700, and at the same time, the circuit board 700 is convenient to mount and position, and the mounting efficiency is improved, preferably, a plurality of blocking ribs 262 surrounding the circuit board 700 are provided on the mounting plate 260, a mounting groove 261 is formed between the blocking ribs 262 and a side wall of the mounting plate 260, when the circuit board 700 is mounted in the mounting groove 261, a side portion of the circuit board 700 abuts against the blocking ribs 262, in order to further prevent the plug connector on the circuit board 700 from being separated from the circuit board 700 to cause the operation failure of some electronic components, in the present embodiment, the blocking ribs 262 are preferably configured to protrude out of the circuit board 700, and the blocking ribs 262 protruding out of the circuit board 700 can also abut against the plug connector to limit the circuit board 700 and the plug connector at the same time, so as to ensure the operation stability of the circuit board 700, namely, the continuous and stable work of the water purifier is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, a power interface for an external power supply is arranged on the rear cover 130, the power interface is electrically connected with the circuit board 700 through a wire 710 arranged in the casing 110, so that the front cover 120 faces the user when the water purifier is used, the rear cover 130 deviates from the user, the power interface is arranged on the rear cover 130 deviating from the user, so that the electric wire can be hidden at the rear side of the water purifier when the water purifier passes through the electric wire external power supply, the operation is convenient, the appearance is more attractive, and the use experience of the user is improved. Since the circuit board 700 provided near the front cover 120 and the power supply interface provided on the rear cover 130 are connected by the wires 710, the wire groove 270 is provided in the mounting bracket 200 in order to collect and store the wires 710. As shown in fig. 6 and 10, the wire groove 270 is disposed at the bottom of the second insertion tube 220, the notch of the wire groove 270 is disposed toward the side portion, and when the wire 710 is installed, the wire 710 is only required to be clamped into the wire groove 270 from the side portion, so that the wire 710 can simply and conveniently bypass the installation support 200 from the bottom of the installation support 200, and the wire 710 is prevented from affecting the installation and detachment of other structures on the installation support 200. Preferably, a plurality of positioning ribs 271 are arranged on the inner wall of the wire guide 270 extending along the axial direction of the plug cylinder, the positioning ribs 271 on the two opposite inner walls are staggered, the end parts of the positioning ribs 271 abut against the wire 710, so that the wire 710 is clamped into the positioning groove and then is wavy under the action of the staggered positioning ribs 271, and the friction between the wire guide 270 and the wire 710 is increased through the positioning ribs 271, so as to prevent the wire 710 from being freely disengaged from the wire guide 270.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the length of the first socket 210 is short to form an installation space 280 above the third socket 230 between the end of the first socket 210 and the rear cover 130, the water path assembly 400 is disposed in the installation space 280, and the installation space 280 above the water pump 500 is used to install the water path assembly 400, so that the distance between the water pump 500 and the water path assembly 400 is shortened, and further, the length of the water conduit 440 connecting the water pump 500 and the water path assembly 400 can be greatly shortened, thereby improving the stability of the water path, reducing the production cost, making the internal structure of the water purifier more compact, and reducing the occupied space of the water purifier.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the waterway assembly 400 of the present embodiment includes a first waterway plate 410, a second waterway plate 420 and a third waterway plate 430, the first waterway plate 410 is disposed at an end of the first insertion tube 210 facing the installation space 280 and communicated with the first filter element 310, the second waterway plate 420 is disposed at an end of the second insertion tube 220 facing the rear cover 130 and communicated with the second filter element 320, the third waterway plate 430 is disposed in the installation space 280, the third waterway plate 430 penetrates the rear cover 130 and is communicated with the outside for water intake and drainage, the water pump 500 is respectively communicated with the first waterway plate 410 and the second waterway plate 420, and the third waterway plate 430 is respectively communicated with the first waterway plate 410 and the second waterway plate 420. After entering the water purifier through the third water channel plate 430, the external raw water enters the first filter element 310 through the first water channel plate 410 for primary filtration and then enters the water pump 500, and then enters the second filter element 320 through the second water channel plate 420 for secondary filtration and then enters the third water channel plate 430, and the filtered water is discharged out of the water purifier through the third water channel plate 430. In this embodiment, in order to protect the second waterway assembly 400 disposed at the end of the second socket barrel 220, the rear cover 130 is prevented from being collided and damaged by the second waterway plate 420 when being mounted, the enclosure rib 222 enclosed below the second waterway plate 420 is further disposed at the side of the second socket barrel 220 in this embodiment, the enclosure rib 222 is U-shaped and is connected to the bottom of the second socket barrel 220, and the guide rib 630 extends to the bottom of the enclosure rib 222, so as to enhance the connection strength between the enclosure rib 222 and the second socket barrel 220. The first water channel plate 410 and the second water channel plate 420 are both provided with an ejection mechanism penetrating through the first water channel plate 410 or the second water channel plate 420, the ejection mechanism is used for assisting the filter element to be pulled out of the plug-in cartridge, one side of the second water channel plate 420 facing the rear cover 130 is also provided with a winding bulge 424, and the ejection mechanism is avoided through the winding bulge 424 when the lead 710 is connected with the power interface, so that the lead 710 is prevented from colliding or pushing the ejection mechanism, and the working stability of the ejection mechanism is ensured.
