It should be understood that the water supply mechanism 6 provided in the embodiment of the present invention can directly discharge the water in the water tank to the spray head 5, so that the spray head 5 sprays the water mist. The spraying direction of the spraying head 5 is downward, and the spraying head 5 can spray vertically downward as a broad sense, namely, the spraying direction of the spraying head 5 can vertically downward; alternatively, the spray head 5 may also spray obliquely downward, for example, the spray head 5 may spray forward or backward so that the mist sprays more to the front or rear of the laundry.

The longitudinal direction of the hanger 4 is the Y direction in fig. 5, that is, the longitudinal direction of the hanger 4 is the front-back direction of the nursing case 1, that is, the plurality of spray heads 5 are provided at intervals in the Y direction.
It should be noted here that, because the bottom of the clothes hanger 4 is an arc structure, the plurality of spray heads 5 are located at different height positions of the clothes hanger 4, and thus the spray heads 5 can form multi-level spray from top to bottom, which is beneficial to improving the shaping effect.
Optionally, the distance between two adjacent spray nozzles 5 along the length direction of the clothes hanger 4 is 50-120 mm, so that the problem that the clothes hanger 4 is complex in structure due to the fact that the distance between two adjacent spray nozzles 5 is too small can be avoided, and the problem that the spraying effect is poor due to the fact that the distance between two adjacent spray nozzles 5 is too large can be avoided.
Optionally, the plurality of spray heads 5 disposed on the clothes hanger 4 are symmetrical with respect to the central line L of the clothes hanger 4, so that both sides of the clothes 100 spray uniformly, which is beneficial to improving the shaping effect.
The number of the spray heads 5 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can set the spray heads according to actual situations. This embodiment is favorable to improving the spray area through set up a plurality of atomising heads 5 on hanging clothes hanger 4, and then improves the moulding efficiency of wrinkle chasing.
Further, the spray heads 5 at both ends of the fourth spray group are inclined outward by a predetermined angle, and referring to fig. 2, the spray heads 5a and 5b located at the outermost sides of both ends of the clothes hanger 4 are inclined outward by a predetermined angle, respectively, where the term "outer side" refers to the outer side of the clothes 100, such that the spray heads 5a and 5b are directed toward the sleeves of the clothes 100, respectively, to spray toward the sleeves of the clothes 100. Referring to fig. 2, the spray heads 5a and 5b are each inclined away from the centre line L of the hanger 4. The spray heads 5a and 5b are respectively inclined outwards by a preset angle beta, so that the sprayed water mist faces the sleeves of the clothes, the sleeves can be better wetted, wrinkles are removed, and the shaping effect of the clothes 100 is improved. The preset angle is not limited in the embodiment of the utility model, and a person skilled in the art can design the angle through experimental simulation.
The preset angle beta can be 20-50 degrees, namely the inclination angles of the spray heads 5a and 5b relative to the vertical direction are 20-50 degrees, so that the spray heads 5a and 5b can be prevented from inclining outwards by a large angle to spray the water mist to the outer side of the sleeve, and the spray heads 5a and 5b can be prevented from inclining outwards by a small angle to spray the water mist to the inner side of the sleeve.
Exemplarily, five atomizing spray heads 5 are arranged on a clothes hanger 4, one atomizing spray head 5 is arranged at the position of a central line L of the clothes hanger 4, the other four atomizing spray heads 5 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the central line L, the distance between every two adjacent atomizing spray heads 5 is 50-120 mm, the two atomizing spray heads 5 positioned at the outermost sides of the two ends of the clothes hanger 4 are respectively inclined outwards by 20-50 degrees, the three atomizing spray heads 5 in the middle spray downwards vertically, and the arrangement is favorable for improving the spraying effect.
The specific structure of the spray head 5 is not limited in the present invention, and those skilled in the art can set the spray head 5 according to actual conditions such as the spray range, cost, size, and the like of the spray head.
With reference to fig. 3 and 6, in a possible embodiment, the spray head 5 comprises a connection head 54, a head shell 51 and a spray core 52, the connection head 54 being provided with a central channel 541. A sealing ring 55 is provided at one end of the connector 54 to improve the sealing of the connection of the sprayhead 5 to the pipe. The other end of the connector 54 is fixedly connected with the head shell 51, the head shell 51 is sleeved outside the connector 54, a groove 512 is arranged on the head shell 51, and a spraying hole 511 is arranged at the bottom of the groove 512. One end of the spray core 52 is located in the central passage 541, and the other end of the spray core 52 extends out of the central passage 541 and is located in the groove 512. A stopper 56 is provided at one end of the spray core 52 remote from the spray hole 511, an elastic member 53 is fitted around the stopper 56 and the spray core 52, one end of the elastic member 53 abuts against the tip of the stopper 56, and the other end of the elastic member 53 abuts against the end of the spray core 52. A space is provided between the plugging head 56 and the spray core 52. Under the action of the elastic element 53, the blocking head 56 blocks the central passage 451, and presses the spraying core 52 to the bottom of the groove 512, and the end surface of the spraying core 52 contacting with the groove 512 is provided with a diversion groove.
The spraying process of the spray head 5 is as follows: under the action of the water pump 62, water in the water purification tank 61 enters the central channel 541 through the water pipe 63, under the action of water pressure, the blocking head 56 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic piece 53 and moves towards the spraying core 52, the central channel 541 is opened, the water enters the groove 512 through the gap between the spraying core 52 and the central channel 541, and then passes through the diversion trench of the spraying core 52 and is sprayed out from the spraying hole 511 to form water mist.
In the non-working state of the spray head 5, under the action of the elastic member 53, the blocking head 56 blocks the central passage 451, and presses the spray core 52 to the bottom of the groove 512, so that water is not guided from the spray holes 511. Wherein the elastic member 53 may be a spring.
In a possible implementation mode, the diameter of the spraying holes 511 of the spraying head 5 is 0.1-0.6 mm, so that fine and compact spraying water mist can be formed, and the spraying effect can be improved. The problem that the spraying area is too small due to the fact that the size of the spraying holes 511 is too small is solved, and the problem that the spraying water drops are too large due to the fact that the spraying holes 511 are too large to fully soak clothes can also be solved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the clothes hanger 4 is provided with a receiving cavity 40, and a spraying port 421 is provided at the bottom of the receiving cavity 40; the spray head 5 is installed in the receiving cavity 40, and the spray holes 511 of the spray head 5 are opposite to the spray ports 421.
In the embodiment, the accommodating cavity 40 is arranged in the clothes hanger 4, so that the atomizing head 5 can be arranged inside the clothes hanger 4, the inside tidiness of the nursing space 10 is improved, and the improvement of user experience is facilitated.
In a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the clothes hanger 4 comprises an upper shell 41 and a lower cover 42, the upper shell 41 and the lower cover 42 are fixedly connected to form a containing cavity 40, a spraying opening 421 is arranged on the lower cover 42, and the lower cover 42 is fixedly connected with the spraying head 5; the top end of the upper casing 41 is fixed to the top end of the nursing space 10.
Specifically, the upper case 41 includes a connection part 412 and a support part 413, wherein the connection part 412 is provided at the top of the support part 413 for connecting with the nursing case 1 to fix the hanger 4 at the top end of the nursing space 10. For example, the connecting portion 412 is engaged with, screwed to, or the like on the top of the care cassette 1. The support part 413 is used to contact the laundry 100 to support the laundry 100. The support part 413 is fixedly coupled with the lower cover 42 to form the receiving cavity 40. The support 413 may be engaged with the lower cover 42, and the support 413 may be further screwed with the lower cover 42.
Illustratively, a first connection post 411 is formed extending downward on an inner side surface of the support part 413, and the first connection post 411 is provided with a first connection hole; upwards extend at the top side of lower cover 42 and form second spliced pole 422, be provided with the second connecting hole on the second spliced pole 422, the screw passes second connecting hole and first connecting hole threaded connection to realize the fixed connection of epitheca 41 and lower cover 42, and, improve the structural strength and the stability of connecting of epitheca 41 and lower cover 42 through setting up first spliced pole 411 and second spliced pole 422. Of course, a plurality of fixed attachment positions may be provided in the Y direction to improve the reliability of the attachment of the upper case 41 and the lower cover 42. Optionally, a second connecting column 422 is arranged between every two adjacent spray headers 5, so that the installation of the spray headers 5 can be prevented from being influenced, and the connection stability can be improved.
The lower cover 42 is fixedly connected with the spray head 5, and the lower cover 42 is provided with a spray opening 421 opposite to the spray hole 511 of the spray head 5. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a mounting ring 423 is formed extending from an inner end surface of the shower port 421, and the mounting ring 423 faces the shower port 421. The spray head 5 is connected with the mounting ring 423 in an interference manner, so that the spray head 5 is fixed on the lower cover 42, and the mounting ring 423 can also play a role in positioning and aligning, so that the spray holes 511 and the spray outlets 421 are prevented from deviating to influence spraying. Of course, the outer side of the spray head 5 may also be provided with a connection bracket to fix the spray head 5 to the lower cap 42.
