In at least one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a fan comprises: a first housing 11 and a wire regulating unit 12.
The first housing 11 includes a first end surface 111 and a side wall 112 extending from an outer edge of the first end surface 111 in an up-down direction (shown in fig. 1) perpendicular to the first end surface 111.
The wire regulating unit 12 is located on the side wall 112 of the first housing 11, and includes a first wire regulating unit 121 and a second wire regulating unit 122 arranged in the vertical direction with the first wire regulating unit 121.
As shown in fig. 2, the first wire regulating unit 121 includes: a first stationary portion 1211 and a first arm portion 1212. One end a of the first fixing portion 1211 is fixed to the sidewall 112. One end C of the first arm portion 1212 extends in a first direction (as shown in fig. 1) from the other end B of the first fixing portion 1211, the other end of the first arm portion 1212 is suspended to become a first free end D, and a portion of the first arm portion 1212, which is located between the one end C of the first arm portion 1212 and the first free end D of the first arm portion 1212 on the side away from the first end surface 111, is recessed toward the side close to the first end surface 111, that is, a middle portion of a lower end of the first arm portion 1212 is recessed upward to form an opening 1213.
The second wire regulation unit 122 includes: the second fixing portion 1221. One end E of the second fixing portion 1221 is fixed to the side wall 112, and one side (right side of the second fixing portion 1221 shown in fig. 2) of the second fixing portion 1221 in a second direction (shown in fig. 1) opposite to the first direction is aligned with one side (left side of the first arm portion 1212 shown in fig. 2) of the first free end D of the first arm portion 1212 in the up-down direction, or the second fixing portion 1221 and the first arm portion 1212 at least partially overlap in the up-down direction. Fig. 2 shows a case where the second fixing portion 1221 and the first arm portion 1212 at least partially overlap each other in the vertical direction.
According to the above-described embodiment, the first wire regulating unit 121 and the second wire regulating unit 122 that regulate the wires are provided in the fan, and the opening portion 1213 that can accommodate the wires is provided on the first wire regulating unit 121, the opening portion 1213 giving a relief space for the lead wire to be drawn out, the lead wire can be prevented from being lifted from the first end surface 111 of the first case 11, and the lead wire can be prevented from falling off from the regulated position.
In at least one embodiment, the fan may be any type of fan, for example, the fan may be a centrifugal fan.
In at least one embodiment, the first housing 11 and the wire regulating unit 12 may be integrally formed, whereby the manufacturing process of the fan can be reduced. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the first housing 11 and the wire regulating means 12 may be formed separately, and for example, the manufacturing process of the mold can be simplified by attaching the wire regulating means 12 to the first housing 11.
In at least one embodiment, the first housing 11 can include a first end surface 111 and a sidewall 112. As shown in fig. 1, the first end surface 111 may have a wire lead-out port 1111 and a wire guide groove 1112. The lead wire outlet 1111 penetrates the first end surface 111 in the vertical direction, and a lead wire is extended from the inside to the outside of the fan. The lead guide groove 1112 is provided on the first end surface 111, is open in the upward direction, and does not penetrate the first end surface 111 in the vertical direction. In at least one embodiment, the second fixing portion 1221 of the second wire regulating unit 122 may be a columnar structure having one end E fixed to the side wall 112. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the second fixing portion 1221 may have another shape.
In at least one embodiment, one side (right side shown in fig. 5) of the second direction (shown in fig. 1) of the second fixing portion 1221 and one side (left side shown in fig. 5) of the first direction of the first free end D of the first arm portion 1212 may be aligned in the up-down direction (direction pointing to or pointed out of the paper as shown in fig. 5), in other words, the second fixing portion 1221 is adjacent to but not coincident with the first free end D of the first arm portion 1212 as viewed in the up-down direction, that is, from the perspective shown in fig. 5.
In at least one embodiment, the second fixing portion 1221 and the first arm portion 1212 may at least partially overlap in the up-down direction, in other words, a part of a projection of the second fixing portion 1221 in the up-down direction falls on a projection of the first arm portion 1212 in the up-down direction, or all of the projections of the second fixing portion 1221 in the up-down direction fall on a projection of the first arm portion 1212 in the up-down direction.
By providing the second fixing portion 1221, the wire can be blocked from slipping out of the first inlet 1214 of the first wire regulating unit 121 in the first direction, and thus, the wire can be prevented from falling out of the regulating position.
In at least one embodiment, the second wire regulating unit 122 may include only the second fixing part 1221, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the second wire regulating unit 122 may further include a second arm part 1222 as shown in fig. 2. One end G of the second arm 1222 extends from the other end F of the second fixing portion 1221 in the second direction, and the other end of the second arm 1222 is suspended to form a second free end H.
In at least one embodiment, the second wire regulation unit 122 can further include a second inlet (not shown) located between the second free end H and the sidewall 112. The second inlet is for the wire to enter a second space enclosed by the second wire regulating unit 122 and the side wall 112.
In at least one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the opening direction of the first inlet 1214 is the aforementioned first direction, the opening direction of the second inlet is the aforementioned second direction, and the opening direction of the first inlet 1214 is opposite to the opening direction of the second inlet. Thus, the wire can be more reliably regulated in the first space and the second space, and the wire can be prevented from falling off from the regulation position.

Accordingly, the distance between the second arm portion 1222 and the side wall is smaller than the distance between the first arm portion 1212 and the side wall 112, and the wire can be further restricted by the second wire regulating means 122, so that the wire can be prevented from falling off from the regulating position.
In at least one embodiment, when the outer diameter of the wire is greater than the second predetermined distance d2, the second wire regulating unit 122 cannot regulate the wire, and at this time, the wire can be regulated using only the first wire regulating unit 121; when the outer diameter of the wire is smaller than the second predetermined distance d2, both the wire regulating units can regulate the wire, and at this time, the wire can be regulated by using both the first wire regulating unit 121 and the second wire regulating unit 122.
In at least one embodiment, the first free end D of the first wire regulating unit 121 is spaced apart from the side wall 112 by a first distance D3, a portion between the one end C of the first arm portion 1212 and the first free end D is spaced apart from the side wall 112 by a first predetermined distance D1, and the first distance D3 is smaller than the first predetermined distance D1, in other words, the width of the first inlet 1214 is smaller than the distance between the middle portion of the first arm portion 1212 and the side wall 112.
In at least one embodiment, the second free end H of the second wire regulating unit 122 is spaced apart from the side wall 112 by a second distance d4, a portion between the end G and the second free end H of the second arm 1222 is spaced apart from the side wall 112 by a second predetermined distance d2, and the second distance d4 is less than the second predetermined distance d2, in other words, the width of the second entrance is less than the distance between the middle portion of the second arm 1222 and the side wall 112.
In at least one embodiment, the first distance d3 is less than the first predetermined distance d1 and the second distance d4 is less than the second predetermined distance d 2.
