SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the embodiment of the application is to provide a fixture and a laser marking device to solve the technical problem that the circuit board is easily crushed or the devices on the circuit board are damaged in the process of clamping the circuit board in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: there is provided a clamping mechanism comprising:
the base is provided with a positioning groove for accommodating at least part of clamped objects, and one inner wall of the positioning groove is an abutting surface for abutting against the clamped objects;
the sliding piece is movably arranged on the base and can move in a direction close to or far away from the abutting surface;
and the elastic piece is connected with the base and the sliding piece and used for pushing the sliding piece to move towards the direction close to the abutting surface.
Optionally, the sliding parts are provided in plurality, the sliding parts are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the elastic parts are configured in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding parts.
Optionally, one end of the sliding piece close to the abutting surface is provided with a pressure head, and the pressure head is made of flexible materials.
Optionally, the elastic element is sleeved on the sliding element and located on one side of the pressure head far away from the abutting surface, and two ends of the elastic element are respectively connected with the base and the pressure head.
Optionally, an end of the ram adjacent to the abutment surface is bulb shaped.
Optionally, the clamping mechanism further comprises a handle piece, the base is provided with a clearance groove, one end of each sliding piece, which is close to the abutting surface, is located in the clearance groove, and the two sliding pieces penetrate through the groove wall of the clearance groove and then are connected with the handle piece.
Optionally, the handle member is provided with a handle slot, and the handle slot is located between the two sliding members.
Optionally, the handle part includes handle portion and two connecting portions, handle portion toward keeping away from the direction bending of leaning on the face and forming handle slot, two connecting portion are located respectively handle portion's both sides and with handle portion connects, two the slider is with two connecting portion are connected one-to-one.
Optionally, the handle fastener is provided with two waist-shaped holes, the two waist-shaped holes correspond to the two sliding parts one by one, and the length direction of the waist-shaped holes is arranged along the arrangement direction of the two sliding parts; the sliding piece penetrates through the waist-shaped hole, or the sliding piece is connected with the handle piece through a screw in an installing mode, and the screw penetrates through the waist-shaped hole.
Optionally, the positioning groove is communicated with the clearance groove, and a positioning protrusion is arranged between the positioning groove and the clearance groove.
The application still provides a laser marking device, the laser marking device includes laser marking machine and the fixture of any of the aforesaid, fixture is used for the clamping circuit board, laser marking machine be used for send laser with mark is beaten on the circuit board.
The application provides a fixture's beneficial effect lies in: compared with the prior art, fixture of this application includes the base, slider and elastic component, the base has the constant head tank, an inner wall of constant head tank is for being used for leaning on the face of leaning on of supporting the thing, the slider can be followed and is close to or keeps away from the direction removal of leaning on the face, the elastic component is used for promoting the slider and removes toward the direction of leaning on the face, put into the constant head tank with the centre gripping thing and can realize the location of left right direction, the centre gripping thing supports and leans on in leaning on the face, the slider supports the butt centre gripping thing under the promotion of elastic component, the slider presss from both sides tight centre gripping thing with leaning on the cooperation of face, the elastic thrust that the elastic component produced can reduce the crushing wound to the centre gripping thing.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 2, a clamping mechanism 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. The chucking mechanism 100 includes: a base 10, a slider 20 and an elastic member 30.
The base 10 has a positioning groove 102 for accommodating at least part of the clamped object, and one inner wall of the positioning groove 102 is an abutting surface 11 for abutting against the clamped object; the slide 20 is movably mounted on the base 10, and the slide 20 can move in a direction close to or away from the abutting surface 11; the elastic member 30 is connected to the base 10 and the sliding member 20 and is used for pushing the sliding member 20 to move toward the abutting surface 11.
The clamping mechanism 100 provided by the application has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, fixture 100 of this application includes base 10, slider 20 and elastic component 30, base 10 has constant head tank 102, an inner wall of constant head tank 102 is for being used for leaning on the face 11 that supports against of holding the thing, slider 20 can be along being close to or keeping away from the direction removal that supports against face 11, elastic component 30 is used for promoting slider 20 and removes towards the direction that is close to support against face 11, put into the location that constant head tank 102 can realize left and right directions with the holding thing, the holding thing supports against in supporting against face 11, slider 20 supports against the holding thing under the promotion of elastic component 30, slider 20 and support against the cooperation of face 11 and press from both sides the holding thing, the elastic thrust that elastic component 30 produced can reduce the crushing wound to the holding thing. The clamping object can be a circuit board 90, the circuit board 90 is generally provided with more electronic devices, and the electronic devices need to be prevented from being crushed as much as possible during clamping.
The base 10 has a positioning groove 102 for accommodating at least a part of the clamped object, and one inner wall of the positioning groove 102 is an abutting surface 11 for abutting against the clamped object. When clamping, the circuit board 90 to be clamped is placed in the positioning groove 102 to realize positioning in the left-right direction, and the circuit board 90 abuts against the abutting surface 11. The left-right direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the slider 20. Typically, a relatively small number of components on the circuit board 90 are placed against the resting surface 11. The base 10 may be made of plastic.
In another embodiment of the present application, the sliding member 20 is provided in plurality, the sliding members 20 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the elastic members 30 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding members 20. In some examples, at least two slides 20 are movably mounted to the base 10. The end of the slider 20 is used to abut the circuit board 90, and the slider 20 and the abutting surface 11 cooperate to clamp the circuit board 90. The clamping piece of the existing circuit board clamp is usually in a block shape, and the contact with the circuit board is surface contact, so that the device on the circuit board is easily crushed. The two sliding parts 20 are respectively contacted with the circuit board 90, so that the clamping is stable, devices on the circuit board 90 can be avoided, and the influence of the clamping on the devices is reduced. The base 10 may be provided with a through hole 103 through which the slider 20 passes.
