In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the first end face of the latch member 302 includes a first face 3022, a second face 3023, and an arcuate face 3024 connecting the first face 3022 and the second face 3023, the first face 3022 and the second face 3023 being spaced apart in a direction from the first end of the latch member 302 toward the second end of the latch member 302, and the second face 3023 being adjacent the second end of the latch member 302 as compared to the first face 3022, the arcuate face 3024 projecting away from the second end of the latch member 302.
As shown in fig. 5, the first face 3022 and the second face 3023 are spaced apart in the up-down direction, and the second face 3023 is located below the first face 3022, and the arc-shaped face 3024 is convex toward the upper side.
The driving member 301 can rotate in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction, and when the driving member 301 rotates in the first direction, the driving member 301 can stop against the first surface 3022 to drive the locking member 302 to move from the first position to the second position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7, the first direction may be defined as a direction from the second surface 3023 to the first surface 3022, and when the driving member 301 rotates in the first direction to stop against the first surface 3022, and the driving member 301 continues to rotate in the first direction, the driving member 301 drives the locking member 302 to rotate, in which the lower end of the locking member 302 is far away from the groove 201, and the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20 are in the release state.
When the driving member 301 rotates in the second direction, the driving member 301 may abut against the second surface 3023 to drive the locking member 302 to move from the second position to the first position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the second direction may be defined as a direction from the first surface 3022 to the second surface 3023, when the driving member 301 rotates in the second direction to stop against the second surface 3023, and the driving member 301 continues to rotate in the second direction, the driving member 301 drives the locking member 302 to rotate, in which direction, the lower end of the locking member 302 gradually approaches the groove 201 until the lower end portion of the locking member 302 fits in the groove 201, and the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20 are in the locking state.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the driver 301 moves in the first direction for a first stroke and stops against the first surface 3022, and the driver 301 moves in the second direction for a second stroke and stops against the second surface 3023. In other words, the first face 3022 and the second face 3023 have a certain movable formation therebetween, so that when a mis-touch occurs, the probability that the driving force is applied to the first face 3022 or the second face 3023 by the driving member 301 can be reduced, and the mis-touch prevention effect of the folding device 1 can be improved. For example, a user may accidentally touch the driving member 301 and cause the driving member 301 to rotate by a certain stroke, but if the stroke does not exceed the first stroke, the driving member 301 will not stop against the first surface 3022 and cause the locking member 302 to rotate.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the limiting member 303 is movable relative to the first folding member 10, and the second folding member 20 is rotatable between a third position where the second folding member 20 is locked with the first folding member 10 and the other end of the limiting member 303 abuts against the second folding member 20, and a fourth position where the second folding member 20 and the second folding member 20 are opened relative to each other and the other end of the limiting member 303 is away from the second folding member 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, when the driving member 301 is in the first position, a portion of the locking member 302 is engaged in the groove 201, the first folding member 10 is locked with the second folding member 20, that is, when the second folding member 20 is in the third position, the lower end of the limiting member 303 abuts against the second folding member 20, and the upper end of the limiting member 303 is engaged with the driving member 301 to lower the driving member 301 to be limited in the first position, so that the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20 are kept in the locked state.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, when the second folding member 20 and the first folding member 10 are relatively opened, the driving member 301 rotates along the first direction, the user can apply a force to the second folding member 20 to fold toward the first folding member 10, the second folding member 20 no longer abuts against the lower end of the limiting member 303, the limiting member 303 slides down so that the upper end of the limiting member 303 no longer cooperates with the driving member 301, that is, the limiting action of the limiting member 303 on the driving member 301 is released, and the user does not need to rotate the driving member 301 again, and the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20 can be relatively opened only by the folding force applied to the second folding member 20 by the user.
Therefore, the movably arranged limiting piece can quickly and conveniently convert the first folding piece and the second folding piece from the locking state to the releasing state, and the operation convenience of the folding device 1 is improved. Further, a sliding groove is formed in a side wall of the first folding member 10, two side edges of the limiting member 303 are fitted in the sliding groove, and the limiting member 303 can slide along an extending direction of the sliding groove.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, the folding device 1 further comprises a first restoring member 40, one end of the first restoring member 40 is connected to the first folding member 10, the other end of the first restoring member 40 is connected to the latch member 302, and the first restoring member 40 has a force that drives the latch member 302 toward the first position.
Therefore, when the first folding piece and the second folding piece are in a locking state, the first resetting piece can prevent the locking piece from being separated from the groove, the locking reliability is improved, and after the first folding piece and the second folding piece are converted into a releasing state from the locking state, the first resetting piece can drive the locking piece to return to the first position to prepare for locking next time.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the folding device 1 further includes a limiting member 303, one end of the second resetting member 50 is connected to the first folding member 10, the other end of the second resetting member 50 is connected to the limiting member 303, and the second resetting member 50 has a force driving the limiting member 303 to move in a direction away from the through hole 3011. Therefore, when the second folding part is located at the fourth position, the second resetting part is suitable for driving the limiting part to slide downwards, so that the limiting part no longer limits the driving part, and the reliability of quick unlocking is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, the first restoring member 40 may be a spring, or as shown in fig. 5, the first restoring member 40 may also be a spring sheet.

One end of the first resetting member 40 is connected with the first folding member 10, the other end of the first resetting member 40 is connected with the locking member 302, after the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20 are unfolded, the user does not apply driving force to the driving member 301 any more, and then the first resetting member 40 drives the locking member 302 to reset so as to prepare for locking the first folding member 10 and the second folding member 20.
The limiting member 303 is movable up and down relative to the first folding member 10, when in the first position, the lower end of the limiting member 303 abuts against the second folding member 20, when in the second position, the lower end of the limiting member 303 is away from the second folding member 20, one end of the second resetting member 50 is connected with the first folding member 10, the other end of the second resetting member 50 is connected with the limiting member 303, and when in the second position, the second resetting member 50 can drive the limiting member 303 to slide down.
