The food processor 100 can be used for making soybean milk, juice, making corn juice/black rice juice, shaving ice, making coffee and/or blending facial masks and the like, and the food processor 100 can comprise a soybean milk machine, a stirrer, a wall breaking food processor and other machines for crushing and stirring food.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the food processor 100 includes a main body 50 and a stirring cup assembly, and the stirring cup assembly is detachably mounted on the main body 50. The main unit 50 includes a housing 51 and a motor 52 disposed in the housing 51. The stirring cup assembly includes a stirring cup 10 and a stirring blade disc assembly 20.

In the illustrated embodiment, the insulating body 241 is provided with a groove 2411 surrounding the pin 242, and the sealant 243 is filled in the groove 2411. Through setting up recess 2411 for sealed glue 243 can be sealed in recess 2411 from the formation of flowing, and recess 2411 can play better limited effect to sealed glue 243, thereby makes stirring cutter disc subassembly 20's sealing performance more reliable and more stable.
In the illustrated embodiment, the bottom surface of the groove 2411 is tapered, and the groove 2411 gradually becomes deeper toward the pin 242. In this way, by forming the bottom surface of the groove 2411 as a tapered surface, the sealant 243 can better flow in the groove 2411 to form a seal in a liquid state. Preferably, the inclination angle a of the bottom surface of the groove 2411 ranges from 30 degrees to 75 degrees. In this manner, the sealant 243 can better combine with the insulative body 241 and the pins 242 to form a seal within the recess 2411. In some embodiments, the inclination angle a of the bottom surface of the groove 2411 may be 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees, 55 degrees, 60 degrees, 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 75 degrees, or any value therebetween.
Preferably, the depth B of the groove 2411 ranges between 1 mm and 2.5 mm. In this manner, the sealant 243 can better combine with the insulative body 241 and the pins 242 to form a seal within the recess 2411. In some embodiments, the depth B of the groove 2411 can be 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the bottom cover 23 is provided with a rib 231 surrounding the sealant 243, and the inside of the rib 231 is filled with the sealant 243. Thus, by filling the sealant 243 on the inner side of the rib 231, a good sealing effect can be achieved, and the creepage distance between the pins 242 can be increased.
In the illustrated embodiment, the insulation body 241 has a groove 2411 surrounding the pin 242, the bottom cover 23 has a rib 231 surrounding the groove 2411, and the groove 2411 and the rib 231 are filled with a sealant 243.
In another embodiment, the insulation body 241 is not provided with the groove 2411, the bottom cover 23 is provided with a rib 231 surrounding the sealant 243, and the sealant 243 is filled inside the rib 231.
Preferably, the height C of the rib 231 ranges between 0.5 mm and 2.5 mm. Thus, the sealant 243 can be better combined with the insulating body 241 and the pins 242 to form a seal inside the rib 231. In some embodiments, the height C of the rib 231 may be 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, or some value between any two adjacent ribs.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper coupler 24 is integrally injection molded with the bottom cover 23. Thus, the upper coupler 24 and the bottom cover 23 have better sealing performance therebetween. In other embodiments, the upper coupler 24 may be assembled to the bottom cover 23 by fasteners, snaps, or the like.
Preferably, the sealant 243 is formed by self-flowing and then curing liquid glue. Thus, the sealant 243 formed by solidifying the liquid glue after flowing can be better combined with the insulating body 241 and the contact pin 242 to form a seal, and the sealing performance is better.
In the illustrated embodiment, the stirring blade disc assembly 20 further includes an inner coupler 25 electrically connected to the heating disc 21, and the inner coupler 25 is in butt-fit with the upper coupler 24. 8. The blending cup assembly of claim 1, wherein the upper coupler (24) is integrally injection molded with the bottom cap (23).
9. The blender cup assembly of claim 1, wherein said sealant (243) is formed by a liquid glue that cures upon self-flowing.
10. The blending cup assembly of claim 1, wherein the blending blade assembly (20) further comprises an inner coupler (25) electrically connected to the heat generating plate (21), the inner coupler (25) being in abutting engagement with the upper coupler (24).
11. A blender cup assembly, comprising:
a stirring cup; and
the stirring cutter head assembly is installed in the bottom of the stirring cup, the stirring cutter head assembly comprises a heating disc, a cutter assembly arranged on the heating disc and a bottom cover matched and assembled with the heating disc, contact pins are arranged on the bottom cover in a penetrating mode, and sealant in sealing fit with the contact pins is arranged on the surface of the bottom cover.
12. A cooking machine, its characterized in that: it includes:
a host (50); and
