Abstract

一种可变光束的手电筒包括:一筒体用以容纳至 少一电池,一旋盖螺接结合在该筒体上端上,一灯盖 及一反光杯结合在该旋盖上端,一灯座及一迫紧体结 合在筒体上端中以便容纳一灯炮,一导电环结合在灯 座中且与筒体上端电导通,该灯泡包括一环状凸缘, 与导电环相接触,且当前述旋盖被相对于筒体旋转 时,该灯泡被导致相对于该反光杯移动。

Description

本发明涉及一种手电筒,且特别是一种可变光束的手电筒。
最接近的现有技术是本案申请人前所申请的美国专利第4,949,231号,名称为:“可变光束的手电筒”。大部分现有的手电筒均包括有众多的构件,因而会增加该手电筒的生产成本。
为了减轻或/且排除该前述现有手电筒的缺点,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种可变光束的手电筒,其具有一简化的结构,而可使产生成本大幅降低。
依据本发明的一个型态,其提供一种手电筒包括一下端设有尾盖的筒体,电池可组装入该筒体中,一旋盖螺接结合在该筒体的上端,一灯盖及一反光体结合于该旋盖的一上端,一反光杯形成于该反光体中,一灯座结合于该筒体的上端,一导电环结合在该灯座中且与该筒体的上端呈电导通,一迫紧体结合于灯座中,一灯泡以其基部结合于灯座中且包括一电极点连接至一电池的中央电极并且一环状凸缘连接至该导电环,且当该旋盖被相对于筒体旋转时,该灯泡被导致相对于该反光杯移动。
本实用新型更进一步的目的及其优点通过详细阅读以下的详细说明并配合附图将可被了解。

较佳实施例的详细说明
首先请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型所提供的手电筒包括一尾端设有一尾盖11的圆筒状筒体10并以至少一个电池12组装其中,一旋盖20,一灯盖30,一反光体40,一灯座50,一迫紧60,及一灯泡70。
该圆筒状筒体10包括一封环槽101、一外螺纹103及一扣环槽105形成在其上部的外表面部分,及一内螺纹104形成在其上部的内表面部分。一封环102结合在封环槽101中,且一扣环106结合于扣环槽105中。该旋盖20包括一内螺纹21形成于其中以便与圆筒状筒体10的外螺纹103相螺接衔接,且一外螺纹22形成在其外表面部分上。该封环102提供该圆筒状筒体10与该旋盖20间的防漏密封。该扣环106避免该旋盖20由该圆筒状筒体10上脱落。
该灯盖30包括一内螺纹31形成于其下方部分,以便与旋盖20的外螺纹22相螺接结合,且一封环槽32形成在其上方部分中以容置一封环320。一透镜33被容纳于该灯盖30中且被该封环3203所结合。该反光体40具有一上表面边缘与该透镜33相结合且具有一下表面边缘与旋盖20上表面边缘相结合,使得该反光体能够稳固的维持于定位,且与该旋盖20及该灯盖30一致移动。该反光体40包括一反光杯41形成整体在其上方部分中。
该灯座50包括一盘体51形成整体在其顶端上,一外螺纹52形成在该外表面,藉此可与圆筒状筒体10的内螺纹104相螺接结合,且一开口53形成于其中(图3)。该盘体51具有一穿孔510形成于其中央。一由导电材质制成的导电环80结合在灯座50中同时包括一凸耳81延伸穿过该灯座50的开口53。最好是如图2所示,当该灯座50螺接结合至该圆筒状筒体10时,该凸耳81被导引接触于该圆筒状筒体10的上端。
该迫紧体60的外表面最好是呈推拔状,以至于该迫紧体60能够以迫紧方式结合入该灯座50中。该迫紧体60包括一环状凸缘61形成在其下端以便与灯座50下端相结合。该迫紧体60及该灯座50是由绝缘材质制成的。该灯泡70具有一基座部分结合在迫紧体60的灯槽63中,并且包括一电极71形成在该基座的下端及一环状凸缘72设置在其中段部分。该环状凸缘72包括一凸起部720形成于其上。电极点71及环状凸缘72电导通至灯泡灯丝(图中未示)的两端。
该电极点71接触在电池12的中央电极上。该环状凸缘72电导通至该导电环80,该导电环80经由凸耳81与圆筒状筒体10形成电导通。例如:当该尾盖11被使用者下压时,该圆筒状筒体10能够电导通至电池12的外壳电极。该控制下压尾盖的结构与本实用新型无关,故不在此多加赘述。一种该结构被显示且披露在本申请人的前述的美国专利4,949,231中。
该旋盖20的旋转移动可导致该反光杯41相对于该灯泡70向上移动,致使该灯泡70相对于该反光杯41直线滑移,因而产生该光束可变的散射。
因此,根据本实用新型的手电筒具有一简单结构,包括极少构件,可大幅降低其生产的成本。
虽然本实用新型已经被相当程度的详细描述,可被了解的是在此所披露的仅是一实施例,而各种细部结构的置换、组合及构件的安排可被转换,凡不脱本实用新型的精神及范畴的,当属本实用新型的申请专利范围。

Claims (5)

1、一种可变光束的手电筒,其特征在于包括有:末尾设置有一尾盖的圆筒状筒体;至少一电池可组装在前述圆筒状筒体中,一旋盖螺接结合在前述圆筒状筒体上端;一灯盖组合在前述旋盖的上端上;一反光体结合在前述盖中且可与前述灯盖及前述旋盖一起移动;前述反光体含有一反光杯形成于其中;一灯座螺接结合在前述圆筒状筒体上端中;一导电环结合在前述灯座中且电导通于前述圆筒状筒体的上端;一迫紧体结合在前述灯座中;一具有基座的灯泡结合在前述迫紧体中,且包括一第一电极连接至前述电池的中央电极上和一第二电极连接至前述导电环;且当前述旋盖被相对于筒体旋转时,该灯泡被导致相对于该载光杯移动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,前述灯座包括一开口形成于其中,前述导电环包括一凸耳由其上延伸且延伸穿过前述灯座开口以便于电导通至前述圆筒状筒体的上端。
3、根据权利要求2所述的手电筒,其特征在于,前述灯座包括一盘体,一体形成在其上方部分,该盘体具有一穿孔形成在其中央,前述灯泡的上方部分穿过其中,前述导电环与前述盘体结合,且所说开口是形成于前述灯座中的盘体下方。
4、根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,前述迫紧体包括一环状凸缘形成在其下端上以便与前述灯座下端相结合,且包括一推拔状的外表面以致于该迫紧体能够迫紧至前述灯座中。
5、根据权利要求1所述的手电筒,其特征在于,前述灯泡包括一环状凸缘形成于其上,前述环状凸缘包括一凸起部形成于其上以便与前述导电环电导通。