The elastic members 30 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding members 20, and the elastic members 30 are connected to the base 10 and the sliding members 20 and used for pushing the sliding members 20 to move toward the abutting surfaces 11. The elastic element 30 pushes the sliding element 20 to move towards the direction close to the abutting surface 11, the sliding element 20 abuts against the circuit board 90 under the pushing of the elastic element 30, the sliding element 20 and the abutting surface 11 cooperate to clamp the circuit board 90, and the elastic pushing force generated by the elastic element 30 can reduce the pressure injury to the circuit board 90.
In another embodiment of the present application, the end of the slider 20 close to the abutment surface 11 is provided with a pressure head 21, the pressure head 21 being made of a flexible material. The indenter 21 is made of a flexible material to reduce damage to the circuit board 90. The ram 21 may be made of rubber and fitted over the end of the slider 20, and the ram 21 has an outer diameter larger than that of the slider 20. The end of the pressure head 21 close to the abutment surface 11 is bulb-shaped 211. The bulbous shape 211 may refer to a partial sphere or hemisphere, with the face of the ram 21 that contacts the circuit board 90 being spherical. Therefore, the contact area between the pressing head 21 and the circuit board 90 can be reduced, devices pressed on the circuit board 90 can be avoided, and the circuit board 90 can be prevented from being scratched by the pressing head 21.
In another embodiment of the present application, the elastic element 30 is sleeved on the sliding element 20 and located on one side of the pressing head 21 away from the abutting surface 11, and two ends of the elastic element 30 are respectively connected with the base 10 and the pressing head 21. One end of the elastic member 30 abuts against the base 10, and the other end pushes the pressing head 21 and the sliding member 20 toward the abutting surface 11 to clamp the circuit board 90. The slider 20 may be rod-shaped. The elastic member 30 may be a spring.
In another embodiment of the present application, the clamping mechanism 100 further includes a handle member 40, the base 10 is provided with a clearance groove 101, one end of the sliding member 20 close to the abutting surface 11 is located in the clearance groove 101, and the two sliding members 20 are connected to the handle member 40 after passing through the groove wall of the clearance groove 101. The wall of the clearance groove 101 is provided with two through holes 103 for the sliding member 20 to pass through. The user can pull the handle member 40 to move away from the abutting surface 11, so that the sliding member 20 releases the circuit board 90 or leaves a space for the circuit board 90 to be inserted.
In another embodiment of the present application, the gripping member 40 is provided with a gripping slot 401, and the gripping slot 401 is located between the two sliding members 20. The user may place a finger in the cleat slot 401 when operating the cleat 40. Thus, the gripping member 40 can be easily pulled.
In another embodiment of the present application, the handle member 40 includes a handle portion 41 and two connecting portions 42, the handle portion 41 is bent away from the abutting surface 11 to form a handle slot 401, the two connecting portions 42 are respectively located at two sides of the handle portion 41 and connected to the handle portion 41, and the two sliding members 20 are connected to the two connecting portions 42 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Therefore, the structure of the fastener 40 can be simplified, the fastener 40 is convenient to form, and the manufacturing cost of the fastener 40 is reduced. The gripping portion 41 may be curved in an arc. The gripping member 40 may be formed by stamping or injection molding.
In another embodiment of the present application, the handle member 40 is provided with two waist-shaped holes 402, the two waist-shaped holes 402 correspond to the two sliding members 20 one by one, and the length direction of the waist-shaped holes 402 is arranged along the arrangement direction of the two sliding members 20; the slider 20 is inserted through the kidney-shaped hole 402, or the slider 20 is mounted and connected to the gripping member 40 by a screw inserted through the kidney-shaped hole 402. The kidney-shaped apertures 402 may allow for less than strict alignment of the gripping member 40 with the two sliders 20, facilitating assembly of the gripping member 40 with the two sliders 20. In some examples, the sliding member 20 is a bolt, the head of the bolt is located on the side of the fastening member 40 far from the abutting surface 11, the bolt passes through the kidney-shaped hole 402, a nut 22 matched with the bolt is arranged on the side of the fastening member 40 near the abutting surface 11, and the nut 22 and the head of the bolt clamp the fastening member 40. In other examples, the sliding member 20 is mounted and connected to the fastening member 40 by screws passing through the waist-shaped holes 402, and the end of the sliding member 20 may be provided with threaded holes to which the screws are connected after passing through the waist-shaped holes 402. A kidney-shaped hole 402 may be provided at the connection portion 42.
In another embodiment of the present application, the positioning groove 102 is communicated with the empty-avoiding groove 101, and the positioning protrusion 12 is disposed between the positioning groove 102 and the empty-avoiding groove 101. During clamping, the circuit board 90 is placed in the positioning groove 102, and the sliding member 20 is pushed by the elastic member 30 to abut against the circuit board 90 and press the circuit board 90 tightly. The positioning projections 12 can roughly restrain the position of the circuit board 90 before the slider 20 presses the circuit board 90, preventing the circuit board 90 from being fallen.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present application, the clamping mechanism 100 further includes a base plate 50, and the base 10 is mounted on the base plate 50. The base plate 50 may be provided with a plurality of mounting holes 51 arranged in an array, and the base 10 is mounted on the base plate 50 by screws engaged with the mounting holes 51. Thereby, the position of the base 10 on the bottom plate 50 can be adjusted as needed.
The application also provides a laser marking device, and the laser marking device includes laser marking machine and above-mentioned fixture 100 of any, and fixture 100 is used for clamping circuit board 90, and laser marking machine is used for sending laser in order to mark on circuit board 90. In some cases, it is desirable to print a mark on the board surface of the circuit board 90 or on the device in order to identify the circuit board 90.
