Specifically, adopt the dirt box in this disclosure, only after the user packs into the internal holding structure of dirt box with the filter screen subassembly, the dirt box lid just can the closing cap be in the top of accommodation space to the lock is on the dirt box body. When the user, when omitting filter screen subassembly, the dirt lid is at the in-process of lock, the protruding part butt on shell fragment subassembly and the dirt lid leads to dirt lid can not the lock on the protruding part dirt box body, can remind the user from this, avoids filter screen subassembly's neglected loading.
Fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 3, and in particular, fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a region B in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the resilient member 40 includes a rotating member 41 and an elastic member 42, the rotating member 41 is rotatable about the first axis a1 between a first position and a second position relative to the second sidewall 12, and the elastic member 42 biases the rotating member 41 at the first position. The rotating member 41 comprises a first part 411 and a second part 412, the boundary of the first part 411 and the second part 412 is parallel to the first axis a1, and a predetermined included angle is formed between the first part 411 and the second part 412. The cross-section of the rotating member 41 perpendicular to the first axis a1 is, for example, approximately "".
In response to the rotating member 41 being located at the first position, the first end 4111 of the first portion 411, which is far away from the bottom wall 15, abuts against the second side wall 12, specifically, against the inner wall of the second side wall 12, and during the process of fastening the dust box cover 20 toward the dust box body 10, the protrusion 21 on the dust box cover 20 abuts against the first end 4111 of the first portion 411, so that the dust box cover 20 cannot be fastened to the dust box body 10, thereby alerting a user to avoid missing filter screen assemblies; in response to the rotating member 41 being located at the second position, a gap G is formed between the first end 4111 of the first portion 411 and the second sidewall 12, and the gap G is configured to receive the protrusion 21, so that the dust box cover 20 completely covers the top of the receiving space 30, and the dust box cover 20 can be completely snapped onto the dust box body 10.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a filter screen assembly according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a filter screen assembly according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, which is placed in a main body of a dust box, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the dust box 100 further includes a filter screen assembly 50, and the filter screen assembly 50 is configured to be detachably placed in the accommodating space 30. The screen unit 50 is, for example, a substantially rectangular plate. In some embodiments, the screen assembly 50 has a central symmetrical structure, and the second side 52 of the screen assembly 50 is provided with a second convex portion 521, wherein the first side 51 is opposite to the second side 52, and the first convex portion 511 and the second convex portion 521 are symmetrical with respect to the center of the screen assembly 50.
With the filter screen assembly 50 designed in this way, the user does not need to pay much attention to the installation alignment problem of the filter screen assembly when installing the filter screen assembly 50 back into the dust box 100, and as long as installing the filter screen assembly 50 back into the first accommodating space 31, one of the first protrusion 511 and the second protrusion 521 presses the second portion 412 of the rotating member 41, so that the rotating member 41 is in the second position, so that the dust box cover 20 can be completely fastened to the dust box body 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a groove 121 is disposed on the second sidewall 12, and the elastic sheet assembly 40 is disposed in the groove 121. By such arrangement, the overall structure of the dust box is relatively compact, the elastic sheet assembly 40 is prevented from transitionally extending from the second side wall 12 into the accommodating space 30, a substantially rectangular plate-shaped structure of the filter screen assembly 50 is ensured, and the filter screen assembly is convenient to manufacture.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second sidewall 12 is adjacent to the first sidewall 11, and the elastic sheet assembly 40 is disposed at a portion of the second sidewall 12 close to the first sidewall 11. However, the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the elastic member 40 may be disposed at a portion of the second sidewall 12 far from the first sidewall 11.
In other embodiments, the elastic sheet element 40 may also be disposed on a side wall opposite to the first side wall 11, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure, as long as the dust box cover 20 corresponds to the elastic sheet element 40, and the dust box cover and the elastic sheet element are matched with each other in the process of covering the top of the accommodating space.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic cleaning device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the automatic cleaning device 200, such as a sweeping robot, includes a steering wheel and a driving wheel, and under the action of the steering wheel and the driving wheel, the automatic cleaning device 200 can move on a supporting surface, such as a floor, to perform a cleaning operation. The automatic cleaning apparatus 200 includes the dust box 100 of the foregoing embodiment for accommodating the garbage collected by the automatic cleaning apparatus 200 during the cleaning operation.