This embodiment is advantageous to simplify the assembly process by fixing the spray head 5 to the lower cover 42 and then fixing the lower cover 42 to the upper case 41, and to prevent the spray head 5 from being assembled inaccurately to cause the spray holes 511 to deviate from the spray outlets 421. The clothes hanger 4 of the embodiment has simple structure and convenient installation.
With continued reference to fig. 2, when a plurality of spray heads 5 are provided on the coat hanger 4, a flow dividing joint 7 is provided in the accommodating cavity 40, the flow dividing joint 7 includes a water inlet port 71 and a plurality of water outlet ports 72, the water inlet port 71 is communicated with the output end of the water supply mechanism 6, and each water outlet port 72 is connected with one spray head 5.
The tap 7 is used to distribute the water output from the water supply mechanism 6 to each spray head 5. For this purpose, the water inlet port 71 of the tap 7 communicates with the output of the water supply 6, and the water outlet ports 72 of the tap 7 communicate with the spray heads 5, respectively. In this embodiment, spray head 5 and outlet port 72 communicate through first manifold 631 to facilitate placement of spray head 5.
The tap 7 may comprise a closed housing, wherein the top of the housing is provided with a water inlet port 71, and the bottom of the housing is provided with a plurality of water outlet ports 72; the tap 7 may also be an existing tap, and is not limited herein.
In the embodiment, the shunt joint 7 is arranged inside the clothes hanger 4 to shield the connecting pipeline of each port, so that the simplicity of the nursing space 10 is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The shunt joint 7 can be fixed in various ways, for example, the shunt joint 7 can be fixed in the upper case 41 by a screw, or the shunt joint 7 can be snapped into the upper case 41. With continued reference to fig. 2, in one example, the upper casing 41 is provided with a water passing connector 414, the bottom end of the water passing connector 414 is communicated with the water inlet port 71, and the top end of the water passing connector 414 is passed out of the nursing space 10. The bottom of the water passing joint 414 is located in the connecting portion 412 of the upper case 41, which communicates with the water inlet port 71 of the flow dividing joint 7, so that the water of the water supply mechanism 6 can be introduced into the interior of the flow dividing joint 7. The top of the water passing joint 414 penetrates out of the nursing space 10, i.e. the top of the water passing joint 414 is positioned between the inner container 12 and the outer shell 11, and is convenient for connecting the water pipe 63 of the water supply mechanism 6.
It should be noted that, in a specific spraying mode, an electromagnetic valve may be further disposed on a pipeline between the water outlet port 72 of the flow dividing joint 7 and the spraying head 5 on the clothes hanger 4, and the controller of the clothes care machine controls the opening and closing of the spraying head 5 by controlling the electromagnetic valve. For example, the spray heads 5a and 5b share one solenoid valve, the other spray heads 5 share one solenoid valve, and the controller simultaneously opens all the spray heads 5 to spray the sleeved clothes according to a specific control command, or the controller controls the spray heads 5 except the spray heads 5a and 5b to open first and then controls the spray heads 5a and 5b to open according to a specific control command. For another example, the controller controls spray head 5 other than spray head 5a and spray head 5b to be turned on and spray head 5a and spray head 5b to be turned off according to a specific control instruction to spray sleeveless clothes.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, a plurality of hangers 4 are installed at the top end of the care space 10, and the plurality of hangers 4 are spaced apart in the horizontal direction of the care space 10. Specifically, a plurality of hangers 4 are arranged at intervals along the X direction in the figure, and the number of hangers 4 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment, the plurality of clothes hangers 4 are arranged in the nursing space 10, so that the number of clothes to be nursed at a time is increased, and the nursing efficiency is improved. Moreover, each piece of clothes 100 is hung on one clothes hanger 4 independently, that is, each piece of clothes 100 can be sprayed and wetted through the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4, so that the wrinkle-removing and shaping effects are achieved, the shaping effect between adjacent clothes is not affected, and the clothes care consistency is improved.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the water supply mechanism 6 includes a fresh water tank 61, a water pump 62, and a water pipe 63; the water inlet end of the water pump 62 is communicated with the water purification tank 61, and the water outlet end of the water pump 62 is communicated with the spray head 5 through a water pipe 63.
The clean water tank 61 is a water storage container, and may have any shape, and the shape of the clean water tank 61 may be set according to an actual installation space. The fresh water tank 61 stores therein cold water, which is unheated water.
The water pump 62 is used for pumping water in the clean water tank 61 to the water pipe 63, wherein the water inlet end of the water pump 62 can be communicated with the outlet of the clean water tank 61 through the second water dividing pipe 632, the water outlet end of the water pump 62 is communicated with one end of the water pipe 63, and the other end of the water pipe 63 is communicated with the water passing joint 414 on the clothes hanger 4. When a plurality of clothes hangers 4 are arranged, the other end of the water pipe 63 is communicated with the water passing joint 414 through the existing water pipe joints and the water distribution pipes, and the water pipe joints can be three-way joints, four-way joints, five-way joints and the like.
The water supply mechanism 6 of the embodiment transmits the water in the water purifying tank 61 to the atomizing head 5 through the water pipe 63 by the water pump 62, so that the atomizing head 5 sprays water mist, the structure is simple, and the water is not required to be heated; compared with the existing clothes care machine provided with the steam generator, the clothes care machine of the embodiment is simple in structure and beneficial to reducing cost.
In order to install the water purifying tank 61, the water pump 62 and the water pipe 63, the nursing tank body 1 of the embodiment of the utility model is internally provided with the installation space 13, specifically, the nursing tank body 1 comprises an outer shell 11 and an inner container 12 arranged in the outer shell 11, the installation space 13 is formed between the outer shell 11 and the inner container 12, the water purifying tank 61 and the water pump 62 are installed at the bottom of the installation space 13, and the water pipe 63 winds from the side part of the installation space 13 to the top part of the installation space 13; the clothes hanger 4 is fixed on the top of the inner container 12.
The nursing box body 1 is provided with a double-layer structure, the outer shell 11 can be a metal shell, the structural strength is high, and the inner container 12 in the nursing box body can be protected; the inner container 12 and the door body 2 form a nursing space 10, and the inner container 12 can be provided with a waterproof coating; the hanger 4 is fixed to the top of the inner container 12 such that the clothes 100 are positioned in the nursing space 10.
An installation space 13 is formed between the housing 11 and the inner container 12, and the installation space 13 provides an installation space for the water supply mechanism 6, and the waste water tank 9 and the hot air device 8 which will be described below. The water purifying tank 61 and the water pump 62 are installed at the bottom of the installation space 13, and the water pipe 63 winds from the side part of the installation space 13 to the top part of the installation space 13, so that water in the water purifying tank 61 at the bottom is transmitted to the top part and is sprayed by the spraying head 5 to form water mist, and the clothes are subjected to wrinkle removing and shaping.
The embodiment of the utility model is not only beneficial to improving the aesthetic property of the clothes nursing machine, but also beneficial to protecting the water purifying tank 61, the water pump 62 and the water pipe 63 by arranging the water purifying tank 61, the water pump 62 and the water pipe 63 at the installation interval 13 formed between the shell 11 and the inner container 12.
Certainly, the water mist sprayed and formed by the spraying head 5 permeates through clothes, and after clothes fibers are spread, the water mist drops to the bottom of the inner container 12 under the action of gravity, and correspondingly, a water outlet 121 is formed in the bottom of the inner container 12, and the water outlet 121 is communicated to the waste water tank 9 through a pipeline and used for collecting waste water. Waste tank 9 is also mounted at the bottom of mounting compartment 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the laundry care machine further includes a hot air device 8 installed at the bottom of the care case 1, and an output port of the hot air device 8 communicates with the care space 10.
Wherein, hot air device 8 can include heating part and first fan part, and the heating part is used for heating gas, and first fan part is used for blowing out the gas after the heating, forms hot-blast. The hot air device 8 is used for introducing hot air into the nursing space 10 so as to dry the sprayed clothes. Optionally, the hot air device 8 is further configured to blow air into the nursing space 10 during the spraying process, so as to swing the clothes 100 on the clothes hanger 4, so that the fibers of the clothes are more fully spread, and the shaping effect is improved. In this process, of course, the hot air device 8 may blow heated hot air or unheated cold air.
In the embodiment, the hot air device 8 is arranged at the bottom of the clothes care machine, and the clothes can be blown in the spraying process of the spraying head 5 while the clothes are dried, so that the clothes fibers are more fully unfolded, and the shaping effect of the clothes is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a specific embodiment, the drying mode of the hot wind device 8 may be an external circulation drying mode. Specifically, the hot air device 8 includes: a heater 81 for heating the air, and a first fan 82 for blowing the air heated by the heater 81 toward the inside of the nursing space 10.
