Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the latch assembly 100 for a chassis of the present invention may include at least a locker 101, an elastic member 102, an unlocking slider 103, a first catching groove 104 and a second catching groove 105.
In the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, a first limiting groove 104 may be formed on one end surface of the movable panel 11 of the chassis 10 to accommodate the elastic member 102 and the latch 101, one end of the elastic member 102 may be fixedly connected with the top of the first limiting groove 104, and the other end of the elastic member 102 may be fixedly connected with the latch 101; the second limiting groove 105 may be formed on the other end surface of the movable panel 11 of the chassis 10 to accommodate the unlocking slider 103, and the unlocking slider 103 may be fixedly connected to the latch 101 through a limiting hole 106 formed between the first limiting groove 104 and the second limiting groove 105.
In the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, when the unlocking slider 103 slides downward along the second limiting groove 105, the lock catch 101 slides downward along the first limiting groove 104 under the driving of the unlocking slider 103 until being inserted into the lock hole 107 provided on the chassis 10, and when the unlocking slider 103 slides upward along the second limiting groove 105, the lock catch 101 slides upward along the first limiting groove 104 under the driving of the unlocking slider 103 until being caught in the lock hole 107 under the elastic force of the elastic member 102. In this way, the movable panel 11 can be made to be mounted on the chassis 10.
In the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, when the unlocking slider 103 slides down along the second limit groove 105 again, the lock catch 101 slides down along the first limit groove 104 until being pulled out of the lock hole 107 by the driving of the unlocking slider 103, and slides up along the first limit groove 104 by the elastic force of the elastic member 102 to return to the original position. In this way, the movable panel 11 can be detached from the chassis 10.
In addition, the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 may further include a first positioning column 108, the first positioning column 108 may be disposed at the top of the first limiting groove 104, and one end of the elastic member 102 may be hung on the first positioning column 108 to be fixedly connected with the top of the first limiting groove 104. As an example, the first positioning post 108 may be integrally formed with the movable panel 11. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first positioning post 108 may also be formed as a clinch stud, for example.
In addition, the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 may further include a second positioning column 109, the second positioning column 109 may be disposed on the latch 101, and the other end of the elastic member 102 may be hung on the second positioning column 109 to be fixedly connected with the latch 101. As an example, the second positioning post 109 may be integrally formed with the latch 101. However, the utility model is not limited thereto, for example, the second positioning column 109 may be formed as another pin fixedly connected with the latch 101.
In the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the engaging portion of the unlocking slider 103 can pass through the stopper hole 106 to be fixedly connected to the catch 101. However, the utility model is not limited thereto, and for example, the combining portion of the lock catch 101 may also pass through the limiting hole 106 to be fixedly connected with the unlocking slider 103.
In addition, although the elastic member 102 shown in the latch assembly 100 shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8 is a spring, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other materials having elastic deformation recovery capability may be selected as the elastic member 102 (e.g., a rubber band, etc.), as long as the elastic member is deformed when being applied with force and automatically recovers to its original shape when not being applied with force.
The latch assembly for the chassis provided by the utility model can realize the screw-free installation of the movable panel on the chassis, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble and easy to maintain.
While the present application has been shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made to these embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application as defined by the following claims.
