In addition, the waterway support column is tightly connected in a threaded connection in the connection process for preventing water leakage. 7. Related conducting wire

Tea table main body
The tea table main body is fixed on the tea table base above the electric heating water boiling tea table and used for realizing the functions of automatic control, electric heating water boiling, automatic water feeding and the like of the electric heating water boiling tea table. The electric kettle mainly comprises a power line, a control panel, a power module, an electric kettle and the like.
1. Power line
The power cord is used for connecting a mains supply to the automatic water feeding electric heating tea table. The power line is connected with the control module and the power module.
2. Control panel

5. Control module
In order to achieve the purpose of controlling large current by small current, a plurality of electromagnetic relays are integrated in the control module, or a plurality of electromagnetic relays are independently arranged, so that loads with larger current consumption, such as a heating body of the thermos, a water pump, an electromagnetic water valve of a water outlet pipe, an electromagnetic water valve of a sewage discharge pipe and the like, can be controlled by the control module. The control module mainly has the following functions: one provides proper working voltage to the water level sensor, the temperature sensor and the control panel, so that the water level sensor, the temperature sensor and the control panel can work normally; secondly, the received electric signals of the water level sensor, the temperature sensor and the control panel are processed; thirdly, according to the instruction of the control panel, a control electric signal is sent out to control the work of each electric load of the device, and the function of the utility model is realized.
The control module is provided with a water pump control interface, an electric kettle control interface, a water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve control interface, a drain pipe electromagnetic water valve control interface and the like. 7. Water outlet pipe
Because the automatic water feeding electric heating tea table is not provided with a water pump inside, the water outlet pipe can be designed to be relatively simple and only consists of one water pipe. And setting different water outlet modes according to the functional requirements.
(1) Hand-operated rotary type
The water outlet pipe is movably connected to the tea table and can be rotated by hand, and when water needs to be added, the water outlet of the water outlet pipe is adjusted to be aligned with the water inlet of the hot water kettle. After the water is added, the water outlet pipe is manually removed.
(2) Metal fixed hose type
The metal shaping hose is used as a pipe body of the water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe is arranged inside the metal shaping hose. Wherein, the material category of metal design hose includes: steel wires, galvanized iron wires, stainless steel wires, copper wires and metal shaping hoses can be bent and deformed. The water outlet pipe is movably connected to the tea table, a motor is arranged, a corresponding program is designed, the motor is controlled to rotate, so that the water outlet pipe automatically rotates, and the water outlet of the water outlet pipe is adjusted to be aligned with the water inlet of the thermos.
(4) Yongquan type
The coupler is internally provided with a waterway connecting pipeline, when the kettle is placed on a tea table, the coupler simultaneously completes the mechanical connection of a waterway and a circuit, and when the control module enables the water pump to work, water in the water pipe is flushed out of the hot water kettle.
8. Electromagnetic water valve at water outlet
The electromagnetic water valve at the water outlet is arranged for realizing automatic sewage discharge. When the sewage draining port is arranged on the tea table, two electromagnetic water valves are needed, namely a sewage draining port electromagnetic water valve and a water outlet sewage draining valve. The sewage discharge valve at the water outlet is a normally open electromagnetic water valve, and the electromagnetic water valve is closed only when the electromagnetic water valve is electrified. The electromagnetic water valve at the sewage outlet is a normally closed electromagnetic water valve, and when the electromagnetic water valve is not electrified, the electromagnetic water valve keeps a closed state.
9. Electric kettle
The kettle comprises a kettle body, a base, a kettle cover and the like. In order to facilitate water addition, the kettle cover can be provided with a funnel water inlet and a dustproof device.
The electric heating kettle can be an electromagnetic oven type electric kettle or an electric kettle heated by a common resistance wire. One or two teakettles are placed on the tea table side by side, and when two teakettles are available, one teakettle is used for boiling tea, and the other teakettle is used for disinfection.
When the kettle is heated by using a common resistance wire, the upper coupler in the kettle body is connected with the upper coupler of the tea table base. The kettle body can be provided with a temperature transmitter or a water level sensor according to requirements. And the electric signals of the temperature transmitter or the water level sensor are transmitted to the control module for processing through the connection of the upper coupler and the lower coupler. The heating body is connected with and controlled by the electromagnetic relay module in the control module.