The heater 81 may be a PTC heater, and the heater 81 may also be other devices capable of generating heat. A first casing 83 is provided outside the heater 81 and the first fan 82. The first housing 83 is provided with a first air inlet on a side close to the heater 81 and far away from the first fan 82, and the first air inlet is used for introducing dry and cold air outside the clothes care machine. The dry and cool air is heated by the heater 81 and then discharged into the nursing space 10 through the first air outlet 831, and the hot air takes away moisture on the laundry 100 and is discharged to the outside from the top of the laundry nursing machine. That is, an air outlet is provided at the top of the laundry care machine for discharging cold and humid air. Of course, a partition may be provided in the first housing 83 to separate the first fan 82 and the heater 81, and a communication through hole may be provided in the partition to communicate the spaces of the first fan 82 and the heater 81.
With reference to fig. 4, the first air outlet 831 is provided with an air outlet bracket 84, the bottom of the air outlet bracket 84 is located at the bottom of the installation space 13, and the top of the air outlet bracket 84 extends into the inner container 12. An air outlet channel 841 is arranged in the air outlet support 84, the bottom end of the air outlet channel 841 is communicated with the first air outlet 831, and an opening at the top end of the air outlet channel 841 is positioned in the inner container 12. In the embodiment, the air outlet support 84 is arranged to limit the hot air outlet channel, so that hot air leakage in the installation interval 13 is avoided, and the drying effect is improved.
Through the above description, the hot air device 8 of the present embodiment is in the external circulation drying mode. The specific drying principle is as follows:
meanwhile, the heater 81 and the first fan 82 are turned on, the first fan 82 rotates to generate negative pressure, external dry air enters the heater 81, is heated by the heater 81 and becomes dry hot air, the dry hot air enters the first fan 82, the dry hot air is discharged into the nursing space 10 through the first air outlet 831 and the air outlet channel 841 under the action of the first fan 82, the dry hot air enables moisture on the clothes 100 to be evaporated into the air, the air carries the moisture to be discharged to the outside from an air outlet at the top of the clothes nursing space, and the process is circulated until the clothes 100 are dried. The hot air device 8 provided by the embodiment of the utility model is simple in structure and convenient to install.
The clothes care machine provided by the embodiment of the utility model further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is respectively electrically connected with the water supply mechanism 6, the heater 81 and the first fan 82; the controller is configured to control the first fan 82 to be turned on when the spray head 5 sprays; the controller is configured to control the heater 81 and the first fan 82 to be simultaneously turned on after the spraying of the spray head 5 is completed.
Wherein the controller is electrically connected with the water pump 62 of the water supply mechanism 6. When the controller controls the water pump 62 to be switched on, namely, in the clothes spraying and shaping process, the spraying head 5 sprays water mist to the clothes; at this moment, the controller can control the first fan 82 to open alone, so that the air in the nursing space 10 flows, and then the clothes 100 are driven to swing, the fibers of the clothes are unfolded more sufficiently, and the shaping effect is improved.
And in the clothes drying process after the spraying of the spraying head 5 is finished, the controller controls the heater 81 and the first fan 82 to be simultaneously turned on to dry the clothes.
Through the arrangement, the hot air device 8 can play a drying role and can also swing the clothes 100, so that the shaping effect is improved; in addition, the energy is saved, and the use cost is reduced.
In order to further improve the swinging effect of the clothes 100, so that the clothes are more fully wetted, optionally, the clothes care machine of the embodiment further includes a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the clothes hanger 4, and the driving mechanism drives the clothes hanger 4 to reciprocate along the horizontal direction or drives the clothes hanger 4 to rotate around the vertical shaft. The specific structure of the driving mechanism is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the driving mechanism may include a driving motor and a transmission assembly, and the driving motor may be turned on or off under the control of the controller, so as to enable the clothes hanger 4 to move. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a laundry care machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a hot air device in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the specific structure of the hot air device 8 is different, and the other structures may refer to the first embodiment and are not described again. The hot air device 8 provided by the embodiment of the utility model is in an internal circulation drying mode, and an exhaust port is not required to be arranged at the top of the nursing box body 1; the bottom of nursing box 1 is provided with air intake and air outlet in this embodiment.
Specifically, the hot air device 8 of the laundry care machine of the present embodiment includes a compressor 85, an evaporator 86, a condenser 87, a second fan 88, and a second casing 89; the second casing 89 is located outside the evaporator 86, the condenser 87 and the second fan 88, the second casing 89 defines an air inlet passage 891 and an air outlet passage 892, and the air inlet passage 891 and the air outlet passage 892 are respectively communicated with an air inlet and an air outlet arranged on the inner container 12. The second fan 88 comprises a motor 881 and a wind wheel 882, wherein the motor 881 is electrically connected with the controller for driving the wind wheel 882 to rotate, thereby driving the air to flow.
The drying principle of the hot air device 8 provided by the second embodiment of the utility model is as follows:
the motor 881 drives the wind wheel 882 to rotate, and a negative pressure area is generated near the wind wheel 882, so that the wet and cold air in the nursing space 10 enters the second shell 89 through the air inlet passage 891;
the refrigerant is changed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas under the action of the compressor 85, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas releases heat in the condenser 87, and the refrigerant is changed into low-temperature liquid; the heat released by it heats the cold and humid gas to form a humid and humid gas. The hot air device 8 provided by the embodiment is used for internal circulation drying, and indoor air quality is not affected by indoor exhaust gas.

Referring to fig. 9 to 13, in the clothes care machine according to the third embodiment of the present invention, spray heads 5 are respectively disposed on the inner side of the care cabinet 1 and/or the inner side of the door 2, that is, the clothes 100 are sprayed outside the clothes 100.
Specifically, the laundry care machine of the present embodiment includes a care cabinet 1 and a door body 2; the door body 2 is rotatably arranged on the nursing box body 1, and the door body 2 and the nursing box body 1 form a nursing space 10 for accommodating clothes; the top end of the nursing box body 1 is provided with at least one clothes hanger, and the bottom end of the nursing box body 1 is provided with a water supply mechanism 6; as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the nursing box 1 is a rectangular box, the nursing box 1 includes a back side 14, a left side 15, a right side 16, a top side 17 and a bottom side 18, the back side 14 is opposite to the door 2, the left side 15 and the right side 16 are located at two sides of the back side 14, and the top side 17 and the bottom side 18 are respectively located at the top end and the bottom end of the back side 14. At least one spray head 5 is arranged on the rear side 14 of the nursing box body 1, and/or at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the door body 2; and the spraying direction of the spraying head 5 faces to the clothes, and the spraying head 5 is communicated with the output end of the water supply mechanism 6.
The nursing box body 1 in this embodiment has the same structure, function and effect as the nursing box body 1 in the first and second embodiments, and is not described herein again; the clothes hanger in the present embodiment may be the clothes hanger 4 in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, that is, the clothes hanger 4 in the third embodiment may be provided with a spray head 5 to spray from the inside of the clothes; the clothes hanger of the present embodiment may be an existing clothes hanger, and is used only for hanging clothes in the inner container 12 of the nursing case 1.
In some examples, at least one spray head 5 is mounted on the rear side 14 of the care tank 1, that is, the spray head 5 is mounted on the rear side of the inner container 12, and sprays are performed on the outside of the laundry 100. Of course, the rear side 14 of the nursing box body 1 may be provided with a plurality of spray heads 5, the plurality of spray heads 5 are arranged on the nursing box body 1 in a matrix, and the number and arrangement of the spray heads 5 are not limited herein.
In other examples, at least one spray head 5 is mounted on the door body 2 so as to spray on the outside of the laundry 100. Of course, the door body 2 may also be provided with a plurality of spray heads 5, the plurality of spray heads 5 are arranged on the nursing box body 1 in a matrix, and the number and arrangement mode of the spray heads 5 are not limited herein.
In still other examples, at least one spraying head 5 is installed on the rear side 14 of the nursing cabinet 1, and at least one spraying head 5 is installed on the door body 2, so that the spraying is respectively performed on the front side and the rear side of the clothes 100, which is beneficial to improving the spraying effect.
It should be noted that the structure, function and effect of the spray head 5 are the same as those of the first and second embodiments, and are not described herein again. In the present embodiment, the spraying heads 5 are located outside the clothes 100, that is, the spraying heads 5 are mounted on the nursing cabinet 1 and the door body 2, and the spraying direction of the spraying heads 5 is toward the clothes 100, so as to avoid ineffective spraying.
