The packing box 100 of the present application forms a receiving space by the matching of the box cover 300 and the receiving groove 210, the display panel is placed in the receiving space, and by arranging a plurality of stoppers 400 in the receiving groove 210 of the box 200, a stopper group is formed by at least four stoppers 400 to clamp and fix the display panel in the receiving groove 210, a stopper group fixes the display panel of one size, and forms at least two stopper groups, and can fix the display panel of at least two different sizes, generally, in order to optimize the space utilization of the packing box 100, a polygon enclosed by all the stoppers 400 in the stopper group for fixing the small-sized display panel, a polygon enclosed by all the stoppers 400 in the stopper group for fixing the large-sized display panel, or a part of the polygon is overlapped, by the scalability of the stopper 400, when the stopper 400 in the packing box 100 is positioned to match the size of the display panel, the stopper 400 contacting with the corner or side of the display panel to be packed is in the working state, fix display panel between dog 400, and be located to treat that packing display panel is in compression state at the inside dog 400 of box projection, can also play certain cushioning effect to display panel, and then realize fixed not unidimensional display panel, packing box 100's suitability is stronger.
Meanwhile, because the stopper 400 has scalability, it is possible to design the stoppers 400 of different shapes according to the shapes of actual display panels in advance, and the positions corresponding to display panels of different sizes or display panels of different shapes in the receiving groove 210 are respectively provided with one stopper 400, when a display panel is placed in the packing box 100, if the area of the display panel is larger than the polygonal area surrounded by the plurality of stoppers 400, the stopper 400 located below the display panel is in a compressed state, and a height difference is formed between the stoppers 400 having the polygonal area surrounded by the plurality of stoppers 400 exactly equal to the area of the display panel, so as to fix the display panel, the packing box 100 may be used for packing display panels of different sizes, and also may design the stoppers 400 of different shapes according to the shapes of actual display panels, and the compatibility is stronger.
In practical applications, products that can be generally packaged in the packaging box 100 include various tangible products, such as electronic products, liquid crystal display panels, printed circuit boards, and the like, and the present application takes the packaging box 100 as an example for packaging display panels, which typically have 15 inches, 17 inches, 19 inches, 21.5 inches, 22.1 inches, 23 inches, 24 inches, 27 inches, 29 inches, and the like, and the corners of the display panels are all right angles, so in order to improve the working efficiency, a plurality of stoppers 400 can be preset in the accommodating groove 210 of the packaging box 100 according to the size of the actual display panel, and due to the scalability of the stoppers 400, the packaging box 100 can accommodate display panels of various sizes without changing the positions of the stoppers 400.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a box body of a packaging box in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 7, in order to make the stopper 400 installed in the packaging box 100 more stably, a plurality of fixing grooves 220 are provided at a bottom of the accommodating groove 210, positions of the plurality of fixing grooves 220 correspond to a plurality of display panels of different sizes, the plurality of stoppers 400 are provided, at least one stopper 400 is provided in each fixing groove 220, and the stoppers 400 provided in different fixing grooves 220 respectively form different stopper groups to fix the display panels of different sizes. In this embodiment, a plurality of fixing grooves 220 are formed in the bottom of the box 200, the fixing grooves 220 may be formed in an L shape, the L-shaped fixing grooves 220 are formed at corner positions of different sizes according to different sizes of the liquid crystal display panel, such as 15 inches, 17 inches, 19 inches, 21.5 inches, and 22.1 inches, in advance, and two I-shaped stoppers 400 or one L-shaped stopper 400 is installed in each fixing groove 220, so that the display panel is held and fixed by the stopper 400 when the display panel is placed in the packing box 100.
In the practical application process, in order to optimize the space utilization rate of the packaging box 100, the fixing grooves 220 further comprise second fixing grooves 221, each second fixing groove 221 is formed by one straight-line-shaped groove and a plurality of I-shaped grooves which are perpendicular to the side edge of the straight-line-shaped groove, the straight-line-shaped groove and the I-shaped grooves are communicated with each other to form a through groove, a plurality of I-shaped stoppers 400 or L-shaped stoppers 400 are arranged in the second fixing groove 221, and therefore the through grooves can be used for placing the stoppers 400, and the effect of fixing the display panel can be achieved. Of course, the fixing groove 220 may be formed in an F shape, a rich shape, or other shapes, and the shape of the fixing groove 220 may be set according to the shape of the stopper 400, so long as the stopper 400 can be mounted in the fixing groove 220 to achieve the fixing effect.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a partition plate of a packing case in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8, it can be seen from fig. 7 that, in order to increase the accommodating capacity of the packing case 100, the packing case 100 further includes a plurality of partition plates 500, the plurality of partition plates 500 are disposed in the accommodating groove 210 and are disposed corresponding to the case cover 300, the partition plates 500 are parallel to the case cover 300, the partition plates 500 are provided with a plurality of insertion grooves 510, the insertion grooves 510 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence with positions of the plurality of fixing grooves 220, each insertion groove 510 is provided with at least one stopper 400, the shape of the partition plate 500 is designed to match the shape of the accommodating groove 210 of the packing case 100, the partition plate 500 is provided with a plurality of insertion grooves 510 corresponding to liquid crystal display panels of different sizes, the stoppers 400 are mounted in the insertion grooves 510, so that the partition plates 500 can be inserted into the accommodating groove 210, the liquid crystal display panels can be further placed on the partition plates 500, according to actual demand, the setting of division board 500 can be a plurality of, increases the capacity of packing box 100, and slot 510 on the division board 500 can correspond the position setting of fixed slot 220, also can only correspond the display panel size setting of a fixed dimension, and the setting of slot 510 on the division board 500 refers to the mode of setting of fixed slot 220 in the packing box 100, and no longer the description is given here.
Specifically, the partition plate 500 may be fixed to the packing box 100 by providing the guide posts 230 at the corners of the bottom of the box 200 of the packing box 100, the guide posts 230 being coaxial stepped cylinders with different radii, and the through holes 520 being provided with different radii at corresponding positions of the partition plate 500, and being defined at steps with different radii by passing through the guide posts 230, thereby implementing installation of a plurality of partition plates 500 in the packing box 100. Of course, other fixing methods are also possible, such as providing a step surface on the sidewall of the box 200.
The packing box 100 of the embodiment of the application realizes the applicability of the packing box 100 through the scalability of the stop block 400, namely, the packing box can be suitable for packing large-size products and small-size products, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the partition plate 500 increases the accommodating capacity of the packing box 100, reduces the transportation times, improves the working efficiency, saves the transportation cost and further improves the production benefit.