Structure and connection mode of water bucket
The water bucket is placed on the filter base, and the bottom of the water bucket is in contact with the upper surface of the filter base. The periphery of the water bucket surrounds the support columns, a gap between two support columns can pass through the water bucket, and the water bucket can freely enter and exit from the gap. An electric heating water boiling tea table is arranged above the water barrel, and a water pumping pipe of the electric heating water boiling tea table extends below the water level line of the water barrel through a barrel opening and is close to the bottom of the water barrel.
The bucket may be a standard type of bucket or other type of bucket. When the sewage is required to be discharged, the control switch of the sewage discharge faucet is turned on, the sewage of the sewage port of the filter element core flows out of the sewage discharge faucet, and at the moment, the sewage can be discharged only by connecting the sewage with another bucket. Wherein, the support column is respectively for leading to not crossing the water support column, through crossing the water support column, leading to the sewage support column, leading to the pump control circuit support column that draws water, and the support column both ends are connected respectively on four angles at filter base and electric hot water tea platform. The sewage tap can use a mechanical type or an electromagnetic water valve type:
(1) mechanical sewage draining tap
The blowdown tap in this embodiment is mechanical tap such as can close spiral, wrench type, lift and open, and the effect of four spinal branch daggers after the connection is respectively: an unfiltered water support post for delivering unfiltered water to the water inlet of the filter base filter cartridge after being drawn from the water reservoir; the water filtering support column is used for transmitting filtered water to a water outlet pipe of the electric heating water boiling tea table after being filtered by the filter base; the sewage passing supporting column is used for conveying sewage which passes through the filter element sewage port and reaches the sewage discharge faucet of the electric heating water boiling tea table; the water pump control circuit support column is used for transmitting an electric signal which is sent by the control module and used for controlling the water pump to work.
When the sewage is required to be discharged, the water suction pump is controlled to work through the control panel, and meanwhile, the sewage discharge faucet is manually opened, so that the aim of discharging the sewage can be fulfilled.
(2) Electromagnetic water valve pollution discharge water tap
The electromagnetic water valve is arranged in the sewage draining faucet in the embodiment and is controlled by the control module, and the connection mode and the function of each support column are consistent with those of a mechanical faucet. Meanwhile, in order to realize the function, a water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve and a sewage draining faucet electromagnetic water valve are required to be installed on the electric heating water boiling tea table and are respectively connected with a control module. Wherein, the electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe is a normally open electromagnetic water valve and is connected with the front end of the water outlet pipe of the electric heating water boiling tea table; the electromagnetic water valve of the sewage faucet is a normally closed electromagnetic valve and is connected to the sewage outlet faucet of the electric heating water boiling tea table.
When water needs to be filtered, the control module only sends a control electric signal to the water suction pump, so that the water suction pump is controlled to work. Because the electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe and the electromagnetic water valve of the sewage discharge faucet are not electrified, the sewage discharge faucet is in a normally closed state because the electromagnetic water valve of the sewage discharge faucet is in a normally open state because the electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe is in a normally open state. At this time, the sewage draining tap is closed, and the water outlet pipe is communicated. Therefore, the filtered water can only flow out of the water outlet pipe.
When sewage needs to be discharged, the control module sends control electric signals to the water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve and the sewage tap electromagnetic water valve through the leads respectively while controlling the water pump to work, so that the normally open electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe is closed, and the normally closed electromagnetic water valve of the sewage tap is opened; the water outlet pipe is blocked due to the closing action of the electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe, and the sewage faucet is opened due to the opening of the electromagnetic water valve of the water outlet pipe. Therefore, the water pumped from the water container can only be discharged after flowing out to the sewage faucet through the sewage port of the filter, thereby achieving the purpose of discharging the sewage of the filter.