According to the clothes care machine provided by the third embodiment of the utility model, at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the rear side surface 14 of the care box body 1, and/or at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the door body 2, the spray head 5 is communicated with the water supply mechanism 6, the spray direction of the spray head 5 faces the clothes 100 in the care space 10, the spray is carried out on the outer side of the clothes 100, water drops are penetrated in the penetration effect and penetrate from the outer side to the inner side of the clothes 100, the water mist sprayed and formed by the spray head 5 has the initial speed, the water mist hits the clothes 100 and can improve the penetration effect of the water drops, the whole clothes 100 are wetted along with the continuous downward flowing of the water drops under the action of gravity, fibers of the clothes 100 are spread, and therefore wrinkles on the clothes 100 are removed, and the shaping effect is improved. The clothes care machine provided by the third embodiment of the utility model can realize shaping care on clothes by directly spraying cold water in the water tank, and is beneficial to reducing use cost.
The temperature resistance requirement of the material of the inner wall of the nursing box body 1 and the sealing performance of the door body 2 and the nursing box body 1 can be reduced, and the cost is reduced. Moreover, the problem of scalding by high-temperature steam cannot occur.
When the spray head 5 is arranged on the clothes hanger 4, and the spray head 5 is arranged on the nursing box body 1 and/or the spray head 5 is arranged on the door body 2, the spray heads are sprayed inside and outside the clothes 100, so that the nursing efficiency is improved, and the wrinkle-removing and shaping effects are improved.
In some embodiments, the spray heads provided in the treatment cabinet 1 and/or the door 2 form at least one spray group, which is formed by at least one spray head 5. In this embodiment, the water supply mechanism 6 includes a shunt solenoid valve, the shunt solenoid valve includes at least one water diversion outlet, and each water diversion outlet is communicated with the spray group through a pipeline. That is, the water supply mechanism 6 can respectively supply water to the spraying groups through the shunt electromagnetic valves, so that the water supply states of all the spraying groups are independent, and the spraying flexibility of the clothes care machine is improved.
The water supply mechanism 6 of the embodiment of the utility model can also comprise at least one shunt control valve, the shunt control valve and the spraying group correspond to each other one by one, and the shunt control valve comprises at least one shunt interface; the water diversion outlet of the diversion electromagnetic valve is communicated with the inlet of the diversion control valve through a pipeline, and the diversion port of the diversion control valve is communicated with the corresponding spray head. Therefore, the water supply state of each spray head 5 in the spray group is controlled through the shunt control valve, so that the spray states of the spray heads 5 in the spray group are mutually independent, and the spray flexibility of the clothes care machine is further improved.
From this, water supply mechanism 6 controls the spray state of atomising head 5 through reposition of redundant personnel control valve and reposition of redundant personnel solenoid valve, so can open atomising head 5 according to actual conditions such as different clothing, clothing different positions selectively, and pointed sprays the clothing, not only is favorable to improving the effect of spraying, still is favorable to the energy saving, reduces the use cost of clothing care machine.
The arrangement of the atomizing nozzles 5 is various, and at least one atomizing nozzle 5 is arranged on the left side surface 15 of the nursing box body 1; and/or at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the right side surface 16 of the nursing box body 1; and/or at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the top side 17 of the nursing box body 1; and/or at least one spray head 5 is arranged on the bottom side 18 of the nursing box body 1.
It is understood that the spray heads 5 can be provided on all five sides of the nursing container 1, and the number of spray heads 5 provided on each side can be the same or different. And the arrangement mode of the spray heads 5 arranged on each side surface can be the same or different. The number and arrangement of the spray heads 5 on each side can be set by those skilled in the art according to the actual conditions such as the specific size of the nursing box 1, the spraying range of the spray heads 5, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, a plurality of spray heads 5 are respectively mounted on the rear side 14, the left side 15, the right side 16, the top side 17, the bottom side 18 and the door body 2 of the care bin 1.
Therefore, the clothes 100 can be sprayed by water mist in all directions, the spraying range is improved, the spraying dead angle is avoided, and the wrinkle-removing shaping effect is improved.
Here, when a plurality of spray heads 5 are provided on a certain side surface, the spray directions of the plurality of spray heads 5 may be different. By way of example, a plurality of spray heads 5 are provided on rear side 14, and since spray heads 5 all spray toward clothes 100, spray heads 5 at different positions are installed in different directions, and can be determined by experiment according to actual conditions.
Furthermore, when the spray head 5 is provided on the bottom side 18 of the nursing container 1, the spray head 5 should be away from the drain opening of the waste water tank 9 to prevent the spray head 5 from affecting the discharge of waste water.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 9 and 10, the top side 17 of the care tank 1 is provided with n × m spray heads 5 arranged in a matrix, and n first spray groups including m spray heads 5 arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction Y are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction X of the care tank 1. Wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box body 1, and m is an integer larger than 0. That is, the m X n spray heads 5 on the top side 17 of the care housing 1 are arranged in a rectangular array of m rows and n columns, wherein the "rows" are in the front-rear Y direction and the "columns" are in the horizontal X direction. Wherein m and n are positive integers, and n is the same as the number of the clothes hangers 4, that is, a group of first spray groups is arranged on the top side 17 corresponding to each clothes hanger 4. m can be two or three to ensure that the two shoulders and the middle collar part of the clothes can be sprayed. Through so setting up, both can set up the atomising head 5 of reasonable quantity on top side 17 and spray from the top to the clothing, can also avoid setting up too much atomising head 5 and lead to that the clothing care machine structure is complicated, with high costs.
Optionally, when the first spraying group includes at least two spraying heads 5, that is, when m is greater than or equal to 2, the distance between two adjacent spraying heads 5 along the front-back direction Y of the nursing box body 1 is 50-120 mm, which not only can realize comprehensive spraying to clothes, but also can save energy and reduce use cost.
Alternatively, when at least two first spray groups are provided, that is, when n is greater than or equal to 2, the distance between two adjacent spray heads 5 in the horizontal direction X of the care tank 1 is greater than 65 mm. In other words, the distance between two adjacent clothes hangers 4 is larger than 65mm, so that the problem that the spraying effect is not fully influenced due to insufficient spraying caused by the fact that the clothes are too dense and are shielded from each other is avoided.
In some specific implementations, the water supply mechanism 6 includes a first flow dividing valve having a plurality of first flow dividing ports, the number of the first flow dividing ports being the same as the number of the first spray groups, i.e., the first flow dividing ports are provided with n. The water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads 5 of each first spray group through the first branch ports and the pipelines respectively. The first shunt valve may be an electromagnetic valve, and is electrically connected to the controller, and under the control of the controller, the first shunt valve may selectively open a certain first shunt port, so that the water supply mechanism 6 supplies water to the first spray group corresponding to the first shunt port. In other words, the controller can control the first spraying group corresponding to the clothes hanger 4 with the clothes hung therein to start spraying according to the preset program, so that the clothes on the clothes hanger 4 are sprayed, and compared with the simultaneous spraying of the plurality of first spraying groups, the spraying device is more economical and efficient, reduces the requirement on the water supply pressure of the water pump of the water supply mechanism 6, and is beneficial to reducing the cost.
After the spray heads 5 arranged on the rear side 14 of the nursing box body 1 and the door body 2 are mainly used for compensating the spray heads 5 on the top side 17 to spray, no wetting area exists in the downward flow process of water drops, and the spraying effect is improved. Specifically, referring to fig. 9, n × p spray heads are respectively arranged on the rear side 14 of the nursing box 1 and the door body 2 in a matrix arrangement, n second spray groups are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction X of the nursing box 1, each second spray group includes p spray heads 5 arranged at intervals along the height direction Z, wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box, and p is an integer greater than 0. That is, the spray heads 5, which are provided at the rear side 14 of the care housing 1 and the door 2, respectively, are arranged in a rectangular matrix of p rows and n columns, wherein the "rows" are in the direction of the height Z and the "columns" are in the direction of the horizontal X. Wherein p and n are positive integers, and n is the same as the number of the clothes hangers 4, that is, a group of second spraying groups is respectively arranged on the rear side surface 14 and the door body 2 corresponding to each clothes hanger 4. p may be three or more to ensure that the three upper, middle and lower regions of the sleeve of the garment are sprayed separately. Through such setting, both can set up the atomising head 5 of reasonable quantity on trailing flank 14 and the door body 2 and spray to the front and back both sides of clothing, can also avoid setting up too much atomising head 5 and lead to clothing care machine structure complicacy, with high costs.
Alternatively, when at least two second spray groups are provided, that is, when n is greater than or equal to 2, the distance between two adjacent spray heads 5 in the horizontal direction X of the care tank 1 is greater than 65 mm. In other words, the distance between two adjacent clothes hangers 4 is larger than 65mm, so that the problem that the spraying effect is not fully influenced due to insufficient spraying caused by the fact that the clothes are too dense and are shielded from each other is avoided.
Optionally, a first distance is formed between the rear side 14 of the nursing box body 1 and the rear end of the clothes hanger 4, a second distance is formed between the inner side of the door body 2 and the front end of the clothes hanger 4, and the first distance and the second distance are both 50-100 mm. The arrangement can ensure that the water mist sprayed by the spray head 5 is sprayed on the clothes to form a certain spraying area so as to fully wet the clothes.
