Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a food processor 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the food processor 100 shown in fig. 1.
The food processor 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a main machine 10, a knife assembly 20 and a food material container 30. The main machine 10 comprises a motor assembly, and an output shaft of the motor assembly is in transmission connection with the knife assembly 20. The food material container 30 includes a stirring space 300, the knife assembly 20 is disposed in the stirring space 300, and when the motor assembly is started, the knife assembly 20 can stir the food material in the stirring space 300.
In one embodiment, the main body 10 is disposed on top, and the food container 30 is assembled below the main body 10 with its opening facing upward, so that the operation of stirring the food is more convenient. The food processor includes but is not limited to a meat grinder, etc. The food container 30 may comprise a container bowl 31 and a bowl lid 32, the bowl lid 32 being provided with a perforation 320 for the knife assembly 20 to pass through. The container bowl 31 and/or the bowl cover 32 may be made of a glass material.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the host 10 shown in fig. 1.
The host 10 includes a main body portion 11 and keys 12. The main body 11 includes a housing 110, and a motor assembly 111 and a switch assembly 112 housed in the housing 110, wherein the switch assembly 112 is used for controlling the motor assembly 111 to be turned on and off. The housing 110 includes an upper casing 1100 and a base 1102, the base 1102 is assembled under the upper casing 1100, and the motor assembly 111 and the switch assembly 112 are mounted on the base 1102 and received in a space defined by the upper casing 1100 and the base 1102.
The housing 110 includes a receiving portion 113, and the receiving portion forms a receiving space 1103, and more specifically, the upper case 1100 includes the receiving portion 113. In one embodiment, the receiving portion 113 may be formed at the top of the upper case 1100, but is not limited thereto.
The key 12 is movably assembled in the receiving space 1103 of the receiving portion 113, and the key 12 can contact and separate from the switch assembly 112 during the movement relative to the housing 110. The key 12 includes a contact state contacting with the switch component 112 and a separation state separating from the switch component 112, in the contact state, the switch component 112 controls the motor component 111 to be turned on, and in the separation state, the switch component 112 controls the motor component 111 to be turned off. The push button 12 includes a pressing surface 120, and the pressing surface 120 does not protrude from an outer end surface of the receiving portion 113 in a direction in which the push button 12 contacts and separates from the switch unit 112. Thus, when the main body 10 is taken down and placed on a table, the key 12 is not pressed down due to the protrusion of the key 12, the key 12 is prevented from contacting the switch assembly 112, and the safety of the food processor 100 in the using process is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a sectional view of a portion of the structure of the host 10 shown in fig. 3.
In one embodiment, the pressing surface 120 is formed as an arc-shaped surface that is concave into the receiving space 1103. The concave arc-shaped face can further prevent the pressing face 120 from being convex, and the risk of the key 12 being accidentally pressed is further reduced.
In one embodiment, the upper case 1100 includes a top wall formed at the top and a side wall formed at the side, and the receiving part 113 is formed at the top wall or the side wall. That is, the keys 12 can be assembled on the top or the side of the upper casing 1100, and the arrangement can be selected according to actual requirements, so that the arrangement positions of the keys 12 can be more diversified. In this embodiment, the key 12 is assembled on the top of the upper case 1100.
In one embodiment, receiving portion 113 may protrude from an outer surface of upper shell 1100. In this embodiment, a part of the upper casing 1100 itself forms the receiving portion 113, and the receiving space 1103 is recessed inward from the outer surface of the upper casing 1100, so that the external structure of the host 10 can be simplified, and the external appearance of the host 10 is more concise. In an alternative embodiment, the receiving portion 113 is formed at the top of the housing 110, the main body 11 further includes a decoration ring 13 surrounding the key 12, and the decoration ring 13 is assembled to the housing 110 and protrudes from the pressing surface 120. The bezel 13 can be used to fill up the gap formed after the key 12 is assembled in the accommodating space 1103, so as to improve the appearance quality of the food processor 100. The bezel 13 may be plated. The top surface of the bezel 13 is formed as a circular arc surface, and protrudes upward higher than the top surface of the upper case 1100. When the main machine 10 is inverted on a table surface, the decorative ring 13 can be contacted with the table surface.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the key 12 includes a first connecting structure 122 connected to the outer shell 110, the bezel 13 includes a second connecting structure 130 connected to the outer shell 110, and the first connecting structure 122 and the second connecting structure 130 are staggered along a circumferential direction of the bezel 13. With such an arrangement, structures matched with the first connecting structure 122 and the second connecting structure 130 can be arranged at different positions of the housing 110, so that the key 12 and the decoration ring 13 are respectively connected with the housing 110 at different positions, and the connection is convenient. The first connecting structure 122 may be provided in plurality, thereby increasing the stability and reliability of the connection of the key 12 with the housing 110, and the second connecting structure 130 may be provided in plurality, thereby increasing the stability and reliability of the connection of the bezel 13 with the housing 110. The first connecting structure 122 and the second connecting structure 130 are not limited to the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the first connecting structure 122 is a claw, and the key 12 is clamped with the housing 110 by the claw. The second connecting structure 130 is a claw, and the decorative ring 13 is clamped with the housing 110 through the claw.
In one embodiment, the housing 110 includes a first mating structure 1104 for mating with the first connection structure 122, and a second mating structure 1105 for mating with the second connection structure 130, wherein the second mating structure 1105 is located at a higher position than the first mating structure 1104. After the arrangement, the decorative ring 13 can be assembled with the shell 110 at a higher position, and the key 12 can be assembled with the shell 110 at a lower position, so that the connection position confusion, installation errors and fool-proof effect are avoided.
The key 12 comprises a guiding structure 124, the housing 110 comprises a guiding engagement structure 1106, and the guiding structure 124 is slidably engaged with the guiding engagement structure 1106 along the moving direction of the key 12 relative to the housing 110. Thus, the smooth movement of the key 12 relative to the housing 110 can be ensured, and the key 12 can be prevented from shifting when being pressed. In one embodiment, the guide structure 124 includes guide posts and the guide engagement structure 1106 includes guide holes in which the guide posts slide.
In one embodiment, the main body 11 includes an elastic member 14, and the elastic member 14 is configured to apply an elastic force to the key 12 to move the key 12 from the contact state to the separation state. When the key 12 is pressed, the elastic member 14 stores energy, and when the pressing force of the key 12 is released, the elastic member 14 releases energy to drive the key 12 to reset, and the key 12 is isolated from the switch assembly 112. The elastic element 14 can drive the key 12 to reset rapidly after the pressing force disappears, and cut off the electrical connection loop of the motor assembly 111, so that the knife assembly 20 stops rotating rapidly. The elastic member 14 may be provided as a compression spring, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the host 10 shown in fig. 1 from another perspective.
In one embodiment, the main body portion 11 includes a water guide channel 15, one end of the water guide channel 15 communicates with a gap between the key 12 and the outer shell 110, and the other end of the water guide channel 15 communicates with the outside. The water guide passage 15 can provide a discharge passage for water entering the main body part 11, thereby preventing electrical devices from being short-circuited or broken-circuited by water accumulating inside the main body part 11 and improving the reliability of the main body 10.
