Of course, the upper seat can also be connected with the lower seat through the cavity wall. The elastic member 22a abuts against the cavity wall 132a and the upper seat 211a, and the sealing member 23a is assembled to the lower seat 212 a.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, how the drainage assembly of the above embodiment performs drainage will be described. In the non-draining state shown in fig. 5, the seal 23a is located between the cavity wall 132a and the lower seat 212 a. The drain opening 131a is press-sealed by the elastic member 22 a. Referring to FIG. 6, when liquid (such as water or soymilk) enters the cavity 13a, the lower seat 212a is pulled downward to open the drain 131a by the sealing member 23a, for example, in some embodiments, the distance between the sealing member 23a and the drain 131a is H1, H1 is 1 mm or more and 10mm or less, and then the liquid (such as water or soymilk) in the lid assembly 10a (the cavity 13a) can flow out by tilting the lid assembly 10 a. When the liquid (such as water or soymilk) is completely drained, the lower seat 212a is only required to be released, and the lower seat 212a and the sealing member 23a are restored under the action of the elastic member 22a to seal the drain opening 131a again.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 and 8 disclose another lid assembly 10b, which differs from the lid assembly 10a in that: the position of the elastic member 22a and the position of the sealing member 23a are different, and more specifically, in fig. 7 and 8, the elastic member 22a abuts against the cavity wall 132a and the lower seat 212a, and the sealing member 23a is assembled to the upper seat 211 a. The drainage process is described as follows: as shown in fig. 7, in case that it is not necessary to discharge liquid such as water or soybean milk, the sealing member 23a is positioned between the upper seat 211a and the cavity wall 132a (which may also be considered as between the upper seat 211a and the cup inner lid 11a), and presses and seals the water discharge opening 131a under the compression of the elastic member 22a such as a spring. Referring to FIG. 8, when liquid (such as water or soymilk) enters the cavity 13a, the lower seat 212a is pushed upward to open the drain 131a by the sealing member 23a, for example, in some embodiments, the distance between the sealing member 23a and the drain 131a is H2, H2 is 1 mm or more and 10mm or less, and then the liquid (such as water or soymilk) in the lid assembly 10b (cavity 13a) can flow out by tilting the lid assembly 10 b. When the liquid (such as water or soymilk) is completely drained, the lower seat 212a is only required to be released, and the lower seat 212a and the sealing member 23a are restored under the action of the elastic member 22a to seal the drain opening 131a again.
So configured, the lower seat 212a of the pushing member 21a is operated to separate the sealing member 23a from the water outlet 131a, thereby achieving the purpose of draining water and preventing accumulated water from smelling, and the sealing member seals the water outlet 131a under the action of the elastic member without discharging liquid, so that the operation is simple and the cleaning is convenient, and in addition, the pushing member 21a comprises the upper seat 211a and the lower seat 212a, passes through the cavity wall 132a, and the elastic member 22a abuts against the upper seat 211a and the cavity wall 132a or abuts against the lower seat 212a and the cavity wall 132a, which also makes the assembly of the water draining assembly 2a and the cup cover 1a simple. Furthermore, guiding the movement of the pushing member 21a through the guide hole 133a facilitates the operation of the drain assembly, for example, facilitates the resetting of the pushing member 21 a.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3 and 5 to 8, in the cup lid assembly 10a or 10b, the drainage openings 131a are distributed around the circumference of the guiding hole 133 a. The drain openings 131a may be uniformly distributed around the circumferential direction of the guide hole 133a, or may be non-uniformly distributed. In fig. 2, the number of the drain openings 131a is 4, and the skilled person will understand that the number is not limited thereto, and for example, the number may be 3, 5, 6, and the like. So set up, the outlet 131a can not only facilitate timely discharge of liquid (such as water or soybean milk), but also the outlet 131a is distributed around the circumference of the guiding hole 133a, so as to be sealed by the sealing member 23 a. The shape of the drain port 131a is not limited by the function of the drain port 131 a.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 3 and fig. 5 to 8, in the cup lid assembly 10a or 10b, at least one of the drainage openings 131a is a through hole penetrating through the cavity wall 132a, and the diameter of the drainage opening 131a is larger than 2mm, such as 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, etc. This is provided to facilitate the discharge of the liquid (such as water or soymilk) in the cavity 13 a. In this embodiment, for example, one or more of the drainage openings 131a are cylindrical through holes, and the other drainage openings have other shapes.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 2, 3, 5 to 8, in the cup lid assembly 10a or 10b, at least one of the drainage ports 131a is a through hole penetrating through the cavity wall, the drainage port 131a, which is a through hole, includes an opening 1311a communicating with the cavity 13a, and a side wall 1312a of the opening 1311a is inclined from a surface of the cavity wall 132a to a center of the drainage port 131a, so that a width of the opening 1311a is reduced from the cavity wall 132a in a vertically downward direction. Of course, the sidewall 1312a may be an inclined surface or an arc surface, for example, a rotation surface formed by rotating a straight line or an arc line inclined to the center line of the drain opening 131a around the center of the drain opening 131 a. In some embodiments, drain 131a has an open mouth 1311a such that drain 131a is funnel-shaped. So configured, liquid (such as water or soymilk) can flow into the drain opening 131a along the sidewall 1312a and be discharged, thus facilitating the discharge of liquid (such as water or soymilk) from the drain opening 131 a.
Referring to fig. 4, an included angle between the sidewall 1312a of the opening 1311a and the horizontal plane is α, where α is greater than or equal to 0.5 degrees and less than or equal to 10 degrees, such as 0.5 degrees, 1 degree, 1.5 degrees, 1.8 degrees, 2 degrees, 2.2 degrees, 2.8 degrees, 3 degrees, 3.2 degrees, 3.5 degrees, 3.8 degrees, 4 degrees, 4.5 degrees, 4.8 degrees, 5 degrees, 5.3 degrees, 5.5 degrees, 6 degrees, 6.5 degrees, 7 degrees, 7.6 degrees, 8 degrees, 8.2 degrees, 8.5 degrees, 9 degrees, 9.3, 9.5 degrees, 9.8 degrees, or 10 degrees. In the case where the sidewall 1312a is an arc surface, the included angle is an included angle between a tangent of the sidewall 1312a and a horizontal plane. So set up, the contained angle alpha, 0.5 degree ≤ alpha ≤ 10 degrees, make things convenient for liquid (such as water or soybean milk) to discharge from the outlet 131 a.