In some specific implementations, the water supply mechanism 6 includes a second flow dividing valve having a plurality of second flow dividing ports, the number of the second flow dividing ports being the same as the number of the second spray groups, i.e., the second flow dividing ports are provided with n. The water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads 5 of each second spray group through the second branch ports and the pipelines respectively. The second flow dividing valve may be an electromagnetic valve, and is electrically connected to the controller, and under the control of the controller, the second flow dividing valve may selectively open a certain second flow dividing port, so that the water supply mechanism 6 supplies water to the second spray group corresponding to the second flow dividing port. In other words, the controller can control the second spraying groups corresponding to the clothes hangers 4 with clothes hung therein to start spraying according to the preset program, so that the clothes on the clothes hangers 4 are sprayed, and compared with the simultaneous spraying of the plurality of second spraying groups, the spraying device is more economical and efficient, reduces the requirement on the water supply pressure of the water pump of the water supply mechanism 6, and is beneficial to reducing the cost.
The left side 15 and the right side 16 of the nursing case 1 are respectively close to the leftmost clothes hanger 4 and the rightmost clothes hanger 4, and the spray heads 5 are arranged on the clothes hanger to compensate the area which can not be wetted by the spray heads 5 on the top side 17. The atomizing heads 5 provided on the left side surface 15 and the right side surface 16 may be provided according to the shape of the clothes, for example, a position corresponding to two sleeves, a region corresponding to the middle of the clothes, a region corresponding to the hem, and the like. Or, a plurality of atomising heads 5 on left surface 15 and right surface 16 are the rectangle matrix respectively and arrange, that is to say, set up a plurality of atomising heads 5 along fore-and-aft Y direction interval on left surface 15 and right surface 16, and also be provided with a plurality of atomising heads along height Z, so the arrangement is simple, is favorable to simplifying the structure of clothing care machine.
Optionally, the atomizing head 5 arranged on the left side surface 15 and the right side surface 16 can be divided into an upper area, a middle area and a lower area, and the controller can set and turn on the atomizing head 5 according to the actual condition of hanging clothes, so that the use cost is reduced.
Optionally, the distance between two adjacent spray heads 5 along the front-back direction is 50-120 mm; that is to say, the fore-and-aft distance between two adjacent atomising heads 5 along fore-and-aft Y direction is 50 ~ 120mm, both can realize spraying comprehensively to the clothing, can also the energy can be saved, reduction use cost.
Optionally, the distance between the left side surface 15 of the nursing box body 1 and the leftmost clothes hanger 4 is greater than 50mm, and the distance between the right side surface 16 of the nursing box body 1 and the rightmost clothes hanger 4 is greater than 50 mm. The arrangement can ensure that the water mist sprayed by the spray head 5 is sprayed on the clothes to form a certain spraying area so as to fully wet the clothes.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the spray head 5 is provided on the bottom side 18 of the nursing case 1 to compensate for the pendulum part which cannot be wetted during the downward flow of water under the gravity of water after being sprayed by the spray head 5 on the top side 17, the rear side 14, the left side 15, the right side 16 and the door body 2. Specifically, n × r spray heads 5 arranged in a matrix are arranged on the bottom side surface 18 of the nursing box body 1, n third spray groups are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction X of the nursing box body 1, and each third spray group comprises r spray heads arranged at intervals along the front-back direction of the nursing box body 1; wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box body, and r is an integer larger than 0. That is, r × n spray heads 5 are arranged on the bottom side 18 of the care housing 1 in a rectangular matrix of r rows and n columns, wherein "rows" are in the front-rear Y direction and "columns" are in the horizontal X direction. Wherein r and n are positive integers, and n is the same as the number of the clothes hangers 4, that is, a group of third spraying groups is respectively arranged on the bottom side surface 18 corresponding to each clothes hanger 4. r can be three or more to ensure that the front, middle and rear three areas of the bottom of the clothes are respectively sprayed. Optionally, when the third spraying group includes at least two spray heads 5, that is, when r is greater than or equal to 2, the distance between two adjacent spray heads 5 along the front-back direction Y of the nursing box body 1 is 50-120 mm, so that the clothes can be comprehensively sprayed, energy can be saved, and the use cost can be reduced.
Optionally, when at least two third spraying groups are arranged, that is, when n is greater than or equal to 2, the distance between two adjacent spraying heads 5 along the horizontal direction X of the nursing box body 1 is greater than 65mm, that is, the distance between two adjacent clothes hangers 4 is greater than 65mm, so that the problem that the spraying effect is not fully influenced due to the fact that the clothes are too dense and are shielded from each other is avoided.
In a specific implementation, the water supply mechanism 6 comprises a third diverter valve having a number of third diverter openings equal to the number of third spray groups, i.e. n third diverter openings. And the water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads 5 of each third spray group through the third branch ports and the pipelines respectively. The third shunt valve may be an electromagnetic valve, and is electrically connected to the controller, and under the control of the controller, the third shunt valve may selectively open a certain third shunt port, so that the water supply mechanism 6 supplies water to a third spray group corresponding to the third shunt port. In other words, the controller can control the third spraying groups corresponding to the clothes hangers 4 with clothes hung therein to start spraying according to the preset program, so that the clothes on the clothes hangers 4 are sprayed, and compared with the simultaneous spraying of the plurality of third spraying groups, the spraying device is more economical and efficient, reduces the requirement on the water supply pressure of the water pump of the water supply mechanism 6, and is beneficial to reducing the cost.
In a possible embodiment, the water supply means 6 comprise a water diversion joint comprising a first water diversion port, a second water diversion port, a third water diversion port and a fourth water diversion port; all the atomizing heads 5 on the top side surface 17 of the nursing box body 1 are communicated with the first water distribution port through pipelines, all the atomizing heads 5 on the back side surface 14 of the nursing box body 1 and the door body 2 are communicated with the second water distribution port through pipelines, all the atomizing heads 5 on the left side surface 15 and the right side surface 16 of the nursing box body 1 are communicated with the third water distribution port through pipelines, and all the atomizing heads 5 on the bottom side surface 18 of the nursing box body 1 are communicated with the fourth water distribution port through pipelines.
That is, five sides of the nursing box 1 and the door 2 are divided into four spraying areas, the top side 17 is provided with a plurality of spraying heads 5 to form a first spraying area, the back side 14 and the door 2 are provided with a plurality of spraying heads 5 to form a second spraying area, the left side 15 and the right side 16 are provided with a plurality of spraying heads 5 to form a third spraying area, and the bottom side 18 is provided with a plurality of spraying heads 5 to form a fourth spraying area. The water supply mechanism 6 is respectively communicated with the spray heads 5 in the first spraying area, the second spraying area, the third spraying area and the fourth spraying area through water distribution connectors.
The water dividing joint is a mechanical four-way joint, and the water flow at the inlet of the water dividing joint is divided into four water flows which flow to the spray heads 5 in the first spraying area, the second spraying area, the third spraying area and the fourth spraying area respectively. At this time, the water diversion joint only plays a role of diversion. Optionally, the water diversion joint may also be the above-mentioned shunt electromagnetic valve, so that the controller may control the shunt electromagnetic valve to supply water to the spray heads 5 of each spraying region respectively, so that the water supply state of each spraying region is independent, and the flexibility of spraying control of the laundry care machine is improved.
The water supply mechanism 6 in this embodiment includes a clean water tank 61, a water pump 62, and a water pipe 63; the water inlet end of the water pump 62 is communicated with the water purification tank 61, and the water outlet end of the water pump 62 is communicated with the spray head 5 through a water pipe 63. The structure, function and effect of the water supply mechanism 6 of this embodiment are the same as those of the first and second embodiments, and are not described again here.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that when the water pipe 63 communicates with each spray head 5, a flow dividing joint 7, a three-way joint, a four-way joint, a five-way joint, etc. are required, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The nursing case body 1 of the present embodiment has the same structure as the first and second embodiments, and specifically, the nursing case body 1 includes a housing 11 and an inner container 12 disposed in the housing 11. Because the spray head 5 needs to be arranged while the water distribution pipe 63 is needed between the shell 11 and the inner container 12, for this reason, an installation space 13 is formed between the shell 11 and the inner container, the water purifying tank 61 and the water pump 62 are installed at the lower part of the installation space 13, and the water pipe 63 is communicated with the spray head 5; the top of the inner container 12 is provided with a clothes hanger, the side surface of the inner container 12 opposite to the door body 2 is provided with at least one spraying opening, and the spraying opening is opposite to the spraying holes 511 of the spraying head 5.
The outer shell 11 and the inner container 12 of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first and second embodiments, and in the present embodiment, the spray head 5 may be fixed to the outer shell 11 by a bracket, and the spray head 5 may be fixed to the inner container 12 by a bracket. The inner container 12 is provided with a spray opening so that the spray holes 511 of the spray head 5 can spray water mist through the spray opening. The spray head 5 can be hidden between the inner container 12 and the housing 11, and the spray head 5 can also extend to the inner side of the inner container 12, namely, the spray head 5 extends into the nursing space 10.
