Referring to fig. 1, and as necessary in conjunction with fig. 2 to 7, the coil pipe device 100 includes a coil pipe supporting device 10 and a plurality of coil pipe units 20. The coil unit 20 is assembled on the bottom support plate 11, and the length direction of the coil unit 20 is consistent or substantially consistent with the length direction B of the bottom support plate 11.
The coil unit 20 may be a V-shaped coil structure. As shown in fig. 2, each coil unit includes two first coils 21 and two second coils 22, which are opposite and inclined, and the first coils 21 and the second coils 22 are arranged in a V shape.
The coil support device 10 includes a plurality of bottom support plates 11 and support drain plates 12. The bottom support plate 11 has drainage slots extending along the length B of the bottom support plate 11. Accordingly, the second guide portion 113 has a second guide surface inclined outwardly and downwardly so as to guide the flow toward the second guide groove 115.
Specifically, when the coil unit 20 is disposed on the bottom support plate 11, the first coil 21 and the second coil 22 are correspondingly disposed on the first flow guiding surface and the second flow reversing surface, respectively. Accordingly, the inclination angles of the first diversion part and the first diversion surface and the inclination angles of the second diversion part and the second diversion surface can be specifically set according to the inclination angles of the first coil pipe 21 and the second coil pipe 22.
In some embodiments, the bottom support plate 11 includes a connecting portion 112 disposed between the first flow guide portion 111 and the second flow guide portion 113, and the connecting portion 112, the first flow guide portion 111, the second flow guide portion 113, a groove wall of the first flow-guiding groove 114, and a groove wall of the second flow-guiding groove 115 are integrally formed. Compared with the embodiment that the supporting structure and the drainage tray are separately arranged in the related art, the integrated arrangement of the bottom supporting plate 11 is beneficial to saving the structural installation time and the material cost.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the coil support device 10 includes a support drain plate 12, and the support drain plate 12 is disposed at the same end of the plurality of bottom support plates 11. It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the coil pipe supporting device may also include two supporting drainage plates, and the two supporting drainage plates are respectively disposed at two ends of the bottom supporting plate.
In some embodiments, the bottom support plate 11 is disposed obliquely along the length direction B thereof, and the support drain plate 12 is disposed at the end of the lower end of the bottom support plate 11.
In some embodiments, the support drain 12 includes a third drainage channel 120 extending along the length of the support drain 12.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the third drainage channel 120 is provided with one or more drainage pipes 123 arranged at intervals. Referring to fig. 4, the supporting drainage plate 12 has a bottom wall 122 and side walls 121 located at two sides of the bottom wall 122. The bottom wall 122 of the third drainage groove 120 is correspondingly provided with a drainage hole corresponding to the drainage pipe 123. In addition, the end of the support drainage plate 12 may further have a baffle 124, and the baffle 124, the bottom wall 122 and the side wall 121 enclose the third drainage groove 120.
In some embodiments, the support drain plate 12 is inclined in the longitudinal direction to facilitate drainage of water or other liquids collected in the third drainage channel 120.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the first drainage groove 114 defines a first outlet hole 1141 above the third drainage groove 120, so that water or other liquid collected in the first drainage groove 114 can be drained to the third drainage groove 120. The bottom of the second drainage groove 115 is provided with a first outlet hole 1151 positioned above the third drainage groove 120, so that water or other liquid collected by the second drainage groove 115 can be conveniently discharged to the third drainage groove 120.
In some embodiments, the upper end of the sidewall of the third drainage groove 120 is formed with a flange 1211 to facilitate positioning and assembly of the bottom support plate 11.
Further, in some embodiments, the bottom support plate 11 is provided with support posts 13 at both ends thereof, and the support posts 13 are disposed below the bottom support plate 11 to support the bottom support plate 11 and other structures above the bottom support plate. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the supporting columns 13 are disposed outside the supporting drainage plate 12. The supporting upright column 13 and the supporting drainage plate 12 can be directly fixedly connected or not.
Further, in some embodiments, the supporting drainage plate 12 at the same end of the bottom support plate 11 is a one-piece drainage plate, i.e., the supporting drainage plate 12 is continuous and uninterrupted along the length direction C of the supporting drainage plate 12. In other embodiments, the support drain 12 at the same end of the bottom support plate 11 is a multi-segment structure with an escape space. That is, the supporting and drainage plate 12 is divided into one or more regions along the length direction C of the supporting and drainage plate 12 to form an escape space, which is advantageous for assembling other components or structures.
It should be noted that the supporting drain board 12 and the supporting column 13 are herein understood to be disposed at the end of the bottom support board 11, and may also be understood to be disposed at the end of the bottom support board 11.
It should be further noted that the above-mentioned arrangement for supporting the drain board 12 facilitates the installation of the drain pipe 123 by the worker. Further, this application still provides an air conditioning system. The air conditioning system may be a chiller. The air conditioning system may include a coil arrangement 100 as described above. Optionally, in some embodiments, the air conditioning system may include a compressor. The compressor may be located below the coil unit 20.

4. The coil support of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the coil support comprises a support drain plate.
5. The coil support apparatus of claim 4 wherein the bottom support plate is inclined in a longitudinal direction and the support drain plate is disposed at the end of the lower end of the bottom support plate.
6. The coil support of claim 3, wherein the support drain plate includes a third drainage channel extending along the length of the support drain plate.
7. The coil support device of claim 6, wherein the bottom of the third drainage channel is provided with one or more drainage pipes arranged at intervals; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
