Liquid foods, such as milk and yoghurt, and semi-liquid foods, if juice, are usually sold in small volume packages. The package is used to protect food throughout the value chain during transport and handling. Such packages are formed from a continuous web of packaging material which may be slit to form blanks or sealed longitudinally to form a tube of packaging material, and then sealed to form a shape while filled with contents, and finally folded into the shape of the final package at a folding station. For liquid or semi-liquid food, current packages are made of a paper-based composite packaging material having a paper base layer and the paper base layer is covered with one or more layers of barrier material, such as a polymer coating and/or a metal film, to obtain the composite packaging material.
In the prior art, the top of the liquid food packaging box is provided with at least two types of opening structures for direct drinking of users, one type is a tearing patch type, and as shown in figure 1, the packaging box is used for pouring and drinking by tearing a patch attached to an opening area 2 at the top. The other is a box cover type such as CN101848841A, wherein the opening region is provided with a box cover including an opening device such as a cutter, and the box cover is rotated to cut the patch on the opening for drinking.
In order to make the opening in the package as large as possible for pouring, both the tear-off tab opening area shown in fig. 1 and the lid-type opening area in CN101848841A span the first crease line 3 between the top and front wall areas of the package, however, this design of crossing crease lines causes problems of reduced strength and deformation of the package and risks degrading the quality of the liquid food product.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, the present invention discloses a liquid food packaging blank and package to overcome or at least partially address the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:

Optionally, the angle between the first top region and the front wall region is between 101 degrees and 105 degrees.
The utility model has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
the opening area of the packaging blank is arranged at the top, so that the selection of the opening device on the packaging box does not need to consider the opening area on the front wall (because the front wall has no opening area), and the formed packaging box can be matched with various opening modes, including a manual tearing patch type and a box cover type matched with various cutting opening devices, so that the process, design and production flexibility of liquid food manufacturers is improved.
Under the condition of using the annular opening device, due to the arrangement of the opening area, the opening device extrudes the front wall to a certain degree when the annular opening device is opened, so that the hand feeling of a user is enhanced, the proper thickness and satisfaction of the user are provided, and the use experience of the product is improved.
After the part of the patch or the superimposed layer at the opening area is cut, the connection between the remaining part and the packaging box is very firm, and the patch or the superimposed layer is prevented from being broken or cracked and falling into liquid food after being cut.
The opening area optimizes the indentation process near the opening area, so that the packaging blank is easier to form, and the formed packaging box has better pressure resistance.
The opening region avoids the risk that the opening region is not supported by the base layer at the bending position of the cross-crease line region during forming, so that the risk that the opening region patch or the superposed layer is easily broken and light-transmitting and the like during bending, and the risk that the base layer and the superposed layer at the bending position of the opening region boundary are separated, and the performances of oxygen resistance, light resistance and the like of the packaging blank are improved, so that the liquid food is better protected, and the quality guarantee period of the liquid food is prolonged to a certain extent.
Furthermore, the opening area prevents the front wall of the packaging blank from being cut, so that the compression resistance and the impact resistance of the packaging blank are enhanced, and the deformation risk in the processes of production, transportation and circulation is reduced.
In addition, the design of the opening area relieves the wrinkles and the gaps between the superposed layers (such as between the aluminum foil and the plastic layer) of the non-base layer area in the composite processing process of the opening area, and improves the strength and the barrier property of the opening area, thereby better protecting the liquid food.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the utility model, and not restrictive of the full scope of the utility model. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 2 shows a liquid food packaging blank, the packaging blank 1 being a composite material having a base layer, which is a paper layer, and a number of superimposed layers, which cover the base layer, which are barrier, adhesive or waterproof layers, etc. According to fig. 2, a plurality of crease lines, including a first crease line 3, are formed in the packaging blank 1 by means of a pressing device, which crease lines divide the packaging blank 1 into at least a first top area 4, a second top area 8, a front wall area 5, a back wall area 7, two side wall areas 6 and a bottom area 9, along which crease lines the packaging blank 1 can be folded to form a package containing a liquid food product.
The first top area 4 comprises an opening area 2, which opening area 2 is intended for pouring the liquid food product in the package. In order to avoid the technical problems of the prior art with crossing the score line by the opening area, the border of the opening area 2 in example 1 is formed as an overall closed curve comprising a first convex curve segment as shown in fig. 3-8 and a closed segment closing said first convex curve segment, and is as close as possible to the first score line 3 between the first top area 4 and the front wall area 5 on one side without intruding into or damaging the first score line 3. The first convex curve segment in this application is defined as an arc of a circle larger than 180 degrees, or a convex curve (covex curve) formed by a plurality of arcs or curves in succession, on which the tangent at any point, if any, is outside the opening area 2.