When the inner container 12 is a rectangular shell, the five side walls of the inner container can be provided with spraying openings, and the spraying heads 5 are installed, so that the spraying comprehensiveness and the spraying effect are improved.
The top end of the nursing box body 1 is provided with a plurality of clothes hangers which are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction of the nursing box body 1. Again, the clothes hanger in the third embodiment may be the clothes hanger 4 in the first and second embodiments, or may be a conventional clothes hanger that simply plays a role of hanging clothes.
The third embodiment further provides a hot air device 8, and the structure of the hot air device 8 may be the same as that of the first embodiment, or the hot air device 8 may also be the same as that of the second embodiment, and details are not repeated herein.
When the atomizing head 5 is provided on the door body 2, since the clean water tank 61 and the water pump 62 are provided on the nursing container 1 side in the present invention, the water pipe 63 needs to pass from the nursing container 1 side to the door body 2 side. Referring to fig. 11 to 13, at least two rotating shaft assemblies 3 are disposed between the door body 2 and the nursing box 1, and the two rotating shaft assemblies 3 are spaced apart from each other along the height direction of the nursing box 1, so that the door body 2 can rotate relative to the nursing box 1 to open or close the nursing box 1.
When the atomizing spray heads 5 are mounted on the door body 2, at least one rotating shaft assembly 3 is provided with a passageway 30, the door body 2 is provided with a mounting cavity for mounting the atomizing spray heads 5, and the door body 2 is provided with a mounting opening 221; the water pipe 63 of the water supply mechanism 6 passes through the passageway 30 and the mounting opening 221 to enter the mounting cavity and is communicated with the spray head 5.
In the embodiment, the passage 30 through which the water pipe 63 penetrates is arranged on the rotating shaft assembly 3, so that the water pipe 63 is prevented from being exposed or the rotation of the door body 2 is prevented from being influenced; this embodiment is through setting up installation cavity 5 at door body 2 for atomising head 5 is installed inside door body 2, avoids atomising head 5 and water pipe 63 to expose, is favorable to improving the aesthetic property of door body 2. At this time, the water pipe 63 enters the installation cavity from one side of the nursing box body 1 through the passageway 30 and the installation opening 221 and is communicated with the spray head 5 installed in the installation cavity, and an installation structure of the water pipe 63 does not need to be additionally arranged, so that the structure is simplified.
It should be noted that the water pipe 63 may pass through the passage 30 of one of the spindle assemblies 3, and the water pipes 63 may also pass through the passages 30 of different spindle assemblies 3, respectively, to supply water to different spray heads 5, respectively. In the present embodiment, the water pipe 63 is described as passing through the aisle 30 of the upper rotary shaft assembly 3, and the lower rotary shaft assembly 3 may be used to pass through cables.
In a specific implementation manner, the rotating shaft assembly 3 comprises a rotating shaft shell 31 and a rotating shaft arm 32, one end of the rotating shaft shell 31 is fixedly connected with the nursing box body 1, the other end of the rotating shaft shell 31 is provided with a shaft groove 311, a channel 30 is arranged in the rotating shaft shell 31, and the rotating shaft shell 31 is provided with a via hole 312; one end of the rotating shaft arm 32 is fixedly connected with the door body 2, the other end of the rotating shaft arm 32 is provided with a rotating shaft 321, and the rotating shaft 321 is accommodated in the shaft groove 311.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the rotating shaft housing 31 includes a bottom wall 315 and a side wall 314 surrounding the bottom wall 315, so as to form the rotating shaft housing 31 of the housing structure. In order to improve the structural strength, a plurality of rib walls 313 are further disposed on the bottom wall 315, and the number and arrangement of the rib walls 313 are not limited in the present invention. The second opening 3141 is provided on the side wall 314, and the first opening 3131 is provided on the rib wall 313, as shown in fig. 13, the second opening 3141, the first opening 3131, and the space inside the spindle case 31 form the aisle 30, and the water pipe 63 may pass through the aisle 30 to the through hole 312 and then to the installation cavity of the door body 2. The via 312 is disposed on the bottom wall 315, and may be any shape of hole, and the via 312 should not be too large to prevent the water pipe 63 from shaking in the hole.

One end and the door body 2 fixed connection of pivot arm 32, it is exemplary, the one end of pivot arm 32 is provided with second fixed orifices 322, be provided with on the door body 2 with second fixed orifices 322 matched with screw hole, the screw passes second fixed orifices 322 and the screw hole threaded connection on the door body 2 to realize the fixed connection of pivot arm 32 and door body 2, the connected mode is simple stable.
The other end of the rotating shaft shell 31 is provided with a shaft groove 311, the shaft groove 311 is a circular groove for accommodating the rotating shaft 321, and is matched with the rotating shaft 321, so that the rotating shaft 321 can rotate relative to the rotating shaft shell 31, and the door body 2 can rotate relative to the nursing box body 1.
The rotating shaft component 3 of the present embodiment is rotatably connected through the rotating shaft shell 31 and the rotating shaft arm 32, and has a simple structure, and the rotating shaft shell 31 is provided with the passageway 30 through which the water pipe 63 is inserted, so that the rotating shaft shell 31 and the rotating shaft arm 32 should not rotate relatively.
With continued reference to fig. 12, the spindle assembly 3 of the present embodiment further includes a pressure plate 33, and the pressure plate 33 is fixed to the spindle case 31. Specifically, the pressing plate 33 is provided with a fourth fixing hole 331, the rotating shaft shell 31 is provided with a third fixing hole 317, the third fixing hole 317 is a threaded hole, and a screw passes through the fourth fixing hole 331 and is in threaded connection with the third fixing hole 317, so that the pressing plate 33 is fixed on the rotating shaft shell 31, and the connection mode is stable and reliable. The present embodiment is advantageous to protect the water pipe 63 by providing the pressing plate 33 so that the water pipe 63 can be located in a space formed by the pressing plate 33 and the rotation shaft case 31.
With continued reference to fig. 11, in an alternative embodiment, the door body 2 includes a door frame 22, an outer plate 23 mounted on the outer side of the door frame 22, and an inner plate 21 mounted on the inner side of the door frame 22, the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 23 forming a mounting cavity therebetween, the inner plate 21 being provided with spray openings 211 opposite to the spray holes 511 of the spray heads 5.
The outer plate 23 may be a glass plate, which improves the appearance of the door body 2; the inner panel 21 may be a plastic panel, a glass panel, or the like. The inner plate 21 and the outer plate 23 are respectively disposed at both sides of the door frame 22, whereby an installation cavity is formed between the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 23. The spray head 5 is accommodated in the mounting chamber and can be connected to the inner plate 21 via a bracket, and the spray head 5 can also be connected to the outer plate 23 via a bracket, without limitation to the manner of fixing the spray head 5.
The inner plate 21 is provided with shower openings 211 opposite to the shower holes 511 of the spray head 5 so that the water in the spray head 5 is sprayed from the shower openings 211 onto the laundry.
The door body 2 of the present embodiment forms an installation cavity by providing the inner plate 21 and the outer plate 23 so that the appearance of the door body 2 is not affected by the installation of the atomizing head 5.
In order to mount the pivot arm 32, in the present embodiment, an upper cover 24 fixedly connected to the door frame 22 is disposed on the upper side of the door frame 22, the upper cover 24 is fixedly connected to the pivot arm 32, a decorative plate 25 is disposed on the front side of the upper cover 24, and the decorative plate 25 is provided with an escape opening 251 for escaping from the pivot arm 32; the top end of the door frame 22 is provided with a mounting opening 221 so that the water pipe 63 can pass through the mounting opening 221 into the mounting cavity.
The rotating shaft arm 32 can be accommodated in a space formed by the upper cover 24 and the decorative plate 25, and an avoiding opening 251 is arranged on the decorative plate 25 to avoid the rotation of the rotating shaft arm 32; and the rotating shaft 321 and the shaft slot 311 are positioned in the space formed by the upper cover 24 and the decorative plate 25, so that the rotating shaft 321 can be prevented from being separated from the shaft slot 311.

The embodiment of the utility model also provides a control method of the clothes care machine. next, the control method of the present embodiment includes:
step 100: and receiving a spraying instruction. After a user starts the clothes care machine, selecting a preset spraying mode according to the specific quantity and type of the placed clothes; alternatively, the time of spraying, the range of spraying, and the like are set autonomously, thus forming the spray instruction.
