2. The article of claim 1, wherein the inlay has a height that is less than a height of the decoration.

3. The article of claim 1 wherein the abutment is rectangular parallelepiped in shape.

4. The article of claim 1, wherein the groove is a "V" shaped groove.

5. The article of claim 1, wherein the number of fasteners is two, two fasteners being provided on opposite sides of the ornament.

6. The article of claim 1, wherein the article is a ring.

The ornament of claim 6, wherein the ornament body of the ring comprises a ring and an embedding platform arranged on the upper part of the ring, the embedding platform is used for embedding a main stone of the ring, and the ring is positioned on two sides of the embedding platform and arranges matching stones of the ring.

8. The article of claim 7, wherein the plurality of matching stones are arranged in an array on the ring, and the securing members are disposed on opposite sides of the matching stones along the circumference of the ring.

9. The article of claim 7 wherein the stones on one side of the ring are arranged in a two-column seven-row arrangement.