The design ensures that the opening area 2 is large enough as far as possible so as to facilitate pouring of liquid food, more importantly, the strength of the packaging box is improved, the holding and eating experience of a user is improved, and the compression resistance and the impact resistance of the opening area at the top of the packaging box are enhanced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3-8, the boundary of the opening area 2 (first convex curve segment portion) illustratively comprises an arc of an angle greater than 200 degrees, which is the number of angles of the first convex curve segment relative to its center; preferably, the two ends of the first convex curved section are equidistant from the first embossing line 3 and between 0 and 0.6 mm, so that both the strength of the package is ensured and the requirement of the opening area 2 being as large as possible is taken into account, in case the opening area 2 is provided with a patch for sealing, so that the patch cut by the opening device at the time of opening is close to the front wall area and is exactly at the desired position.
The two ends of the first convex curve section can be connected by one or a plurality of straight line sections (fig. 3-4) and/or one or a plurality of curves (fig. 5-8) to form a closed section, the solid line below the closed section of the boundary of the opening area in fig. 5-8 is an example of a crease line, and in addition, the gray area in fig. 3-8 is an example of the sticking position of the patch or the box cover.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the boundary of the opening region further comprises a straight line segment connected between two ends of the first convex curve segment, and an arc-shaped chamfer with a radius R of preferably 3mm is arranged at the junction of the first convex curve segment and the straight line segment.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the boundary of the opening region further includes two straight line segments connected at an angle and between two ends of the first convex curved segment, and further, an arc-shaped chamfer is provided at the connection of the two straight line segments.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the shape of the entire opening area 2 is mathematically called a planar convex figure, i.e. the entire boundary of the opening area 2 is a convex or closed-convex curve. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and on the premise that the virtual shape (similar to the shape shown in fig. 3) formed by the first convex curve segment and the straight line connection of the two ends of the first convex curve segment is ensured to be a convex figure, the actual closing segment between the two ends of the first convex curve segment can be moderately bent away from the first crease line 3, so as to enhance the opening performance. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5-8, the shape of the opening area 2 is concave, since the connecting line between two points on the closing section is located outside the opening area 2.
In other embodiments, see fig. 5, the border of the opening area 2 further comprises a second curved segment adjacent to the first embossing line 3, and the distance between the point on the second curved segment and the first embossing line is between 0 and 1.5 mm.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, the first score line 3 is arranged to be intermittent and suitably downwardly shifted near the opening area 2, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the first score line 3 is arranged to suitably downwardly shift near the opening area 2, so that the first top area 4 is slightly enlarged near the opening area 2, thereby further improving the opening performance.
In one embodiment, the first top section 4 is made larger than the second top section 8 in order to further ensure the size of the opening area and the strength of the package, and the package blank is used to form a gable-top package (see prior art document CN1446167A for a bag-type illustration without an opening).
Example 2
Referring to the schematic structural diagram of the package 10 shown in fig. 9, the package 10 in this embodiment 2 is made by folding the package blank in embodiment 1 along the crease line, and the package 10 includes a patch or a pre-stacked layer at the opening area 2 for sealing to protect the liquid food, and the pre-stacked layer is a stacked layer which remains at the opening area after the package blank is processed to perform a sealing protection function.
The opening of the packing box 10 can be manually torn off in a patch manner, or a box cover 11 can be arranged on the opening area, the arrangement positions of the box cover 11 and the box cover seat 12 are close to the edge of the first top area 4, the main body of the box cover seat 12 is arranged on the first top area 4, and the side part covering a part of the front wall area can be arranged or not arranged. In order to cut the patches or the preset overlapping layers, an opening device is arranged in the box cover 11 and used for partially cutting the patches or the preset overlapping layers during opening, and the cut patches or the preset overlapping layers are folded towards the front wall area in the packaging box.
Wherein, fig. 10 shows the process of attaching the patch to the package blank before filling the liquid food, punching holes in the corresponding positions of the package blank, the shape of the punched holes being the closed curve as shown in example 1, then performing the process of attaching the inner patch b of the package blank, and then performing the process of attaching the outer patch a of the package blank, and if necessary, further providing a box cover 11 and/or a box cover seat (see the dotted line part in fig. 10) on the outer patch a. It should be noted that, because the packaging box adopts the packaging blank of embodiment 1, after the part of the patch or the superimposed layer at the opening area is cut, the connection between the remaining part and the packaging box is very firm, and the patch is prevented from being broken or chipped and falling into the liquid food after being cut; due to the shape characteristics of the opening area, the opening area can be effectively prevented from being bent without a base layer in the cross-crease line area during forming, the risks of breakage and light transmission of the paster or the superposed layer of the opening area during bending caused by the fact that the opening crosses the crease line are eliminated, and the oxygen resistance and light resistance of the packaging blank are improved, so that liquid food is better protected, and the quality guarantee period of the liquid food is prolonged to a certain degree.
In a preferred embodiment, the angle between the first top area and the front wall area of the package is between 101 and 105 degrees to facilitate pouring and outflow of the liquid food product.
In the above examples 1 and 2, the numerical ranges and the like between the numerical ranges include the essential numbers of the upper and lower limits.
In conclusion, according to the packaging blank and the packaging box disclosed in the embodiments 1 and 2, the packaging blank and the packaging box can be used in cooperation with various opening modes, application scenes of the packaging box are enriched, the strength of the packaging box is improved, liquid food is better protected, and the holding and eating experience of a user is improved.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, extension, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
