secondly, wear resistance: the door leaf is attached with a high-molecular wear-resistant lining plate at the position in motion contact with the upright post sliding chute and the water stop rubber, so that the door leaf has high wear resistance which is about six times that of carbon steel under the same condition in a wind-sand environment; the transmission part is subjected to surface chromium plating treatment by adopting high-quality structural steel, has high strength and hardness, and has wear resistance and corrosion resistance; the whole system has extremely small abrasion in the working process and has the maintenance-free requirement;
corrosion resistance: the door frame and each page are refined by adopting high-strength aluminum alloy, and the surface is subjected to hard anodic treatment, so that the door frame is high in weather resistance and high in corrosion resistance; the transmission part is subjected to surface chromium plating treatment by adopting high-quality structural steel, and is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; the water is sealed by silicon rubber, so that the weather resistance is strong, and the ageing resistance can be prolonged for thirty years; the slide rail adopts high wear resistance packing, and has the characteristics of small friction, high wear resistance, strong weather resistance and the like.
The reliability is high: through two kinds of reliable modes stagnant water, the stagnant water nature is strong:
firstly, a dynamic pressure water stopping method: a wedge-shaped pressing device is additionally arranged on the upstream surface of the door leaf, and the door leaf can be tightly attached to the water stop adhesive tape through the wedge-shaped pressing device when the water pressure is insufficient;

The energy consumption is low: this gate adopts the solar energy power supply in the environment that does not have the commercial power, through single crystal or polycrystal solar panel production electric energy, then in the storage battery, supply the gate to open and close and information acquisition, because solar energy power supply volume receives the influence of weather great, the device is through solving the energy consumption problem from transmission efficiency, reduction frictional resistance, door leaf lightweight design tripartite, specifically as follows:
driving efficiency: the traditional screw brake, rack brake and the like are replaced by a steel cable winch opening and closing mode, the rolling friction transmission efficiency is far higher than the sliding friction transmission efficiency, and the efficiency is generally higher than 75%;
secondly, wear resistance: the door leaf is attached with a high-molecular wear-resistant lining plate at the position of motion contact with the upright post sliding chute and the water stop rubber, the lining plate is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and high-density polyethylene, the friction coefficient of the lining plate with aluminum materials is as low as below 0.1, and the friction coefficient of the lining plate with rubber is as low as below 0.3, so that the friction resistance can be reduced;
③ the door leaf is light: through the application of composite material technologies such as honeycomb aluminum, foamed aluminum and the like, the strength of the door leaf is met, the weight of the door leaf is lightened, and the integral bending strength of the door leaf can reach ten times to dozens of times of that of an aluminum plate with the same weight.
The universality is strong: the multi-hoisting-point hoisting gate is adopted, the requirements of universalization, serialization and combinability are met, the multi-hoisting-point opening and closing mode can be adopted, different hoisting points can be adopted for gates with different sizes, if a small gate is opened and closed by adopting double hoisting points, a large gate is opened and closed by adopting four hoisting points, and even more hoisting points are opened and closed.
The cost is low: the product standardization module design is adopted, and the cost is greatly reduced through the molding processes of profile extrusion, casting and the like.

An intelligent control steel cable gate for a measurement and control integrated gate system is characterized by comprising a multi-hoisting-point steel cable gate body, wherein the multi-hoisting-point steel cable gate body consists of a sill (1), a stand column (2), a door leaf (3), bottom water stop rubber (4), a side water stop and water stop pressing plate (5), a wedge-shaped pressing block (6), a steel cable tensioning adjusting device (7), a steel cable (8), a guide pillar (9), a door head (10), a limiting wear-resistant sleeve (11), a speed reducer (12), a manual opening and closing device (13), a speed reduction motor (14), an encoder (15), a main shaft (16), a hoisting wheel (17), a safety switch (18), an upper limit switch (19), a lower limit switch (19), a wiring wire clamp (20) and an internal wire passing protective sleeve (21), the stand columns (2) are fixed at two ends of the sill (1), the door head (10) is installed at the top ends of the stand column (2), and the door leaf (3) is slidably arranged on the stand column (2), the bottom sill (1) is provided with bottom water stopping rubber (4) which is matched with the door leaf (3) to achieve the bottom water stopping and sealing effect, the upright post (2) is fixed with a side water stopping and water stopping pressing plate (5) which is matched with the door leaf (3) to achieve the side water stopping and sealing effect, a wedge-shaped pressing block (6) is arranged between the upright post (2) and the door leaf (3), the top end of the door leaf (3) is fixed with a guide pillar (9), the door leaf (3) is provided with a plurality of lifting points, each lifting point is connected with a steel cable (8) through a steel cable tensioning adjusting device (7), the steel cable tensioning adjusting device (7) is arranged at the bottom of the guide pillar (9), the connecting part of the guide pillar (9) and the door lintel (10) is provided with a limiting wear-resistant sleeve (11), the door lintel (10) is provided with a speed reducer (12), and a manual opening and closing device (13) and a speed reducing motor (14) are sequentially arranged above the speed reducer (12), the manual opening and closing device (13) is respectively connected with the speed reducer (12) and the speed reduction motor (14), the encoder (15) is installed on the manual opening and closing device (13), the speed reducer (12) is connected with the hoisting wheel (17) through the main shaft (16), the steel cable (8) is wound on the hoisting wheel (17), the door head (10) is further provided with the safety switch (18) and the upper and lower limit switches (19), the wiring clamps (20) are distributed on the door head (10), and the two ends of the door head (10) are provided with the internal wiring protective sleeves (21).

The intelligent control steel cable gate for the measurement and control integrated gate system according to claim 1, wherein the sill (1) and the upright post (2) are both made of aluminum alloy 6063, 6061 or 7075 which is extruded and drawn into aluminum profiles, and the surfaces of the sill (1) and the upright post (2) are hard and oxidized, high in strength and corrosion resistant.

The intelligent control steel cable gate for the measurement and control integrated gate system according to claim 1, wherein the door leaf (3) is made of aluminum alloy, the door leaf (3) is composed of a door leaf plate body (301) and lining plates (302), the lining plates (302) are installed on two sides of the door leaf plate body (301), the door leaf plate body (301) is made of honeycomb aluminum or foamed aluminum composite door leaf plates, the lining plates (302) are high-molecular wear-resistant lining plates, and the lining plates (302) are made of polytetrafluoroethylene and polyethylene lining plates;
the door leaf plate body (301) consists of a frame (301-1), a honeycomb core (301-2) and a covering plate (301-3), wherein the main body of the frame (301-1) is an aluminum alloy profile, the honeycomb core (301-2) adopts an aluminum alloy honeycomb aluminum core with a structure of 4.5 multiplied by 0.08mm, and the covering plate (301-3) adopts a 3003 aluminum alloy or 5052 aluminum alloy plate; a honeycomb core (301-2) is arranged in the frame (301-1), the two sides of the honeycomb core (301-2) are provided with the cover plates (301-3), the frame (301-1), the honeycomb core (301-2) and the cover plates (301-3) are solidified into a whole through waterproof glue, rivets or pins are uniformly pressed into the combination position of the cover plates (301-3) and the frame (301-1), and the strength of the gate plate is enhanced; the door leaf plate body (301) is further provided with a glue groove (301-4) and a clamping groove (301-5), the lining plate (302) is provided with a clamping hook (302-1) matched with the clamping groove (301-5), the lining plate (302) is clamped in the clamping groove (301-5) through the clamping hook (302-1), and the lining plate (302) is glued with the door leaf plate body (301) into a whole through waterproof glue.
