The upper computer 10 may be a pc (personal computer) computer. The upper computer 10 and the display control device 20 are connected through a RS232 serial port in a wired mode. The display and control device 20 is wirelessly connected with the plurality of display devices 30. For example, it is within the scope of the present disclosure that the display and control device 20 and the plurality of display devices 30 are wirelessly connected through a bluetooth broadcast channel, but may also be wirelessly connected in other manners.
In the foregoing structure, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic functional module diagram of an embodiment of the display control device shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the display control device 20 includes a first MCU main control chip 21, an external storage unit 22, a first antenna unit 23, a first crystal oscillator clock 24, and a power module 25, and the first MCU main control chip 21 is electrically connected to the external storage unit 22, the first antenna unit 23, the first crystal oscillator clock 24, and the power module 25, respectively.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a functional module schematic diagram of an embodiment of the display device shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the display device 30 includes a display screen 31, a second MCU main control chip 32, a second antenna unit 33, a key unit 34, a battery unit 35, and a second crystal clock 36, and the second MCU main control chip 32 is electrically connected to the display screen 31, the second antenna unit 33, the key unit 34, the battery unit 35, and the second crystal clock 36, respectively. In the present embodiment, the display screen 31 is an LCD display screen or an LED display screen. Preferably, the LED display screen adopts a 50X 200 dot matrix LED screen.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the warehouse material auxiliary sorting system provided in this embodiment has the following operating principle:
the auxiliary sorting system for the warehouse materials consists of an upper computer 10, a display control device 20 and a display device 30. The upper computer 10 is connected with the display control device 20 through an RS232 serial port, and the display control device 20 is communicated with the display device 30 in the middle through a beacon wireless broadcast mode.
The display control apparatus 20 includes: the first MCU main control chip 21, the external memory unit 22, the first crystal oscillator clock 24, the first antenna unit 23 and the power module 25. The first MCU main control chip 21 is a bluetooth and serial type, for example, a BLE main chip with nRF52832 is used.
The display device 30 includes: a display screen 31 (an LED screen 50 x 200 dot matrix), a second MCU main control chip 32, a second crystal clock 36, a second antenna unit 33, a key unit and a power module 25.
The display screen 31 adopts an LED screen, and the screen displays 2-digit numbers of the sorters (the numbers are not limited to 2, and the number of the numbers is determined according to the number of the sorters). Each LED screen is provided with an address code, and a unique LED screen can be determined through the address code. The LED screen is arranged on the material box and is bound and associated with the material. Therefore, the unique LED address code can be corresponded through the material name, and the position of the material box can be found. The second MCU master chip 32 may also adopt a BLE master chip with model nRF 52832.
When the materials are picked, the upper computer 10 distributes the sorting task list to specific sorting personnel, and sends the LED address codes, the number to be detected and the serial number information of the sorting personnel corresponding to the material list to the display and control equipment 20 through the RS232 serial port. After receiving the information, the display control device 20 sends data in a bluetooth broadcast manner. The display device 30 receives the broadcast data and stores the broadcast data, compares the LED address code with the local LED address code in the received data, and if the received data is the same as the local LED address code, lights the LED screen and displays the number of the sorter and the quantity of the materials to be sorted. After the treatment, the LED screens on the material boxes corresponding to the materials in the picking order can be lighted, and the serial numbers of the pickers and the quantity to be picked are displayed.
The sorter quickly finds the materials contained in the order task distributed to the sorter through the employee number displayed on the LED screen. After sorting is completed according to the number displayed on the LED screen, the key unit 34 on the display device 30 is pressed, and the LED screen is switched to the off state (no information is displayed). The sorter can look for the next LED screen displaying the number of the staff and continue the operation. And repeating the steps until all the LED screens corresponding to the LED screens are closed, wherein the current picking task is finished at the moment, and the next picking task is waited.
By the aid of the warehouse material auxiliary sorting system, a sorter does not need to hold a paper sorting order and a pen, hands are liberated, and oil stains on materials are prevented from polluting the sorting order; meanwhile, the LED screen can guide a sorter to quickly find the materials to be sorted; quantity information on the LED screen helps the sorter to correctly select the materials, and the operation efficiency of warehouse material sorting is greatly improved.
In addition, the upper computer 10 is connected with the display and control device 20 through an RS232 interface, only one display and control device 20 is needed for one stereoscopic shelf, and the display and control device 20 of one shelf can broadcast to all the display devices 30 within an action distance range (the distance is related to the transmitting power and the receiving sensitivity, and is usually 150 meters). The material case is because need often remove, and display device 30 on the material case adopts wireless mode to be connected with display and control equipment 20, removes the construction degree of difficulty of laying wire on the goods shelves from.
Compared with the prior art, the auxiliary sorting system for the warehouse materials, provided by the embodiment, adopts the upper computer, the display control equipment and the display equipment, receives sorting operation information sent by the upper computer through the display control equipment, and controls the corresponding display equipment to display. The auxiliary sorting system for the warehouse materials improves the operation efficiency and reduces the operation error rate.