In this embodiment, the third water channel plate 430 is installed on the upper portion of the third socket barrel 230, a plurality of mounting posts 281 are disposed on the top of the third socket barrel 230, supporting portions 431 are disposed on two sides of the third water channel plate 430, when the third water channel plate 430 is disposed in the mounting space 280, bottoms of the supporting portions 431 abut against tops of the mounting posts 281, so that the third water channel plate 430 is installed, and the third water channel plate 430 is also conveniently installed and aligned with the rear cover 130, meanwhile, the third water channel plate 430 is detachably connected with the mounting posts 281 through locking members such as screws and buckles 133, and a certain gap is formed between the third water channel plate 430 and the third socket barrel 230 through the mounting posts 281, so that the third water channel plate 430 is conveniently installed and detached, and maintenance and replacement are facilitated.
In this embodiment, the third water channel plate 430 includes a raw water port 432, a purified water port 433, a purified water port 434 and a waste water port 435, the four ports are horizontally arranged side by side, through holes 131 for the four ports to be inserted into are respectively formed in the rear cover 130, and one end of the raw water port 432 located outside the housing 100 is used for connecting an external water pipe so that external raw water enters the water purifier through the raw water port 432. The first filter element 310 is a composite filter element and the second filter element 320 is a reverse osmosis filter element. The composite filter element is provided with a raw water inlet for introducing raw water (unfiltered water) and a purified water outlet for discharging purified water (filtered water by the composite filter element), and the reverse osmosis filter element is provided with a purified water inlet for introducing purified water, a purified water outlet for discharging purified water (filtered water by the reverse osmosis filter element) and a concentrated water outlet for discharging concentrated water (waste water generated by the reverse osmosis filter element during filtration).
The first water channel plate 410 is provided with a raw water inlet 411 communicated with the raw water inlet, a first purified water outlet 412 and a second purified water outlet 413 communicated with the purified water outlet, the raw water inlet 411 is communicated with the raw water interface 432 through a water guide pipe 440, the first purified water outlet 412 is connected with the water inlet of the water pump 500, and the second purified water outlet 413 is connected with the purified water interface 433. The second water path plate 420 is provided with a purified water inlet 421 communicated with the purified water inlet, a purified water outlet 422 communicated with the purified water outlet, and a concentrated water outlet 423 communicated with the concentrated water outlet, wherein the purified water inlet 421 is communicated with the water outlet of the water pump 500, the purified water outlet 422 is communicated with the purified water port 434, and the concentrated water outlet 423 is communicated with the wastewater port 435.
As shown in fig. 5, the water conduit 440 connecting the raw water inlet 432 and the raw water inlet 411 is a raw water pipe 441, one end of the raw water pipe 441 is detachably connected to the raw water inlet 411, the other end of the raw water pipe is provided with a raw water port 432, a clamping member 436 is disposed at a side portion of the third water channel plate 430, and the raw water port 432 is clamped to the clamping member 436 so that the raw water port 432 is horizontally arranged side by side with the other three ports, so that the raw water port 432 and the raw water pipe 441 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted while ensuring the mounting stability of the raw water port 432, because the raw water port 432 and the raw water pipe 441 accumulate raw water for a long time, the raw water port 432 and the raw water pipe 441 are more easily damaged compared with the other components, the detachable structure facilitates independent replacement during maintenance, and reduces maintenance difficulty and maintenance cost.
