The bottom of the side plate 104 is provided with a lower notch 105 for being configured and installed with the lower front section bar 102 and the lower rear section bar 112 and a component angle code embedding inlet for being horizontally arranged on the chassis, the component angle code embedding inlet is provided with at least one through hole for being connected and fixed through a bolt, the top of the side plate 104 is provided with an upper notch 107 for being configured and installed with the upper front section bar, the upper rear section bar and the upper middle section bar, after the side plate 104 is installed, adjusted and fixed, each side plate 104 is used for supporting the upper front section bar, the upper rear section bar and the upper middle section bar of the top frame, and the upper front section bar, the upper middle section bar and the upper rear section bar which play a role in bearing connection are respectively installed in the upper notch 107.
The cabinet body is provided with a door plate, a pull basket, a laminate and electrical equipment, and is fixedly installed with pre-holes or pre-embedded nuts of the side plate 104, the bottom plate 113 and the corner rabbet plate 115 through bolts or screws. The door plate can be opened and closed, and the height of the laminate can be adjusted. The nuts are pre-embedded in the pre-holes, and the side plates 104 are finely processed in a factory in the earlier stage, so that the traditional board manufacturing cabinet body is prevented from being bonded by adhesives and being perforated on site, and the processing difficulty is reduced. The height of the pull basket guide rail is adjustable, and specifically, the pre-opened holes are arranged at different heights.
In order to reinforce and increase the anti-knocking capability of the deck panel 116, at least one upper middle section bar 110 is arranged between the upper rear section bar 108 and the upper front section bar 109, specifically, the upper middle section bar 110 is arranged between two adjacent side plates 104, and the end of the upper middle section bar 110 is fixed with the side plates 104 through an outer corner brace 111. Of course, the upper middle profile 110 can also be provided with a full length.

After the top frame and each side plate 104 are installed and fastened, the table top plate 116 is flatly placed on the top frame, the angle and the position are adjusted, and the table top plate 116 is fixed on the top frame through structural adhesive in a bonding mode. The cabinet body is provided with a skirting board, the deck plate 116 is provided with a water baffle, and the water baffle is arranged at the position close to the wall of the cabinet body and is bonded and fixed at the position connected with the wall surface by using viscose glue.
The deck plate 116, the bottom plate 113, the back plate, the outer side decorative plate 106 of the side plate 104 and the corner rabbet plate 115 are made of water-resistant plates, and through early fine machining in a factory, pre-drilling holes in the plates, pre-drilling embedded nuts and pre-drilling embedded inlets are formed in the plates, and the problems that the traditional ceramic plates, stone plates and other cabinets are manufactured on site, rough in machining, complex in installation, low in efficiency and the like are solved through pre-drilling grooves.
Two adjacent cabinets are respectively regarded as a first cabinet and a second cabinet, the end parts of each lower front section bar 102 and each lower rear section bar 112 in the first cabinet are installed with the side surface of the lower front section bar 102 in the second cabinet through inner corner connectors, the end parts of the upper front section bar and the upper rear section bar in the first cabinet are installed with the side surface of one upper front section bar in the second cabinet through inner corner connectors, and at least one corner panel 115 is installed between the upper front section bar and a bottom plate 113 at a corner position. With reference to the attached drawings, the combined cabinet is U-shaped, and it can be understood that the combined cabinet can be designed into L-shaped in an alternative mode.