Step 200: controlling a water supply mechanism to supply water to a spray head 5 in at least one spraying area of the clothes care machine according to the spraying instruction; the clothes care machine is provided with at least four spraying areas, wherein the four spraying areas comprise a first spraying area formed by the top side 17 of the care box body 1 of the clothes care machine, a second spraying area formed by the rear side 14 of the care box body 1 and the door body 2, a third spraying area formed by the left side 15 and the right side 16 of the care box body 1, and a fourth spraying area formed by the bottom side 18 of the care box body 1;
the controller receives the spraying instruction and calls a preset spraying program according to the spraying instruction, namely, different spraying instructions correspond to different preset spraying programs. The controller controls the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray header 5 of at least one spray region 4 according to a preset spray program. Optionally, the water supply mechanism 6 may be communicated with the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4 through an electromagnetic valve, so that the controller may control the opening and closing of the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4 by controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve, and the control is simple and convenient.
When clothes are hung on the clothes hangers 4, the controller controls the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray heads 5 of at least one spray area according to a first spray sequence according to a preset spray program, wherein the first spray sequence is 'a first spray area, a second spray area, a third spray area and a fourth spray area'. Different types of clothes correspond to different spraying modes, for example, for short T-shirts and shirts, a good spraying effect can be obtained only by spraying in the first spraying area and the second spraying area; for the clothes such as the longuette, the overcoat, etc., on the basis of the first spraying area and the second spraying area, the third spraying area and the fourth spraying area are added for spraying, so that the spraying effect is improved.

That is, the controller can control the water pump of the water supply mechanism 6 to be opened, and control the first water diversion outlet of the diversion electromagnetic valve corresponding to the first spraying area to be opened, so that the spraying head 5 in the top side surface 17 sprays the clothes, the first water diversion outlet is closed after the first spraying time, and the first soaking interval is kept still; then, the controller controls a second water diversion outlet of the shunt electromagnetic valve corresponding to the second spraying area to be opened, so that the rear side surface 14 and the spraying head 5 in the door body 2 spray the clothes, the second water diversion outlet is closed after the second spraying time, and the second soaking interval is kept still; then, the controller controls a third water diversion outlet of a diversion electromagnetic valve corresponding to the third spraying area to be opened, so that the spraying heads 5 in the left side surface 15 and the right side surface 16 spray the clothes, the third water diversion outlet is closed after the third spraying time, and the third soaking interval is kept still; and finally, the controller controls a fourth water distribution outlet of the flow distribution electromagnetic valve corresponding to the fourth spraying area to be opened, so that the spraying head 5 in the bottom side surface 18 sprays the clothes, the fourth water distribution outlet is closed after the fourth spraying time, and the fourth soaking interval is kept still. So set up, be favorable to improving and spray the effect, the energy saving.
Step 300: and controlling the hot air device 8 to be started according to the spraying instruction, and drying the clothes.
Optionally, a humidity sensor arranged in the clothes care machine is used for detecting the humidity in the nursing box body 1 and sending the detected humidity to the controller, the controller compares the received humidity with the preset humidity, and when the humidity in the nursing box body 1 is lower than the preset humidity, the hot air device 8 is controlled to be closed, and the clothes are dried.

According to the embodiment, the clothes in the nursing box body 1 are sprayed by the method, the clothes are soaked by the water mist sprayed by the spray head 5, the wrinkle-removing and shaping effects are achieved, a steam generating device is not needed, the clothes can be nursed by cold water, and the cost is reduced.
When water is supplied to the spray headers 5 in the first spray area, the second spray area or the fourth spray area, water is supplied to the spray headers 5 of at least one spray group according to the spray instruction for presetting spray time, and then the preset soaking time is suspended; a plurality of spraying groups are respectively arranged in the first spraying area, the second spraying area and the fourth spraying area, and each spraying group corresponds to clothes on one clothes hanger 4 of the clothes care machine; then, water is supplied to the spray heads 5 of all the spray groups on which the laundry is hung in a circulating manner.
Illustratively, A, B, C three clothes hangers 4 from left to right in the horizontal direction are hung with clothes, firstly, an electromagnetic valve of the clothes hanger A is opened to enable a spray head 5 on the clothes hanger A to spray the clothes for a first preset time, and the electromagnetic valve of the clothes hanger A is closed and is kept still for a preset spraying interval; then opening an electromagnetic valve corresponding to the clothes hanger B to enable a spray head on the clothes hanger B to spray the clothes for a first preset time, closing the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the clothes hanger B and standing for a preset spraying interval; and then opening the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the clothes hanger C to enable the spray head on the clothes hanger C to spray the clothes for a first preset time, closing the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the clothes hanger C and standing for a preset spraying interval. The spraying of three pieces of clothes is completed after multiple cycles. The cycle number is not limited in the embodiment of the utility model.
Through the setting, indirect spraying can lead the moisture to have sufficient contact and moist with the clothing and can not directly waste water down the landing, thereby being favorable for improving the spraying effect. During the spraying process of the spraying head 5 of one clothes hanger 4, the splashed water can be absorbed by the clothes beside, and the clothes hanger is more economical and efficient compared with the case that a plurality of clothes are sprayed simultaneously. Moreover, compared with the simultaneous spraying of a plurality of clothes, the water pressure required by spraying of a single piece of clothes is low, the requirements on a water pump and a pipeline are low, and the cost is reduced.
When the spray head 5 of the first spray area sprays, the control valve controls one first shunt opening of the first shunt valve to be opened, so that the water pump supplies water to the first spray group corresponding to the first shunt opening, the water is sprayed for 10-20 s, and then the first shunt opening is closed and kept still for a period of time; and then supplying water to the spray heads 5 of the next first spray group until the first spray groups corresponding to all the clothes are sprayed, and then circulating for many times to spray the clothes by the spray heads 5 on the top side surface 17. Thus, indirect spraying can ensure that moisture can be fully contacted and moistened with clothes without directly sliding down to waste water. Simultaneously, in the in-process that sprays at the first spraying group of each group, the hydroenergy that splashes can make and be absorbed by the clothes of next door, sprays simultaneously than multiseriate clothes, and is more practicing thrift, more high-efficient. And for many spraying simultaneously, so set up required water pressure less, low to the requirement of water pump and pipeline, be favorable to reduce cost.
The rear side 14 and the spray heads 5 on the door body 2 spray for a while on the top side 17, which usually uses less water than the top side 17. The spraying mode of the bottom side surface 18 is also the spraying mode of the first spraying area, that is, the controller controls the third spraying components to be respectively opened by controlling the third shunt valve, the third spraying components are kept stand and moistened for a period of time after being sprayed for a period of time, and the spraying of the bottom side surface 18 to the clothes is completed for many times in a circulating manner. Alternatively, the short garment may be selected not to spray the bottom side 18, and the spray head 5 controlling the bottom side 18 to spray is mainly directed to long garments, such as dresses.
And the spraying mode of the third spraying area can be set according to the length of the clothes. Specifically, at least three spraying subregions are arranged at intervals along the height direction, and a plurality of spray heads arranged in a rectangular matrix are arranged in each spraying subregion; at the moment, the controller controls the water supply mechanism to sequentially supply water to the spray headers in each spraying subregion from top to bottom according to a preset spraying program. That is, the controller firstly controls the spray head 5 of the upper spray subregion to spray the clothes, and the clothes are kept still for a period of time; and then spraying by the spraying heads 5 of the spraying subareas at the middle part and the bottom part in sequence, wherein the spraying times and time can be set according to actual conditions.
The spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4 of the clothes care machine forms a fifth spray area. The control method of the utility model also comprises the step of controlling the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray header 5 in the fifth spraying area according to the spraying instruction. It should be understood that the spraying time point of the fifth spraying region is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, that is, the spraying heads 5 of the fifth spraying region may spray before the first spraying sequence, spray after the first spraying sequence, and spray in the first spraying sequence.

Referring to fig. 5, the clothes 100 are hung on the clothes hanger 4a, the clothes hanger 4b and the clothes hanger 4c respectively, and the controller controls the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4a for a first time and then pause for a second time according to the spray instruction; then, the controller controls the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4b for a third time and then pause for a fourth time according to the spray instruction; then, the controller controls the water supply mechanism 6 to supply water to the spray head 5 on the clothes hanger 4c for the fifth time and then pause for the sixth time according to the spray instruction; the process is circulated for a plurality of times. The indirect spraying can ensure that the moisture can be fully contacted and wetted with the clothes and can not directly slide down to waste water, thereby being beneficial to improving the spraying effect; during the spraying process of the spraying head 5 of one clothes hanger 4, the splashed water can be absorbed by the clothes beside, and the clothes hanger is more economical and efficient compared with the case that a plurality of clothes are sprayed simultaneously. Moreover, compared with the simultaneous spraying of a plurality of clothes, the water pressure required by spraying of a single piece of clothes is low, the requirements on a water pump and a pipeline are low, and the cost is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the spraying and drying processes, the controller can also control the driving mechanism to drive the clothes hanger 4 to reciprocate along the horizontal direction according to the spraying instruction to generate a swinging effect of the clothes, or drive the clothes hanger 4 to rotate around the vertical shaft to reciprocate to generate a twisting effect of the clothes, so that the clothes can be more fully contacted with the water mist, the water mist can be rapidly and fully permeated into the textile layer of the clothes, and the shaping effect of the clothes is improved. Meanwhile, when the clothes are dried, the air flow on the surfaces of the clothes can be accelerated, the drying is accelerated, and the nursing effect and the nursing efficiency are further improved.

