Drawings
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a serpentine arm sinus grasper (exemplary use state) according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the sinus grasper of figure 1.
Detailed Description
The best mode of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the detailed description is to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-2, there is provided a serpentine arm sinus grasper, comprising:
a sinus grasper 1 having a jaw and a bendable jaw shaft 12, the jaw being connected to the bendable jaw shaft 12; and
a hollow flexible guide arm 2 having a fixed end and a free end, the free end being advanceable along and into the nasal cavity;
the bendable forceps rod 12 is disposed in the hollow flexible guide arm and can extend into the nasal cavity along with the free end of the hollow flexible guide arm.
Advantageously, the length of the hollow flexible guide arm 2 may be equal to the length of the jawset 12. The serpentine arm sinus grasper may guide the forceps shaft 12 in a serpentine motion together by a hollow flexible guide arm 2.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the jaw is arranged in the hollow flexible guide arm or protrudes from a free end of the hollow flexible guide arm. It will be appreciated that the free end may be hidden within the hollow flexible guide arm prior to advancement to the surgical site. Extending from the hollow flexible guide arm after the free end has been advanced to the surgical site.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hollow flexible guide arm is a tubular structure.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the jaws comprise a fixed part 14 and a movable part 13, which is rotatably engaged with the fixed part 14.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movable portion 13 is connected to a movable handle (a right-hand handle in fig. 1) through a pull rod 11.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing end is connected to the outer circumference of the bendable clamp lever 12, or the fixing end is connected to an external fixing device.
The utility model discloses can obtain following one or more technological effect:
the sinus grasper can be guided to the operation part through the hollow flexible guide arm, so that the convenience of the sinus operation is improved;
the pain of the patient can be reduced;
the bendable forceps rod can adapt to deeper and more tortuous surgical sites.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and that the foregoing embodiments and descriptions are provided only to illustrate the principles of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
