It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air conditioner guide plate, which includes an air deflector body 10, a rack connecting plate 20, and a plurality of deflectors 50.
The rack connecting plate 20 is installed on the air deflector body 10, the rack connecting plate 20 includes a first arc-shaped rack 211 and a second arc-shaped rack 212, the first arc-shaped rack 211 is used for opening the air deflector body 10 upwards, and the second arc-shaped rack 212 is used for opening the air deflector body 10 downwards.
And a plurality of flow straightener 50 provided on the windward side of the air guide plate body 10, the plurality of flow straightener 50 being for blowing air in the horizontal direction.
It can be understood that the air deflector body 10 can be opened upwards under the action of the first arc-shaped rack 211 and opened downwards under the action of the second arc-shaped rack 212, as shown in fig. 5, the rack connecting plate 20 integrates the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 on the rack portion 21 thereof, and the large-angle rotation of the air deflector body 10 can be realized by respectively driving the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 through the driving device, so that the large-angle air supply of the air deflector body 10 in the up-down direction is realized. The plurality of rectifying plates 50 are provided on the windward side of the air guide plate body 10, and are used for horizontally blowing air, so that the air conditioner can blow air vertically and simultaneously keep the horizontal wind force diffused.
By adopting the air conditioner guide plate provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the rack connecting plate 20 with the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 is connected with the air deflector body 10, and the air deflector body 10 can perform upward opening and downward opening actions through the rack connecting plate 20. By adopting the air conditioner guide plate provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the large-angle rotation of the air deflector body 10 can be realized through a set of gear driving equipment, the movement mechanism is effectively simplified, and the air supply angle in the up-and-down direction of the air deflector body 10 is increased.
In addition, because the windward side of the air deflector is provided with a plurality of the rectifying plates 50, the air supply angle in the horizontal direction can be increased when no swing blade swings.
As an example, when in use, the first arc-shaped rack 211 or the second arc-shaped rack 212 is driven by a gear, the gear may be meshed with the first arc-shaped rack 211 or the second arc-shaped rack 212 to drive the first arc-shaped rack 211 or the second arc-shaped rack 212 to rotate, and when the gear drives the first arc-shaped rack 211 to rotate, the gear and the second arc-shaped rack 212 are not in a meshed state; when the gear drives the second arc-shaped rack 212 to rotate, the gear is not in a meshed state with the first arc-shaped rack 211. The first arc-shaped rack 211 is mainly used for enabling the air deflector body 10 to be in an upward opening state, the second arc-shaped rack 212 is mainly used for enabling the air deflector body 10 to be in a downward opening state, and the rack connecting plate 20 mainly plays a role in transmission, and because the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 are installed on the rack connecting plate 20 and the rack connecting plate 20 is connected with the air deflector, when the first arc-shaped rack 211 or the second arc-shaped rack 212 moves under the driving of a gear, the air deflector body 10 can also move along with the first arc-shaped rack 211 or the second arc-shaped rack 212.
The teeth of first arc rack 211 and second arc rack all set up on the convex surface of arc structure, the first end of first arc rack 211 and second arc rack all is located the well lower part of rack connecting plate 20, first arc rack 211 is the arc and extends to the one end of rack connecting plate 20, second arc rack is the arc and extends to the other end of rack connecting plate 20, first end and the first end of second arc rack of first arc rack 211 are close to promptly, the second end of first arc rack 211 is held with the second of second arc rack 212 and is kept away from. The arc center of the first arc-shaped rack 211 is located below one side of the rack connecting plate 20, and the arc center of the second arc-shaped rack 212 is located below the other side of the rack connecting plate 20. The rack coupling plate 20 may rotate around the arc center of the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the arc center of the second arc-shaped rack 212, respectively, and the gear is located at the first end of the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack in the initial state.
In practice, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the gear is simultaneously engaged with the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 in the initial state. When the air deflector body 10 needs to be in an upward opening state, the gear is rotated in the first direction from the initial state, the gear is disengaged from the second arc-shaped rack 212 in the process, and the first arc-shaped rack 211 is driven, at this time, the first arc-shaped rack 211 rotates by taking the first rotation center as an axis, so that the air deflector body 10 is driven to perform an upward opening action, and the size of the upward opening of the air deflector body 10 can be adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the gear.