A laundry care machine, comprising: a nursing box body and a door body; the door body is rotatably arranged on the nursing box body, and the door body and the nursing box body form a nursing space for accommodating clothes; the top end of the nursing box body is provided with at least one clothes hanger, and the bottom end of the nursing box body is provided with a water supply mechanism;
the nursing box body is a rectangular box body, and the rectangular box body comprises a rear side face, a left side face, a right side face, a top side face and a bottom side face; at least one spray head is arranged on the rear side surface of the nursing box body, and/or at least one spray head is arranged on the door body; and the spraying direction of the spraying head faces to the clothes, and the spraying head is communicated with the output end of the water supply mechanism.
2. A laundry care machine according to claim 1,
the left side surface of the nursing box body is provided with at least one spray head;
and/or at least one spray head is arranged on the right side surface of the nursing box body;
and/or at least one spray head is arranged on the top side of the nursing box body;
and/or at least one spray head is arranged on the bottom side surface of the nursing box body.
3. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said spray heads provided in said care cabinet and/or said door constitute at least one spray group, said spray group consisting of said at least one spray head; the water supply mechanism comprises a shunt electromagnetic valve, the shunt electromagnetic valve comprises at least one water diversion outlet, and each water diversion outlet is communicated with the spray group through a pipeline.
4. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water supply mechanism includes at least one diverter control valve, the diverter control valve and the spray packs being in one-to-one correspondence, the diverter control valve including at least one diverter interface; the water diversion outlet of the diversion electromagnetic valve is communicated with the inlet of the diversion control valve through a pipeline, and the diversion interface of the diversion control valve is communicated with the corresponding spray head.
5. A clothing care machine as claimed in claim 2 wherein the rear, left, right, top, bottom sides of the care cabinet and the door body are respectively provided with a plurality of spray heads.

A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the top side of the care tank is provided with n x m spray heads arranged in a matrix; n first spraying groups are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction of the nursing box body, and each first spraying group comprises m spraying heads arranged at intervals along the front-back direction; wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box body, and m is an integer larger than 0.
7. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein said first spray comprises at least two said spray heads, the distance between two adjacent spray heads in the forward and backward direction of said care tank being 50-120 mm;
and/or the first spraying groups are provided with at least two spraying heads, and the distance between every two adjacent spraying heads in the horizontal direction of the nursing box body is more than 65 mm.
8. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that said water supply mechanism comprises a first diverter valve having a plurality of first diverter openings, the number of first diverter openings being the same as the number of first spray groups;
the water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads of the first spray groups through the first diversion ports and the pipelines respectively.
9. A clothing care machine according to claim 5, characterized in that n x p said spray heads are arranged in a matrix on the rear side of the care box and the door respectively, and n second spray groups are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction of the care box and comprise p said spray heads arranged at intervals along the height direction; wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box body, and p is an integer larger than 0.
10. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein said second spray group is provided in at least two, the distance between two adjacent spray heads in the horizontal direction of said care tank being greater than 65 mm;
and/or a first distance is reserved between the rear side face of the nursing box body and the rear end of the clothes hanger, a second distance is reserved between the door body and the front end of the clothes hanger, and the first distance and the second distance are both 50-100 mm.
11. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the water supply mechanism includes a second diverter valve having a plurality of second diverter openings equal in number to the second spray groups;
and the water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads of the second spray groups through the second branch ports and the pipelines respectively.

The clothes care machine according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of spray nozzles arranged in a rectangular matrix are respectively arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the care box body, and the distance between two adjacent spray nozzles along the front-back direction is 50-120 mm;
and/or the distance between the left side surface of the nursing box body and the clothes hanger at the leftmost side is larger than 50mm, and the distance between the right side surface of the nursing box body and the clothes hanger at the rightmost side is larger than 50 mm.

A garment care machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bottom side of the care tank is provided with n x r spray heads arranged in a matrix; n third spraying groups are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction of the nursing box body, and each third spraying group comprises r spraying heads arranged at intervals along the front-back direction of the nursing box body; wherein n is the maximum clothes hanging amount of the nursing box body, and r is an integer larger than 0.
14. A laundry care machine according to claim 13, wherein the third spray group comprises at least two spray heads, the distance between two adjacent spray heads in the forward and backward direction of the care tank being 50-120 mm;
and/or the third spraying groups are provided with at least two spraying heads, and the distance between every two adjacent spraying heads in the horizontal direction of the nursing box body is more than 65 mm.
15. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the water supply mechanism includes a third diverter valve having a plurality of third diverter openings equal in number to the third spray groups;
and the water supply mechanism supplies water to the spray heads of the third spray groups through the third branch openings and the pipelines respectively.
16. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the water supply mechanism includes a water diversion fitting including a first water diversion port, a second water diversion port, a third water diversion port, and a fourth water diversion port;
all atomising heads of nursing box top side pass through the pipeline with first branch water port intercommunication, nursing box trailing flank with all atomising heads on the door body pass through the pipeline with second branch water port intercommunication, all atomising heads on nursing box left surface and the right flank pass through the pipeline with third branch water port intercommunication, all atomising heads on the nursing box bottom flank pass through the pipeline with fourth branch water port intercommunication.
17. The machine of claim 1, wherein at least one spray head is mounted to the hanger and the spray head sprays downwardly.
18. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 17, wherein a fourth spray group is provided on the hanger, the fourth spray group comprising a plurality of spray heads spaced lengthwise along the hanger.
19. The garment care machine of claim 18, wherein the plurality of spray heads are symmetrical about a centerline of the hanger.
20. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 18, wherein the spray heads at the ends of the fourth spray group are each angled outwardly by a predetermined angle.
21. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 20, characterized in that said preset angle is between 20 ° and 50 °.
22. The machine of claim 18, wherein the horizontal distance between two adjacent spray heads along the length of the hanger is 50-120 mm.
23. The machine of claim 17, wherein the hanger comprises an upper shell and a lower cover, the upper shell and the lower cover are fixedly connected to form a receiving cavity for receiving the spray head, the lower cover is provided with a spray opening, the lower cover is fixedly connected to the spray head, and the spray hole of the spray head is opposite to the spray opening; the top end of the upper shell is fixed at the top end of the nursing space.
24. A garment care machine as claimed in claim 23, wherein a tap is secured in the upper housing, the tap including an inlet port communicating with an output of the water supply mechanism and a plurality of outlet ports, one for each spray head.
25. A garment care machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 24, characterized in that the spray holes of the spray head have a diameter of 0.1 to 0.6 mm.
26. A laundry care machine according to any of claims 1-24, characterized in that the water supply means comprises a clean water tank, a water pump and a water pipe;
the water inlet end of the water pump is communicated with the water purification tank, and the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the spray head through the water pipe.
27. A laundry care machine as defined in claim 26 in which the care tank includes a housing and a bladder disposed within the housing, the housing and the bladder defining a mounting space therebetween, the fresh water tank and the water pump being mounted to a lower portion of the mounting space;
the clothes hanger is arranged at the top of the inner container, at least one spraying opening is arranged on the rear side face of the inner container, and the spraying opening is opposite to the spraying hole of the spraying head.
28. The machine of claim 27, wherein a plurality of hangers are spaced apart along the horizontal direction of the liner.
29. A laundry care machine according to any one of claims 1-24, further comprising a drive mechanism drivingly connected to the hanger, the drive mechanism driving the hanger to reciprocate horizontally or driving the hanger to rotate reciprocally about a vertical axis.
30. A laundry care machine according to any one of claims 1-24, further comprising a hot air device mounted at the bottom of the care tank, the outlet port of the hot air device being in communication with the care space.
31. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 30, characterized in that said hot air device comprises: the nursing device comprises a heater and a fan, wherein the heater is used for heating gas, and the fan is used for blowing the gas heated by the heater to the inside of the nursing space.
32. A laundry care machine as claimed in claim 31, including a controller electrically connected to the water supply mechanism, the heat generator and the fan, respectively;
the controller is configured to control the fan to turn on when the spray header sprays; the controller is configured to control the heater and the fan to be simultaneously turned on after the spray header finishes spraying.

A clothing care machine as claimed in claim 37, wherein the upper side of the door frame is provided with an upper cover fixedly connected with the door frame, the upper cover is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft arm, the front side of the upper cover is provided with a decorative plate, and the decorative plate is provided with an avoiding opening for avoiding the rotating shaft arm; the top end of the door frame is provided with the mounting opening.