The workflow of the waterway assembly 400 is as follows: water flows into the third water path plate 430 through the raw water interface 432, and then flows into the first water path plate 410 through the raw water inlet 411 to be filtered by the composite filter element, the filtered purified water can be directly discharged out of the water purifier through the water purification interface 433 according to user control so as to meet the requirements of a user for washing vegetables by using the purified water, and can also sequentially flow into the second water path plate 420 through the first purified water outlet 412, the water pump 500 and the purified water inlet 421 so as to be filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element, the filtered purified water flows out of the second water path plate 420 through the purified water outlet 422 and is discharged out of the water purifier through the purified water interface 434 so as to meet the requirements of the user for drinking, and simultaneously, the concentrated water generated by the reverse osmosis filter element in the filtering process flows out of the second water path plate 420 through the concentrated water outlet 423 and is discharged out of the water purifier through the wastewater interface 435. This embodiment is through setting up water purification interface 433 and pure water interface 434 simultaneously, can satisfy user's different demands simultaneously, improves user's use and experiences. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the first purified water outlet 412 and the purified water port 433 on the first water path plate 410 may be set or not set according to the production requirement of the water purifier, and when not set, the purified water flowing out of the first water path plate 410 can only enter the second water path plate 420 through the water pump 500, that is, the water purifier can only flow out the filtered purified water for the user to drink.
Install first solenoid valve 450 on first water route board 410, first solenoid valve 450 is located installation space 280, and first solenoid valve 450 is connected between water pump 500 and first water route board 410 for the break-make of rivers between control first water route board 410 and the water pump 500, the structure is small and exquisite, and the reaction is sensitive, and control effect is good. A second electromagnetic valve 460 for controlling the on-off of the waste water port 435 is further disposed on the top of the third water channel plate 430, as shown in fig. 14, in order to maintain the stability of the second electromagnetic valve 460 on the third water channel plate 430 and prevent the second electromagnetic valve 460 from shaking, a supporting protrusion 437 for supporting the second electromagnetic valve 460 is disposed on the third water channel plate 430, and meanwhile, in order to mount the second electromagnetic valve 460, the second electromagnetic valve 460 can be rapidly aligned with the third water channel plate 430, a fool-proof protrusion 438 is further disposed on the third water channel plate 430 to prevent the second electromagnetic valve 460 from being reversely mounted, thereby improving the assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the first and second channel plates 410 and 420 are each provided with a locking mechanism 470 for locking the first or second filter cartridge 310 or 320, and the locking mechanism 470 is locked or unlocked by rotation. The mounting bracket 200 is further provided with two pushing mechanisms 800 sliding along the axial direction of the insertion cylinder and a guide groove 253 used for mounting the pushing mechanisms 800, the two pushing mechanisms 800 respectively control the two locking mechanisms 470 correspondingly, the guide groove 253 guides the pushing mechanisms 800, so that the pushing mechanisms 800 slide back and forth in the guide groove 253 along the axial direction of the insertion cylinder, along with the sliding of the pushing mechanisms 800, the end parts of the pushing mechanisms 800 push or keep away from the locking mechanisms 470, when a user needs to replace a filter element, the user only needs to push the corresponding pushing mechanisms 800 into the water purifier, the pushing mechanisms 800 drive the locking mechanisms 470 to rotate, and then the first filter element 310 and the first water channel plate 410 (or the second filter element 320 and the second water channel plate 420) can be separated, the operation is convenient and simple, and the use experience of the user is improved. As shown in fig. 9, the first reinforcing rib 251 is provided with the notches 232, the plurality of notches 232 on the first reinforcing rib 251 form the guide groove 253 for accommodating the pushing mechanism 800, and other structures on the mounting bracket 200 do not need to be thickened to be grooved, and meanwhile, the guide groove 253 formed by the notches 232 has a better limiting effect on the pushing mechanism 800. As shown in fig. 3, the pushing mechanism 800 includes a push rod 810 and a mounting member 820, the push rod 810 is slidably connected in the guide groove 253, the mounting member 820 is U-shaped, two ends of the mounting member 820 are respectively locked with the insertion tube at the side of the push rod 810 and the base plate 240 through locking members such as screws, the mounting member 820 detachably connected forms a limit for the push rod 810, so that the push rod 810 is prevented from being removed from the opening of the recess 232 while being detached and maintained, and the push rod 810 can only slide back and forth along the guide groove 253 to unlock the filter element assembly. In order to facilitate the staff to install installed part 820 on installing support 200 fast, the preferred width with installed part 820 of this embodiment sets to and is equal with the interval between two adjacent strengthening ribs, when the staff installs, need not to aim at installed part 820 and installation position completely, through the both sides with the tip of installed part 820 and second strengthening rib 252 joint, can realize the locking hole of installed part 820 and the locking hole accurate alignment on the installation position, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty, improve assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment still is equipped with the locating part that is located the installation cavity 231 opening part on installing support 200, and is spacing to installing water pump 500 in installation cavity 231, prevents at transportation etc. in-process, and water pump 500 takes off from installation cavity 231, guarantees water pump 500's stability, also prevents simultaneously that water pump 500 from rocking and damaging water pump 500 or producing the noise in installation cavity 231. As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the opening at the side of the third socket cylinder 230 is disposed toward the rear cover 130, the limiting member in this embodiment is preferably a limiting cover 290 covering the opening at the side of the third socket cylinder 230, the limiting cover 290 is disposed separately from the third socket cylinder 230 and locked to the third socket cylinder 230 by a locking member such as a screw or a buckle 133, and the structure is simple and easy to mount and dismount. Of course, it is understood that the limiting cover 290 in this embodiment may also be hinged to the third socket barrel 230 and locked to the third socket barrel 230 by a locking member such as a buckle 133, or other structures for fixing the limiting cover 290 to the third socket barrel 230 are also within the protection scope of this embodiment.