When the air deflector needs to be closed, the gear is rotated in the second direction, the rack connecting plate 20 is driven to return to the initial position through the first arc-shaped rack 211, and at the moment, the gear is meshed with the first ends of the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 simultaneously.
When the air deflector body 10 needs to be switched from the upward opening state to the downward opening state, the gear is firstly rotated in the second direction, the rack connecting plate 20 is returned to the initial position, then the gear is continuously rotated in the second direction, the gear is disengaged from the first arc-shaped rack 211, and the second arc-shaped rack 212 is driven, the second arc-shaped rack 212 rotates by taking the second rotation center as an axis to drive the air deflector body 10 to perform the downward opening action, and the downward opening size of the air deflector body 10 can be adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the gear. The first rotation center and the second rotation center may be understood as virtual axes.
Since the plurality of flow straightener 50 for blowing air in the horizontal direction is provided in the air guide plate body 10, when the air guide plate body 10 blows air in the vertical direction, the flow straightener 50 assists the blowing air in the horizontal direction.
Alternatively, both ends of the current plate 50 are arc-shaped. Therefore, the air outlet wind resistance can be reduced, and the vortex can be prevented from being generated.
Optionally, when the air deflector body 10 is opened upwards, the radian of one end of the rectifying plate 50 close to the upper edge of the air deflector body 10 is smaller than the radian of one end of the rectifying plate 50 close to the lower edge of the air deflector body 10.
It can be understood that the upper edge of the air deflector body 10 is the edge located at the upper portion when the air deflector body 10 is closed, and the lower edge of the air deflector body 10 is the lower edge when the air deflector body 10 is closed. When the air deflector body 10 is opened upwards, the radian of the end of the rectifying plate 50 close to the air outlet is larger, so that the wind resistance is reduced, and the generation of larger vortex is prevented to influence the air outlet.
Optionally, the plurality of fairing plates 50 comprise: the left air supply plate 51 is positioned at one side of the air deflector body 10, and the left air supply plate 51 is used for supplying air to the left part of the air conditioner; and a right air supply plate 52 positioned at the other side of the air deflector body 10, wherein the right air supply plate 52 is used for supplying air to the right part of the air conditioner.
It can be understood that the left air feeding plate 51 and the right air feeding plate 52 are respectively disposed on two sides of the air deflector body 10, and are located on the windward side of the air deflector body 10, the left air deflector is inclined to the left side of the air conditioner for feeding air to the left portion of the air conditioner, and the right air feeding plate 52 is inclined to the right side of the air conditioner for feeding air to the right portion of the air conditioner.
Optionally, the plurality of fairing plates 50 further comprises: and the middle air supply plate 53 is positioned in the middle of the air deflector body 10, and the middle air supply plate 53 is used for supplying air in the middle of the air conditioner.
It can be understood that the middle air supply plate 53 is located in the middle of the air deflector body 10, the left air supply plate 51 and the right air supply plate 52 are respectively located at two sides of the middle air supply plate 53, the middle air supply plate 53 is located on the windward side of the air deflector body 10, and the extending direction of the middle air supply plate 53 is the same as the extending direction of the short side of the air deflector body 10, and is used for supplying air in the middle of the air conditioner, namely supplying air to the front of the air deflector body 10.
Alternatively, the middle air supply plate 53 forms a first angle with the left air supply plate 51, and the middle air supply plate 53 forms a second angle with the right air supply plate 52.
It can be understood that the middle air feeding plate 53 is not in contact with the left air feeding plate 51, the extending direction of the middle air feeding plate 53 is different from the extending direction of the left air feeding plate 51, and the extending direction of the middle air feeding plate 53 forms a first included angle with the extending direction of the left air feeding plate 51; moreover, the middle air supply plate 53 is not in contact with the right air supply plate 52, the extending direction of the middle air supply plate 53 is different from the extending direction of the right air supply plate 52, and a second included angle is formed between the extending direction of the middle air supply plate 53 and the extending direction of the right air supply plate 52. The first included angle and the second included angle may be the same or different.
As an example, the left air feeding plates 51 are provided in plurality, the left air feeding plates 51 are arranged in parallel, and the first included angle formed by each left air feeding plate 51 and the middle air feeding plate 53 is the same.
As another example, the left air feeding plates 51 are provided in plurality, the left air feeding plates 51 are not parallel to each other, an angle of a first included angle formed between each left air feeding plate 51 and the middle air feeding plate 53 increases with an increase in distance between each left air feeding plate 51 and the middle air feeding plate 53, and an included angle formed between an extending direction of each left air feeding plate 51 and an extending direction of the short side of the air deflector body 10 does not exceed 90 °.
