The water-saving function: the sea cucumber fermentation process needs to consume a large amount of water, and after the sea cucumber is subjected to fermentation for 1-2 times, the water for soaking the sea cucumber is cleaner, so that the water for soaking the sea cucumber can be used for at least 2 times through the external circulation water purification system (comprising the first filter and the main filter), and the effect of saving resources is achieved.
4. The automatic hair quality function: after the boiled sea cucumbers are placed in the cabinet body and weighed once, the sea cucumber hair quality multiple can be set, such as 3 times, the water changing time is 6-12 hours, such as 10kg of the weight of the sea cucumbers, the system automatically records the weight of the sea cucumbers after the water is changed every time, and the system can automatically prompt that the hair quality is finished when the weight of the sea cucumbers reaches 30 kg.

in the sea cucumber fermentation process, the external circulating water which is placed for a long time may become hot, so if any temperature sensor 317 finds that the temperature is higher than 8 ℃, the compressor 4 and the condenser 5 are started, the external circulating water is cooled by the refrigerant injected into the cold-hot plate structure 319, and in the process, the internal circulating water pump 311 is started to continuously guide the circulating water at the lower part of the cabinet body 3 into the upper part of the cabinet body 3, so that the temperature of the circulating water is close to uniform in each area; if any temperature sensor 317 finds that the temperature of the circulating water is lower than 2 ℃, the second water pump is closed, and the cooling of the circulating water is stopped.
After a hair quality period (which can be set to 6-12 hours), the circulating water needs to be filtered or replaced, at this time, the valve of the external circulating water outlet 31 is opened, the first water pump is opened, the circulating water is completely discharged, after the circulating water filters larger particles in the circulating water through the first filter 7, the circulating water is more finely filtered through the main filter 1 (the main filter 1 is internally provided with a plurality of layers of filter cakes for fine filtering), then the circulating water is refrigerated through the first refrigerating device 2 and then returns to be injected into the cabinet body 3, and the hair quality process of the period is repeated.
After a cycle, if the filtered circulating water still reaches the standard, the filtered circulating water can still be used for hair growth of the next cycle; if the filtered circulating water is found to be insufficient to reach the standard, the hair quality of the next period is carried out by replacing the clean circulation.
At the end of each fermentation period, the sea cucumbers in the cabinet after the circulating water is drained are weighed. If the weight of the sea cucumber reaches the set multiple (for example, 3 times) of the original weight, the hair quality process is finished, and the sea cucumber can be directly taken out.
In the invention, a first overflow valve 9 is also arranged, so that circulating water can be conveyed back to the first water storage tank 6 under the condition of overlarge pressure in the pipeline.
