Throat diseases account for more than one third of the diseases of the ear, nose and throat department, and a considerable part of throat diseases need to be treated by an operation. For example, cysts (particularly vocal cord cysts) or benign tumors growing in the throat generally require surgical removal of the cyst or tumor from the throat tissue. Cysts and some benign tumors are mostly spherical and have clear boundaries and do not adhere to surrounding tissues.
In clinical surgery for removing cysts or tumors under the mucous membrane of the throat, two instruments are generally used, one is a laryngeal knife used for cutting throat tissues outside the cysts or tumors to form an opening, and the other is a stripper used for inserting into the opening and poking and separating the cysts or tumors to be removed from the throat tissues.
The main structures of the laryngeal knife and the stripper are basically the same, the difference is mainly reflected in the knife head and the stripper of the rod part, and the integration level of two independent instruments is poor and the manufacturing cost is increased; in addition, before performing an operation, an operator such as a doctor needs to adjust the use positions of the cutter head and the stripping part separately according to the position of the cyst or tumor so as to meet the requirement of the operation, so that the operation steps of the operation are increased, the risk of misoperation is increased, and the success rate of the operation is reduced to a certain extent.

The knife bar 1 comprises a straight bar 11 and an arc bar 12 which are connected with each other, the arc bar 12 is used for being inserted into a throat, the straight bar 11 is movably connected to the handle portion 4, and the locking portion 3 is used for locking the straight bar 11 to the handle portion 4 in an unlocking mode.
The cutter head 21 is used for cutting throat tissues to form open exposed cysts or tumors; the stripping portion 22 is used for inserting into the opening to poke and separate the cyst or tumor so as to detach the cyst or tumor from the throat tissue; the cutter head 21 and the stripping part 22 are movably connected to one end of the arc-shaped rod 12 far away from the straight rod 11, so that the cutter head 21 has a cutter head working position and a cutter head non-working position which can be switched, and the stripping part 22 has a stripping part working position and a stripping part non-working position which can be switched.

a knife bar (1), a knife head (21), a stripping part (22), a locking part (3) and a handle part (4);
the knife bar (1) comprises a straight rod (11) and an arc-shaped rod (12) which are connected with each other, the arc-shaped rod (12) is used for being inserted into a throat, the straight rod (11) is movably connected to the handle part (4), and the locking part (3) is used for locking the straight rod (11) to the handle part (4) in an unlocking way;
the cutter head (21) is used for cutting throat tissues to form open exposed cysts or tumors; the stripping part (22) is used for being inserted into the opening to poke and separate the cyst or tumor so as to separate the cyst or tumor from the throat tissue;
the cutting head (21) and the stripping part (22) are movably connected with the arc-shaped rod (12) away from one end of the straight rod (11), so that the cutting head (21) is provided with a cutting head working position and a cutting head non-working position which can be switched, and the stripping part (22) is provided with a stripping part working position and a stripping part non-working position which can be switched.
2. The multi-function laryngeal knife according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises a first elastic piece, a second elastic piece, a first electromagnetic plate (13) and a second electromagnetic plate (14);
the first electromagnetic plate (13) and the second electromagnetic plate (14) are connected to one end, away from the straight rod (11), of the arc-shaped rod (12), the first electromagnetic plate (13) is used for adsorbing the cutter head (21), and the second electromagnetic plate (14) is used for adsorbing the stripping part (22);
the cutter head (21) is rotatably connected to the first electromagnetic plate (13); when the first electromagnetic plate (13) is electrified, the cutter head (21) can be in a non-working position which is adsorbed on the first electromagnetic plate (13) and is opposite to the first electromagnetic plate (13); when the first electromagnetic plate (13) is not electrified, the first elastic piece can apply an elastic force to the cutter head (21) to enable the cutter head (21) to rotate, so that the cutter head (21) rotates from the cutter head non-working position to the cutter head working position;
the peeling part (22) is rotatably connected to the second electromagnetic plate (14); when the second electromagnetic plate (14) is charged, the peeling part (22) can be in a peeling part non-working position which is adsorbed on the second electromagnetic plate (14) and is opposite to the second electromagnetic plate (14); when the second electromagnetic plate (14) is not electrified, the second elastic piece can apply an elastic force for rotating the stripping part (22) so as to rotate the stripping part (22) from the stripping part non-working position to the stripping part working position.
3. The multi-function laryngeal knife according to claim 2, characterised in that the first electromagnetic plate (13) and the second electromagnetic plate (14) are arranged opposite each other and each extend in the direction of extension of the curved bar (12).
4. The multi-functional laryngeal blade of claim 2, further comprising a power supply module, a first wire, a second wire, a first switch, and a second switch;
the first electromagnetic plate (13) is electrically connected with the power supply module through the first lead, and the first switch is used for conducting or breaking the electrical connection between the first electromagnetic plate (13) and the power supply module;
the second electromagnetic plate (14) is electrically connected with the power supply module through the second lead, and the second switch is used for conducting or breaking the electrical connection between the second electromagnetic plate (14) and the power supply module.
5. The multifunctional laryngeal knife according to claim 4, characterised in that the handle portion (4) is formed with a receiving groove for the insertion of the power supply module, and a hollow cavity for the first and second wires to pass through is formed inside the knife bar (1).
6. The multi-function laryngeal knife according to any one of claims 1-5, characterised in that the handle portion (4) is formed with an adjustment hole (40), the straight rod (11) being rotatably and axially movably arranged in the adjustment hole (40);
a communicating opening is formed in the inner side wall of the adjusting hole (40), a threaded hole is formed in the handle part (4), one end of the threaded hole is communicated with the communicating opening, and the other end of the threaded hole is open;
the locking part (3) is constructed into a threaded rod, and the end part of the threaded rod is used for penetrating through the threaded hole to abut against the side wall of the straight rod (11) arranged in the adjusting hole (40).
7. The multifunctional laryngeal knife according to claim 6, characterised in that the adjustment hole (40) is configured as a through hole having a length in its axial direction of between 18mm and 30mm, the straight rod (11) having a length in its axial direction of between 180mm and 240 mm.

The multifunctional laryngeal knife according to claim 6, characterised in that the threaded rod comprises a threaded rod body (31) and a projection (32) which are connected to each other, one end of the threaded rod body (31) is used for abutting against the side wall of the straight rod (11) which is arranged in the adjustment hole (40), the other end of the threaded rod body is connected with the projection (32), and the projection (32) is arranged outside the threaded hole.

The multi-function laryngeal knife according to claim 8, characterised in that the threaded shank body (31) comprises a first section (311) and a second section (312) connected to each other in its axial direction, and the first section (311) is connected to the lug (32), the outer surface of the first section (311) is formed with an external thread, and the outer surface of the second section (312) is configured as a rounded curved surface;
the threaded hole comprises a first inner wall section and a second inner wall section from one end which is open to one end which is communicated with the communication port, wherein an internal thread which is matched with the external thread of the first section (311) is formed on the first inner wall section, and the second inner wall section is constructed into a smooth curved surface.

A multi-functional laryngeal knife according to any one of claims 1-5, characterised in that the handle portion (4) comprises a first handle portion (41) and a second handle portion (42) connected at an angle, that the straight bar (11) is movably connected to the first handle portion (41), and that the locking portion (3) is used to lock the straight bar (11) to the first handle portion (41) in an unlockable manner;
the first handle portion (41) is configured as a block-shaped structure and the second handle portion (42) is configured as a prism-shaped rod.