(II) embodiment in which the sewage port is provided in the filter base
If an indoor sewage pipe is arranged near the device, the sewage discharge faucet can be arranged on the side of the filter base in parallel. When sewage is required to be discharged, the sewage faucet is opened, sewage of the sewage port of the filter element flows out of the sewage faucet of the filter base, and the sewage is directly discharged through the indoor sewage pipe.
(1) Mechanical sewage draining tap
In this embodiment, the faucet of the drain is mechanical. The support column is respectively for leading to three support columns such as unfiltered water support column, through drainage support column, logical water pump control circuit support column and constitute, and the effect of three support columns after each connection is: passing unfiltered water support posts for transporting unfiltered water after it has been drawn from said water reservoir to a filter base; the water filtering support column is used for transmitting filtered water to the electric heating water boiling tea table after being filtered by the filter base; the water pump control circuit support column is used for transmitting a working power supply of the water pump controlled by the control module.
When the sewage is required to be discharged, the control panel controls the water suction pump to work, and meanwhile, the sewage discharge faucet is manually opened, so that the aim of discharging the sewage can be fulfilled.
(2) Electromagnetic water valve pollution discharge water tap
In this embodiment, the support columns are an unfiltered water support column, a filtered water support column, a faucet electromagnetic water valve control circuit support column and a water pump control circuit support column, and two ends of each support column are respectively connected to four corners of the filter base and the electric hot water tea table. The electric heating water boiling tea table is provided with a water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve, the filter base is provided with a sewage tap electromagnetic water valve, and the water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve is a normally open type electromagnetic water valve and is connected to the front end of a water outlet pipe of the electric heating water boiling tea table; the electromagnetic water valve of the sewage tap is a normally closed electromagnetic valve and is connected in the sewage discharge tap of the filter base; the two electromagnetic water valves are respectively connected with and controlled by the control module. Wherein, the control module control circuit needs to control the support column through the faucet solenoid valve and then is connected with the sewage faucet solenoid valve to work.
The four connected support columns have the following functions: an unfiltered water support post for delivering unfiltered water to the water inlet of the filter base pump after it has been pumped from the water reservoir; the water filtering support column is used for transmitting filtered water which is filtered by the filter base and then reaches the water outlet of the electric heating water boiling tea table; the water pump control circuit support column is used for transmitting the electric signal of the water pump controlled by the control module; the supporting column of the control circuit of the water outlet faucet electromagnetic valve is used for transmitting an electric signal of the water outlet faucet electromagnetic water valve controlled by the control module.
When water needs to be filtered, the control module only sends a control electric signal to the water suction pump, the water suction pump works, and the water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve and the sewage faucet electromagnetic water valve are not electrified, so that the sewage faucet is in a normally closed state because of the water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve, and the water outlet pipe is in a normally open state because of the water outlet pipe electromagnetic water valve. At this time, the sewage draining faucet is closed, and the water outlet pipe is communicated, so that the filtered water can only flow out of the water outlet pipe.

The opposite effect is obtained when the water is stopped.
(2) Boiling water or stopping boiling water "
After the control module receives the water boiling control instruction, the control module sends an electric signal to enable the electromagnetic relay of the electric kettle to be attracted, and the current of the commercial power flows into the electric kettle or other heating bodies to enable the electric kettle or other heating bodies to work. The opposite effect is obtained when the water boiling is stopped. When the temperature in the kettle is reduced to a certain temperature value due to the use of the temperature time, the control module controls the heating body to work to heat the hot water kettle; when the hot water kettle is not moved or is operated by a panel for a long time, the device automatically enters a dormant state until a user wakes up the hot water kettle.
(4) Waste discharge or waste discharge stopping "

The operation and use of the utility model has higher humanization degree and more convenient use:

The device can realize the functions of water outlet, water boiling, automatic water boiling, sewage discharge and the like through the operation panel, and can also directly discharge sewage by opening the sewage discharge faucet.