Alternatively, the left and right air blowing plates 51 and 52 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the middle air blowing plate 53. Therefore, the air conditioner guide plate can be conveniently processed, and the angle of air supplied to the left by the air conditioner is the same as the angle of air supplied to the right.
Optionally, the width of the current plate 50 is smaller than the width of the air deflector body 10. Therefore, the production and the processing of the air deflector can be facilitated.
Optionally, the air conditioner guide plate further includes: and a spoiler 40 disposed on the top of the plurality of louvers 50, the spoiler 40 increasing an air blowing angle in the vertical direction of the air guide plate body 10.
As an example, the spoiler 40 has a curvature, and can secondarily guide air by using its own curvature in addition to the air guide plate body 10, thereby further increasing the air blowing angle in the vertical direction of the air guide plate body 10.
Optionally, the spoiler 40 is located on the fairing 50 near the upper edge of the air deflector body 10.
It can be understood that the spoiler 40 is disposed at an end of the fairing 50 and is located at an end close to the upper edge of the air deflector body 10, wherein the upper edge of the air deflector body 10 is the edge of the upper portion when the air deflector body 10 is closed.
Optionally, the rack connecting plate 20 is detachably connected to the air deflector body 10, a buckle 11 is disposed on the air deflector body 10, and a fixture block matched with the buckle 11 is disposed on the rack connecting plate 20.
Optionally, the rack attachment plate 20 includes a first rack attachment plate 20 and a second rack attachment plate 20.
The first rack connecting plate 20 is arranged at one end of the air deflector body 10; the second rack connecting plate 20 is disposed at the other end of the air deflector body 10.
It can be understood that the rack bar coupling plates 20 are disposed at both ends of the air deflection body 10, thereby facilitating the installation of the air deflection body 10 and the driving of the rack bar coupling plates 20 and the air deflection body by the driving assembly.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the air deflector further includes: the middle supporting structure 30 is located in the middle of the air deflector body 10, and the supporting guide portion 31 is installed on the middle supporting structure 30 and used for being matched with the air deflector support to guide the rotation of the air deflector body 10.
As an example, the number of the middle air blowing plates 53 is even, and the middle air blowing plates 53 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the middle support structure 30.
Optionally, the two ends of the air deflector support are provided with first guide rails, the middle of the air deflector support is provided with a second guide rail, the first guide rails are in sliding fit with the rack connecting plate 20, and the second guide rails are in sliding fit with the support guide portions 31 to guide the middle support structure 30.
It will be appreciated that the central support structure 30 serves to support the air deflection plates and prevent them from being bent due to excessive concentrations of force. Because middle part bearing structure 30 is located the middle part, first rack connecting plate 20 and second rack connecting plate 20 are located the both ends of aviation baffle body 10 respectively, drive assembly can follow the both ends drive aviation baffle body 10 of aviation baffle body 10 and rotate, middle part bearing structure 30 can follow the middle part of aviation baffle body 10 and support the aviation baffle, and through the cooperation of second guide rail and support guide part 31, guide for the motion of middle part bearing structure 30, so that make aviation baffle and middle part bearing structure 30 carry out the simultaneous movement.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the spoiler 40 includes: a first spoiler disposed at one side of the middle support structure 30; a second spoiler is provided at the other side of the middle support structure 30.
It can be understood that the spoilers 40 are disposed in two pieces, respectively disposed at two sides of the middle supporting structure 30, to guide air in the up-and-down direction, so as to avoid the installation of the middle supporting structure 30.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an air conditioner, including aforementioned air conditioner baffle.
By adopting the air conditioner guide plate and the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the rack connecting plate 20 with the first arc-shaped rack 211 and the second arc-shaped rack 212 is connected with the air deflector body 10, so that the air deflector can perform upward opening and downward opening actions through the rack connecting plate 20. By adopting the air conditioner guide plate provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the large-angle rotation of the air deflector body 10 can be realized through a set of gear driving equipment, the movement mechanism is effectively simplified, and the air supply angle of the air deflector in the up-and-down direction is increased.
In addition, because a plurality of rectifying plates 50 are arranged on the windward side of the air deflector body, the air supply angle in the horizontal direction can be increased when no swing blade swings.
