Wherein the valve body 1 comprises a valve housing 11 and a stator 12. The valve housing 11 includes a housing 111 and a bottom cover 112 fixedly secured to each other. The stator 12 is provided with a first water passing hole 152 communicating with the first water outlet 151 and a second water passing hole 162 communicating with the second water outlet 161. The plugging member 2 can be controlled to rotate relative to the valve body 1 around a rotation axis perpendicular to the water passing surface by operating the rotating rod 21 to rotate so as to plug the water passing surface.
When the blocking member 2 is rotated to the first position, as shown in fig. 3, the blocking surface covers the openings of the first water outlet channel 15 and the second water outlet channel 16 on the water passing surface, so that the first water outlet channel 15 and the second water outlet channel 16 are blocked and can not communicate with the valve chamber 13 any more.
When the blocking member 2 is rotated to the second position, as shown in fig. 4, the blocking surface covers only the opening of the first water outlet channel 15 on the water passing surface, so that the first water outlet channel 15 is blocked and cannot communicate with the valve chamber 13, and the second water outlet channel 16 is opened and communicates with the valve chamber 13.
When the closure member 2 is rotated to the third position, as shown in fig. 5, the opening of the first water outlet channel 15 and the second water outlet channel 16 on the water passing surface is not covered by the closure surface, so that the first water outlet channel 15 and the second water outlet channel 16 are both open to the valve chamber 13.
When the blocking member 2 is rotated to the fourth position, as shown in fig. 6, the blocking surface only covers the opening of the second water outlet channel 16 on the water passing surface, so that the second water outlet channel 16 is blocked and cannot communicate with the valve chamber 13, and the first water outlet channel 15 is open and communicates with the valve chamber 13.
The embodiment realizes the water outlet control of the first water outlet channel 15 and the second water outlet channel 16 by rotating the plugging piece 2 relative to the valve body 1. 1. A valve cartridge, comprising:
the valve body is provided with a valve cavity, and a water inlet channel, a first water outlet channel and a second water outlet channel which are communicated with the valve cavity; the valve body is provided with a water passing surface facing the valve cavity, and the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are opened on the water passing surface; and
the blocking piece is rotatably connected with the valve body to block the water passing surface, and the rotating shaft of the blocking piece is vertical to the water passing surface; when the water outlet pipe rotates to a first position, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are blocked; when the water outlet pipe rotates to a second position, the first water outlet channel is blocked and the second water outlet channel is opened; when the water outlet pipe rotates to a third position, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are opened; when the water outlet pipe rotates to a fourth position, the first water outlet channel is opened and the second water outlet channel is blocked.
2. A valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein:
the valve body comprises a valve casing and a stator, the valve casing is fixedly connected with the valve casing, the valve casing is provided with the water inlet channel, the first water outlet and the second water outlet, the stator is arranged in the valve casing and is enclosed with the valve casing to form the valve cavity, the surface of the stator facing the valve cavity forms the water passing surface, and the stator is provided with a first water passing hole communicated with the first water outlet and a second water passing hole communicated with the second water outlet; the first water outlet and the first water passing hole form a first water outlet channel, and the second water outlet and the second water passing hole form a second water outlet channel.
3. The valve cartridge according to claim 2, wherein said valve housing comprises a housing body and a bottom cap fixedly attached to each other, said housing body being provided with said water inlet passage, said bottom cap being provided with said first water outlet and said second water outlet; the stator is attached to the bottom cover.
4. A valve cartridge according to claim 3, wherein:
the plugging piece comprises a rotating rod, a poking piece and a moving piece; the rotating rod is in stop-rotation fit with the toggle piece; the poking piece is in rotation stopping fit with the movable piece; the poking piece and the moving piece are positioned in the valve cavity, and the rotating rod extends out of the valve shell; the movable plate is provided with a plugging surface which is attached to the water passing surface.
5. The valve cartridge according to claim 4, wherein the water passing surface is circular and the blocking surface is fan-shaped.
6. The valve cartridge of claim 5, wherein the stator and rotor are ceramic.
7. A valve cartridge according to claim 6, wherein: the plugging piece further comprises a pin, and the poking piece is in rotation stopping fit with the rotating rod through the pin.
8. The valve cartridge of claim 7, wherein said first outlet port and said second outlet port are located at one end of said valve housing in the direction of said pivot axis, said pivot axis extending from the other end of said valve housing; the water inlet channel is opened on the side wall of the valve casing.
