The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the utility model provides a glass conveying device which can vertically place glass and protect the surface quality of the glass.
The glass conveying device of the embodiment of the utility model comprises:
a base;
the supporting plate is arranged in the middle of the base, at least one side of the upper part of the supporting plate is provided with at least two positioning frames which are arranged in parallel with the base, and at least two positioning frames are arranged in parallel;
a plurality of elastic limiting parts are arranged, the elastic limiting parts are slidably mounted on the positioning frame, and mounting gaps for accommodating glass are formed between the elastic limiting parts and the positioning frame and between the elastic limiting parts and the positioning frame;
the supporting pad, the supporting pad sets up on the base, the supporting pad is provided with and is used for holding glass's draw-in groove, the draw-in groove is provided with a plurality ofly, and is a plurality of draw-in groove parallel arrangement sets up on the supporting pad, the draw-in groove with installation clearance is corresponding, in order to right the both ends that glass erects are fixed.
According to the glass conveying device disclosed by the embodiment of the first aspect of the utility model, at least the following beneficial effects are achieved: the supporting plate is provided with positioning frames, and at least two positioning frames are arranged in parallel and used for fixing the two transverse ends of the glass; a plurality of elasticity stop block slidable mounting is provided with the supporting pad on the base on the locating rack, and the supporting pad is provided with the draw-in groove, forms installation clearance between the elasticity stop block, and the draw-in groove is corresponding with the installation clearance, fixes the both ends that glass erects. The elastic limiting part and the clamping groove can be fixed on glass, the glass is vertically placed on the conveying device, the glass is not extruded mutually, the glass is protected, the quantity of the glass conveyed by the conveying device at a time can be increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, the elastic limiting part comprises a spring and stoppers arranged at two ends of the spring, and the stoppers are slidably mounted on the positioning frame.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, the spacer comprises a mounting bracket and a link rod disposed within the mounting bracket, the resilient limiting member being slidably mounted on the link rod.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, an avoiding groove for facilitating the glass to exit is further arranged at the bottom of the clamping groove.

A glass conveying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the glass conveying device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base 100, a supporting plate 200, an elastic limiting member, and a supporting pad 400, wherein the supporting plate 200 is disposed in the middle of the base 100, at least one side of the upper portion of the supporting plate 200 is provided with at least two positioning frames 300 disposed in parallel with the base 100, and at least two positioning frames 300 are disposed in parallel. Referring to fig. 2, it should be noted that in some embodiments, only one side of the support plate 200 is provided with at least two positioning frames 300, and the two positioning frames 300 can fix two lateral ends of the glass 500, so as to ensure the stability of the glass 500. It is understood that in some other embodiments, three, four, five, etc. positioning frames 300 arranged in parallel may be disposed on the same side of the supporting plate 200, so as to clamp multiple positions of the glass 500 at the same time, and the glass 500 can be clamped better.
Referring to fig. 1, a plurality of elastic limiting parts are arranged, the elastic limiting parts are slidably mounted on a positioning frame 300, a mounting gap for accommodating glass 500 is formed between the elastic limiting parts, a mounting gap is formed between the elastic limiting parts and the positioning frame 300, the glass 500 is placed in the mounting gap, and the elastic limiting parts extrude the upper end of the glass 500 to ensure the stability of the glass 500 on the conveying device.
Referring to fig. 1, the supporting pad 400 is disposed on the base 100, the supporting pad 400 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 410 for accommodating the glass 500, the clamping grooves 410 are disposed in plurality, the plurality of clamping grooves 410 are arranged in parallel on the supporting pad 400, and the clamping grooves 410 correspond to the mounting gap to fix both ends of the glass 500. The clamping groove 410 is used for containing and fixing the lower end of the glass 500, the clamping groove 410 corresponds to the installation gap up and down, the installation gap is used for containing the upper end of the glass 500, the fixing of the upper end and the lower end of the glass 500 is achieved, and the glass 500 is vertically fixed on the conveying device. Elastic limiting component and draw-in groove 410 set up and can fix glass 500, and glass 500 erects and places on conveyor, makes no longer extrudeing each other between the glass 500, protects glass 500, can also increase conveyor single glass 500 quantity of carrying, improves production efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the elastic limiting member includes a spring 330 and stoppers 340 disposed at both ends of the spring 330, and the stoppers 340 are slidably mounted on the spacer 300. The stopper 340 is used for abutting against the glass 500, the stopper 340 is slidably mounted on the positioning frame 300, the spring 330 is arranged between the stopper 340 and the stopper 340, and the spring 330 can compress the glass 500 and adjust the size of the mounting gap to adapt to the glass 500 with different widths.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the spacer 300 includes a mounting bracket 310 and a connecting rod 320 disposed within the mounting bracket 310, and the elastic stopper is slidably mounted on the connecting rod 320. One end of the mounting bracket 310 is fixed on the support plate 200, a connecting rod 320 is arranged in the mounting bracket 310, and the elastic limiting part is slidably mounted on the connecting rod 320. The elastic limiting part can slide on the connecting rod 320, and the position of the elastic limiting part can be adjusted, so that the glass 500 can be placed in the installation gap.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the bottom of the card slot 410 is further provided with an escape slot 411 for facilitating the exit of the glass 500. The avoiding groove 411 is formed in the bottom of the clamping groove 410, the lower end of the glass 500 is easy to withdraw from the clamping groove 410 due to the arrangement of the avoiding groove 411, and the glass 500 is prevented from being expanded and clamped in the clamping groove 410 under the action of high temperature and high pressure. Additionally, in some embodiments, a surface of the card slot 410 is provided with a non-slip pad. The glass 500 placed in the clamping groove 410 can be protected by the aid of the anti-slip mat, and the surface of the glass 500 is prevented from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the support plate 200 is provided with a spacer 300 at both sides. Referring to fig. 1, both sides of the supporting plate 200 are provided with the positioning frames 300, and the glass 500 is placed on both sides of the base 100, so that the number of the glass 500 conveyed by the conveying device at a time is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a transport wheel 600 is disposed below the base 100. The conveying wheel 600 is beneficial to conveying of the conveying device, and the conveying device and the glass 500 on the conveying device can be conveniently, labor-saving and quickly conveyed into the autoclave. Specifically, in some embodiments, four conveying wheels 600 are disposed under the base 100 to support and convey the base 100. In addition, in some other embodiments, the conveying wheels 600 under the base 100 are provided as universal wheels, so that the conveying direction can be adjusted conveniently.
In some embodiments, the support pad 400 is removably mounted to the base 100. Through the dismantlement and the change to supporting pad 400, can adjust the size of draw-in groove 410, improve conveyor's commonality. It is understood that in some embodiments, the support pad 400 is secured to the base 100 by a threaded connection. In other embodiments, the support pad 400 is secured to the base 100 by a mortise and tenon fit.
