The tank 111 is provided with the equipment chamber 150, and the equipment chamber 150 has a tank wall. While the frame portion 112 is disposed in the open air.
The container 100 of the present invention may be used in a container type inversion and boosting all-in-one machine. Among them, since the inverter has a requirement of waterproof, dustproof, etc., and it cannot be directly irradiated by sunlight, the equipment room 150 may be used for loading the inverter. Since the transformer itself has a protective device such as a housing, and the transformer itself has functions of waterproofing and dust proofing, the frame portion 112 can be used for mounting the transformer. The transformer may be bolted directly to the frame portion 112 of the chassis 110, e.g., it may be fastened to the transformer fastening points 124. Preferably, the transformer may be bolted by four transformer fixation points 124. The inverter and the transformer may be connected by a cable. The cables may be secured by cable securing bridge 123. The frame portion 112 also has a grounding portion 125 thereon, and various devices can be electrically connected to the grounding portion 125 to improve safety.
The container can be constructed into a semi-frame type container with a semi-box body and a semi-frame, the weight is reduced to a certain extent, the normal work of equipment can be ensured, the box body is dustproof and waterproof, ventilation equipment can be arranged, the adaptability is stronger, and the container can be used on water surface platforms, elevated platforms and the like. Has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and wide adaptability.
In particular, continued reference is made to fig. 1 through 4. The walls of the equipment room 150 comprise a first end wall 151, a second end wall 152 and two side walls 153. Wherein the first end wall 151 is connected to one of the two bottom end beams 113. That is, the first end wall 151 may be configured as an end wall of the container 100. The second end wall 152 is opposite to the first end wall 151, and is not provided on the other bottom end beam, but is provided in the middle of the base frame 110. Alternatively, the second end wall 152 is disposed at the interface of the box portion 111 and the frame portion 112 such that the frame portion 112 is exposed to the air.
The two side walls 153 are connected to the two bottom side members 114, respectively, which are oppositely disposed between the first end wall 151 and the second end wall 152. It is easily understood that the first end wall 151, the second end wall 152, and the tops of the two side walls 153 are further provided with a top cover 165 so that the equipment room 150 has an indoor space.
The first end wall 151 has a first door 154 and the side wall 153 is provided with a second door 155. The first door 154 and the second door 155 may each be configured as a double door. The first door 154 may occupy the entire first end wall 151. The second door 155 occupies a portion of the side wall 153, which does not occupy an upper portion of the side wall 153. I.e., the height of the first door 154 is greater than the height of the second door 155.
The lower portions of the first and second doors 154 and 155 are provided with air inlet portions 156, and preferably, the air inlet portions 156 are provided on both door panels of the double door. The inner side of the air inlet portion 156 is also provided with a dust-proof assembly 157. The air intake 156 may be constructed as a conventional louver, such as an aluminum alloy louver. The shutter of the shutter can be fixed on the door of the box through a rivet.
An air outlet portion 162 is provided at an upper portion of the sidewall 153, and the air outlet portion 162 is located above the second door 155. The outlet portion 162 is preferably configured as a self-hanging louver that automatically opens under the influence of inside-out airflow and automatically closes under the influence of no airflow.
Therefore, when the ventilation device is arranged in the equipment room 150, for example, a fan is arranged at the indoor air outlet part 162 to blow air outwards, air can enter the box from the air inlet part 156 and leave the box from the air outlet part 162. When the fan is closed, the self-hung shutter is automatically closed, so that the equipment room 150 can be sealed, and pollutants such as dust can be prevented from entering.
The second end wall 152 is opened with a window 163, and the window 163 is used for passing a cable, so that the inverter located in the equipment room 150 and the transformer located outside the equipment room 150 can be electrically connected. The dust-proof frame 158 is disposed at the lower portion of the door, and the dust-proof frame and the door can be detachably connected through a buckle 159. From this, movable design can be convenient for clearance and the maintenance in later stage. The dust-proof frame 158 is preferably made of aluminum.
The filter 160 is disposed inside the dust-proof frame 158 and is located inside the air inlet portion 156. The filter element 160 is preferably filter cotton. More preferably, a steel wire mesh may be further disposed in the dust-proof frame 158 to strengthen and fix the filter 160.
The sealing member 161 is disposed on the periphery of the dust-proof frame 158, and the sealing member 161 is located between the dust-proof frame 158 and the door. The seal 161 is preferably a foamed sealing cotton.
Please refer to fig. 1, 4 and 7. To facilitate the lifting of the container 100, each of the bottom side beams 114 has at least two lifting point assemblies 115, the lifting point assemblies 115 being disposed at through holes 122 opened at the sides of the bottom side beams 114. Wherein, the positions of the lifting point assemblies 115 respectively arranged on the two bottom side beams 114 correspond to each other to maintain the stable gravity center during lifting.
Specifically, the lifting point assembly 115 includes a tubular portion 116 and a cylindrical portion 118. Wherein, the middle part of the tubular part 116 is sleeved with a fixing plate 117, and the two are preferably welded and fixed. The tubular portion 116 extends through the through hole 122 and into the bottom side rail 114 such that the fixing plate 117 is attached to the side surface of the bottom side rail 114 and fixed by rear welding. The length of the column portion 118 is greater than that of the tubular portion 116, and after extending through the tubular portion 116, cover plates 119 are provided at both ends of the column portion 118 to perform a stopper function. Thus, the columnar portion 118 can be pulled out in the outside direction of the box and lifted, or pushed in the inside direction of the box and hidden.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1, fig. 4 and fig. 8. The bottom frame 110 is further provided with a twist lock box 120, which can perform a function of routing in addition to a function of replacing corner fittings of a general container. Twist lock boxes 120 are preferably provided at both ends of the bottom side beams 114. To improve the rigidity of the container 100 during transfer, the twist-lock box 120 may be provided in the middle of the bottom side beam 114. And, the positions of the twist-lock boxes 120 respectively located on the two bottom side members 114 correspond to each other.