The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the side plate 104 is disposed on the bottom frame, so that more height is left in the bottom of the cabinet for laying pipes, the bottom space is increased, larger pipes can pass through, the bottom of the side plate 104 is provided with a component corner fastener insertion opening, and the side plate is installed with the lower front section bar 102 and the lower rear section bar 112 through the outer corner fastener 111. In addition, in some examples, a reserved space can be cut in the upper part of the side plate, so that the pipe above the reserved space can pass through the reserved space conveniently.
Based on the two embodiments, in the combined cabinet related to the utility model, a plurality of installation forms are arranged between the back plate and the upper back section bar and between the back plate and the lower back section bar, so as to form cabinet bodies with different installation forms, specifically as follows.
Embodiment one of the cabinet body
The cabinet body includes backplate, last back section bar and back section bar down, goes up back section bar and back section bar down and sets up to square pipe or the tubular product of other shapes or the section bar of other shapes, specifically, the cabinet body still includes deck plate, bottom plate, curb plate, outside decorative board, door plant, chassis, adjustable foot, goes up preceding section bar and preceding section bar down and sets up to square pipe. When the cabinet body is placed close to a wall, the backboard is moved upwards for a certain distance after the first connecting piece is disassembled, so that the lower part of the backboard can be drawn out from between the lower back section bar and the upper back section bar.
The first mounting hole is set to be a through hole, the back plate is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole which is used for being in threaded connection with the first connecting piece, and the first connecting piece is set to be a screw or a bolt. Compared with the design of pre-tapping holes on site, the back plate is pre-embedded with nuts and tapped in a factory in the early stage, so that the situation that the back plate is tapped on site can be avoided, and the processing difficulty is reduced. Through accurate trompil embedded nut on the backplate to and the accurate trompil in advance of tubular product, realize installing and removing fast between backplate and last back section bar, the lower back section bar, improve the installation effectiveness.
Second embodiment of the Cabinet body
The cabinet body includes backplate, last back section bar and back section bar down, goes up back section bar and back section bar down and sets up the section bar into square pipe or other shapes, specifically, the cabinet body still includes deck plate, bottom plate, curb plate, outside decorative board, door plant, chassis, adjustable foot, section bar and preceding section bar down before going up, section bar and preceding section bar down set up to square pipe or the section bar of other shapes.
Generally, the cabinet body is arranged close to the wall, and one side of the cabinet body close to the wall is regarded as the rear side.
The upper portion of backplate is located the rear side of last back section bar, and specifically, the side of going up back section bar is provided with the first mounting hole that runs through, and the upper portion of backplate is through the first connecting piece that runs through first mounting hole and the rear side installation of last back section bar. The first mounting hole is set to be a through hole, the back plate is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole which is used for being in threaded connection with the first connecting piece, and the first connecting piece is set to be a screw or a bolt.
The backplate is located the upside of back section bar down, when the cabinet body leans on the wall to put, if dismantle the backplate, conveniently takes out the lower part of backplate from last back section bar and down between the back section bar. Furthermore, after the backboard is installed, the upper side surface of the upper back section bar is higher than or flush with the top of the backboard, so that a movable space is conveniently provided for disassembling the backboard. If the backboard does not need to be disassembled, the backboard can be set to be flush.
The lower back section bar is provided with a second supporting part used for abutting against the back side of the lower part of the back plate, and the lower part of the back plate is installed with the second supporting part through a second connecting piece. Specifically, the second supporting portion is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole for being in threaded connection with a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece is set to be a screw or a bolt, the second connecting piece penetrates through a through hole prefabricated in the back plate and then is in threaded connection with the nut, and the back plate is provided with a connecting through hole for penetrating, connecting and fixing with the second connecting piece.
Compared with the design of pre-tapping holes on site, the back plate is processed by pre-embedding the nuts and tapping in a factory in the early stage, so that the situation that the holes are tapped on the back plate on site is avoided, and the processing difficulty is reduced. Through accurate trompil embedded nut on the backplate, the accurate trompil in advance of tubular product realizes installing and removing fast between backplate and last back section bar, the lower back section bar, improves the installation effectiveness.
Third embodiment of the cabinet body
The cabinet body includes backplate, last back section bar and back section bar down, goes up back section bar and back section bar down and sets up the section bar into square pipe or other shapes, specifically, the cabinet body still includes deck plate, bottom plate, curb plate, outside decorative board, door plant, chassis, adjustable foot, section bar and preceding section bar down before going up, section bar and preceding section bar down set up to square pipe or the section bar of other shapes.

Further, the first mounting hole is a through hole, the first connecting piece is a screw or a bolt, and the back plate is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole which is in threaded connection with the first connecting piece. Compared with the design of tapping holes on site, the nuts are embedded on the back plate in a factory, so that the tapping holes on the back plate in site construction are avoided, and the processing difficulty is reduced. Through the processing of the accurate trompil embedded nut on the backplate of mill in earlier stage, realize installing and removing fast between backplate and last back section bar, the back section bar down, improve the installation effectiveness.
The third supporting portion 203 is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole for being in threaded connection with a third connecting piece, the third connecting piece is set to be a screw or a bolt, the second connecting piece penetrates through a through hole prefabricated in the back plate and then is in threaded connection with the nut, and the back plate is provided with a connecting through hole for being fixedly connected with the third connecting piece in a penetrating mode. Compared with the design of tapping holes on site, the tapping holes are pre-tapped or the nuts are pre-tapped by machining pre-tapping holes in a factory in the early stage, so that the machining difficulty is reduced. Through the accurate trompil embedded nut in mill earlier stage, realize installing and removing fast, improve the installation effectiveness.

The third connecting piece is set to be a screw or a bolt, the third supporting portion 203 is provided with a nut or a pre-tapping hole which is used for being in threaded connection with the third connecting piece, the third connecting piece penetrates through a through hole which is prefabricated on the back plate and is in threaded connection with the nut, and the back plate is provided with a connecting through hole which is used for being fixedly connected with the third connecting piece in a penetrating mode. Compared with the design of tapping holes on site, the third supporting part 203 is prevented from tapping holes on site through the nut presetting or the pre-tapping in a factory in the early stage, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