The water pump 500 in this embodiment is a booster pump, the water pump 500 includes a pump head 510 and a pump body 520, an outer diameter of the pump body 520 is smaller than that of the pump head 510, the third socket 230 includes a first socket 2311 close to the rear cover 130 and a second socket 2312 far from the rear cover 130, an opening of the mounting cavity 231 is disposed on a side of the first socket 2311 facing the rear cover 130, an inner diameter of the second socket 2312 is smaller than that of the first socket 2311 to form a mounting step 2313 between the first socket 2311 and the second socket 2312, when the water pump 500 is mounted in the mounting cavity 231, the pump head 510 is disposed in the first socket 2311, the pump body 520 is disposed in the second socket 2312, and a portion of the pump head 510 protruding from the pump body 520 in a circumferential direction abuts against an end surface of the mounting step 2313 to limit the water pump 500, the mounting step 2313 is prevented from moving further to the second socket 2312, and the water pump 500 can be mounted and positioned quickly by the mounting step 2313, improve assembly efficiency, simultaneously through respectively with the first grafting portion 2311 of pump head 510 and the pump body 520 complex and second grafting portion 2312 for installation cavity 231 is better to water pump 500's supporting effect, prevents that water pump 500 from rocking in installation cavity 231.
As shown in fig. 15, a notch 232 penetrating through the third socket 230 to communicate the mounting cavity 231 with the outside is formed in a side wall of the third socket 230, the notch 232 is formed in the first socket 2311, an opening of the notch 232 is disposed toward the limit cover 290, and water receiving members 511 (two water receiving members 511 are respectively disposed at a water inlet and a water outlet of the water pump 500) at two sides of the pump head 510 penetrate out of the mounting cavity 231 through the notch 232 to connect with the water guide pipe 440 outside the third socket 230, because the opening of the notch 232 faces the limit cover 290, when the water pump 500 is laterally mounted into the mounting cavity 231 from the opening of the mounting cavity 231, the notch 232 can avoid the water receiving member 511, so that the water receiving member 511 can be firstly connected to the water pump 500, and then the water pump 500 is mounted into the mounting cavity 231, which is convenient for the stable mounting of the water receiving member 511 and the water pump 500, reducing the difficulty in assembly and improving the efficiency in assembly.
The side wall of the third socket cylinder 230 opposite to the limit cover 290 is provided with a wire hole 233 so that the electric wire connected to the end of the pump body 520 extends out of the wire hole 233 to be electrically connected to the circuit board 700, and since the wire hole 233 is disposed close to the circuit board 700, the length of the electric wire can be shortened, and preferably, the wire hole 233 is disposed coaxially with the central axis of the water pump 500 to prevent the end of the third socket cylinder 230 from pressing the electric wire at the end of the water pump 500.
In this embodiment, a first buffer pad 234 and a second buffer pad 235 respectively located at two ends of the water pump 500 are disposed in the mounting cavity 231, the first buffer pad 234 is located between the limit cover 290 and the water pump 500, the second buffer pad 235 is located between the water pump 500 and the third insertion tube 230, so as to prevent the water pump 500 from colliding and being damaged with the inner wall of the limit cover 290 or the inner wall of the third insertion tube 230, and also greatly reduce the vibration and noise transmitted to the mounting bracket 200 by the water pump 500 during operation, and the second buffer pad 235 is provided with a avoiding hole corresponding to the wire passing hole 233 for avoiding the wire connection at the end of the pump body 520. In order to further carry out the shock attenuation to water pump 500, this embodiment has still cup jointed the damping ring 236 of a plurality of silica gel materials at water pump 500's periphery side, reduces the area of contact between water pump 500 and the installing support 200 greatly, reduces the vibrations and the noise of water purifier promptly, improves user's use and experiences.
