Background
Throat diseases account for more than one third of the diseases of the ear, nose and throat department, and a considerable part of throat diseases need to be treated by an operation. The laryngoscope has been widely used in clinical practice for the first time as the primary choice of the operation for vocal cord diseases because it can directly expose the glottis, understand the abnormality of the laryngeal structure in detail, and determine the location and range of the pathological changes.
However, in actual clinical work, some patients with difficult airways such as small mandible, high larynx position, thick neck and the like can be encountered, and the common laryngoscope cannot be exposed smoothly, so that the operation completion is influenced. In the past, doctors usually adopt throat split or fiber laryngoscope operation to remedy the situation, but the physical and psychological trauma of patients is caused by the treatment.
In order to solve the problem, the technology of the arc laryngoscope is carried forward, the design of the arc laryngoscope is more consistent with the physiological radian of the oral-pharyngeal cavity of a human body, and the glottis can be better exposed and the side damage of the oropharyngeal mucosa can be reduced with the help of an auxiliary imaging device. Compared with a support laryngoscope, the arc-shaped visual laryngoscope operation has higher dependence on instruments and equipment, and excellent instruments and equipment are successfully ensured by the operation.
At present, all larynx strippers used clinically are designed for supporting laryngoscope operations, are all linear types, can not satisfy the needs under the visual laryngoscope operation of arc, and then can not peel off cyst or tumour from the throat tissue effectively, reduce the success rate of operation.
