Background
The general operation is to use a sleeve to mount and dismount a workpiece (such as a screw, a nut, etc.) on a machine. The second member 30 is disposed inside the barrel 10, the second member 30 includes a second engaging portion 31, and the second engaging portion 31 is engaged with the first engaging portion 21 in a relative displacement manner on a rotation path of the first member 20 for transmitting the torque. The resilient mechanism 40 is connected to the inside of the barrel 10 and includes a plurality of resilient arms 41, and the second member 30 can radially urge the plurality of resilient arms 41 against the plurality of resilient arms 41. When a torque force applied between the second engaging portion 31 and the first engaging portion 21 is greater than a torque force set value, the second member 30 moves in a direction away from the first member 20 to urge the plurality of resilient arms 41 to be expanded and to allow the second engaging portion 31 and the first engaging portion 21 to jump from the original engaging position (from the position of fig. 6 to the position of fig. 8), thereby preventing damage to the driven member or the workpiece, and the plurality of resilient arms 41 are not directly pressed axially to be easily restored to the low-compression state, the plurality of resilient arms 41 are not easily elastically fatigued, and the torque force set value is very accurate.
In the present embodiment, the first member 20 is a ratchet workpiece, and the working head 23 is a ratchet head, which can be assembled or disassembled with different types or functions.
In detail, the second member 30 further includes a cone portion 32, the cone portion 32 extends toward the resilient mechanism 40 and abuts between the plurality of elastic arms 41, the cone portion 32 is beneficial to stably and smoothly abut against the plurality of elastic arms 41, and the effect of smooth and precise tripping torque value can be achieved. However, the tapered portion 32 may be configured in other configurations, such as a plurality of inclined guide slots, an inclined surface, an arc surface or any mechanism capable of urging the plurality of resilient arms. The first engaging portion 21 is a pin member provided at one end of the shaft 22, and the second engaging portion 31 is a roller member provided at the tapered portion 32, and has small friction, smooth operation and low loss. However, the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 31 may be a matching inclined surface, an arc surface or any geometric shape capable of engaging with each other in a relatively displaceable or disengageable manner.
Preferably, the resilient means 40 is axially adjustably assembled to the cartridge 10 relative to the cartridge 10. The elastic mechanism 40 includes a first base 42 and at least one first elastic member 43 disposed on the first base 42, the first base 42 is assembled on an inner wall of the cylinder 10, and the first base 42 can be screwed or assembled on the inner wall of the cylinder 10 in other ways, so as to adjust the position of the first base 42, and further adjust the abutting state of the plurality of elastic arms 41 and the second member 30. The elastic mechanism 40 further includes a second base 44 and at least one second elastic member 45 disposed on the second base 44, the second base 44 can be assembled on the inner wall in an axially adjustable manner (threaded or other manner) relative to the cylinder 10, the first base 42 is located between the second member 30 and the second base 44, and the at least one second elastic member 45 abuts against the outer side of the plurality of elastic arms 41. The at least one second elastic member 45 is pin-connected to the second base 44 in a relatively rotatable manner, so as to facilitate rotation adjustment of the position of the second base 44, change the position of the at least one second elastic member 45 abutting against the plurality of elastic arms 41 and apply force, and further adjust the torque setting value of the torque wrench 1.
In the embodiment, the at least one first elastic element 43 is pinned to the first base 42 and includes the plurality of elastic arms 41, the first base 42 is further provided with a plurality of through slots 422, and the at least one second elastic element 45 passes through the plurality of through slots 422. The at least one second elastic member 45 includes a plurality of leaf springs 451, and the respective ends of the plurality of leaf springs 451 and the ends of the at least one first elastic member 43 are disposed in a staggered manner along an axial direction of the barrel 10, so that a larger operation torque range can be obtained by different abutting position relationships between the at least one first elastic member 43 and the plurality of leaf springs 451. The first base 42 further includes a receiving groove 423, and a portion of the at least one first elastic element 43 is radially and limitedly disposed in the receiving groove 423.
In addition, in the present embodiment, an adjusting rod 441 extends from the second base 44, and the adjusting rod 441 is connected to an adjusting member 50 capable of rotating relative to the barrel 10; the barrel 10 further defines a window 101 and is provided with a torque indicating portion 102, the adjusting rod 441 defines a screw segment 442, an indicating member 103 is engaged with the screw segment 442 in a relatively movable manner in the axial direction and is displayed in the window 101, and the torque indicating portion 102 corresponds to the indicating member 103 for indicating a set torque setting value.

Claims (10)

1. A torque wrench, comprising:
a barrel;
the first component comprises a rod body which is rotatably connected in the barrel part and a working head which is exposed out of the barrel part, and the rod body comprises a first engaging part;
a second member, arranged in the barrel part, including a second engaging part, on a rotation path of the first member, the second engaging part being engaged with the first engaging part in a relatively displaceable manner;
the elastic mechanism is connected inside the barrel and comprises a plurality of elastic arms, and the second component can radially force the elastic arms to abut against the elastic arms;
when the torsion force between the second engaging part and the first engaging part is greater than a torsion force set value, the second member forcibly expands the plurality of elastic arms and enables the second engaging part and the first engaging part to jump off the original engaging position.
2. The torque wrench of claim 1, wherein the first member is a ratchet workpiece and the working head is a ratchet head.
3. The torque wrench of claim 1, wherein the resilient mechanism is axially adjustably assembled to the barrel.
4. The torque wrench according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the resilient mechanism includes a first base and at least one first resilient member disposed on the first base, the first base is assembled to an inner wall of the barrel, and the at least one first resilient member includes the plurality of resilient arms.

The torque wrench as claimed in claim 4, wherein the resilient mechanism further includes a second base and at least one second resilient member disposed on the second base, the second base being axially adjustably assembled to the inner wall relative to the barrel, the first base being disposed between the second member and the second base, the at least one second resilient member abutting against the outer sides of the plurality of resilient arms.
6. The torque wrench of claim 5, wherein the first base has a plurality of slots through which the at least one second resilient member passes.
7. The torque wrench according to claim 5, wherein the at least one second resilient member includes a plurality of leaf springs, respective ends of the plurality of leaf springs being offset from ends of the at least one first resilient member in an axial direction of the barrel member.
8. The torque wrench according to claim 4, wherein the first base includes a receiving slot, and a portion of the at least one first resilient member is radially captively disposed in the receiving slot.

The torque wrench as claimed in claim 8, wherein the resilient mechanism further includes a second base and at least one second resilient member disposed on the second base, the second base is axially adjustably assembled to the inner wall relative to the barrel, the first base is disposed between the second member and the second base, the at least one second resilient member abuts against the outer side of the plurality of resilient arms, the second base extends to form an adjustment rod, the adjustment rod is connected to an adjustment member capable of rotating relative to the barrel, the barrel further defines a window and defines a torque indicator, the adjustment rod defines a threaded segment, an indicator is axially movably engaged with the threaded segment and is displayed in the window, and the torque indicator corresponds to the indicator.
